The Break Room

[Hey its me Michael, the editor. I thought I uploaded this in December. I didn't. So I'm posting it now. Thank you <3 sorry for delay, our community is still small so please share the show with friends. Love u]

Are the Kids Cooked?

In this episode of The Break Room, Nick, Corey, and Zach put their age, sanity, and cultural relevance to the test by taking a Gen Z and Gen Alpha slang quiz created by everyone’s favorite personal assistant, ChadGPT.

From “skull” and “caught in 4K” to “delulu is the solulu,” “NPC behavior,” and “bro thought he cooked,” the guys attempt to decode the ever-evolving language of the internet, with mixed results. Along the way, they debate whether the kids are actually cooked, if aura can be farmed, why having “motion” is suddenly a compliment, and whether growing up with AI is fundamentally changing how humans think.

Expect:

Plenty of wrong answers

Existential dread about the future

Millennials realizing they are aging in real time

Strong opinions on brain rot, swag, and TikTok culture

So the big question remains: are the kids alright, or is this the beginning of the end?

Grab a seat in The Break Room and find out.

Drop a comment with your favorite slang term, or let us know how cooked we are 💀 ong fr  🫵🤣

Nick Loudon (00:00)
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the break room and we will break this room and the hearts of many who listen. Are you guys down for that? Corey loves breaking hearts, dude. Don't tell his girlfriend. Okay, so today we're gonna be doing something difficult, very difficult, and that is interpreting the mind of children.

Corey Haines (00:11)
Always.

Zstvns (00:13)
It's my life, dude. It's my life.

Corey Haines (00:14)
Bunch of heartbreakers.

Nick Loudon (00:28)
We are gonna be taking a Gen Z slash Generation Alpha slang quiz created by our favorite personal assistant, ChadGPT. Does that sound good to you guys? Give me two thumbs up.

Zstvns (00:41)
It doesn't sound good, but I'm going to do it anyway.

Nick Loudon (00:42)
Okay, all right, we'll take

it I'm gonna share my screen It's just gonna be chat GPT all zoomed in so you can't see all the questions and I want you guys to help me figure out what all these ridiculous terms mean and We will start I think it's how many questions. Let's see ten questions. No, it's more than that 15 So we're gonna fly through them and see what you guys got. Let's do it 15

Zstvns (01:05)
Did you say 50?

Okay, 15. All right, that works. Yeah.

Nick Loudon (01:09)
15 is more doable. All

right, I'm gonna share my window here and you guys should see the first two questions. So let's kick it off with number one. What does skull mean when used as a reaction? I'm assuming this is like the skull emoji.

Zstvns (01:25)
Yeah, I think.

That's extremely funny, because they'll say that when it's like, I'm dead. You know, like, I'm dead from listening to that. It's hilarious.

Corey Haines (01:39)
Yeah, it's C. Something's extremely funny. It's so funny that you died. It's their generation's, you know, LMAO, Raffle, Rafflecopter.

Zstvns (01:40)
See.

Nick Loudon (01:40)
It's gotta be something.

You ⁓

Wait, let

me go get all the answers so that way you guys can't see the answers until I tell you them. Because they're at the bottom here. It's like an answer key. ⁓ perfect. Perfect, perfect, perfect.

Corey Haines (02:00)
Well, Chad could be wrong too, so...

Nick Loudon (02:03)
No, chat to be t is never wrong. Don't you trust AI?

Corey Haines (02:06)
that's right, forgot.

Zstvns (02:07)
Chad is definitely not wrong about interpreting Gen Z.

Nick Loudon (02:12)
Yeah,

they're the only ones that can do it. The AI is trained on them. ⁓ You guys are right. The answer is C. Something is extremely funny, like I'm dead. That's hilarious. So good job. If someone says that edit goes crazy, what do they mean? It makes no sense. It's overly chaotic. It's extremely good, or it's controversial.

Zstvns (02:34)
This is a phrase.

Nick Loudon (02:36)
That edit goes crazy.

