**Gizmo:** [00:00:00] Welcome to the Lounge Lizards podcast. It's so good to have you here. It's a leisure and lifestyle podcast founded on our love of premium cigars, as well as whiskey, travel, food, work, and whatever else we feel like getting into. My name is Gizmo, and tonight I'm joined by Rooster pba, Senator Pagoda, Grindr, and bam bam, a full house of lizards.
And our plan is to smoke a couple cigars, drink some bourbon, talk about life, and of course, have a few laughs. So take this as your 16th official invitation to join us and become a card carrying lounge lizard plan and meet us here once a week. We're gonna smoke two short cigars tonight, share our thoughts on 'em, and give you our formal lizard ratings.
We'll discuss smoking cigars in the cold and the best heating options to make it tolerable. And Senator talks about the history of our bourbon pairing all among a variety of other things for the next hour. So sit back, get your favorite drink, light up a cigar, and enjoy as we pair M's. Bourbon with parus Short and ta petite Casados reserva.
Uh, so tonight we're doing [00:01:00] two shorter smokes cuz it's cold out and we figured that a lot of folks are smoking outside and, uh, are, are reaching for shorter smokes. So we wanted to do two of our favorites tonight. And, uh, we're gonna start with, the party is short. It's a party, the party short. So this is a, uh,
**Poobah:** it's a party.
It's a party. Short baby
**Gizmo:** So the party short is a 42 ring gauge by four and three eight inches cigar. .
**Grinder:** Keep
**Pagoda:** the music going. It's
**Gizmo:** perfect. Just leave it running the whole
**Pagoda:** episode. No, during your intro. It's perfect. The party. It's fucking perfect. .
**Poobah:** That's the last time
**Gizmo:** you, let's go baby pba. Just to give context, PBAs dancing in his chair right now,
He's so into it. The Parus Short Goat
Oh man. So Parus, the Parus shorts are, uh, great little smokes. Um, they come in a, uh, a, a 25 count [00:02:00] dress box, uh, which we'll talk about. And these have come out of a 50 count cabinet,
**Pagoda:** um,
**Gizmo:** from November, 2019. So they're a little over two years old. So let's cut this thing. See where we're getting on the cold draw.
Get on the wrapper. The party is short again, it's 42 ring gauge by five, uh, excuse me, four and three eight inches long. Great little smoke. So, what's good about both of these cigars that we picked tonight, uh, common to everything else that we've done on the pod is they are, even for their size, they are still hand-rolled with
**Poobah:** long filler, slightly tight and tasty.
**Pagoda:** Yeah, good draw. The draw is perfect and it's delicious. You like, you like slightly taste.
**Gizmo:** You like that? I, I looked over when he said that and I'm getting the face, I'm getting, I'm seeing the face. What are you guys getting on the cold? Draw this. I'm getting cedar. Not much else. Yeah. Cedar. Same cedar. How's everybody's draws?
Okay. On this draws wide
**Pagoda:** open. It's
**Bam Bam:** wide open. I am getting cedar, but I'm gonna hint of something else. It's a little sweet. It's
**Pagoda:** nice. Sweet.
**Poobah:** Yeah.
**Pagoda:** It's like Britney Spears.
**Bam Bam:** I've [00:03:00] never had this, I've never had this cigar,
**Pagoda:** by the way. , you've
**Gizmo:** never had a part of a short, never had this. Wow. Yeah. These are shirt, you know, so party babe.
You guys
**Pagoda:** are fucking
**Gizmo:** depriving me. We went, we went, uh, we went kind of down the list of short smokes and, and uh, we, we, we selected this one in the, uh,
**Pagoda:** the, the tattoo
**Gizmo:** I had that we're gonna do, uh, in tonight's episode. But there are, there are quite a few, but this one is especially good. And even for its short smoke, it's uh, it's very flavorful.
So, so, uh, we'll see. So let's light this thing. The parta. Short, delicious little smoke. Again, this is a little over two years old, so nothing crazy.
So you can get these pretty reasonably 5, 5, 6 bucks a stick. Um, and they're pretty easy to find. So that was another. Deciding factor in our wanting to do these tonight. You can pretty much find these anywhere tasty. Right on the light classic RGUs right on the light. So we've done a lot of part, you know, we've done a few RGUs cigars so far on the pod.
Um, [00:04:00] and I'm, I'm very excited to do this one. I love
**Pagoda:** this little thing.
**Bam Bam:** I get f I get beautiful floral right off the bat. Yeah. Wow. Wow.
**Pagoda:** Hmm.
**Poobah:** Yeah, it just tastes like a pagus.
**Grinder:** It's amazing how much flavor it packs for such a small
**Gizmo:** package and only two years old. Geez. I mean, we did that, uh, Collibra episode a few weeks ago and, uh, you know, it, it
**Pagoda:** it's reminiscent of that.
**Grinder:** I love that. I love the Parus rapper, not the rapper, the band. Yeah. Like, I wish I knew what this was like. So there's like the, the, you know, the shield of St. George and some other shit there. It's awesome. I wish I knew what, we gotta dive into the history of that.
**Gizmo:** Yeah, I gotta, I'll look up the band, see if I can find anything while we're on here.
But, um, . Yeah. Really nice cigar.
**Poobah:** Yeah. This is, this is without a doubt. Um, I'm, I, I don't care. I'll jump ahead. These have been in my humidor always for a long time since I started smoking pagus. And they are, [00:05:00] they are really, um, really one of the better sh short smokes that you can, that you can find. Um,
**Senator:** and I have to say, you, you look at these, they're, they're perfectly rounded.
So GIZ and I were talking before the pod, cuz a lot of us have these and I have these in my humidor and I have a dress box and GIZ has these in a 50 cab. And I have two dress boxes and two dress boxes and you know, the ones in the dress boxes I have. And he has, they're slightly box pressed cuz they're bunched together so tightly.
And the, the shorts I have, they're good. But this is definitely better. And this goes back to the old ti, you know, tried intrude. I if, if you can source a 50 cab of anything. odds are it's gonna be a bit better. And I think this is another example of that.
**Poobah:** I mean, when they pop up, they go, they, they, they go fast.
They, the cabinets,
**Gizmo:** they go quick. The thing is, is, is you know, again, talking about budgets and whatnot, I mean, you know, obviously if you've never tried this to, to jump into 50 sticks [00:06:00] is a lot. If you have the opportunity to go in, you know, on a cabinet with someone, I really think that even compared, I have, uh, dress box cigars that are even a year older than this, and they do not smoke.
Like these do. They just don't because they're stuffed in those damn cardboard dress boxes. Yeah.
**Poobah:** I'm not gonna just, I'm not gonna, I'm not gonna just, I'm not, I've had decent ones outta dress boxes. It's not, but yes. Do they smoke better? Is it like exponentially All the time. I wouldn't go there, but yes, they, they're definitely better.
Um, I have a
**Pagoda:** question out of a cabinet. No doubt. If you get a dress
**Bam Bam:** box of anything, does it make sense to take them out of the dress box?
**Pagoda:** Yes. And then put them in
**Poobah:** your tower sis? If, if, if you're having, I found that if you're, if you are having those problems, it's just getting air around them and just unpacking them out of the dress box.
That could, that if, if you're finding that, that you're having draw issues, sometimes it's just better to get 'em out. Or
**Pagoda:** even if you're [00:07:00]
not,
**Bam Bam:** is it just good practice to get them out and put 'em right in
**Pagoda:** the humidor?
**Poobah:** I think it doesn't matter then at that point. Right. If they're think for,
**Gizmo:** I think for the ease of, I think even for the ease of picking your, what you're smoking, I always, when I'm, when I'm in a dress box, instead of having to reach, dig in the humidor, dig into my tupper, I always pull a couple out and leave 'em loose.
You know, let them dry, you know, uh, acclimate with other, uh, loose sticks and then I can pick 'em, you know, like Poo was saying, to have a desktop humidor. And, and you have, you know, we're, we're fortunate. We have towers. I still have Tupperware. A lot of us still have Tupperware that we store in. It's just so much easier than opening the Tupperware, digging through boxes to have a nice layout of singles that you can pull
**Poobah:** from.
I really wanted Daniel Marshall. I really want a really, um, we'll pull our cash into You want No, no, no, no. I, you don't need to do that. Um, it's, but I really. Rooster. I know you have a Daniel, you, you have a Daniel Marshall. Yes. Two Daniel Marshalls. Of course he is too . Um, but there's, [00:08:00] I think that there's a lot of merit to have.
I mean, I have desktop hu I have a couple desktop humidors, but I would, something like that I think is nice. They're nice to have. Uh, they're just really nice. It's a really nice accessory to have a really nice cedar, really well-made humid like desktop humidor and stage out your smokes. Um, you can keep it upstairs.
You can keep it, you know, maybe separate from wherever your larger storage device of preferences. It's just
**Gizmo:** nice. Yeah. So bam,
**Rooster:** when you
**Gizmo:** get your tower, this is a great idea. That's why I'm asking actually to get a desktop humidor. I have two desktops. Oh, perfect. Yeah.
**Rooster:** So, so you go through the tower and you pick your smokes, what you're gonna smoke, you know, for that week, for the next two weeks.
