Scott Schutte:

As you listen to this passage, reflect on the power of Jesus' resurrection and how it can transform your life and your walk with him. Don't cling to me, Jesus said, for I haven't yet ascended to the father. But go find my brothers and tell them, I am ascending to my father and your father, to my God and your God. Mary Magdalene found the disciples and told them, I have seen the Lord. John twenty seventeen through 18.

Scott Schutte:

How does the resurrection of Jesus impact your life and your identity in Christ? Jesus' resurrection is not just a moment in history. It is the defining moment for all believers. Through his victory over death, he made a way for us to experience new life, abundant life, and eternal life. Mary Magdalene, who had witnessed the tragic death of Jesus, was the first to see him alive.

Scott Schutte:

Her response was simple yet profound. She ran to tell others, I have seen the Lord. What does that resurrection power mean for you today? In what ways has Jesus' victory over death brought freedom to your life? Take a moment to consider how his resurrection might change your perspective on your struggles, fears, or brokenness.

Scott Schutte:

Jesus didn't just rise from the dead for himself. He did it for you. Imagine yourself standing at the entrance of a tomb. The heavy stone rolled away. The air is still, but there's a palpable sense of anticipation in the moment.

Scott Schutte:

As you step closer, you feel the weight of the resurrection. The immense power that has triumphed over death, darkness, and all despair. Suddenly, Jesus appears before you. Alive, radiant. His presence fills you with awe, peace, and joy.

Scott Schutte:

He looks at you with love and speaks gently, telling you that because he lives, you too can live in the fullness of his resurrection power. Feel the warmth of his presence as it breaks through every fear, every hurt, every broken part of you. In this moment, Jesus invites you to step forward into a new life with him, leaving behind the old patterns, fears, and doubts. As you take that step, feel the weight of your burdens lifting and new strength filling your heart. You are alive in Christ and his resurrection power is now at work within you.

Scott Schutte:

You are no longer defined by your past or by the world's standards. You are a new creation in Christ, resurrected with him into a life of victory and purpose. As you go about this week, may you live in the resurrection power of Christ. May his victory over death redefine who you are and fill your life with his eternal peace and joy.
