Audio edition of the Stewart Vickers AI YouTube video of the same name. Full transcript on this episode page.
The audio edition of the Stewart Vickers AI YouTube channel. Each episode takes one AI release - a model, a tool, a price cut - and translates it into money for business owners: what got cheaper, who got undercut, and what to do about it this week. Operator credibility over theory, specific numbers over vibes. Every episode links the original video and the free Church of SEO Jesus community where the prompts and workflows live.
Every GPG-6 video on your feed right now is guessing from the same three tweets, and half of them do not know the codename ASSTRA belongs to Google. I opened OpenAI's own Modal page this morning. Nine mentions of GPG-6 in the page code. Zero actual GPG-6 models in the lineup. 6. So before you rebuild your Q4 around a rumor, watch this.
Real numbers, not tweets. I am Stuart, and I read every GPG-6 leak this week so you did not have to burn 20 minutes on someone else's guesses. Founder-operator take, not a reaction video. Here is what I am going to prove in the next six minutes. ASSTRA is not OpenAI's codename. The real killer of your subscription stack is not GPG-6.
It shipped eight months ago from Anthropic. And the SaaS tools most likely to fall off your invoice by Christmas are ones you would not think to cancel. ASSTRU is not OpenAI's codename. It belongs to Google DeepMind. Their Vision Plus voice assistant on stage last year is called ProjectASSTRU. When a leak account posts GPG-6ASSTRU with a straight face, they are recycling a tweet somebody else made up.
If a rumor cannot get the name right, it will not get the price right either. OpenAI does not preview Modal names either. Modal card and pricing page drop at 8am Pacific with no warning. Anyone giving you a release date is guessing. Anyone quoting a benchmark score is guessing harder. And if you cancel a working subscription based on a rumor, you have thrown out something real to chase a headline.
So here is the real story, and it decides where the money moves. The Modal built to run your business, not answer your questions, the operator layer, is live today. Anthropic ships it as the Claude Agent SDK. OpenAI ships it as the Responses API. Google has its own. Three Frontier Labs, three shipping products, none of them called GPG-6.
And they are already eating a stack of tools your business pays four figures a month for. If you want the take on every Modal the day it ships, instead of hearing about it three weeks later when your competitor already switched, subscribe. This channel covers every Frontier release same day. The pinned comment has the copy-paste commands from every demo in this video, plus the link to the Church of SEO Jesus, my free school community, where I post the operator playbooks and answer when your setup breaks. Watch me prove it live. 7 right now to name one production API that lets a Modal autonomously call tools and finish a business task.
62 tokens back, Anthropic's Claude Agent SDK. Plan a task, pick the right tool, run it, check the result, try again on failure. Not a leaked slide, not a rumor, a shipping API you can call before this video ends. Same story, check the same way. I hit openAI's own Modal page. Nine mentions of GPG-6 in the code, zero actual models.
Then DeepMind Project ASS track page, 31 mentions, owner reads Google Deep Mind, two web scrapes, 40 seconds every leaked codename video contradicted. So the operator layer in plain terms. Old way, you subscribe to a separate tool for each task, $99 a month for a transcript summarizer, $400 for a lead enricher, PR seat fees on the brief writer your ops person actually uses. New way, one API call inside a script does the same job. Priced PR use, no seat fee, no yearly renewal, cancel Wednesday, nobody at your vendor calls to save the account because there is no account. The difference is not marginal.
A transcript tool at $99 a month is three cents worth of tokens PR meeting. You are paying for the login screen, not the intelligence. Same pattern lives inside every leaked GPG-6 demo, different vendor, already live, and the rumor is a distraction from work you should already be doing this quarter, whatever openAI ends up shipping. So which line item on next month's invoice is now optional? Rank every subscription by one question. What does this tool do that a Modal plus a 40 line script cannot?
If the honest answer is nothing, you are paying for a prompt someone else wrote and hosted for you. Cancel it at the next renewal. Meeting transcript summarizers, lead enrichment wrappers, competitor brief generators, invoice passes. If the product is a prompt and a webhook, it is a $40 side project, not a $500 retainer. Priced PR meeting, not PR seat. I have three of those on my own invoice this month.
Two of them are getting cancelled tonight. The third has a real database behind it, so it stays. That is the whole test in one bill. Run it against yours before your next renewal SYCL. The tools that survive have a real moat. Proprietary data nobody else holds.
Deep integrations that took a vendor five years to build. SOC 2 or HIP, a compliance nobody wants to rebuild from scratch. Salesforce survives, their $50 PR user AI wrapper on top does not. com slash docs slash models yourself right now. Search the word GPG-6, count the matches, you will find marketing mentions, no actual Modal. Proof not me telling you the leaks are early.
So what do you build this week? One thing. Pick the manual task in your business where someone on your team moves data between three tabs and calls it working. Send a developer this brief, or write it yourself if you can read Python. Two evenings, not two quarters. Wire the Modal into the IPI, have it decide the next step.
Post the result to Slack. Wait for a human approval on the batch, not each row. No new tool, no new subscription. Your data, your rules. One script your competitor cannot buy, cannot see, cannot copy off a screenshot. Whatever GPG-6 costs when it lands, that script runs on it the same afternoon.
Whoever ships that this month is the operator in their niche when GPG-6 lands. Whenever it lands, whatever they end up calling it, the window closes fast because your competitor is watching the same leaks and thinking the same thing right now. First mover in a niche does not need the best Modal. First mover just needs to be first. And you have a week, not a quarter. Church of SEO Jesus link sits in the pinned comment if you want the exact prompt and the 40-line starter.
Next up, the exact prompts I use for that operator script, and the mistake I made the first time that cost me a weekend.