Sure. Put 'em in the humidor. . You know, and then you
**Pagoda:** just pick 'em out of that. That's a great idea.
**Gizmo:** Really. That's a great idea. And what a lot of guys do too, is they'll keep their tower at a little bit higher humidity for storing and aging and whatnot, and then the desktop a little lower. So you're kind of, you know, as you're getting closer to smoking them, you're
**Pagoda:** able to [00:09:00] Stepping it down.
Yeah,
**Gizmo:** stepping down the humidity. Yeah. To get closer for a Cuban to 62, you know? Got it. Totally. Yeah.
**Poobah:** Makes of sense. Advice, environment advice. It's a great, um,
**Gizmo:** there is still, and, and again, I gotta say, I mean, we talk about towers. We're lucky to have towers. I think, you know, listen, I'm at the point where I'm back in a Tupperware because I'm just buying too much shit like a degenerate.
But the Tupperware is such a great option, you
**Pagoda:** know, to store cigars. You're not sharing your purchases with us. Of course it is. Yes, I
**Poobah:** am. I don't know what you're buying. Of course. It's a great option, .
**Gizmo:** Yeah, it's a great option. This, this is
**Senator:** from Hez Box. Yeah. Let the ledger reflect. These are being shared by Gizmo.
Oh,
**Pagoda:** thank you guys. Yes. I forgot to mention that. Thank you. Yeah, yeah. Fantastic. By the way,
**Gizmo:** let's talk about the, uh, what's the size of this? The cigar? Yeah. It's 42 by four and three eighth inches. . So is that
**Rooster:** also considered like a petite
**Gizmo:** corona? I don't know if this is as, I think this is smaller. I think this is smaller than a petite Corona would be.
**Poobah:** Um, this is shorter. It's hence Parta short . It's, it's, um, shorter than a petite
**Gizmo:** [00:10:00] Corona. There's such great smokes though. This is technically called, this is technically called, um, under their wine. It's a minutos and it, it is listed on Cuban cigar website as a petite Corona, so that's correct. So this has been ar around well before the revolution.
This is a pre 1960 release. Um, and again, like I said, I love that, you know, there's so many new world cigars you can buy that are, that are short and are machine made. A lot of cigars are machine made, but for five, six bucks, seven bucks. Now to get a cigar like this that's hand rolled and tastes like this does, how much is this?
Five, six, $7 depending on where you get it. Get the hell outta here. Yeah, absolutely. Well, it's a small
**Pagoda:** cigar. Small cigar. I mean,
**Poobah:** wow. , we're gonna be done here in about
**Bam Bam:** 10 minutes, 15 minutes. True. But ton of
**Pagoda:** flavor. Pa pagoda is probably already done. , ,
**Gizmo:** two
**Pagoda:** puffs. I'm having a tough time with the cigar for some reason.
I just can't get a new draw.
**Gizmo:** Really. Ah, oh wow. So there you go. That I I have another one. You wanna try a different one? Yeah, sure. I think, yeah. I'll [00:11:00] pull another one for you. I'll take
**Pagoda:** another one. That's great. Thanks.
**Poobah:** Yeah. From time to time I've smoked a lot of these. Um, very rarely, but from time to time you will get a tight one like you do sometimes with smaller ring gauge cigars. It's just, but, but I find it rare. Um, like, so when, when we open the, when we opened the pod and it made the joke, it, it was, it was, uh, what did I say?
Tight and tasty. Yeah. Once it was lit, it just opened right up a little bit. But, but, um, that can
**Gizmo:** happen. Well, uh, you know what, what pagodas experiencing is what we've said before. . It's Cuba being Cuba, right? Yeah. It's, you know, man, this cigar has like
**Rooster:** really nice sweet tobacco
**Gizmo:** flavor. It does, it
**Poobah:** has, it's a, it's a different, so this is, you know, to don't expect for the listener, don't expect like, like buying if you buy like Parus capitals or if you happen to find Aras, some of, or aristocrats or some of these other [00:12:00] smaller ring gauge cigars that RGUs makes, it's not gonna be this good.
Yeah. That like, like they're just not, they, it's a different, what they do with this cigar and why they sell it in 50 cabs and I don't know what they do with it, but the ratio of tobacco in here or whatever they use for this is a different, is something different than what they use for some of their other smaller ring gauge cigars.
Because, and I don't know what it is. , this is why it's so well regarded and why so many people gravitate towards this, this stick. It's really like the small parus of choice. It is.
**Gizmo:** And, and I mean, certainly I've smoked, I know we've all smoked a, I, I guess everybody, but bam maybe. Mm-hmm. has smoked a bunch of these, but um, you know, we are obviously, we're talking about the reason why we did this is cuz it's cold out, especially in the northeast, the Midwest, um, you know, a lot of, lot of blizzards out there are experiencing a really cold winter right now.
This is a cigar that you can go outside and if [00:13:00] you have 20, 30 minutes that you can tough out the cold or Yeah. You know, deal with it. It's
**Pagoda:** perfect for
**Grinder:** that. Blizzards need to find a way to smoke in a blizzard. .
**Pagoda:** Blizzard's in a blizzard. Blizzard in a
**Gizmo:** blizzard. Yeah. It's, it's, it's really a perfect, perfect cigar for that.
And if you have to blizzard, they get too cold, ditch it halfway through, you're still only talking about a five, six, $7 cigar. You're not throwing something crazy away. So, um, and for the amount of flavor, I mean a lot of value in the cigar. I'm
**Bam Bam:** reading something here. It's called technically, it's called a minuto, Viola.
That's the
**Pagoda:** first
**Grinder:** I've ever, ever heard of it. Is that why? Because it's
**Pagoda:** minute.
**Gizmo:** Could be minute. I mean, I did say that about three
**Pagoda:** minutes of confidence. Okay. Okay. Did you use that
**Bam Bam:** word minuto?
**Pagoda:** I did. You did? I did. wasn't, wasn't, wasn't. I'm getting a shank in my stomach. Bam. Stay. Stay. Hey, bam. Stay with us.
Keep up. Keep up. , uh, bam is signing off now. Bam, bam,
**Gizmo:** bam, bam. Lives in a time. Delay ba
**Pagoda:** bam. Bam. Clearly got
**Grinder:** a lot
**Pagoda:** of rest last night because he is only
**Grinder:** sharp when he is got
**Pagoda:** zero sleep. .
**Bam Bam:** You know what? That's fucking true. It, its
**Pagoda:** true. [00:14:00] It's weird. It's so true.
**Gizmo:** Oh man, this is a great cigar. So let me ask you
**Poobah:** guys, Minuto, isn't Minuto like?
Yeah.
**Pagoda:** Yeah. The musical crews. Manu Love the Manu Boys.
**Poobah:** This is Minuto. This is, this is, this is the band. Danny Minuto.
**Gizmo:** There
**Bam Bam:** you go. Please stop .
**Pagoda:** Oh geez.
**Poobah:** Please stop. Hopefully that's from the eighties. Don't go away
**Gizmo:** noodles. Make it go away. Don't ruin this cigar. I don't wanna, he's ruining the flavor of the cigar
That was a band
**Poobah:** from the eighties called Minuto
**Gizmo:** Minutos. So we're, you know, we're lucky. We're lucky guys, right? Like we got, you know, we all couples have garages with great setups and whatnot. Well, before we knew each other before we had this, this, you know, we're fortunate to have this great group of, of, of friends here at the Lizards, but a lot of folks out there are, are toughing out the weather.
Right. Um, I know what I used to do. I had a, I had a propane heater that I would set up outside and. I have, I had one of those things that, you know, some of the restaurants have [00:15:00] the, the propane tower. Um, what are, what are some options that you guys have used, uh, to stay warm outside, even temporarily when you're smoking a 20, 30 minutes Agar.
Bam. Didn't you have like a solo or something
**Pagoda:** that you, what was that called? I still have a solo.
**Gizmo:** Is that a propane? Is that propane or is it the
**Pagoda:** electric? I like it. It's wood and, no, it's all, it's wood. It's wood. Okay. So how
**Gizmo:** much
is
**Pagoda:** that? How much, you know, throws off does do for it?
**Bam Bam:** Well, there's a, the one I have is just sit in it.
It's the, it's a step down from the biggest version. The biggest one they have is the Yukon. Okay. That is fabulous. A friend of mine in town has it. Mm-hmm. , we were smoking cigars at 22 degrees. It was incredible. Puba. I know. You don't believe it. It's it's a fact.
**Pagoda:** No, I believe, I don't believe it. Oh, I
**Senator:** believe that you were smoking in 22 degrees.
I don't believe that. You were warm around. That we were warm and I, I, I think that scotch was probably responsible. It
**Bam Bam:** was 22 cel. So I will be buying that larger model. Yeah. And firing that up. It's fabulous in the
**Pagoda:** winter. But the,
**Grinder:** but the point of that is that it, it, it, it takes away the heat that it throws off the wrist.
No, not
**Bam Bam:** the bigger guy. The one I have is a [00:16:00] step down. It's chilly. You can't, you can't use that. But
**Gizmo:** in a way, listen, you're not gonna find a perfect solution when you're sitting outside. Sure. If there's any amount of wind, you're not gonna have a perfect solution. You're not gonna enjoy it.
**Senator:** Yeah. But since we're talking about how you stay warm outside when you're having a cigar, I think it needs to be said a solo stove is, A product for warmth.
