What's up, everybody?

I was going to say, what's up, everybody?

Look at us on here without the Clydesdale.

We're here.

What is happening?

Not much.

Who would have thought?

Look at your beautiful hair

and your beautiful holiday tree.

It's a fern.

It's a fern.

It's just a tree with lights now.

That's what we're calling it.

It's a pine.

Yeah, it's a pine.

It's a conifer.

Conifer.

Conifer.

A conifer?

Yeah.

Yeah.

It's a kind of tree that has

like cones on it.

Wow.

Yeah.

How are we doing, guys?

Good.

I worked out today, and it's weird.

Charlie was supposed to be there,

and he didn't come.

Wait, you didn't come Tuesday either,

I think.

I did come Tuesday.

You didn't come for class,

but he showed up for his

mobility that he's been doing.

That's right.

And then I went to class later.

Okay.

Okay.

All right.

Fair.

What happened today?

I, you know, I really don't know.

Three alarms just did not go off.

Your three alarms still

didn't go off again.

No.

Three alarms, Charlie.

Have you contacted iPhone to ask them what,

or go- It's my watch, too.

I have it on my watch, too.

Ray, have you asked them, what's happening,

Apple?

Why can't I hear these alarms?

I would say that they would say,

I don't care.

Sounds like a you problem.

Sounds like a you problem.

yeah well I'm getting my

elbow evaluated I'm pretty

sure I have to have surgery

on my elbow so or well I've

had this tennis elbow for

like a year and a half and

I've had four injections

now and usually so I had an

injection in april and it

lasted a very long time I

didn't get a second

injection until november

end of november and here it

is the end of january and I can

barely move my arm.

Like it's not getting any better.

And I'm doing all the things

I'm babying it like crazy.

Like I'm not doing anything.

Plus I don't play golf or tennis.

Like I don't participate in

racket sports whatsoever.

So it's kind of weird that

it's being so stubborn, but yeah,

I'm trying to get an MRI

scheduled so that I can get

this taken care of while I

have a little bit of downtime.

What was your, what happened though?

You were also going to get,

figure out about your joint and your,

So I went to the rheumatologist.

They're like, you're fine.

Like, I don't think you have any,

they're going to,

I'm going today for a bunch

of blood work and they're

going to test like thyroid

and magnesium levels and

all this other stuff.

But I don't present as a

typical like gout or pseudo gout person.

So there's really no explanation.

I am again, a medical mystery as usual.

You're just super unique.

Hi, Jodi.

So special.

Yeah.

Yeah.

So I'm.

Ability to work out.

Your elbow?

Not really.

Like it doesn't, it's weird.

It's, you know, I can't,

what was I doing today?

I was trying to do something.

Oh, like in the shower,

trying to squeeze a bottle

of like soap or shampoo, like that hurts.

Or putting like a drink up

to my hand hurts, but I can,

I can press fine and I can

do pushups and it's weird.

It's just an odd thing.

But I was up all night last

night with pain from it.

Like, and that's just, you know,

when it starts to affect, oh,

I can't brush my teeth.

Like brushing my teeth hurts.

that's kind of your barometer of like,

okay, this is more than just a little.

Yeah, for sure.

The waking up in the middle

of the night and pain is

what always is my.

Yeah.

And so I figured it won't

take me out too long.

You know, I mean,

elbow surgery shouldn't be like a super,

it's not like hip surgery

that I've had before.

And you know, Charlie's had to,

so there's a lot you can do

with one arm and two legs.

So hopefully it doesn't set

me back too far,

but I get to start being a

regular member at a gym

starting next week.

So.

I'm pretty excited about that.

Just a member.

Um, no.

So, uh,

it's a friend of mine who owns it and, um,

it's right down the street from my house.

I've never actually been there for class.

Um, so I'll figure it out.

I figured I'll join for a month,

see what happens.

And you know,

if I have this surgery sooner than later,

then I'll be out for a little bit anyway.

So it won't really matter.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Cross fat.

I have, it's the same thing.

It's golfer's elbow and it sucks and it,

I just can't get any relief.

So I'd rather just, you know,

get it taken care of.

Cause it should, you know,

the surgery should be super successful,

you know, and make you feel way better.

