Shalom Aleichem, friends. Today, we're looking into the wisdom of the Torah, specifically a verse from the book of Proverbs, chapter 16, verse 9: "A man's heart deviseth his way: but the Lord directeth his steps."
This verse reminds us that while we make plans for our lives, it is ultimately Hashem who guides our path. We may envision a life for ourselves, a career, a family, a certain path, yet we need to remember that our plans are only plans. Hashem has the final say.
In our everyday life, this means to strive, to plan, to work hard, but also to be humble and accepting of the outcomes. We should not be disheartened if our plans do not work out as we expect. Instead, we should trust in Hashem's wisdom, know that He directs our steps for our ultimate good.
This is a lesson in humility and faith. Humility to accept that we do not control everything, and faith to trust in the wisdom of Hashem. As we go about our day-to-day activities, let's keep this in mind. Let's trust in Hashem, let's accept His guidance with humility, and let's strive to align our plans with His divine will.
Remember, friends, "A man's heart deviseth his way: but the Lord directeth his steps." Let us embrace this wisdom and let it guide us in our daily lives. May Hashem bless you with peace, joy, and fulfillment in all your endeavors.