Nope. It's nice to look at True, true. Plenty of women, my wife included, love them because it's smokeless so you don't smell like a campfire. The next day For the lizards, we could care less and it's a beautiful
**Bam Bam:** device. It's beautiful, grateful
**Senator:** ambiance and it's really useful. In California. Yes. Not on the east coast for the west coast.
I mean, do you remember the night, this was actually very funny, we were at bams sitting around that solo stove fucking
**Pagoda:** grind your head, feet as
**Senator:** up feet. The fire grinder literally took his shoes off, had his feet practically in the fire and still wasn't getting heat . It was
**Pagoda:** insane. I had the paramedics
**Bam Bam:** on speed dial that night.
I mean,
**Pagoda:** what
**Poobah:** the fuck? So you guys, you guys, I'm sorry, you guys cold. You guys have been to my house. I have the gazebo on the deck and then it has curtains [00:17:00] that keeps the heat in and that keeps the heat in. So I have a little one of those rigid like construction worker propane things and it actually blows heat.
It's pro, it's a propane heater, but it blows heat, it like blows heat. It's directional. Yeah, it's directional. So I don't point it at myself, but it blows heat inside and then that actually, believe it or not, heats up. Um, cuz they're curtains it but blocks the wind. Yeah. And that's one way to do it. But I'm basically sitting in a tent a hard time.
I dunno. It's, it's blowing and it's blowing heat in there. So can you keep warm in there?
**Gizmo:** Definitely. Well, I think if you, you know, there's also a lot of options too. If you go to Home Depot or something, they have the, the forest hot. Kind of, you know, the construction workers, people that are outside working use, you know, and you can get small ones, you know, um, that are gonna force air on you.
I mean, I,
**Pagoda:** I don't know how well those work,
**Grinder:** call me primitive, but like, nothing beats a
**Bam Bam:** good, a fire space, good fire or a space
**Grinder:** like this and like, well, yeah, a space, but not everyone has a space. That's the whole premise to this conversation. True. [00:18:00] Thank you. The, the fact that the fact, I'm going, you
**Bam Bam:** know what, I'm going to bed
**Pagoda:** now.
No, you gotta stay up, bro. , you gotta stay up. No, seriously, don't lash out. Yeah,
**Gizmo:** you're being abrasive.
**Pagoda:** Rosh. Rosh probably listens to this.
**Poobah:** Don't. We're just, listen Tammy, we're just gonna bam, bam. We're gonna put you on on think mode.
**Grinder:** Alright, I'm checking out officially now can we, you motherfucker .
**Pagoda:** No, but,
**Grinder:** but, but having, having the, the fire is, uh, it throws off a lot of heat. Yeah, it'll gets smokey, but. . I don't know if you have a good big pot.
**Senator:** Yeah. It's like a cast iron. It, it just like, it radiates the heater around. Radiates. That's what keeps you warm. That's
**Grinder:** what keeps
**Poobah:** you warm. If it's fucking cold, like really fucking cold, you're fucked.
**Gizmo:** You're not super Well, I, I know a lot of guys, there's a guy that we get a lot of cigars from up in Boston, uh, obviously gets super cold up there.
He's fortunate enough he's able to sit in his car and have a cigar like this. [00:19:00] He's, you know, he says he tries to what? He tries to cap at about 30 minutes. How do people do that? But a lot of people smoke in their, his car. He pulls a rooster. Yeah. Put the radio on. Yeah. What's wrong?
**Senator:** What? No people do it. My dad's done.
That's people do it. Oh my God. There on
**Gizmo:** a lease, you'd
**Rooster:** return it after three years.
**Gizmo:** Yeah. fucking deal.
**Poobah:** What? Hey Rooster, I agree with you. I mean, you're
**Rooster:** smoke in the, in the truck, right? Once in
**Poobah:** a while. Who me? Yeah. Hell yeah, I do. There you go. In the, in the pickup truck, not the other car. That's what I, yeah.
Not in the other car, but the, uh, the pickup truck. Yeah, absolutely. I mean, I usually
**Rooster:** smoke in my wife's car, but once in a while I smoke in my car.
**Gizmo:** I mean,
**Pagoda:** that, that, that, that, I
**Grinder:** dunno how you get away with that. That pickup is definitely built for business. You got like the backseats down, you got the fucking, the rubber floor, you're ready to haul some shit, you know?
Mm-hmm. . I
**Bam Bam:** like that truck.
**Poobah:** It's, it's, it's, I'm ready to party in that thing at all times. Even as a power inverter, like it can run your fucking house like a generator off that
**Pagoda:** fucking
**Bam Bam:** thing. So just to get back to my [00:20:00] setup, if I have one, like, I'll go on my front porch. I've got two, I've, I've got two exposed surfaces, and the other two where the house.
So that kind of keeps the wind out of that little corner. So I'll go there. But when it gets below, below 30, yeah. Yeah.
**Pagoda:** It's below 30. It's tough when you, when you, when
**Grinder:** you have it's gloves to hold the cigar. I've done that. It's probably, I've
**Pagoda:** done
**Gizmo:** that,
**Rooster:** ma'am. You should get one of those parabolic heaters for one person.
I think that's a great,
**Gizmo:** great
**Pagoda:** little
**Bam Bam:** heat. I need to tear down my
**Pagoda:** house and rebuild
**Gizmo:** it is what I gotta do. . Well, until you
**Senator:** do that. Yeah, because that, that's gonna happen in 2050. I know. In
**Pagoda:** the meantime, you shoulds. Right? See what rooster's doing? .
**Gizmo:** So, uh, rooster, tell us a little bit about that. What, what's a parabolic heater?
What does that do? Parabolic heater. It's,
**Rooster:** it's
**Gizmo:** like a, it's like a dish.
**Rooster:** Okay. Right. And it's, is it propane? It's electric. Oh, it's electric, okay. It's electric. It heats up. And for one person it's fantastic. I mean, you could be in your garage or, you know, like a semi covered space. Like
**Gizmo:** you were talking like about, like your area.
Sure. I mean, it's perfect for one person. It [00:21:00] is,
**Senator:** it is. So, I have to say, Ru Rooster turned me onto this. This is before I had built the little lounge setup here. when I was smoking outside on my deck and it was cold and I tried, I, I got one of those tall restaurant heaters and the tiny bit of wind, it just takes all the heat away.
It was useless and I was trying to figure out what to do and Rooster talked about this, so I ordered one. The beauty of the parabolic heater, it doesn't matter how much wind there is, somehow it just radiates that heat still right at you and it gets super hot. I mean there are times you feel like your legs are about to light on fire and you gotta really push temperate it, it's intense.
It's really good. It's get, I should cheap, it's like
**Gizmo:** $50. I should get one. They also have, uh, propane versions of that, that actually sit on top of the propane tank and it looks like a, like a, like a dish network dish and uh, you know, it shoots at you.
**Poobah:** Totally. They also have them now at the beginning of Covid for the gazebo.
So you know how I have a fan Yeah. That hangs in the gazebo in the summer. Cuz the whole reason they put it there is that the, the sun shines whatever. So they have the [00:22:00] parabolic heater. So picture the paraba key to the dome. They have them that you can hang from the, from the top and it like where you'd hang the fan, but they were sold.
I haven't looked again, but they were sold out. I'll
**Gizmo:** just caution
**Senator:** you though cuz the one problem, there's one flaw with the Paraba key. It rises Yes.
**Grinder:** No, no, no, no, no. But that's
**Senator:** true though. Yeah. Well that's obviously true, but that's not the problem with it. The problem with it is it, it radiates the heat immediately where it's pointed that spot, but nowhere else.
So that's why when Rooster says it's good for one person, the problem with the parabolic heater is when you have it on you, you're warm. But anyone even sitting literally, if, if, if Gizmo was sitting immediately next to me, he wouldn't
**Poobah:** even feel it. Feeling warm. Wouldn't even, so my thing, my like construction worker thing that blows the heat into the area probably circulates, but the fan builtin probably
**Rooster:** better.
You could do what we do in our garage or what, what, uh, Kemo has in his. You know, the forced hot air unit that's suspended from the ceiling. Right. Or you could mount it on the wall of [00:23:00] the, uh, of your house. Yeah.
**Gizmo:** And
**Poobah:** well, that's what I have. I kind of put it up on a, on a, one of those, you know, those Trex side tables that I have.
I put it like there, right? And it kind of just blows. I don't put it directly on me, but it like circulates. I don't know how many
**Gizmo:** BTUs that
**Rooster:** is, but, uh, do, do you remember the BTUs
**Gizmo:** on my unit on rehab? Yeah. So the, the one, you know, I'll tell lizards out there, I would've thought that this was cost prohibitive.
Ha had I not looked into it and done it when I got desperate, um, you know, when it started getting cold and I wanted to have cigars in my garage, uh, I got a 10,000 wat heater suspended from my roof, and it was 375 bucks shipped. Uh, I got it the next day. There was a sh you know, shipped out in New Jersey.
It's called Comfort Zone 10,000, uh, watt B Tu U Rooster actually found it. I just jumped the gun on pol, you know, getting it done. The only problem is you have to hire an electrician to come in and, and wire to your panel, but. , it really does a great job. I have a two stall garage, nothing crazy. The guys have been over several times, even when it's windy, [00:24:00] freezing cold outside, it really warms up that garage pretty quick and it keeps it warm.
Um, so any g blizzards out there who are fortunate enough to have a mi uh, a garage space that might work, they offer it in 5,000 watts, I think 70 510,000 watts. So, uh, you know, up to 400 bucks if you're gonna use it over a couple of years, it's, I think it's well worth it if you're able to do it. Um, obviously not all folks are.
And you know, the other thing I, I guess we need to mention too is, you know, finding a local lounge, you know, that, that that's what I did, you know, maybe Yeah. Bam, bam. Recently
**Pagoda:** found.
**Grinder:** I also think we'd be remiss if we didn't talk about how to seal like a garage space, because I mean, Senator, like, well, you're cued, you know, there's like, if you have space that you can, you know, opportunistically smoke a cigar in and not disrupt the whole ,
**Pagoda:** the house stink of
**Grinder:** your house.
House, house. Yeah. Yeah. Um, It, it's, it's, it's pretty, you know, get your car out of there, have a cigar in there, seal it up and, you know, you can, you can really, you know, take advantage of your [00:25:00] own space.