Corey Haines (02:36)
and it goes crazy.

uh... i'm gonna go with

as well, it's extremely good.

Zstvns (02:45)
I'm also going to go with C, it's extremely good.

Nick Loudon (02:47)
You guys are honorary Gen Zers. That's true.

Corey Haines (02:49)
It goes crazy. Yeah, it goes crazy

is a good thing always.

Zstvns (02:53)
Yep.

Nick Loudon (02:54)
What does caught in 4k imply? Someone is trending, someone was filmed professionally, someone was exposed with clear evidence, someone looks really good on camera.

Zstvns (03:01)
you

Corey Haines (03:06)
I'm seeing a trend here.

Nick Loudon (03:08)
All the answers are C. Wasn't that a thing for you in high school, Zach, where it was like, if you don't know what to just put C.

Zstvns (03:08)
Yes, me too. I'm also gonna say C.

Yeah, Yeah,

dude. When in doubt, Charlie out. That's the, that's the phrase.

Nick Loudon (03:20)
Why

is that? so dumb. The answer is C. You guys are right. Good job. This is so easy. What does, what?

Zstvns (03:24)
Oh my gosh. This, this

test, this, this test was put together so that people from Gen Z could freaking answer it. Pick C every time. All right.

Nick Loudon (03:34)
Yeah.

What does NPC behavior usually describe? Someone acting robotic or scripted, a gamer playing poorly, a background character in a movie, or someone ignoring social cues on purpose.

Zstvns (03:50)
I mean, isn't it technically all of those?

Corey Haines (03:56)
that to a Gen Z-er.

Nick Loudon (03:57)
Usually, what is it usually described though? So you're, that's insinuating that you're supposed to pick the most usual of the options.

Corey Haines (04:07)
WBC behavior is one of my all time favorite insults. It just fricking hits every time.

Zstvns (04:14)
I'm going to say D.

Nick Loudon (04:16)
someone ignoring social cues on purpose? Corey's right. The answer's A. Someone acting robotic or scripted. If someone says this song has aura, what are they saying? It sounds spiritual, it has a mysterious or cool vibe. It's nostalgic or it's sad but comforting.

Corey Haines (04:18)
I'm going with A.

Zstvns (04:22)
nice.

D, sad but comforting.

Nick Loudon (04:42)
or ⁓ what we needed to find aura

Corey Haines (04:43)
Aura is...

Zstvns (04:45)
Or

maybe, or it could be B or D, I don't really care.

Corey Haines (04:51)
Aura is a mysterious coolness or cool mysteriousness. Yeah, that's what I know.

Nick Loudon (04:54)
Is that what you think?

Zstvns (04:57)
Yeah, I'm gonna switch to B.

Nick Loudon (04:59)
You guys are switching to B. Have you guys seen the aura farming kid?

Corey Haines (05:03)
Mm-hmm.

Zstvns (05:03)
No.

Do I want to?

Nick Loudon (05:04)
The kid on the front

of the boat that's like dancing or whatever. You haven't seen that? Corey, you haven't seen this? Okay, sorry, I didn't hear you. Yeah, or a farming. Yeah, the answer is B. It is a mysterious, cool vibe. What does mid mean? Average or unimpressive, extremely bad, confusing, overhyped, but still good.

Zstvns (05:08)
No.

Corey Haines (05:11)
Of course I have. I just said yeah.

Zstvns (05:27)
overhyped but still good.

Corey Haines (05:29)
I hate mid, but it's like useful vocabulary. It's A.

Zstvns (05:31)
It's actually.

Nick Loudon (05:36)
You think it's a mid word? Self-describing word.

Corey Haines (05:38)
It kind of is mid word, but

yeah, it's meta.

Nick Loudon (05:46)
Yeah, it is A, it is average or unimpressive. Good try, Zach.

Zstvns (05:48)
Is

it sad that my... This is how my brother and sister talk. Yeah, so I'm 94, my brother is 1997, like tail into 97, and my sister was born in 99. And they use these phrases and I'm like, I think I know what you're saying, but...

