I wanna talk about something that
happens with so many small business

owners that you stick all the pieces
together of your business and you've

got Calendly and your website and your
course based platform and Zoom and.

Scheduling software and before you
know it, you are sticking all these

pieces together with a b bit of
sticky back plastic and duct tape.

And that isn't really the
way to run a simple business.

Your business is pretty
simple and straightforward.

If you are running an online business,
it doesn't need a zillion different

platforms and different ways of working.

You have created something
that's really simple.

You've created a life that was meant to
be simple and easy, and it was a way to

escape the office, a way for you to have
more freedom and flexibility, have more

time for your children, have more time
to travel, or have adventure, or spend

time with your family or whatever it is.

And instead, you are sticking all
the pieces together of all the tech

in order to make something work.

And sometimes that doesn't work and
it gets overwhelming and complicated.

And I know, 'cause I have been there
up until not that long ago, I was using

like active campaign for my email.

I was using, um, ClickFunnels
for my sales pages.

I was using scheduling software,
acuity scheduling software.

I was using Kajabi for my courses.

Using Zapier to stick
all the pieces together.

And it was costing me about $1,200 a
month, about a thousand pounds a month.

And it was also really complex
and things weren't talking

to each other and intuitive.

And while all the functionality of all
of those platforms was really great,

it wasn't making for an easy business.

And I was talking about
having an easy business and.

I'm all about simplicity and
making an easy business and

streamlining your systems.

'cause I really think that
is at the heart of it.

If you can have simplicity and
streamline your systems, you can.

Then it just means you've got more time,
you get your systems working, and you've

got more time to do the marketing.

The selling.

And so it means you've got more
time to live your life, you're

gonna make more money, and you've
got more time to live your life.

And that's if you are a solopreneur.

And then of course if you outsource
a bit, then you know it's a

simple system for someone else.

The other thing that I see all the
time is that somebody will, like,

let's say you are running your
business and then you sort of.

Outsource your responsibility as well as
outsourcing the tech to somebody else.

So let's say it's a virtual
assistant and this virtual assistant

says, oh, go on this platform.

Go on.

Um, so and so platform for your membership
or your course, or whatever it may be,

and go on this platform for your email.

So suddenly you're like, oh, okay,
I'll go here for my membership

and I'll go here for my emails.

And you've not really picked
'cause you don't have a clue.

You don't really know.

And you're like, oh,
okay, yeah, let's do that.

And suddenly you are then
having to navigate this.

Now let's just say somebody
sets you up and then they go

off and do something else.

And I've seen this before, I've had it
myself where, uh, people I've worked

with who I've absolutely loved, and then
they go off and they go and get another

job or they go and do something else.

And so all my favorite tech people
went off to do other things,

and I couldn't really find a
replacement that fitted my needs and.

So I ended up doing it myself
and then, and I'm lucky 'cause

I'm a little bit techie.

So it was like I started doing it and
I really found how much I enjoyed it.

And this is the thing that once you take
ownership of your tech and you understand

it yourself, then you can be like.

Yeah, I've nailed this.

I get it.

And rather than outsourcing and, and when
I'm saying outsourcing the responsibility,

like the ownership, the mental load of it.

So, you know, this is my thing,
this is how it works, rather than

it being like, oh, can you just
do this thing in Canva for me?

You know, as long as you know how to
use Canva, then you can outsource it.

But it's when we don't know and
we outsource the key decisions

of our business to somebody else
because we don't understand the tag.

And so in going through this process
and realizing that I had, I was

sticking all my bits together and
it wasn't like a streamlined system.

I started looking around for something
that was streamlined, that was

simplified, that was so much easier and.

In that journey, and it's
been a bit of a journey.

I've decided to build my own, my own
business, my own brand around this.

And so I'm introducing you to my
new baby company called Flowal,

and it's basically, it's a tech
software platform where I'm gonna

help you to streamline those systems.

So you get the CRM email system, you get
the sales pages, the websites, the email.

Marketing and scheduling.

You get the social media messages
and um, you also, you can schedule

your social media all in one place.

You can build your quizzes,
you can build your things.

It's all in one place.

I'm gonna share it with you 'cause
I'm really excited about it and

I'm building this software and it.

Uh, really fun and it's a joy and
we are really in early stages.

And so while this software would
normally, like if you were buying

it from someone else, it would cost
you, you know, exactly the same

software would cost you like 2, 9, 7.

You can get it with me for 67 because we
are early days and we are just, you know,

we are just stepping into this world.

So I am building people's funnels
and courses and, and also.

Building their websites.

So we're building all the pieces,
putting it together so that

you've got something where it's
like it's done, it's implemented.

Because I know the biggest,
uh, the biggest thing that

holds people back is the fact.

That you might say, oh, I like this
platform, but you don't really understand

it and get your head around it.

So if you have got one place that you
can learn and embrace and get your

head around and you know, get your sink
into it, get sink your teeth into it

and be like, yes, I've nailed this.

It is gonna make your life
so much better because.

Once you've got that automated, you've
got where somebody sends a message and

they get an automated reply or they
book in for your yoga session or they

book in for whatever it is that you
is, your service is your business and

it, they automatically book in, they
fill in a form, they make the payment.

Suddenly your life is gonna get
better 'cause you are not having to do

that kind of back and forth on that.

You don't have to do the
back and forth on a contract.

It automatically sends one and instead.

You can focus on doing the marketing,
so you can focus on doing, um, you

know, sending out those messages,
creating those videos, creating

that podcast, whatever it may be.

Sorry, I've got hair in my face.

Trying to get rid of it.

Um, and it makes, it makes
your life so much easier.

And I've found that since using
the software, I don't really use

Facebook or Instagram in the same way.

I, I love LinkedIn and I go all in on
LinkedIn, and if I remembered, I'd be

posting onto Facebook or Instagram,
but it wasn't something that I did.

And now because I'm using the
scheduling software in the platform,

I'm doing a post every day.

And so.

That's, that's great for me.

You know, that's like, oh, it means
that I'm upleveling my marketing

without having to do anything more.

And the other thing I love about it
is that I would often, I didn't like

scheduling because if I scheduled
things, I'd forget to do comments on

it, and I'd forget to kind of, you know,
if you talk about something like, oh,

and click the link below and then I
forget to put the link below because.

You know, my life is busy and in the
morning I'm sort of charging around,

so I try not to do the scheduling
because it didn't always fit.

Whereas with this scheduling
software, you can schedule a comment.

So basically it means.

You can put the link below and
you can schedule the comment to

appear, which suddenly makes life
so much better and so much easier.

So that's one thing that I really love,
but it means that you, if you've got

everything in one place, you can do that.

You can schedule your social media,
you can track all of those, the

dms, the emails, all in one place.

It makes your business much, much
more efficient, and you can then focus

on doing what you love, which is.

The main thing that you do within your
business, your service, your offering,

whatever it may be, or building
those courses or whatever it is that

you really want to do, and it means
you're doing it more effectively.

And I am a massive believer in making it
as streamlined and simple as possible.

And the benefits of having like
something that's simplified, not having

all the tech is just, it reduces the
amount of decisions you have to make.

It reduces that kind of overwhelm
or feeling like there's all

these pieces that you need to fit
together and it makes things more

streamlined, it makes things easier.

And if in having something
that's simpler, less complex.

It means you've got, it's just there's
more flow, so you can focus your

energy on the things that you love,
