Good morning and

welcome to Morning Serial.

Okay good morning and welcome to

Wednesday and another mini

episode of Morning Serial.

It is New Year's Eve people.

I know you already knew that and you

probably already noticed

we are back in the studio.

But let's back up.

Today is a day that's been celebrated in

some form for over 4,000 years.

It dates all the way back to ancient

Babylon, proving that we

humans, we have always loved

a fresh start.

And now the essential

vitamins in your morning cereal.

Today's quote is from Val Kilmore who

said quote, "I have

lived a full life and I have

no regrets."

End quote.

And on a day like today where we are

pausing to reflect on

life, this is a reminder from

the Iceman to take stock, take a breath

and walk into this new

year knowing that you showed

up to this life.

One life, live it.

Alright, the number one song on this date

back in 1987 was "Walk Like an Egyptian"

by The Bangles.

So as the calendar flips

tonight, don't rush the moment.

Pause long enough to

appreciate how far you've come.

Thanks for starting your day and ending

your year here with Morning Serial.

Have fun tonight and be safe tonight.

And as a note, we'll be back with full

episodes starting up next

Monday, but we'll be right

back here tomorrow with

another mini episode for you.

And until then, have a fantastic day.