Nick Loudon (05:55)
Do they really?

What?

Corey Haines (06:08)
Well, apparently

Nick Loudon (06:08)
Dude, you

need to like-

Corey Haines (06:09)
not. I think you're about 50-50 now.

Nick Loudon (06:11)
I know you need to get studying. Maybe you need to like play Fortnite or something. don't know. Do they still do that? Do kids?

Zstvns (06:16)
Hahaha

Corey Haines (06:17)
You need to aura farm

bro. You have too much NPC behavior right now.

Zstvns (06:21)
You know, funny thing. So took, I took my Spotify, my Spotify wrapped age was 68.

Nick Loudon (06:21)
Yeah, dude stop acting mid

Corey Haines (06:29)
about right.

Minus 23.

Nick Loudon (06:30)
Mine's 22. Oh, dude,

Zstvns (06:32)
my gosh,

Nick Loudon (06:32)
I'm younger than you. Why is that pathetic?

Zstvns (06:33)
you guys. That's pathetic. Geez. Because 22.

Corey Haines (06:35)
Dang.

Nick Loudon (06:42)
I don't know why it just is. I think it's because I listen to a lot of like instrumental like lo-fi like and then like dark classic academia music. And I think that Gen Z kids are all instrumental out maybe, I don't know. But what does beige flag refer to? A subtle red flag, a boring but harmless trait, a neutral political opinion or someone who avoids drama.

Zstvns (06:57)
my gosh.

subtle red flag.

Nick Loudon (07:13)
your final answer?

Corey Haines (07:15)
Yes.

Zstvns (07:16)
We had a client

use this term recently.

Nick Loudon (07:20)
You guys are wrong. It's B, according to ChachiPT, a boring but harmless trait. But that doesn't, yeah, I think this is wrong. I think it's A, personally. I think it's super wrong, because it literally says flag in it. It's like the same thing, but like it's not bad enough to be considered a red flag. Yeah, I think ChachiPT is dumb and wrong and stupid. Okay, if someone says he's got motion, what do they mean? He travels a lot, he's athletic, he has money status or momentum, he's emotionally unstable.

Corey Haines (07:20)
Really?

Chad's wrong.

Yeah.

Zstvns (07:49)
I'm gonna go with emotionally unstable.

Corey Haines (07:53)
I actually don't know this one. He's got motion. I'm going to go with B. He's athletic.

Nick Loudon (07:54)
I have never heard this.

Zstvns (07:58)
that it could also be it.

Nick Loudon (07:59)
He's

got motion dog

Corey Haines (08:01)
I kinda like it, if that's what it means.

Nick Loudon (08:04)
It's not. It's C.

Zstvns (08:07)
What?

Corey Haines (08:07)

Nick Loudon (08:08)
Basically like he's cool and popular and rich. That's what it sounds like. I think it's mostly based on this word, momentum.

Zstvns (08:11)
that motion.

Corey Haines (08:13)
Okay, hate it, don't like it.

Zstvns (08:16)
emotionless.

Nick Loudon (08:18)
It's very

interesting though. I want to make sure I'm looking at that. Yeah, it's C. That's crazy. Okay, number nine. What does Delulu is the Solulu meme? Ignoring reality is dangerous. Confidence fixes everything. Being delusional is the solution. Trust your instincts.

Zstvns (08:30)
my gosh. This is.

Corey Haines (08:31)
This is.

Zstvns (08:40)
This

sounds like an innuendo for like tuning out, like getting buzzed or something. I think that this sounds like should, this sounds like tune in, tune out and drop off or whatever Timothy Leary's thing was for taking acid. ⁓

Corey Haines (08:49)
Hmm.

Nick Loudon (08:59)
I don't, I haven't looked into that.

Corey Haines (09:03)
Well, it's like kind of literally has to be C, being delusional is the solution, because that's what it's like abbreviated for. But I feel like the spirit of the law is more like D, like trust your instincts.

Zstvns (09:09)
That's what it says.

