11:30am: Brown Cow cream top maple yogurt with honey granola.
2:30pm: Half of an Uncle Primo’s chicken cutlet sandwich from Ideal’s in Durham, North Carolina.
3:30pm: A decaf cappuccino from Cocoa Cinnamon in Durham.
5pm: Leftover arancini in amatriciana sauce from Ideal’s and romaine lettuce with creamy caesar dressing, made at home.
7pm: A See’s mocha cream chocolate and a raspberry cream chocolate.
December 2, 2025 (Tuesday)
9am: Leftover coffee with half & half.
12pm: A bowl of bran flakes with milk.
3:30pm: Two small slices of olive oil toasted La Farm sourdough with cream cheese, made at home.
6pm: Minestrone with leftover turkey, leftover amatriciana sauce, onions, carrots, potatoes, celery, parsley, lacinato kale, meyer lemon, leftover garlic and lemon breadcrumbs, and Brightland olive oil, made at home.
6:30pm: A See’s milk mocha cream chocolate and milk chocolate butter cream chocolate, a milk bordeaux chocolate, and a piece of mozzarella.
December 3, 2025 (Wednesday)
7am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home.
10am: A bowl of bran flakes with milk.
1pm: A small slice of olive oil toasted La Farm sourdough with herbed goat cheese and a fried piece of mozzarella, made at home.
2:30pm Two Hershey’s Snickerdoodle Kisses.
6:30pm: Frozen pepperoni pizza with Cook Out buffalo sauce, and mixed lettuce with comice pear, herbed goat cheese, meyer lemon, garlic and lemon bread crumbs, cracked black pepper, and Brightland olive oil, made at home.
December 4, 2025 (Thursday)
7am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home, and leftover pizza.
1pm: A bowl of bran flakes with milk.
6pm: A dusty cactus cocktail from The Crunkleton in Chapel Hill, North Carolina
8:30pm: Half of a chicken shawarma wrap from Mediterranean Deli in Chapel Hill.
December 5, 2025 (Friday)
8am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home.
9:30am: Half of a leftover lamb shawarma wrap from Mediterranean Deli with Cook Out ranch.
2:30pm: Olive oil toasted La Farm sourdough with cream cheese and pickled banana peppers, and a cup of earl grey tea with cream, made at home, and a See’s caramel covered marshmallow.
5:30pm: Butter chicken over jasmine rice, made at home, and a pour of Letherbee pear cordial over ice.
7pm: A See’s coconut cream, half of a strawberry cream, and half of a chocolate truffle.
December 6, 2025 (Saturday)
9am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, scrambled eggs with chives, and Wellshire Farms bacon, made at home.
2:30pm: Half of a thai chicken wrap and half of a slice of key lime pie from Foster’s Market in Durham, North Carolina.
6pm: Leftover Bonhomme brie with garlic water crackers, olives stuffed with jalapeno and blue cheese, fennel pollen salami, and Xochitl tortilla chips with Whole Foods salsa.
December 7, 2025 (Sunday)
9am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, a sunny egg over a slice of La Farm sourdough toasted in bacon fat, two pieces of bacon, and the cheek of a bosc pear, made at home.
1pm: Leftover butter chicken over rice with onions and tortilla chips with salsa.
5:30pm: Linguini with ground pork, lacinato kale, COS "Rami" Terre Siciliane Bianco 2023, bacon fat, meyer lemon, parmesan, cream, tarragon, chiltepin peppers, black pepper, garlic, and onion, made at home.
6:30pm: A handful of blueberries.
8pm: A See’s coconut cream chocolate.
