Today is Thursday, May 28. As I said yesterday, for the rest of this week, we're gonna hear the stories of those who were baptized this last Sunday. Today, we're gonna hear from Ronnie Beasley the third.

Ronnie:

My story is simple. I'm Ronnie Dale Beasley the third, and it is as simple as I believe I knew the Lord existed for the majority of my life, and yet I refused to accept him into my heart out of rebellion because I was a rebel. I was rebelling against my parents for those years, and it caused a great amount of stress and issues between me and them. However, it was when I had done something stupid. I can't even remember what it was at this point.

Ronnie:

But I had done something stupid, and I finally got confronted with that knowledge that I was just rebelling. I wasn't a non believer. I wasn't an atheist. I was a rebel. And shortly after being confronted with that information, I finally accepted the Lord into my life, and it has caused immense joy and happiness within me and my family's life.

Ronnie:

And I'm so glad that I did.