Nick Loudon (09:19)
the spirit that's what they're asking the spirit of the word the thing is the phrase delulu is the solulu is like it doesn't even flow the right way that they're it should be cellulu the delulu is the cellulu but it's solulu so it doesn't actually make sense but it is see being delusional is a solution which is basically saying ignorance is bliss it's the new version of ignorance is bliss

Corey Haines (09:21)
Yeah.

Yeah.

Right, so.

Zstvns (09:43)
Ignorance is bliss

only becomes this.

Nick Loudon (09:46)
I love Ignorance is

Bliss, so this is kind of, I'm pretty pissed about this.

Zstvns (09:50)
I know, but it's like that's what we had degraded to. You know what this reminds me of? This reminds me of, did a comparison to like, look at the lyrics of Bohemian Rhapsody compared to the lyrics of Beyonce's Who Run the World, Girls. And it's just like the same fricking thing, like who run the world? Girls, who run the world? Girls, who run the world? Girls, who run the world? Girls, girls, girls, girls, girls.

Compared to is this the real life? Is this just fantasy caught in a landslide? No escape from reality. That's what this is like. It's freaking retarded.

Nick Loudon (10:19)
I have a slight bone to pick with

that because the who runs the world girls is basically used as an instrument. Okay. And it's not even necessarily lyrics to me, but I am not one to defend Beyonce. So I won't continue. Let's keep going. If something is giving example, it's giving main character. What does it mean? It reminds you of something. It's trying too hard. It embodies a specific vibe or it's copying another trend.

Zstvns (10:30)
It's lyrics.

Corey Haines (10:48)
like it's giving. I'm torn between two answers though because they both feel right.

Nick Loudon (10:54)
Like, what are you thinking, A? Or A and C?

Zstvns (10:55)
You say this, Corey. I have never

heard this phrase come out of your mouth. Yeah.

Corey Haines (11:00)
giving? Maybe just haven't

caught it.

Nick Loudon (11:03)
Zach, have you heard, have you said this or heard this?

Zstvns (11:04)
No, I've

never heard this once in my life.

Corey Haines (11:07)
Zach, right now you're giving

Nick Loudon (11:08)
Dude,

Corey Haines (11:09)
Boomer.

Nick Loudon (11:10)
Yeah, you are. Dude, but hey, Zach, Zach, the Delulu is the Solulu here. Let me just tell you.

Zstvns (11:12)
Fine by me,

I'm gonna

say it right now, 94 was the last good year to be born.

Nick Loudon (11:25)
You

So I missed the cutoff. that what you're saying? Me and Corey are screwed. Which one do think it is?

Zstvns (11:30)
Yes, both of you missed the cutoff. ⁓

Corey Haines (11:36)
that's echo first, so you can have a more authentic answer.

Zstvns (11:40)
I think it's that it embodies a specific vibe based on what you just said.

Corey Haines (11:44)
Yeah, I think it's C. It could also be A.

Zstvns (11:47)
Yeah.

Nick Loudon (11:49)
I was thinking A or C, but it is C, correct.

Zstvns (11:52)
Those answers mean the same thing though.

Corey Haines (11:55)
Yeah, that's a tricky one.

Nick Loudon (11:57)
I'm excited

for this one. What does core core usually describe a fashion aesthetic, a meme style mocking internet overload, a minimalist trend or a productivity mindset? I love this one.

Zstvns (12:12)
Probably a part.

Corey Haines (12:13)
I don't know

this one. I could probably make a good guess, but I actually have not heard someone say core core.

Zstvns (12:21)
Probably productivity mindset, that's what I'm gonna go with. Yeah, D.

Nick Loudon (12:24)
D, Corey, what you got?

Corey Haines (12:25)
I'm pretty sure it's

A, I'm pretty sure it's a fashion aesthetic.

Nick Loudon (12:29)
You guys are both wrong. And I knew this one before looking at the answer key, but the answer is B, a meme style mocking internet overload. It's like using the word meta. It's a meta thing. It's internet, internet. It's like a double layered thing, if that makes sense. I think. ⁓ But yeah, it's like the brain rot world is kind of what it's describing. ⁓ Core, core.