I remember I had,

I can't remember which it's

golfers on the outside.

Yeah.

and tennis is on the inside.

Yeah.

I think I had, might've been tennis elbow,

but I remember like the

most painful thing to do in

the gym then was double unders,

like just that repetitive movement.

Oh yeah.

Okay.

But nothing like overhead or

any of that kind of stuff.

So.

Yeah.

Like moving large loads with a barbell,

like doesn't seem to do anything.

It's like when I put weights

back on the weight rack,

that's when it hurts.

When I take a plate and I have to,

you know,

you scoop it up like this to put

it on the dolly.

That's what kills me.

Hmm.

It's stupid.

So we'll see.

But I've sold, uh,

ninety percent of my

equipment at the gym.

Yeah, I have a massive Google sheet.

I've,

I've invited one hundred and twenty

seven people to view the sheet.

So,

a hundred and twenty-seven different

texts or emails saying,

here's my email address.

Then I have to go to the sheet.

Then I have to add their email address.

Then I have to change it

from editor to viewer.

And then I have to send it.

And then if it's not a Gmail address,

I have to approve it when I

get the notification later.

So,

I've been like super stupid busy with

dumb stuff.

And then if they want something,

they'll send me a message

or a text saying, hey, I want this.

And then I have to go into the sheet.

Then I have to highlight the

thing and put their name next to it.

It's super fun.

But I'm super grateful.

Like most of the big stuff

is I have like a rig, three,

ten pound plates and a

couple of dumbbells left.

And that's it.

That's really good.

Like all your rowers and stuff.

Oh, yeah.

The rowers and bikes went like day one.

People now they're like, hey,

I just saw your post

because I put it on Facebook.

You have any rowers?

I was like, no.

But I will tell you,

there's like forty people

that are buying things,

forty different parties.

And I know on the day that

I'm going to open and have people come.

There's going to be people that ghost me,

flake out, forget.

And I'll probably have some

things still left over.

So I told people to just

keep checking the sheet and

stuff available.

So that's fun.

That's sort of my big thing.

Mike and I are going to the

gym tomorrow to dismantle

one of the rigs because I

have to be out by the fifth

of February and last class next Friday.

So I don't have a whole lot of time.

But yeah, it's exciting.

So CrossFit news, Wadapalooza.

Yeah, have you been watching?

No.

I was going to ask you.

I saw some results that

James won first place in

the second event.

Yeah, well, I saw him on the Run event.

I watched that event,

and he won that event.

So I don't know if he also

won the second event,

but I'm really happy for him.

People are considering him

like a one-hit wonder.

Right.

And it's nice to see him be

successful with that group of athletes,

even though Jeff Adler's out now.

So it's like,

what happened with Jeff Adler?

He withdrew himself from the

individual event,

but he's staying in the

partner competition.

I think he just came down

with a little bit of an

illness and is trying to

give himself a couple more

days to recover.

At least that's the word on the street.

So he will still be with

Vellner and Hopper for the

team competition as of right now.

And then Bethany Shadburn's

out due to her back.

Yeah.

I know she didn't even go to Florida.

Like she stayed home.

But yeah, I feel bad for her.

I would have liked to seen

her get back into things.

It's like two steps,

one step forward and two

steps back for her.

It seems like.

You were correct.

It was event number one.

Yeah.

Event number two,

like just got over and I

was starting to watch it

when we jumped on.

So.

a little bit behind hi scott

hey yeah if you follow

bethany's channel you hit

you saw this one coming um

she her back had tightened

up a few weeks ago and she

was going back into rehab

mode okay that just sucks I

know that's from her

gymnastics days right like

she had back issues from

being a gymnast yeah I

think she has like

fractured vertebrae yeah oh

yeah the other thing

surprised me this morning

um but yeah but you guys

covered that cool well we

just we just just started

we just started because I

yeah do you guys see event

one and talk about it we

talked about james winning

but that was and how I

thought he was a one-hit

wonder but he came out hot

so astrid peterson on the

women's side won

yeah that's news and your

girl amy pringle did pretty

well too charlie I think

she was like top three yeah

and uh lucy campbell in

second coming back from the

wrist injury now she didn't

have to use her wrist at

all in event one right yeah

so but looking at the heat

one app nobody picked

astrid or lucy yeah that's

cool they were at zero percent

Yeah.

