Here, you'll find the iconic Saint Basil's Cathedral, famous for its color, full onion domes, and the imposing Kremlin, which has been the symbol of power for centuries. Russia's history is marked by the region of powerful tsars, the rise of communism under Lenin and Stalin, and the eventual dissolvation of the Soviet Union in 1991. Each of these events has left an unmetable mark on the Russian people and their culture. As we explore further, we encounter the cultural treasures that define Russia.