**Pagoda:** The thing I've found that, that's benefited me, and, and
**Gizmo:** we're sitting here right now, Senator has it too, is, you know, you have the heating unit and then I also have a, uh, a window fan.
I have a window in my garage. I have a window fan in there, just like, you know, a bedroom window fan just pulling the air out. So it's pulling smoke out so the house isn't getting blasted.
**Pagoda:** And have you ever, like, has your family ever, like, the only
**Gizmo:** time they complain is when the door is left open for too long and they smell it for a little bit, but it's never a problem.
Right. And, and, and my wife is very sensitive to it. If she smelled it, I would know
**Pagoda:** it. And,
**Grinder:** and I think this, this, I mean, I think Senator take took great lengths of trying to seal every crevice Oh
**Senator:** yeah. Of this. Yeah. So the, the easy way to do it, all you have to buy is foam sealant, just sprays out of the bottle.
and any pipes that you have in your garage that run into your house, you just seal around them and, and you're good. You're set. That's it.
**Pagoda:** Cracks and crevices as well.
**Gizmo:** Yeah, and I didn't do anything crazy with doors, anything. Like, I did nothing other than put that window fan in and put the heating unit up.
And [00:26:00] literally my living room is right above the garage where we, where we sat and smoked. And I've had You
**Poobah:** can towel it like college. Yeah, you
**Pagoda:** can. Now, in your case though, ,
**Gizmo:** you
**Pagoda:** absolutely can,
**Bam Bam:** what are, what are you, what are you referencing? What are you just
**Grinder:** saying? Smoke. Lot of cigars in college.
**Bam Bam:** In your la in your layout, you've got your heating unit situated not too far from the door that leads into the house.
Yeah. So it takes the smoke and actually pushes it out. Yeah. That's toward and circles around the space to that
**Pagoda:** window unit they have. You just gotta create air movement. Yeah. And you have your fan there too, so I have an additional fan too. Yeah, it works great. Yeah,
**Grinder:** it's, it's strong too. Like I, I was getting, dude, legs was sweating, my legs were, my legs were getting a little chilly and I moved, I moved back towards the, the fan.
and then I was in the, the line of sight and I'm like, oh fuck, this is way
**Pagoda:** too hot. I think it's hot.
**Gizmo:** And I was like, so I, what I did is where we sit is in one half of the garage and I actually mounted the unit on the other side to not be in Yeah. Not be in the direct line. So, so we're, uh, I guess well over halfway here in the party is short, uh, half, you know, first of our two [00:27:00] cigars tonight in our winter.
It's cold out short smoke special. And uh, what are you guys thinking about this thing? Because I love it.
**Bam Bam:** It's the first time I'm having it. I would love to get more of these. Yeah, they're really good. It is so good.
**Pagoda:** So
**Gizmo:** good. I would say that this, and, and you guys may think I'm crazy, obviously it was very, very age, but this to me is like a distant cousin of the colibra as far as
**Pagoda:** Pargo goes, maybe.
Yeah. Yeah. It's,
**Gizmo:** it's, it's
**Pagoda:** definitely in that family. That's fair. That's fair.
**Senator:** I, I don't know. So I, I have a slightly different perspective on this. I think the Collibra is, is a milder smoke significantly than this. I think this is a distant cousin to like a D four. This has a lot of flavor for Does a little
**Gizmo:** cigar does.
It is. Yeah, I definitely wouldn't call this mild. I think it's
**Pagoda:** a,
**Grinder:** it's a rapper's, it's a rapper centric, obviously, because it's smaller. Yeah.
**Bam Bam:** It's so smooth though. For the,
**Grinder:** for this retro hail got
**Bam Bam:** me for the full flavor in this, of this thing. It's very smooth.
**Pagoda:** I mean,
**Gizmo:** you can't
**Rooster:** really compare it to the Collibra because we [00:28:00] didn't have a fresh, yeah, we had 2019 colle when it was never
**Senator:** heavily, but even the fresh one.
So it's funny, I I told you since we smoked that, I've, I've really been trying to source some of these and I was gonna buy a young box and the reason I was, I was reading, um, if you follow like Casa del Havana, they have like an Instagram page and they did a little feature on the Collibra recently and what they said is it's a really mild smoke, so they actually smoke really well.
you won't get that many rough edges because it's not that full of smoke to begin with. So that's what gives me hope with that cigar. I mean, I at least got a recent source thing. It's a little bit of age,
**Rooster:** but what I'm saying is like that Collibra that we had from like 2010, we had so much flavor, so good, so much flavor on that.
We were blown. We didn't know what to expect from that. And we were blown away from that club. We were.
**Gizmo:** It's
**Bam Bam:** great. This is phenomenal too. This is excellent. It's
**Rooster:** phenomenal. Yeah. And I think being that it's from a 50 cap that makes a world, that makes, I'm sure it makes, uh,
**Gizmo:** some, it's better than
**Senator:** my dress box.
I have this. Yeah, it really
**Gizmo:** is.
**Poobah:** [00:29:00] Yeah, it is in their, it's well regarded. It's, well, it's, it's, it's a well resp, it's, it's a great small smoke. It's a great small smoke. And it's, it's one of the cigars within, um, when you get, get away from like the alphabet series, uh, of Parus, um, you, it's like there's that, there's the Lucy.
there's the 8 98 and the short. It's kind of like, you know, if you're gonna buy Parus, what are you, you're buying, you're buying alphabet, you're buying Lucy, you're buying 8 98. Which need, which in my opinion, require a lot of age, cuz it's a very strong cigar. And, um, and you have the short, um, and these, the, the collabs that we recently smoked.
But I mean,
**Gizmo:** you were smoking when we started tonight before we went on
**Poobah:** air. You were smoking the capital. Yeah. It doesn't compare to the Yeah,
**Gizmo:** I was gonna ask you, how does it compare? It's a little
**Poobah:** longer, right? It, it, it's [00:30:00] longer, but it doesn't really taste like this at all, in my opinion. Um, is it, are they better than when I first got 'em?
Yeah, but it's, it's, they're like only, okay. Yeah. Um, now and may now maybe in time they'll be a little bit better. Uh, I wouldn't count it out, but it's a new, it's like a, that's a new release. That was done under that, um, that kind of retro release that Havana did with one of the shittiest cigars of all time, which was the Romeo and Julietta, um, uh, club King in the, in the tin.
In the tin, which was not well received by anyone. Um, that was shit. But, um, the tins that were, they were kind of like released at the same time and it was like a throwback. Um, the capitals and the club kings and the packaging and everything. Really cool. Packaging the little tin with the flip lid, tin, and then like, you know, and then the whole box which flips up.
But I, you know, [00:31:00] dollar for dollar, pound for pound, I don't think it really compares to a cabin and a pargo shorts. Maybe in time the capital will wage better and become a better cigar, but, um, but these are really quite, they're quite good. There's something different about them. I don't know what it is. . I don't know what they do to it, but it, they're strong and they're, they're not strong, but they, they deliver some power, which you want.
And ki which I want, uh, personally in a shorter cigar, there's
**Rooster:** also a, a super pagus, I dunno if you ever tried one of those. It's a little longer stick. It's a 40 range gauge. Five and a half. It's very similar to this. Mm.
**Gizmo:** Is it good? Yeah. Very
**Poobah:** good. Yeah. But you the one, but that was a machine rolled cigar, wasn't it?
Uh, for many years. Just, I'm not sure. And then what about that? It was, you'd have to check Cuban cigar website, but, uh, [00:32:00] um, is that the one with the black?
**Rooster:** No, no. You're thinking about the one that, uh, comes in like a tube.
**Gizmo:** Yeah. Yeah. Um, yeah. This is a great little cigar. Great little ci. I love the wrapper on this.
**Pagoda:** Yeah.
**Bam Bam:** It's difficult to smoke this one slow cause it's so
**Pagoda:** tasty. It is.
**Gizmo:** But if you pull it too hard, it'll start to bite you a little bit. True. Yeah. It
**Poobah:** doesn't have the, the, so like the Collibra that we had had some of those more signature like cinnamon notes and some of those more like more baking spices.
This, this, this reminds me more of like punch, it's got like a little bit more punch. It almost tastes like certain stages. There's like little hints of certain stages of almost what a Lucy would taste like at certain parts of the smoke. Not of course at the beginning. Maybe towards the end it has that parus signature, but a little bit like there's a little bit touch of, there's a touch of [00:33:00] power in this little guy.
I guess. Definitely. I guess it's kind of like a little mighty might.
**Rooster:** Yeah. I would say this is a medium
**Gizmo:** to full smoke. Yeah. I agree. I agree. Yeah. And I think that if you're craving a cigar and you, you know, you only have a half hour. and you're outside, it's freezing. This is gonna do what you need it to do.
Gives you a little nicotine. You're gonna be satisfied with the cigar. That's the thing. It's perfect with the solo stove. I think,
**Senator:** you know, , that's the thing. When you have only time for a short smoke, you want a smoke that's gonna pack some flavor. Yeah. And that's where I think this fits in. And other short smokes that we enjoy, they have a a lot of flavor.
Cuz when you've got 30 minutes, you can only have one you really wanna leave satisfied.