I mean, we'll have to see this, this,

this first event's a little

bit out there in terms of, you know,

not being like super CrossFitty.

So I'm sure things will even out,

but it'll be great to see

how the weekend unfolds.

I'm looking forward to it.

It's been a while since

we've been able to watch stuff.

My dark horse pick on the

men's side Sunday night was

Max Krieg who took fourth.

Yeah.

So that was nice to see.

And he's coached by Lynette Berger.

Oh yeah.

Yeah.

That's awesome.

doesn't look very sunny so I

texted her while that was

going on um she said that

the new place they're still

trying to find everything

like they're still kind of

walking around lost at the

venue you mean yeah yeah I

heard it's huge it looks it

on the run I mean they go

they pass everything yeah so

I still don't know how they

all manage on that sand.

I would hate that.

Like running in sand and

even being a judge in that sand,

like sand is the reason why

I don't live on a beach right now.

Like I love the ocean and I love water,

but I hate sand.

I love sand.

Oh really?

But I,

I spend every day between my toes

and it doesn't go anywhere else.

Like I'm fine with it.

It's a sensory thing that a

lot of people don't like, but I,

I love it, but I don't,

I will not run in the sand

because of my ankles.

Like it does bother my ankles to do that.

Yeah.

I just think I have like

childhood memories of like

sand getting in like every

crevice of your body when

you're at the beach, you know,

and you'd like go to take a

shower and you're like,

how did it get there?

Like what is going on in the sand?

I'm on the cat side of this argument.

That's fine.

Most people are,

but what y'all doing in the sand?

that's why that's why like

lake life is appealing to

me because you still get

the water you get the sun

you can be on boat you can

sunbathe but there's no

sand just a little bit of

like mud and grass yeah

like I'll go on vacation

with my family and I'll be

like we'll be like all

right where are we going

and they want to go to the

pool all day and I'm at the

beach and I'm fine with

that because I want to be

by the beach yeah that's

funny speaking of beaches

are you heading any is

anyone heading anywhere warm anytime soon

No, I'm not going anywhere warm,

but I'm going to on a trip.

I think we talked about it in June.

Yeah, that's your Banff trip, right?

Yeah.

That may be slightly warm there.

There won't be sand.

Yeah,

it's definitely not going to be too warm.

I'm going to be on some

glaciers and stuff like that.

And then I was talking to

somebody at the gym today

who has been and he was

giving me a bunch of tips

about certain trails to go to.

And he's like, I mean,

you'll you'll hike about

twelve miles a day.

And I'm like, this is great.

I was like, whatever you do,

don't tell Scott this

because this is my dream trip.

And he'll be like,

I did not sign up for twelve miles a day.

What the hell?

He'll figure it out once

we're out there on the trail.

We don't want to get back.

Too late.

Yeah.

We don't need to tell him now,

so he's anticipating it.

That's funny.

Yeah.

That's funny.

Well,

we're doing a trip in a couple weeks.

We're flying into Dallas and

heading down to San Antonio

and then back up again.

I'm not planning it.

Mike's doing all the stops

and where we're going,

but we're going to see the Alamo.

We're going to go to Riverwalk,

do a couple of hikes.

It should be fun.

but I don't think it's going to be warm,

which is really sucks.

Like, you know,

you kind of want to escape

from the warmth.

We'll probably get like a

snowstorm or something.

Well, it's a polar vortex right now.

Good Lord.

Now do your schools in your

area closed for cold?

No.

Yeah.

We were,

we were closed on Tuesday and

Wednesday because of the temperature.

Oh, wow.

I know that Braden was

supposed to start classes

yesterday and William and Mary yesterday.

And William & Mary shut down.

They closed yesterday and

they had like a late start

today because they got snow,

which they're not used to

dealing with in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Yeah.

Which he is used to.

Like, it doesn't mean anything to him.

He's like,

I can't believe we don't have class.

I'm like, well, you know.

So Jeff wants to know when you're going.

When who's going where, JB?

When Amy's going to Banff or

when I'm going to Texas?

I'm going in the middle of June.