Corey Haines (12:39)
Hmm, okay

Zstvns (12:44)
Mm.

Corey Haines (12:45)
Mm-hmm.

Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

I expected to see Brain Rot in here somewhere.

Nick Loudon (12:56)
Yeah, there you go. Let's see, maybe we'll find one. What does hard launch mean? Not in ⁓ marketing agency terms. ⁓ Launching a startup. Officially revealing a relationship online. Posting without teasing? Posting without teasing? Making a comeback.

Corey Haines (13:05)
or I really want to see Zach's answer.

Zstvns (13:13)
without.

B.

Corey Haines (13:18)
Mm-hmm. It's B.

Nick Loudon (13:21)
hard launch, that's right, officially revealing a relationship online. Good job. 13, if someone says this is so coded, what are they implying? It's literally encrypted. It secretly signals a specific identity or trait, it's niche content or it's AI generated.

Zstvns (13:42)
I'm gonna go with B again.

Corey Haines (13:46)
Mm-hmm. Yeah, that's B.

Nick Loudon (13:49)
It's A, literally encrypted. No, it is B.

What does ick refer to? Disgust? An immediate loss of attraction? A bad habit? Or social embarrassment?

Zstvns (14:00)
Well, A and B are the same thing.

Nick Loudon (14:03)
Well, discuss is a larger term for more things than like B is a form of A, if that's what you mean.

Corey Haines (14:13)
caused by C, which results in D.

Nick Loudon (14:15)

Zstvns (14:16)
which results in E. Jeez, there's serious math in here.

Nick Loudon (14:18)
shut up. Dude, he's core core right now on this question.

Corey Haines (14:24)
It's B, an immediate loss of attraction.

Nick Loudon (14:26)
It is B.

Zstvns (14:27)
That's pretty coded.

Nick Loudon (14:29)
Yeah dude it is.

This is freaking coded as heck. If someone says bro thought he cooked, what does it mean?

Corey Haines (14:36)
you

Zstvns (14:39)
you

Nick Loudon (14:40)
He did something impressive. He tried but failed. He copied someone else. He overreacted.

Zstvns (14:46)
B.

Corey Haines (14:48)
He tried but failed.

Zstvns (14:50)
We know this dude that's designed Twitter like one or one. Did I cook Chad to GPD? Did I cook?

Nick Loudon (14:50)
B is correct.

Yeah, cooking. He low-key cooked.

Corey Haines (14:54)
Yeah.

Bro, he cooked.

Nick Loudon (15:02)
That's pretty good. think you guys got almost all of them. Corey was like at least 13 for 15. Zach was... You guys both missed this, by the way.

Zstvns (15:04)
Gosh.

Corey Haines (15:09)
I think I just missed a core core.

Zstvns (15:13)
I missed,

I missed a lot.

Corey Haines (15:15)
No, I got A.

Nick Loudon (15:16)
You guys both missed this.

Corey Haines (15:18)
you're right. Motion. I missed motion.

Zstvns (15:20)
I'm proud.

I'm proud I missed. Happy.

Nick Loudon (15:24)
And this,

so Corey's like 12 and a half for 13.

Corey Haines (15:29)
You're right, you're right, you're right.

Zstvns (15:29)
What was I?

Seven?

Nick Loudon (15:32)
I didn't count. I lost count after you miss like the first four. Just kidding. Can we make a determination? Are the kids all right?

Zstvns (15:35)
Good. Awesome. I'm proud. I'll take that loss.

I don't think they know how to talk.

Corey Haines (15:48)
I'm going to say no, honestly. I think the brain rot is real. And, ⁓ actually I just saw something and it's always like, you know, every generation is like, we're the last generation to whatever. But like, we actually are the last generation to have grown up using the internet without AI. And I think that's going to make a big difference. I don't think that they're, they're not cooked. ⁓ but they're giving,

Nick Loudon (16:10)
Hmm.