**Poobah:** Totally. I think there's a little nicotine in here too. It kind of makes you feel good. Yeah. That's why when I was like, oh, it's a party. It's a party. Cuz every time you smoke it's gives you a little bit of that kick.
There's a little kick to it, but it's not like a, it's, when I say kick, it's not like it's a jitter kick. Yeah. It's like, it's like a, it's like a little firm pat on the back,[00:34:00]
you know, saying hello.
**Gizmo:** Yeah. It's a great cigar. Uh, you guys wanna rate this thing? We're coming to the end of the, uh, it's great coming to the end of the parus short here before we go into our second cigar of the night. I'm very happy with the cigar. Very happy Brewster. What do you think
**Rooster:** for a short cigar with this much flavor and not a lot of age on this?
This is great. Yeah. I mean, uh, I'm gonna give it an eight.
**Gizmo:** Okay.
**Poobah:** Yeah.
**Gizmo:** Kuba. It's an eight for me. Yeah. I'm also gonna give it an eight. Absolutely.
**Senator:** Oh boy, this is gonna be easy. I'm also at an eight.
**Gizmo:** Pagoda. What's your second one? Better. Oh, way better.
**Pagoda:** Okay. Uh, this is, uh, fantastic. I think with the first one I was like, uh, just blowing in.
Um, this was great. Meaning, um, really good, uh, flavor profile. I've really enjoyed it. Eight. Cool. Grinder. I'm an eight. All right. Bam. Bam. I'm in an eight.
**Gizmo:** Okay. We don't need to do the, the math on this one. Give us the composite wizard score. composite. Liz. Rating. is an eight on the part short 0.000, [00:35:00] awesome.
Awesome, awesome. Okay, so let's, uh, let's quickly
**Pagoda:** talk about this. This is
**Grinder:** a, this is a great scar cigar, when you're in that crisp, crisp, cold air. Yeah. There's so much flavor. , there's so much flavor that you, the cold air is not gonna overwhelm, you know, the, the enjoyment of it. I have a
**Bam Bam:** question for you guys.
Is there a larger version of this in the RGUs line with the same profile?
**Pagoda:** Not that I'm aware of. Smoke two, if this was
**Bam Bam:** bigger, if this was a bigger cigar, if this
**Poobah:** is weird because it's the only thing that, the only short cigar that tastes this way from RGUs I that I've smoked, it's something of its own, which is why it's so popular.
Yeah. And I don't know why that is, if this maybe somebody else does, but if
**Bam Bam:** it were larger, I'd give it a nine cuz of the flavor. I, I'm really loving the cigar personally for me.
**Gizmo:** All right guys, let's, uh, let's move to our, let's do a little cleansing of the pallet with our bourbon pairing tonight. Yeah, let's try that and then we'll move into our second one.[00:36:00]
Delicious bourbon tonight. So, uh, Senator, what do we have here? What is this bourbon? .
**Senator:** So Grindr brought this. So first to thank you to Grindr,
**Grinder:** but thank you, Grindr. Well, I thank you, uh, Senator. This is Senator actually introduced me to, to this. Really? Yeah.
**Senator:** Yes. I didn't know. So I've, I've shockingly introduced a number of people to this, and I say shockingly because I'm not a huge bourbon guy.
I like bourbon, but I, I don't, I'm not a connoisseur. And it's embarrassing to admit how I first discovered this bourbon because years ago, this is probably the first or second season of billions watching billions on Showtime. And I love the product placement in that show. By the way, if you're a watch guy, you know Bobby Ax, rod wears an ap.
It's one of my favorite watch brands. They just, the product placement is phenomenal. And I'm watching, there's a meeting, it's Bobby Axelrod, they're in his office and I see this bottle and it says MKS on it. And I've never heard OFMs. So I Google m and I say, okay, they make bourbon, they make rye, and. , [00:37:00] I can't even believe.
But just from watching the show, I said, well, if it's good enough for Bobby Axelrod, they place in his office, it ca it's gotta be a pretty good bourbon. So I buy a bottle of this and I was like, wow, this is really satisfying. And I'm not a huge bourbon drinker. And a guy I work with who's actually a huge, huge bourbon guy, huge.
He had never heard OFMs. And I had him over at our former lounge once, and I poured him some and he loved it. He was buying bottles of it and they've got some really high end stuff that's spectacular. But the brand history is really, really fascinating. Um, with mics, they've got, they go way, way back. Soms was originally known as Shanks.
It was founded by a guy named John. A Swiss Mennonite farmer in Schaffer's Town, Pennsylvania. Huh. I dunno if any of the pa guys know where it is. Yeah,
**Gizmo:** I know. We have close, I've
**Pagoda:** never heard of that grinder peaked up there. Now where, where is, what's it, what's it
**Gizmo:** close to In Pa Redding. Oh,
**Senator:** okay. Okay. All right.
So it was founded in Schaffer's Town in [00:38:00] 1753. Wow. Rich history. Um, in the early days, they produced their whiskey from Rye Grain and during the American Revolution, there's a really cool story. So, according to Pennsylvania historical lore, their particular rye whiskey was so valued that when the Revolutionary War broke out, general George Washington visited the distillery and purchased their whiskey to fortify his men as they hunkered down at Valley Forge for the.
So over 200 years later, a big part of their brand story, the, the mires, uh, the brand, they claim there was the whiskey that warmed the American Revolution. Beautiful. Love it. That's cool. It's really cool. That's very cool. So then you fast forward in the early 19 hundreds during prohibition, obviously a difficult time for every distillery and they had a really hard time coming outta prohibition.
And so in the late 19 hundreds, um, they filed for bankruptcy and that was ITMs was, was dead for a long period of time. Not a long period of time. I shouldn't say that cuz just about 10 years. Fast forward then to the [00:39:00] 1990s and two guys teamed up and they bought the brand and resurrected it and, uh, have grown it exponentially since.
And now Victor's today, I mean they make a, a bottle called, it's just M'S 10. It's, it's, regardless one of the best bourbons you can possibly buy. It's like 400 a bottle. Wow. I've only drank it at an event. I've never bought a bottle myself, but it's supposed to be out. Well, it is outstanding. I've had it. Um, but just a really, really cool history.
And I think for, if you're not a huge bourbon guy, it's satisfying. If you're a serious bourbon guy, as I've given it to people who really love bourbon, they thoroughly enjoy it.
**Grinder:** Yeah. I, I love, I love that it was made by Mennonites. Yeah. It's pretty cool. If you, if you ever get a chance to go down to like the Lancaster, Redding, you know, Lebanon area, it's even closer to, it's actually close to Hershey, um, beautiful countryside.
Well, I love, I'm, you know, obviously Pennsylvania guy, so I can't help but love it. Um, [00:40:00] and it's, it's, they always have these, so there's so many craftsmen there that have such aged historical, you know, craftsmanship that they passed down. It's wonderful to hear that ,
**Pagoda:** they've
**Poobah:** been, they've been making booze this long as well,
**Pagoda:** It's, it's amazing.
**Grinder:** And I didn't know that they drank, you know, I didn't know that was a, a thing that, you know, Mennonites and. ,
**Pagoda:** what are they? What's the other one? Where,
**Poobah:** where did you say it's distilled now?
**Pagoda:** Oh, actually show, I'm sorry. Yes, because it's
**Senator:** bourbon. So It is, it is. And I, I skipped a very,
**Poobah:** very, it must be in Kentucky,
**Gizmo:** right?
**Senator:** It is. It has to be. Uh, so the modern, so today MIT's has three locations in Kentucky, a 78,000 square foot distillery in Louisville. Um, and it's on a, they have another location on a 205 acre farm in, uh, Springfield, Kentucky.
**Gizmo:** Hmm. It's a very
**Pagoda:** good bourbon. It's a good bourbon.
**Grinder:** Yeah. It's sweet. It's got a sweet, [00:41:00] like Yeah.
A little bit of a bite.
**Bam Bam:** A bit of a bite when you first, when you
**Pagoda:** first Yeah. A little bit bourn before it opens up. It's got some bite. It's,
**Poobah:** it's bourbon, I mean. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You know, bourbon is, is not for the faint of heart, you know, it's, it's, It's a good lizard. It's a good higher proof spirit.
**Pagoda:** So
**Bam Bam:** it does remind me of another bourbon called Four Roses.
If any of you had that, I know . I know. Gimme a
**Pagoda:** break. grinder. It's
**Bam Bam:** trash. Should I go
**Pagoda:** to bed? Should I go back to bed?
**Gizmo:** All right, boys, let's move into our second stick here.
**Bam Bam:** Don't play any fucking music right now.
**Pagoda:** Jeopardy.
**Poobah:** I'm gonna put you on think again.
**Pagoda:** We gotta put you on think
**Bam Bam:** next time I won't
**Pagoda:** sleep.
**Gizmo:** All right, so we started with a Cuban, obviously the party is short. We're gonna move now to a new world, short smoke the taa, petite Casados Reserva from their brown label line. A uh, a sh you know, obviously a short smoke. It's four inches long by 40 ring [00:42:00] gauge. Uh, let's cut this thing boys. You know what's interesting about this is that, uh, obviously you'll see when we light it, but the wrapper actually goes around.
Oh yeah, the foot of the cigar. It like completely encases the foot of the cigar, which is interesting.
**Pagoda:** I'm,
**Grinder:** I'm, I'm very curious because I, I hate this brand, so we'll see how it goes.
**Poobah:** Tattoo
**Gizmo:** grinder. I love
**Pagoda:** this stick. I
do
**Bam Bam:** too. So Rooster gave me my first
**Pagoda:** used to be my favorite small
**Bam Bam:** steak. Yeah. You gave this to me.
This is the first time I had it with you. Four or five years ago.