I'm going February sixth

through the tenth.

I just wanted to respond to cross fat.

If one leg is longer than the other,

you just have to position

yourself right on the sand

so that the long leg is on

the shallower part and the

short leg is on the raised part.

Right.

It's not a big deal.

And you run backwards on the way back.

There you go.

No big deal.

Yeah, JB.

I think I will fly out the

sixth of December or

February and come back on

that following Tuesday.

Okay.

Texas is not warm right now.

No,

I have friends in Houston who showed me

the snow in their house.

Oh, geez.

In Houston?

Well, yeah,

because they're right on the Gulf there.

They were right next to

their outdoor pool in all

their winter gear taking

photos of the snow.

And the pool's open because it's Houston.

Yeah, my cousin,

he was stationed in Pensacola.

He's now out of the Navy,

but they had seven inches

of snow in Pensacola, Florida.

I don't think they've ever seen that,

have they?

In Alabama.

Did you see Bacon?

I didn't.

But where Bacon lives and my cousin lives,

they're right across the

border from each other.

Bacon had seven inches, too.

I've never been able to say

that in my life, Charlie.

Neither has Bacon, but here we go.

You guys are funny.

The only reason that's even

in my head is because what

my friend Amy sends text messages.

Tell them, go ahead.

I don't know what algorithm

she is a part of.

It's not TikTok.

We know that.

But apparently, I did not read.

I just saw the picture in the headline.

But there's a thing called a penis fish.

And they have been swept up

onto the shore.

And they're all ten inches.

Thousands of ten inch penis

fish wash up on a beach.

Ten inch penis fish.

Hold it up so they can see

it's an actual news story that you sent.

From the Daily Mail.

Corn windows first.

Do they look like penises?

Yes.

They do.

Oh, they do.

We are going to get demonetized now.

Okay.

It is a fish.

Why don't we get demonetized for science?

For science.

All right, guys.

I have a meeting at twelve

thirty for work.

Love you.

Bye.

oh I almost put in a stream

I don't want to do that I

just want to leave bye bye

don't amy we'll kick you

out hold on okay um switzer

give us an update on julie

I saw she was at rehab

today doing well you saw

she was how did she post

something she did oh wow um yeah

so,

twenty-three was shut down during the

time I had to get her to PT.

Uh, so it made it very difficult.

Um, but we got there.

She is now able to get up

unassisted pretty much even

without the walker.

Um,

and she still needs a walker to kind of

get around the house,

but she's very mobile now.

She's becoming very independent and, um,

Yeah.

She's just on the go.

So really the only,

like she's able to get her own lunch.

She's able to get her own coffee.

She's able to do that kind of stuff,

but I'm still like cooking

and laundry and she hasn't

been able to make it up the stairs yet.

Yeah.

Yeah.

I can imagine.

Which means she hasn't had a

full shower yet and she is dying.

So we're going to,

we're going to try to the landing today.

And if it goes well,

we're going to keep going.

Is it possible that,

for her with support like

cane and railing for her to

walk up backwards so it's

actually easier for her

forward okay my biggest

fear is the down but then I

would do down backwards for

sure yeah so pressure

So up, she's getting really good at.

There's three steps into our

garage that we have to go

down to get her to PT.

She's killing three stairs.

It's now, can we do fifteen?

Yeah.

Okay.

But I think she is willing

to give it a shot today to get a shower.

Maybe it will be worth doing

later in the day, take a shower,

stay up there overnight.

And then come back in the morning.

Yeah.

she got her staples out

yesterday which which gave

her approval then to get a

shower anyway she could not

do the shower until that

was done don't want a rusty

zipper yeah she's ahead of

schedule the doctor's super

happy on everything great

interesting she can't stand

by the stove though

you better watch your mouth

charlie you it's a good

thing she doesn't watch

this or she'd be coming for

you with a knife when she

can catch up with her

walker I I think it's more

the pivoting in a kitchen

you have to like go from

one thing to you just have

to pivot to things and

that's where we're not

we're still straight lining

it on everything okay

I want to tell you something

at the gym that was

programmed today that I can't do.

And no, it's not ring muscle ups,

but I also can't do that.

but there was something programmed.

And I think you'll laugh

because I remember when I was just,

I wasn't even coaching yet.