Corey Haines (16:18)
Wall-E a little bit

Nick Loudon (16:20)
I was thinking idiocracy but more technologically advanced ⁓ Yeah, there is like a weird like they thought we were jacked up because we had the internet which was basically like we could go online and talk to our friends which was far less harmful than what the internet will ultimately become I'm sure ⁓ But like the internet with AI is like 10x like over-the-top the internet without AI so

Zstvns (16:20)
Yeah.

Corey Haines (16:35)
Mm-hmm.

Just wait.

AI and TikTok? mean, geez.

Nick Loudon (16:50)
I think they might be cooked.

How are we gonna cook though to provide for them, you know?

Zstvns (16:58)
literally continuing to cook meals because I don't know if any of them can.

Nick Loudon (17:01)
They can't.

Corey Haines (17:04)
We have to continually get more motion.

Nick Loudon (17:07)
Well, we, okay, hold on. We had terms too, like swag, which is now gone. We used say swag all the time. Did you say swag, Zach? Exactly.

Zstvns (17:15)
I still say swag. You still

Corey Haines (17:18)
Yeah,

Zstvns (17:18)
say swag.

Corey Haines (17:19)
and it's still cringy. Unfortunately, yeah, every generation has their own form of cringe.

Nick Loudon (17:21)
Exactly, it's always been bad

Zstvns (17:28)
I don't know if it's cringy about swag, it's just like, that guy's got swag. Or like, you if I saw Corey walking around in some new sneakers, like, yo, you stepped in some swag back there, that's cool.

Nick Loudon (17:29)
Yeah.

Corey Haines (17:39)
Hahaha

Nick Loudon (17:39)
Yeah, there there are some

words that entered the zeitgeist that will never leave like cool Cool, we'll just never leave dope in my opinion will never leave

Corey Haines (17:46)
Mm-hmm.

Zstvns (17:50)
Still use dope.

Nick Loudon (17:52)
Groovy is on its way back in in case you guys didn't know. No, it's not. No one will ever say Groovy again.

Corey Haines (17:56)
Yeah, yeah,

I really wanted it to but

Nick Loudon (18:01)
Yeah, I can't let dope die. feel like dope is just the best positive word.

Corey Haines (18:06)
See, but I think that what happens is that there's like acceptable and not acceptable uses of vocab. Like if you said like, like that dude's got swag. You're like, okay, that's like reasonable. Nothing crazy about that. But if someone's like, hey, do you want to get some tacos? And you say swag, cringe.

Nick Loudon (18:26)
swag that's gonna go

away yeah right now I will know you mean yes let's go but that will go away certainly yeah what do you guys yes a swag just stuff we all get is that what it is I thought that's what swag came from

Corey Haines (18:33)
Right. Yeah.

Zstvns (18:36)
Swag's a real word though.

Corey Haines (18:37)
Thank

Yeah, yeah, right.

Zstvns (18:45)
I thought it was just short for swagger.

Nick Loudon (18:49)
It should be. But what does swagger mean?

Corey Haines (18:50)
Yeah, think it's, yeah,

swagger, but then it turned into like, like an item.

Zstvns (18:52)
Swagger's

a real word. It means to have a dictionary, bro. Look it up.

Nick Loudon (18:57)
All right, well, if you say so. ⁓

don't read those. I can't read anymore, dude. What about 6-7? Do we have an opinion on 6-7?

Corey Haines (19:05)
Yeah.

Zstvns (19:09)
6-7 is just 6-7 doesn't mean anything though. That's the point. It's it Know it literally means nothing. I know it literally means

Corey Haines (19:09)
UGH

Nick Loudon (19:10)
you don't know what it means? I got him. Dude,

I'm core core, dude.

Corey Haines (19:22)
Bro's rage baiting.

Nick Loudon (19:24)
You

Zstvns (19:25)
It

doesn't mean anything, right? It doesn't mean anything.

Nick Loudon (19:27)
Dude, people,

no, it means nothing.