**Pagoda:** I
**Gizmo:** got my first one from, uh, from Senator. What are you guys getting on the, uh, cold draw here?
**Poobah:** The, I can't draw it because the , that's not
**Gizmo:** possible. Do you want
**Pagoda:** light? This is,
**Gizmo:** it's a closed foot. This is great. I love this. Its a closed foot.
What? What are you guys getting on the cold draw? That's funny. Nothing. You can't, oh, shit. Can't. I'm getting great notes on the Cadra because the foot is close. Let's, let's close. I'm getting
**Grinder:** it, but I, I mean, I lit it, so I don't know.
**Gizmo:** Yeah. Well, my [00:43:00] draw is wide open. It's delicious.
**Grinder:** Hmm. This is delicious. I'm I, jumping ahead.
We're lighting it. I, I am, I'm into it already.
**Gizmo:** I've always, this is a, I've always loved, I've
**Bam Bam:** always loved this cigar.
**Pagoda:** Woo. This is great. Very spicy, very strong, thick, oily wrapper on this. Very
**Gizmo:** dark, very strong.
**Senator:** It's a flavorful stick. Holy shit.
**Gizmo:** So that's why we did this. One second. Oh
**Bam Bam:** wow. I call this the Clint East Woods cigar.
**Grinder:** Wow. This is phenomenal. Well,
**Pagoda:** really enjoying this. This is the first time I'm having
**Grinder:** it. This is great. Mm-hmm. , like for, for a short steak. And I didn't really, really notice the oiliness until mentioned
**Pagoda:** oily, but it's like,
**Grinder:** it's, it's,
**Pagoda:** it's viscous , everyone take note.
I
**Gizmo:** mean, there's,
**Rooster:** it's, there's nothing that TAA makes that taste like this. It's so good. Nothing. I mean, I've tried a lot of different tattoo highs and they're all great. Like in the first third and [00:44:00] about the half a point they kind of fizzle off, don't have flavor like this does. , it's nothing. I mean, they should make like a bigger stick with the same
**Gizmo:** exact blend.
**Senator:** Reason
**Grinder:** why the, it's probably cause they don't know how to, they, they don't know how to execute on this, the second tooth, the second and third, third . But
**Senator:** they do with this. That's what's
**Grinder:** crazy. But this is like the composite of, but it's
**Pagoda:** a of
**Rooster:** a, of a normal, you could do the same exact blend with a
bigger
**Gizmo:** robusto or something, you know, or even a land cereal.
So
**Senator:** it's funny, I, I knew nothing about this cigar years ago and, uh, a friend had given me one of these and I was very pleasantly surprised. And Rooster had talked a lot about this cigar. And when I came to enjoy it, I said, well, wow, you know, maybe I should give Taua a try. I hadn't smoked any other taua besides this.
I tried so many of their cigars in exactly what Rooster describes. The first third is great. Maybe the first half is great and the second half just complete disappointment. And I think all of us have always been frustrated. Why don't they take this exact [00:45:00] blend and make it in a larger ring gauge?
**Grinder:** This is, this packs a punch, guys.
Yeah, it does. Yeah,
**Pagoda:** it does. This
**Gizmo:** is
**Rooster:** very, I mean, this comes in a, in a 50 cab. It, it
**Gizmo:** only comes in a 50 cab only comes in a 50 cab, but only sell in 50. Used used to be $4 a stick. What's, yeah, it still is. What's great about it, that 50 cab is only 214 bucks for 50 cigars. Yeah. Fantastic. Great value. So what's interesting about this cigar is, um, so this is rolled in the My Father factory in the Stelli Nicaragua.
And it is, uh, obviously created by Pete Johnson who founded taa. and it's a Cuban style cigar blended around the great Cuban Monte Christos of old according to taa. I don't know if I taste that, but so be it. Definitely not. Uh, all the tobaccos used in this cigar are first generation Cuban seed grown in
**Pagoda:** Nicaragua.
I definitely, it's definitely Nicaragua . Yeah.
**Gizmo:** I
**Rooster:** think all the tattoo I are rolled by
**Gizmo:** my father. That's correct. Jacque Peppin. Yep. I believe, [00:46:00] right? Yep. Yep. Is fantastic. Yeah. I, I, I love, love Sogar .
**Senator:** I was about to say, I
**Gizmo:** like Jacque Pepins chicken .
**Pagoda:** What? Oh, what? He's like a chef
**Gizmo:** on television. Yeah. I, I really love the cigar guys so much smoke.
Yeah. It's so great. The combustion is great. Yeah. Great
**Pagoda:** smoke. Fantastic. And a bright white ash.
**Grinder:** Yeah, that's exactly right. Yep. So for someone who doesn't like, I mean, I said it as soon as I got the cigar in my hand. I typically don't like what. ,
**Pagoda:** they produce Tawa. Yeah. Yeah.
**Grinder:** I haven't,
**Pagoda:** this is great. This is
**Gizmo:** phenomenal.
Th this is definitely, I, I really like the T one 10, as you guys know. Yep.
**Pagoda:** Um, yep. But this one is
**Gizmo:** really, really, uh, really, really special. This, this cigar. I
**Senator:** mean, to Grindr's point, I personally don't like anything else really that Taua makes except this cigar. That's very fair. Yeah. It's the only taua hay box in my humidor.
**Gizmo:** Yep. I wonder why they only release it as [00:47:00] a, a 50 cab. It's interesting. I, there's a, I feel
**Pagoda:** like
**Grinder:** a lot of these small sticks, they, they, you know, pack into those 50 cabs, not just, just that brand.
**Bam Bam:** That what's really cool is when you get a box of these and you open it and you pull it out, it's a little football.
Yeah. It's wrapped up.
**Pagoda:** It's so cool. It's like wrapped in a aluminum or something, right? Ah,
**Senator:** it's so cool. Aluminum. No, not these, no, no, no, no. Not these, not these. Because I, I, I obviously, I don't remember I got them so long. Yeah. No, no. I had to open the box to get them out for everyone today. It's, uh, it's a yellow band.
Just like a Cuban That's right. A thing of 50. Yep. Yep.
**Pagoda:** Little great. It's really cool.
**Gizmo:** You know, I, I mentioned
**Pagoda:** that
**Gizmo:** they, they try to make these in the, in the mold of the old Cuban Monte Christos. And I, I, I don't taste that in any way. That's bizarre. Well, I mean, well, the band, the
**Rooster:** band looks like a Monte Crystal colors.
**Gizmo:** That's true.
**Poobah:** That's true. You know, well, it, it tastes a little, it tastes chocolatey.
**Pagoda:** Yeah. Yeah. I agree with that. Chocolate. I agree with that. It
**Poobah:** tastes chocolatey. I mean, it kind of lot cook. I would disagree actually. I think that it actually, [00:48:00] um, I mean, I don't think it tastes like
**Gizmo:** a, it's not, I'm sorry, go ahead.
**Poobah:** I don't think it tastes like a, like a really good Mon four or something like that, but it tastes, I, I don't think it's like divergent from what Imani Christo may taste like. Totally. It's chocolatey. Mm-hmm.
**Bam Bam:** for me, I get more espresso than chocolatey, but I definitely get that. I
**Pagoda:** do
**Gizmo:** get chocolatey a bit.
It's got a, it's fuller
**Rooster:** flavor than a Monty Christo number. Totally
**Poobah:** sure. Number four. It's good. It's like, it's like a nicarag when Yeah. It's
**Rooster:** got that Monty Monty's more like a milk chocolate type. Right. Uh, flavors. This is more
**Gizmo:** like coffee
**Pagoda:** espresso,
**Bam Bam:** honestly. A me one. Could be reminiscent, could be
**Grinder:** of this.
This is, this is like a great after dinner with your fricking, you know, not a, not necessarily a bourbon, but like
**Pagoda:** a, like a port or something. Yeah.
**Grinder:** What's brandy brand? It's like a brandy. This is like a good brandy singer or a stout or
**Pagoda:** a cognac. If you have a stout coac cognac. That's what I meant to say. I meant to say that too, I think.
Yeah.
**Gizmo:** So in, let me ask
**Poobah:** you this. In [00:49:00] what? The cigars. Okay. I mean, you guys are
**Gizmo:** gushing over this. No, that's a good cigar. Lemme ask
**Pagoda:** you.
**Bam Bam:** So this is more than Okay. It's okay. It's a home run hitter. You're a little home run
**Senator:** hitter. You're not gonna get as much flavor out of a stick this small, this tiny little cigar.
As is something like this. I have it so far.
**Rooster:** Yeah. I haven't found anything compared to, you know, this stick. In this size.
**Gizmo:** Yep. Especially New World too. I mean, we have a lot of, uh, short Cubans that we love, but this is, I mean, you could compare like this is special price point,
**Rooster:** like, like a $4 cigar. Right.
Name any other cigar that will give you this much
**Gizmo:** satisfaction. Yeah. You're pr you're right. It's good. Yeah. So
**Poobah:** I just don't have a connection to the brand. It's
**Pagoda:** Oh, neither
**Senator:** do I. Neither do any of us really stick. They make that I will smoke. That's it. Yeah. Yeah,
**Pagoda:** it is.
**Gizmo:** Good. So in what circumstances are you guys, you know, again, going back to smoking outside, it's cold, it's freezing.
In what circumstances are you guys gonna reach for this? Maybe over a parta short or a another short cigar that you have in your humidor.