And I was a member,

just a member of the gym

and this being in the warmup.

And I remember coach Marcus saying,

this is a basic skill.

Like you should,

everybody should be able to

do this basic skill.

And I couldn't do it then, which, you know,

it was like, and I still can't do it now.

And it is running while jumping rope.

I cannot do it.

I ended up galloping.

I can't do it the right way.

So I'm just literally galloping legs.

And then today,

like I came in to warm up for,

I did something else and they were like,

no, just like, you know,

like butt kickers.

And so one leg was doing a

butt kicker and the other

one was galloping forward.

I just, I guess I'm not an athlete.

If it's a basic skill and I can't do it.

I mean, I mean, it's just running.

I hear your words and I run.

I ran yesterday.

I did a five K yesterday,

but for some reason,

give me a jump rope in my hands.

At least we,

at least I don't spin around

and do around the world

anymore when I do double unders.

So it is possible to train me.

Jump ropes.

Anything I can do.

Can you run and jump?

Yeah.

Something does not click in this brain,

the coordination, to do it.

Yeah.

I'm with Jay Birch.

I can do that easier than double unders.

Well, I lack basics.

I can do crossovers.

I can do backwards.

This is clearly what's going

to keep me from moving forward.

My levels are going to suffer.

Yeah.

You guys talk about OSU

winning a national championship.

Oh my God.

I can't believe I have to

endure this bullshit for a year.

I can't believe we didn't know.

We didn't, but how a fricking Lou yet.

Awesome.

Celebrate the Buckeyes.

Here's a cool story.

I'm going to tell you,

you can appreciate this story.

I think, okay.

My son was born.

in December of two thousand and two.

OK,

his very first Buckeye game that was

ever played that he was

alive for was the national

championship of the two

thousand two season.

Right.

Which is cool.

Then he has two buddies that

are on the Ohio State

football team that he

played high school football with.

That their first games were

also the national

championship of two thousand two.

They are seniors and they

just won the national championship.

Now, they don't have a lot of play time,

but they're still on the

team and still get that stuff.

So that was that was just

like a really cool,

like kind of full circle

moment to see and celebrate for that.

So they get a national championship ring.

Yeah.

But they'll never get gold pants.

No.

It doesn't matter.

They don't need that.

The gold pants.

The stuff about the gold pants.

Yeah.

Yeah.

But I mean,

they made that more of a game than I was.

Yeah.

I was a little nervous.

I actually tried to go to bed twice.

Yeah.

Both times I went to go up the steps.

Notre Dame scored.

Yeah.

But that made it a cool game

to watch because I didn't

want it to be like a total.

I mean,

Total beatdown.

You wanted to be a game.

So, Charlie, who did you root for?

Those are your two teams.

Not the team I want to root for.

I have my Notre Dame jersey on.

But it went how I thought it

was going to go.

I didn't have any delusions of winning.

Yeah,

I went four and one NFL college outright,

and then three and two on the line.

Hmm.

So, yeah.

Well, if you didn't watch it,

you basically just saw

Marcus Freeman every two minutes.

I didn't realize he was on

the same team with Leonidas.

Yes.

That's pretty cool.

It was also Jack still.

Yeah.

Have you been?

I'm sure, Scott, because you're a big fan,

but the McAfee, all the McAfee stuff.

I

It's been so hectic at my house.

I've not caught up on everything.

And the Bears found a new head coach.

So that is all I've been watching.

So the McAfee show, well,

Pat McAfee had on Freeman and Day.

And they brought out some

guy wearing a Lou Holtz.

Ty Schmidt.

And Ryan Davis, like you guys are crazy.

Like, you know that, right?

It just, he's funny.

He hates that so much.

Yeah.

So he just got up like, all right,

I'm done.

Yeah.

Yeah.

So they did,

they did tie Schmidt with the

actual Lou Holtz last year,

talking to each other in

like these recliners.

It was hilarious.

But we'll talk about your players.

What's up with your bears?

They hired the Detroit

offensive coordinator to be

their next head coach.

Now just waiting to see who

he brings in as his staff.

But very impressed so far

with the way he has handled

himself at the press

conferences and really impressed.

