✨ Abundance. Alignment. Action.
It’s time to live more and earn more - with ease.

there was a time in my business
when I was doing all the things I

was doing, all the shoulds I was.

Posting daily.

I was like running Facebook groups.

I was trying to just hustle, work
harder, send more emails, get up earlier,

work harder, and it was too much.

It was exhausting and draining.

And I was headed for full out, full on
burnout because I couldn't keep going

doing all of those things that no longer
worked for me and my life and my business.

And in that process.

I had to let go of the shoulds and let
go of all the things that no longer work

for me, and this is what I did instead.

So I think the first thing to say is
I felt completely out of alignment

and I was trying to do all the things
I was following, what all the gurus

and the experts were doing, and I was
very much in that kind of energy of

pushing , , and trying to follow kind of
the big guys and, the people who have.

Multimillion dollar businesses and
you know, really trying to like

emulate, oh, this is how you work.

And sort of, you know, very much
bro marketing, hustle, push, strive.

And I got to a point where
I. I didn't enjoy it.

I didn't enjoy it at all, and I
felt completely out of alignment.

And also it didn't work for my family.

It didn't work for my son who's autistic.

I was trying to do these massive launches,
spending loads of money on Facebook ads,

and it was, oh, it was, it was horrible.

And it felt completely
not me and the tech.

I remember having this big launch,
spending thousands, and then the tech

didn't work properly 'cause Facebook was.

Going screwy.

And it was so stressful and I was, you
know, following all these ies of what

you should do, and it did not feel
in alignment with me, and it just,

it broke me, it made me feel like.

I didn't wanna do this business anymore.

It was really out of kilter with
me, what I stand for and how I

operate, how I operate as a, as a
business owner, but also as a parent.

And I wanted to be there for my
son, and I was feeling conflicted

between my business and my son, and
I set up my business so that I had

that freedom and that flexibility
so I could be there for my son.

And I didn't wanna have to
make the choice, I didn't want

to have to choose between.

The life of being with
my son and business.

It was my son, comes first, but it
was very difficult to get off that

hamster wheel and prove that I had
another way of working without feeling

like I was going against everything
that the gurus told me not to do.

And, I realized that I was
feeling completely disconnected

from my creativity, from my
alignment, from my flow, and I

was not using my feminine energy.

And so one of the most important
things I did was really.

Start journaling again.

Start meditating.

And I have always meditated.

I've meditated for 20 years, but
I felt like I'd got into the alpha

energy and I wanted to recalibrate.

And by getting into that place of
flow where it was softer and gentler.

I let go of some of the noise of the
things that I didn't wanna listen to,

the people that I didn't wanna listen to,
and instead, I stepped into my alignment

and started listening to my intuition.

And once I listened to my
intuition, I had the most.

Amazing creative ideas and it
enabled me to come up with ideas for

products that felt in alignment and
flow, that felt right and felt good.

And then from that I was able to shift
and, you know, create those energetic

connections and sales in a way that really
worked for me rather than feeling like

I was pushing and hustling and striving.

And it was very much in that sort
of bro marketing that just felt

completely off for my business.

And so in that, I stopped chasing numbers.

I stepped into my alignment.

I simplified, I went for easy, and I
just, I made things, I paired things back.

I made things much simpler.

So I no longer had this big team, but in
having a big team, I was sort of managing

people and managing, you know, their
expectations rather than being creative.

So I. Became more creative again.

And by, by allowing myself that
creativity, it meant I was,

you know, it was more nimble.

I could pivot, I could work on what
the things that I loved, and I was able

to really reconnect with my clients in
a way that I wasn't doing beforehand.

And I enjoyed the conversations
and I found that actually it

was a more enjoyable business.

I enjoyed having connection with people.

I was missing.

I was craving that connection.

And so.

You know, sometimes you get removed
from the thing that you love and you

put in these processes and you know, we
had all these SOPs, standard operating

procedures, and it was all of this
stuff, and it just felt like I was.

I was becoming a product and I was one
step removed from the things that I

loved, and actually by allowing myself
to be in that place of creativity, then

business began to flow, and my business
is operating from a softer, gentler

place, but it's much more enjoyable.

It's much more in line with.

Who I am, how I work,
and it also is easier.

So I'm able to manage it around my
son and it, it just, it feels like

there's less drama, there's less
issues, there's less just stuff,

and it means that it's more fun and,
but being more fun, I enjoy it more.

I, I work when I want to.

Like yesterday, I had a really full
on day and I worked, I was, you

know, it was really productive.

The day before I had a day where
I just felt completely off.

So I tidy my office and
I did a bit of baking.

I had a sleep, and I, you know, I, there
was a part of me that felt guilty because

I was like, oh my God, I, I never do this.

But actually it then enabled
me to be much more creative.

I ended up working in the evening 'cause
I was like, oh, I'm in flow and, and

then yesterday I was on supercharge flow.

And so that's the thing that when
you allow yourself that space

to be creative when suits you.

It is, you are coming from a place of
like energetic flow rather than pushing

and striving because you feel like
you need to, so you are still working.

It's not you, you are not, you are
not relying on the fairies or that

we love the fairies, but it is,
you are allowing yourself to just

work in a way that works for you.

But it starts with allowing yourself
to reconnect with who you are.

So if you would like to be in that
place where you reconnect with you and

your dreams and your ambitions, then.

I've got two things that
will really help you.

My vision board workshop.

That is fantastic for helping
you to create, carve out

that life that you dream of.

And also, , I have an abundance
meditation because I find that when

the more you listen to meditations
when you are working, I, it

helps me to step into my flow.

It helps me to, you know, really
connect with who I am and, and the

kind of life that I want to create.