**Rooster:** Just another option. [00:50:00] Right. Okay. I mean, maybe it could be your last, could be your last steak. You just want a small steak. Could be very cold outside. You want, you know, like a good, this is still like a good half an hour stick.
Yeah. Yeah. If
**Senator:** not more. Well, I want to go back to something Grindr said, because for me, the Pargo short, we just smoked. If I'm in a pinch and I just have 30 minutes and I want to get in a cigar and I'm in, it's in the afternoon, I'm gonna pull for a pargo short if it's after dinner and I've only got 30 minutes.
And that was what Grindr said, like it's a great after dinner cuz there's so full flavor. This cigar, this is what I would reach for right after a meal as opposed to a parus short or, or other short smokes.
**Gizmo:** I think that this would do better if it's a little windy outside than the part is short. Obviously it's, it's more durable.
Yeah. I mean, the wrappers durable, thicker wrappers, thick wrapper on it. It's got so much too. So much combustion. Great combustion. Great combustion.
**Pagoda:** Yeah.
**Bam Bam:** And it's not a
**Pagoda:** quick, quick smoke.
**Gizmo:** No, it's
**Pagoda:** half hour. Yeah.
**Poobah:** Yeah. Maybe a bit more. Could be a Yeah. It's kind of nutty. Um, yes, yes. [00:51:00] Coffee, like chocolate, like it's, it's good for a $4
**Senator:** stick.
The fact that we're pulling out all these notes, it's got some
**Pagoda:** complexity for a cheap stick. It
**Poobah:** absolutely, it does. And the construction's real nice. The burn's real good.
**Gizmo:** So, . I, I, you know, to go into your, your point, obviously this is a member of the, uh, TAA Brown label family. I, I've smoked other brown labels that Tawas put out.
I, long short, whatever. Nothing compares
**Pagoda:** in
**Gizmo:** any way to this No quality taste, you know, this definitely stands on its
**Poobah:** own. I, I've tried a lot of their stuff. Um, black label, the Brown label,
**Rooster:** um, they come out with a lot of like the
**Gizmo:** Halloween specials. Yeah. They definitely do a lot of that stuff. And people love the brand, you know, people love this brand.
Yeah. And Pete has been very successful with it. Um, yeah. But a lot of
**Rooster:** people might stay away from this stick just because of the size and I think, you know, because [00:52:00] you could pick up singles of it and try it. Yeah. Cause you'd love
**Gizmo:** it, you know? Yeah. I definitely recommend a listener checking this
**Pagoda:** out. When I first
**Bam Bam:** started smoking cigars, I never went for the smaller violas like this.
And I've learned so much about these little guys
**Pagoda:** across
**Gizmo:** the board. and I, you know, it, it was a tough, when we were deciding what to do, I mean, we were kind of debating on the text chain. I mean, you know, there's a lot of shorter smokes of, of this size, Cuban and New World. But
**Pagoda:** have we done that up in half
**Gizmo:** Corona yet?
No. That that was, that was on the table too. Yeah. That's a good one. Yeah. Yeah. My favorite. Yeah. Yeah. So maybe we'll do that later this year when it, it's wonderful. It's starting to go back into winter later this year. That's a good one. Yeah. But, uh, I, I don't know anything new world that, that smokes
**Pagoda:** like this.
Totally agree. That's the size. Papas, Fritos, . What the hell is that? The retro. So that's, that's a, that's a illegal, right? Yeah. That's illegal.
**Grinder:** The retro hell on this is like really thick.
**Pagoda:** Yeah. Yeah. [00:53:00] Like,
**Grinder:** it, it, it's like, it's like consuming horseradish, . It's
**Pagoda:** like,
**Gizmo:** I mean, just even the normal draw, there's a lot of flavor in your mouth.
Yeah. It's got
**Pagoda:** spice. Gosh. You know how, how did they do
**Gizmo:** that? Yeah, it's crazy. I guess it's just a lot of wrapper. . Yeah. It's a Connecticut
**Senator:** broadleaf, the rapper. Hmm.
**Poobah:** Why do, why can you not see, why do I feel like you could tell what skiers are from what country in a more visible way in past Olympic games?
Everyone looks like they're from Beijing. Yeah. Is it me or is there something going on here? Guess they're,
**Gizmo:** by the way, I noticed that the other day as well. Beijing hard to
**Poobah:** tell. No, but you cannot tell likes point. There's no individualized, like everyone is wearing the same exact thing. It's like,
**Pagoda:** and it's red's something weird.
I think it, I think it has
to
**Grinder:** do with their, their sponsorships. So a lot of these skiers are sponsored by, you know, atomic. Atomic is n [00:54:00] notoriously red. So their clothing is red. Um, no,
**Pagoda:** no. I don't believe what's wearing
**Poobah:** same exact uniform. Like as if they're all skiing for, well, they have the, they have the
**Pagoda:** red bib.
Well, I,
**Senator:** I, I'm as frustrated about that as pub, but what I'm also pissed about is the network. Look at what we're watching right now. You would think where it says super g there, put the flag of the country that the person's skiing from. I, I, I just don't understand. Well, it's there, but well now and then watch it's, it's gonna disappear.
Right. That's my point. Like,
**Pagoda:** just keep it in the
**Gizmo:** corner.
**Poobah:** Right, right. It's just not, I, I, you know, I'm launching this. I'm like, it's just weird. I feel like I knew, I just think it's odd. I
**Gizmo:** gotta tell you, I have never been as uninterested in Olympics as I am with these Olympics. I don't care. It's at all, it's the lowest
**Poobah:** rated winter games in the history of television.
I heard that. That's good.
**Pagoda:** I heard that
**Bam Bam:** earlier today as well.
**Senator:** Yeah, it's good. And it's [00:55:00] intentional. I mean, there are a lot of people that are not watching this for a reason.
**Poobah:** Yeah. But like, why isn't there a flag? Like I feel like in past. , if you pulled up like, what's his name? Bode, uh, bode Miller. Bode Miller or like, uh, or, or like some of these other skiers you would see, you would notice like their helmet has like an American flag on it.
Or like, like are they prohibiting that? Like what is the deal? Who knows
**Gizmo:** when China does anything? Who knows what they're doing? Who knows. I
**Pagoda:** gotta say this
**Grinder:** part. Most, most of these, well, I mean, depends on the sport. I think that, that they're competing in like when you're, when you're watching like the, the freestyle skiers or like the snowboarders, they got these baggy, baggy clothes.
They're not really, it's not like they have the flag on the
**Pagoda:** side of their arm.
**Rooster:** No. But all the, all the US athletes, their outfit is the same. Yep. Yeah.
**Pagoda:** You know,
**Rooster:** it's like the black and white. Uh,
**Pagoda:** you can tell when, and [00:56:00]
**Grinder:** it's, and it's so corporate that like, . I mean, for example, I mean, no, but like a lot of them have the same corporate sponsorship for, for like the, the, the clothing.
Like Phoenix sponsors the Norwegian team just as much as they do.
**Pagoda:** I
**Poobah:** don't know. No, but, but here's the thing. So I'm looking up like Bode Miller and like his outfit, he had red and white stripes on his left arm, a blue. And then you look at the other people in the photo and they have different
**Pagoda:** Yeah,
**Grinder:** like Lindsay, Lindsay Vaughn had that.
The eagle, like her helmet was like the fucking awesome, like, kick your ass eagle, like helmet, like
**Poobah:** they have stars on their arms, they have stripes in their arms. Like everyone's in this generic Beijing thing and it's just not, I don't know what the
**Gizmo:** deal is. I gotta, I gotta say the bourbon is, is very good with the cigar.
Have you guys delicious? Awesome. Have you guys tried that with the cigar? Very good. I agree.
**Pagoda:** Yeah. Very, very
**Grinder:** nice big fan of this bourbon. [00:57:00] I, I, I mean, I. I did a bourbon tasting for my, for my birthday, uh, senator, uh, brought me some victors. It was great. And I was like, this is f fantastic. And, um, scored in the top three.
Scored in the top three. And the top three, I took the top three and I, I brought 'em to my, uh, family's lake house and that's there cuz we want the good bourbon there. And then the others are just, you know, I'm I'll, I'll drink 'em like a, to generate when I'm watching skiing at two in the morning. Um, but you know, it's so, it's so tasty.
It's so warm. It's so, it's like caramel.
**Senator:** Should we, uh, should
**Gizmo:** we rate it? I think so. Why we, I wanna rate the bourbon for sure. Let's write the
**Pagoda:** bourbon. Yeah, let's do it. The formal liquor rating. Former formal. Very formal. Yeah. On the mics. What do you, what do you give a bam?
**Grinder:** Hmm. Don't say four roses, please.
Yeah,
**Pagoda:** please.
**Bam Bam:** I'm, I'll go with an eight. Eight. I'll
**Pagoda:** be, I'll be kind grinder. I'm a nine. Nine. Wow. Wow. Wow. Okay. I'm surprised at that Pagoda. It's, it's so good. Eight.
**Grinder:** Eight for sure.
**Senator:** Okay. I'm also an eight. [00:58:00]
**Gizmo:** I'm gonna give this a seven. Ooh, I don't think you like
**Poobah:** bourbon .
**Pagoda:** I'll give it a nine. Oh, there we go.
That's right. Pva.