Corey Haines (19:29)
No, it means

nothing. There's a difference.

Nick Loudon (19:32)
Yeah, doesn't mean anything and meaning nothing are different. ⁓

Corey Haines (19:37)
The absence of proof

Zstvns (19:37)
True.

Corey Haines (19:39)
is not the proof of absence.

Nick Loudon (19:41)
People are also now saying like, know, okay, go.

Zstvns (19:43)
Yeah, well, it's like, it's like how it's like

how if I said, well, I have I have long ass hair and I said, well, you have long, long ass hair. It'd be it's different. I get you.

Nick Loudon (19:52)
Yeah. You

Corey Haines (19:55)
Big difference.

Nick Loudon (19:57)
know how people like they watch Twitch is like a big deal now people watch like streams and when Twitch streamers like talk to the audience they say what's up chat they talk to chat people now say that in real life when talking to a group of people. Do you guys know this.

Zstvns (20:09)
Gosh.

Corey Haines (20:10)
Yeah,

that's pretty bad. Unacceptable.

Nick Loudon (20:14)
They're like, what's up chat? To like, they walk into a room with their friends. Isn't that, that is like the darkest depths of foolish behavior.

Corey Haines (20:15)
We got, yeah, that's horrendous.

Zstvns (20:22)
Why can't

you say y'all or everybody or er-buddy? Gosh. All right, before we keep going on, I'm losing hope for my daughter currently, so we should just end this. ⁓

Nick Loudon (20:29)
homies.

dogs.

Corey Haines (20:41)
already.

Nick Loudon (20:43)
She could barely talk and you're like, you're doomed. ⁓

Corey Haines (20:44)
It didn't take long.

Zstvns (20:46)
I just

hope she doesn't save things like Corcor or...

Corey Haines (20:49)
No, she'll have even more cringy things to say when she's in high school. Way, way worse. You hope, yeah.

Nick Loudon (20:52)
Yeah, it'll be way worse.

Zstvns (20:53)
Maybe she just won't talk at all. Maybe she just won't talk at all by that point. know, like they

won't talk.

Nick Loudon (20:59)
Bad news, my second child and Zach's first child are both in generation beta, which has to be the worst generation to be born into. Generation beta started in 2024, I think. Yeah, so my daughter's an alpha and my son's a beta, which is really bad.

Zstvns (21:11)
You're literally beta, always.

Corey Haines (21:15)
especially for your son.

Wait, how are they a whole generation apart? They're only like two years apart.

Nick Loudon (21:25)
Because, well...

Zstvns (21:25)
They're,

well, like that doesn't, in the case of, I think that when it comes to siblings, there's a blend rule that happens. Like, cause my, my siblings are technically not millennials. At I don't think. ⁓ But because they, because I'm their brother and I was around them enough, they get like millennial rub off.

Nick Loudon (21:48)
Zach's famous podcast video podcast millennium

Corey Haines (21:49)
huh.

Zstvns (21:49)
You

Corey Haines (21:52)
You

That

rubs

Zstvns (22:00)
It's better than Boomer runoff.

Nick Loudon (22:02)
It's the greatest competition in the

southwest. It's the millennial rub-off

Corey Haines (22:07)
Yeah.

no, Millennial rubbed off on me.

Zstvns (22:10)
All I need

Nick Loudon (22:12)
You

Zstvns (22:15)
Hey man, all I need is three seconds to win a reb off. Let's go.

Nick Loudon (22:16)
can't believe you said a rub off.

Anyway, ⁓ yeah, I get that. Okay, all right, you bait us. Thank you for joining the break room. We'll see you at the 2026 National Rub Off, Millennial Rub Off, hosted by Conversion Factory. Have a great day.

Corey Haines (22:22)
Take long when you're on ZAC.

Zstvns (22:23)
Cancelled. Cancelled, cancelled, cancelled.

Corey Haines (22:25)
Okay,

we're done.

Zstvns (22:42)
Woo!

Nick Loudon (22:46)
Holy frick dude that's so funny.