Actually,

it's the first time the Bears

didn't botch a press

conference in probably my lifetime.

So, like, things are looking up.

Yeah.

Maybe.

Maybe.

Just maybe.

Can he play offensive line?

Because he's going to need to.

He needs to bring his buddy

Hank Fraley down,

who's the offensive line

coach for the Lions.

And they need to.

If you are not over three hundred pounds,

you should not be drafted

by the Bears in the first three rounds.

that's my that's my view we

shall see but um there's

one other thing I want to

talk about wadapalooza now

I forget um before we got

off the air oh I have I I'm

gonna mess it up

I I c j I e j is shooting

for us again okay um at

wadapalooza his name is

yusef um it's the same guy

who shot for us at socal

and uh west coast classic

he's already putting shots

up uh so if you want to

check those out uh they're

really good already a good

set of of that one um is up there so

Love the fact that we can

actually have people there

for us and not have to travel.

And it's a great

collaboration and

partnership we have with him.

So it's either IEJ or ICJ.

I should look real quick.

You should probably make sure to do that.

Yeah.

It is IGJ.

IGJ.

So let me share my screen.

I'll show you the first batch he has up.

And then you can see his

name is Isma Captures.

Right there.

Just so we give him love.

But it actually comes up as

IGJ right here.

I don't know if you can see it.

we got a picture of annika

right off the bat on a bike

uh laura ricky alexis

sydney james is emily there

she is okay she took legs

go back who's that with the

dreadlocks or the cornrows

uh enola kai okay

That's cool.

Nick.

So he'll be shooting for us all weekend.

Just check out our, our channel.

And yeah,

you saw the shot of Ricky left our,

our guy,

Justin Kotler and underdogs

athletics and signed with proven.

Any thoughts on that?

I respect athletes needing

to make a move if they need

to make a move and doing

what's right for their career.

But personally, I like Justin.

I hate it.

Okay.

There we go.

Justin became his coach when

there was a chance that

nobody would and nobody

would support him coming

back to the space.

And Ricky has done nothing

but excel since that signing with Justin.

The only thing that has kept

him from doing better is

his own injuries.

And some,

most of those are away from the sport,

not during the sport.

Um, so I just, I find it, I hate the,

I am loyal to a fault.

I am too,

but I don't think it requires you

to be indebted to somebody for ever,

but there was no lack of performance.

I get it.

Yeah.

Do we, does, did he give a reason?

Do we know?

He said that T invited him over.

Train poached him.

He enjoyed it.

There he is.

Okay.

I feel like maybe it's a,

I've never heard Justin coach,

but maybe he's a tougher

coach and people are just soft.

Maybe that's it.

In my mind,

I was thinking location maybe

had something to do with

being where you're located.

Like he wanted a different location.

Underdogs had a big

Australian presence for a minute.

But then Proven went in and

got Matty Sturt, Jay Crouch, now Ricky.

So I don't know.

Well, the Aussies need to stick together.

But, like, if you're Proven,

what have you Proven?

Like,

you just go get people after they're

already good?

Yeah.

I mean.

You haven't developed any

talent other than Tia.

Yes, he podiumed his first year back.

Yeah.

He and Roman podiumed behind Adler, right?

Yeah.

Or Justin.

No, it was Adler.

It was Adler.

Adler, Roman, and Ricky.

So, so yeah.

I don't know.

Really, really sucks.

I hate it.

Yeah.

But that's,

I think I get it because in

Justin is the same way.

Justin's a very loyal person too.

And so.

I think he puts more into it than just,

meaning he puts a lot of

his own personal self into

his work versus that.

So I think it makes it harder.

No,

I can't bring myself yet to watch the

whole thing.

I've seen clips,

but I've not seen the whole thing.

I just heard he didn't

mention underdogs at all.

Oh, that's good.

Last thing,

if you've not watched episode

three of Hopper, Madaris, and Pepper.

Whose YouTube is it on this time?

This one is Dallin's.

Okay.