**Gizmo:** Oh, you're my boy
**Senator:** Poo. This warms my heart in 8.2. Wow. Let's go. Victors.
**Grinder:** That's quite a rating. That's a very, that's a
**Pagoda:** strong reco.
**Gizmo:** Damn. So in the reason why, you know, we talked about doing bourbon tonight with these short smokes. I know that, um, I just see a lot of guys when they're smoking outside in the winter and they're smoking a short cigar in the snow,
**Pagoda:** everybody's drinking bourbon.
It's
**Grinder:** because that the bite, the bite of the bourbon gives you a little extra kick. I was about, I
**Bam Bam:** was about to say that. And this particular bourbon pairs beautifully with this really bold little cigar. That's true. It's great for the winter. Great.
**Pagoda:** And the thing, the thing about the winter
**Senator:** preparing when it's cold, you want something with a long finish that's gonna warm your, that's right.
Throat as you, as you just are drinking it. That's what bourbon does. It's higher alcohol, you know, higher proof. It's fantastic in a cold
**Pagoda:** night. Great point. Good finish on this. How much is [00:59:00] this bourbon, by the way?
**Gizmo:** It's like, you
**Pagoda:** know, 50. Yeah, I'm
**Grinder:** 50. I, I think I paid $57. Yeah. Okay.
**Senator:** That sounds right.
**Pagoda:** Got it.
**Poobah:** Nice. Yeah, it's, it's very good. It's very, very good. Wow.
**Gizmo:** Well, I'm definitely glad we did this with both cigars. Yeah. Because it was a, you know, um, I, I'm definitely gonna jump back into both of these, you know,
I'm
**Pagoda:** gonna jump back into
**Grinder:** more victors like
**Poobah:** in the shower,
**Pagoda:** on the boat, anywhere, .
**Bam Bam:** I think I'm, I'm gonna go for a box of these tattoos. Yeah, they're
**Pagoda:** really good. They's so good. They're really good for 215 bucks
**Bam Bam:** for, and it's great to have in your tower humidor.
**Grinder:** It's fantastic. I mean, how long has the smoke been? I'm like at, I'm at the nub here.
**Pagoda:** Yeah.
It's more
**Gizmo:** than half an hour. Yeah,
**Pagoda:** it's about a half hour.
**Grinder:** It's great. I mean, good. Cause at half an hour, if it's fucking cold out, you want a good smoke [01:00:00] at, at some point your, your fingers are gonna get cold and your, your your, your balls are gonna get cold or, or otherwise, and you're just not gonna want to be out there anymore.
And this is, this is the great, this is a great stick for that.
**Gizmo:** Does, uh,
**Rooster:** does Lika make something in this size like a petite corona? Uh,
**Pagoda:** they, no. Ah, yeah. Isn't the puppet free smile? I think it's a little bigger. Make them, they
**Grinder:** make the rat. The rat or the, uh, what's it called? The papa's fruit. It's
**Bam Bam:** fatter though.
**Pagoda:** Size. What's the rat? I think it's so much milder. What's the, oh, I've never had other
**Grinder:** smokes. Quick. The dirty rat or something like this. Yeah, I think you're right,
**Bam Bam:** right? Dirty rat. Yeah, that's a good one.
**Gizmo:** We'll look to that when we do, you know, I, I was thinking maybe we do this again when we're coming . When we're coming outta fall 2022.
**Pagoda:** Maybe we do this again. Going into
**Bam Bam:** the cold again. You know what's unusual tonight? Puba has. He's got a subtle voice tonight. . It's unusual. Well, he, because I haven't heard this version of him here.
**Pagoda:** He's still on Florida time. Yeah, he's, he's in, he's, but here's the thing, working off a
**Bam Bam:** floor, the subtlety cuts through the white noise at a room.[01:01:00]
What the fuck?
**Pagoda:** It's a little scary. Maybe he had an edible .
**Bam Bam:** Oh, I wouldn't doubt it.
**Grinder:** Don't
judge.
**Pagoda:** Don't judge. Oh, never judge. He resents that. I will never judge that. I resent
**Poobah:** the implication,
**Pagoda:** judge .
**Grinder:** It's very personal. I think. I think the world would have a lot less problems if we all had a little
**Pagoda:** edible here and there.
It
**Gizmo:** would be less abrasive. You should
**Pagoda:** I'll tell you what, I could have used one today. You used the sub.
**Poobah:** Listen, if you dropped edibles into, into China, airdropped them in. You could broker world peace. Yeah, you could
**Grinder:** give some G would love it. He would just chill the fuck out. He would stop being so like na, you know, aggressive towards everyone and everything.
Or, or
**Pagoda:** he would just get more and more and more paranoid fucking,
**Poobah:** like, they fucking like engaged in nuclear codes and ruined the world.
**Gizmo:** All right, boys. You guys ready to give the petite casados? Yep,
**Pagoda:** I'm ready. Formal
**Gizmo:** lizard [01:02:00] rating? Yeah, I got
**Pagoda:** my start on the other side. All right. Nope,
**Gizmo:** keep tradition. All right. We're keep, we're starting with Rooster tradition
**Senator:** because if we start on the other side, we're gonna need the jeopardy music. give us, give us
It's gonna take 10 minutes. Give
**Pagoda:** us, give us the
**Grinder:** rooster. I'm ready to rate,
**Pagoda:** we gotta keep tradition. Give rooster. All right. I'm
**Rooster:** giving it a nine.
**Gizmo:** Wow. Very nice. It's very satisfying Steak. It's one of my favorite Small sticks. Score. New world awesome
**Poobah:** steak. Great. It's just okay for me, A seven for me. Okay.
**Gizmo:** I'm gonna go with an eight,
**Senator:** seven. I'm also at an eight strong. Eight,
**Grinder:** nine.
**Bam Bam:** Ooh. Yeah. I'm tossing between eight and nine. I'm gonna give it a very, very strong eight. Very strong eight.
**Pagoda:** Okay. It's tossing . All right.
**Senator:** Very close to our, our, our liquor rating eight three and 8.1.
**Pagoda:** Wow. Wow. Okay. Very good. That's the recommend for sure.
All right, very cool.
**Gizmo:** So the, the, so the part is short, got a flat eight, right? Yeah. The liquor rating got an [01:03:00] 8.3 and the petite casados rounds out the night with an
**Pagoda:** 8.1.
**Bam Bam:** See, I'm, I know what you're thinking, PBA, and
**Pagoda:** I'm kind of thinking
**Gizmo:** PBAs shaking his head right now, by the way.
**Bam Bam:** How, go ahead say it. How did this go over the, uh, part of the short is what he's thinking.
**Pagoda:** Yeah.
**Senator:** Yeah. I'll tell you how. More flavor,
**Pagoda:** so much more flavor. You
**Senator:** can't deny that it's that simple. That's what it
**Pagoda:** came down to. No, that's a, here's a, this is a great debate because I will
**Poobah:** agree to disagree. Yeah, it's a good debate because depends on what kind of flavor you want. You are.
**Bam Bam:** That part of the short, the flavor profile was special.
It's different than this. It's so hard.
**Pagoda:** You have a bias. You do have a bias. It's just so hard. You know? I
**Poobah:** like the bias. I like what I like. Yeah. That's, and I'm just, and I'm not, and I'm not reading me from Cuba. . I'm not rating, I'm not rating the cigar higher than a short. If you said, here's a, here's a cabinet and a tato, or here's a cabinet and a Pargo shorts.
I will take the cabinet of Pargo Schwarz every day and twice on Sunday. [01:04:00] Here's what I'll say. Period. Hard
**Senator:** stop. Would
**Poobah:** you drop it like seven 17th? If, if, if I was on an island and you told, and you gave me a cabinet of those, uh, of these uas and the cabinet of Pargo shorts, and you're like, yo, motherfucker.
You're getting off the boat right now. I'm putting you on a raft and I'm sending you off with, with a volleyball to talk to for the rest of your life. , I'm gonna fucking pick the cabinet, the pargo shorts.
**Pagoda:** Let's
**Gizmo:** go.
**Pagoda:** That's,
**Gizmo:** that's, that's, that's perfectly, that's fine. Take 25 off each. That's
it.
**Senator:** But, but what I, the counterpoint I have is with a parus short.
I gave
**Poobah:** it a seven, by the way. It, it's not like I gave it a six. I know. I'm,
**Senator:** I'm no, no issue there. No issue there. . All I'm gonna say as to why I think this, this particular little smoke scored pretty really high is I can smoke a parus short and I don't leave smoking that satisfied as though I had a, a Rob Robusto or a Fuller, a larger size cigar like we would normally smoke at the same [01:05:00] little tiny size.
I could smoke one of these and leave satisfied, like I just smoked a rib robusto or a a, a fuller size cigar. and, and, and just the, the satisfaction you get as something this small, it's hard to deliver that much flavor in something this size. That's, I think, the magic of this cigar. I'm taking nothing away from the short.
I like that cigar. I gave both of these in eight actually. And for me, it's just choosing the time and place where a short is gonna be for that. When I'm in a pinch and I'm gonna be, I'm gonna be pleased with what I smoked, but it's not gonna ever feel like I smoked a full size cigar. I, I can have this little stick in 30 minutes and feel like I just smoked a ribo.
That's fair.
**Gizmo:** I kind of agree. Yeah, that's fair. Well, the warm weather is coming. We know that. We have two, you know, eights here in, in both cigars I think either are a great choice for the listener out there and, uh, yeah, I'm very glad we did this tonight. It's a good, it's a good cigar. Yeah. I'm glad we did both.
I'm glad we did both. So. All [01:06:00] right boys. Uh, we'll see you next week. Keep talking. Thanks so much for joining us tonight. Hope you enjoyed it.