In the last ten minutes,

either Jason Hopper is an

idiot or he is a genius and

we just haven't recognized it yet.

they go into a debate on

what a hole is like how

many holes does a straw

have how many in the the

age-old question and then

they they are telling him

that if you dig a hole what

is that called like how

many holes is that and he

said none it's a ditch

they're saying even if it's

like a piece of rebar like

jammed into the ground and

pulled out what's that he

goes it's a very short

trench huh and then they go

like they it's yeah it I'm

I was howling laughing okay

like hopper is the gift

that keeps giving because

of the way he thinks yeah

and through all these episodes

If you missed the first two,

they're great.

We talked about the DMing

and then episode two,

they brought Luke Parker on

to give his side of the story.

And in episode three has been,

the ending was conspiracy theories.

And then it got into this

ditch hole trench.

What is the definition of a hole?

Oh my gosh.

So freaking funny.

Hmm.

Yeah, I'll look at it for sure.

But they are just, when you listen to them,

they're very little

CrossFit and just trash

talking like a bunch of

guys just hanging out.

It's really good.

So Jay Birch, maybe Gazan is why he left.

I doubt it.

Like she's too good or

there's like a rumor?

I don't know.

I don't know what he means.

But I've heard nothing to

that effect in any of my

talking with anybody.

Maybe they just didn't vibe.

I mean, I thought they did,

but maybe they didn't

really vibe as training partners.

If you watch the Hiller video,

they look like they do nothing but vibe.

I agree, but you know.

yeah who knows did you all

get vertigo from the live

stream there were moments

there were moments where it

looked like a camera was

just like rotating I don't

know who's doing the production

If it's bee friendly,

like I know they don't have

like the high end stuff and

they do a decent job,

but it's weird that when

they go to certain cameras,

there's no sound.

And when they go to others, there is.

And it kind of is startling

when the sound pops back on,

especially when you're

watching while working.

Jaybird starting all the rumors now.

Maybe.

Well,

Jay Birch was a guest on the lunch show.

Yeah.

We did top five television

shows of all time, excluding sitcoms.

What was number one?

I had NYPD Blue and he had Lonesome Dove.

Interesting.

We both had Sopranos in there.

Breaking Bad.

Breaking Bad, which really upset me.

So I changed my list last minute.

I put that at number three.

You're not showing your ages at all.

Well,

part of my criteria was that they

have to stand the test of time.

Something that you go back and look at.

Dallas?

Did you pick Dallas too?

No, no.

Bonanza?

A little house on a prairie?

No, no, no, no.

Oh, I know.

Full house.

I did pick Ted Lasso.

Ted Lasso is fairly new.

Okay, I'll take Ted Lasso.

And Jay Birch picked Mindhunter,

which is fairly new.

Agreed.

There it is.

So there are some newer ones in there.

Okay.

Go back and watch what?

Lonesome Dove?

No, they're...

I got to get Charlie back

because the request was to

start doing them again

because of our

Schwarzenegger one and

wanted more top fives back.

So I got to get Charlie on,

but I never know when he's

available because he never

responds to our text.

It's straight up.

Or it's probably, you know what?

I know what it is, Scott.

You didn't hear this earlier,

but it's the three alarms

he has on his iPhone.

For some reason,

he doesn't get

notifications when things happen.

I've informed him he should

probably contact Apple.

So he missed the gym again

because his three alarms

didn't notify him?

Twice.

That's true.

This week.

You might need to head to the Genius Bar,

buddy.

That's what I said.

So I don't think it's an

equipment problem.

I'm going to get that old

brown alarm back out.

The digital.

Yeah.

That you could slap the heck

out of it and it just won't go off.

The one where the numbers fall?

Yeah.

Oh, so loud.

Walk you up.

Yeah.

When I was in high school,

I had to put my alarm clock

across the room.

So I had to get out of bed to turn it off.

Yeah.

If I didn't, I wouldn't wake up.

See, that's the problem.

All right.

I have to bounce because I

got an appointment at one.

All right.

All right.

What about you, Charlie?

You bouncing?

Yep.

All right, guys.

Well, it's been a hoot.

Sorry I was late.

But yeah, pick a top five, man.

We'll do top five.

All right.

Let me know.

All right.

Let me know what Tuesday you're available.

All right, with that, guys, it's been fun.

We will get back to some waterpalooza here,

and I'll be back for lunch

with the Clydesdale tomorrow.

We'll see everybody then.

Bye, guys.
