When I heard the term multi passionate entrepreneur for the first time, I was just like, oh my. That's me. It was like a weight was lifted off my shoulder. A permission to be me was given. It was just such a big deal.

Relinde Moors:

And now I would say 12 years later, I have a business that is, you know, teaching people online, mainly with some offline events, but mainly online. And in having created modalities, 2 main modalities that integrate all of me, and that has given me so much freedom, fulfillment, independence, wealth, possibility. I feel like I have a home where what is my business and what is what I do and what makes me so excited to to do every day. And I can see myself doing this, like, for such a long time because everything that I am, which is one of the things is I'm a learner. I will keep learning new things and keep studying, and I can integrate in and and build on on what I have created.

Relinde Moors:

And I couldn't have had a job or a position somewhere that would have been this because this doesn't didn't exist. It's, like, comes through me in a certain way, and I feel it I can't live in it any other way than expressing it very authentically, and serving from a place of this is what comes through me. So today, I'm gonna talk about this topic because I know that if you are identifying being multiskilled or multipassionate, you don't just do one thing in one certain way that already fits in the books as people have been doing it for many, many years, then you might identify to that feeling of, but how do I communicate that? How do I communicate that uniqueness? How don't I not scatter myself into many things?

Relinde Moors:

And I honestly I have worked with clients that were already have I'm thinking of 1 client specifically who already had a very successful course, online course business with a beautiful programs and amazing teaching, a very successful podcast, like, really known in his industry. But who told me when I talked about this, like, listen. I still don't feel that I really integrate every part of me. I don't know that deeper reason why I'm doing what I'm doing. And we worked on that, and that gave so much more depth and so much more clarity because when you're in that space or things are already very successful, you also get lots of opportunities.

Relinde Moors:

You have to say yes. You have to say no. You have to make your choices, and you need to have that deeper anchor. And then I also have many clients who are more, I would say, in the beginning phases of their business or in a big transition phase like I was many years ago before I had my dance performance company. And that was very successful, and that was really amazing to do.

Relinde Moors:

But I chose to live in a very different way and and rebuild my business or start a completely new business. And when you're in that space, it can feel very confusing. There's even, you know, identity stuff that has lays on the foundation of this. For me, it was letting go of the identity. I'm an artist.

Relinde Moors:

I'm a choreographer. That is what I'm here to do. If I don't do that and if I'm not successful at that, I'm a failure. I really had to work through that. So that is what I see with many clients, and I see the confusion.

Relinde Moors:

And that's why I decided to dedicate an episode to this. So how do you integrate everything that you do in one cohesive brand and one signature offer. Also, let me talk for a moment about why I say one signature offer. This is not because I don't believe you can have different offers that you can serve in different ways in your business. I do.

Relinde Moors:

But if you don't have a huge team and you don't have huge cash flow just yet, I mean, you're not, like, at the 7 figure mark, where it's really not just you, but there's other people doing lots of parts in your business, then I don't recommend having tons of offers because every offer that you build is work. If you wanna deliver high quality, there's a lot there. So you really want to, create simplicity in your business. So simplify so much that you can really scale up and increase your profitability, your freedom, and your impact because it's simple. And you can actually focus on the things that matter rather than just running around doing tons of things.

Relinde Moors:

Now that simplicity and that, let's say, okay. Create one signature offer. If you truly feel like you're multi skilled, that might feel very impossible. So I've worked with clients that say, you know what? I have my Reiki courses, and then I have life coaching clients.

Relinde Moors:

And then I'm thinking of one specific client. She's like and I have my singer songwriter school, in, you know, a physical school in Brooklyn, New York. And there's so many things to manage that and so many businesses actually to run. Actually, you're running different businesses. And what I then work on so if you recognize this, if you have a feeling that you need to scatter yourself in different offers, what I really work on is thinking of, okay.

Relinde Moors:

Let's let go of the offers for a moment of thinking how do you deliver, and let's take a step back. Let's take a step back and let's dive deep. And that is where I really want you to do that inner research of why do I do what I do? Why do I do what I do? Now you might have heard that question.

Relinde Moors:

You might even have heard saying, like, what is your purpose in this life? And I might feel, like, a pressure on it and, you know, what where does that answer come from? And here's the first thing I wanna say is that answer does not come from your intellect. It comes from a place deeper than that. One of the things that really helped me in finding this answer and that I often share with my clients is that you can only teach.

Relinde Moors:

You can only transmit your message and teach from an embodied experience. That's really big. These are maybe just superficial words if you listen to it right now, but I hope you can let it sink in with me as much as possible. Because when you teach from an embodied experience, meaning you are transmitting in whatever you teach on or coach on or what your message is in the world from an experience and most probably multiple experiences in your life that have taught you something. So let me give you a personal example.

Relinde Moors:

One of my values one of my values in my work is that sensitivity is a strength. And when I grew up as a kid, I think well, actually, my mom tells me now. She's like, I think you were a very sensitive child, and she said, and I didn't see it. I couldn't recognize it when you were a child, which is a beautiful thing for her to acknowledge, to to help me understand certain things. So I was very sensitive child.

Relinde Moors:

I didn't have school or parents or anyone around me that would necessarily recognize that and guide me in the right ways. So long story short, I learned to shut myself down because my sensitivity seemed to be a weakness. And, you know, I was bullied in school and, like, all these things. So it seemed to be a weakness that I had to shut down and repress. And I learned that, and I thought that that was the way to do it.

Relinde Moors:

So over time, that caused problems. I even nearly died from anorexia when I was 14, which I can see has everything to do with all this. And, fortunately, I did find my way out in a beautiful way. And I found out you know, I started to study theater, which taught me that my sensitivity was actually a strength, that I needed to open my channels, and that I needed to let my emotions in, and that I could feel all the feelings and express what I had to say through that sensitivity in a really powerful way. Now this is a theme in my life, a topic that keeps coming back.

Relinde Moors:

This is something that is with me, but I've really learned to honor myself and my skill of sensitivity and and to step into the power of that and everything that I do in a way that I work with my clients and the way I do energy work and business work and how I combine all that, that sensitivity factor is really, really important. And, again, it is a strength. Now those lessons is because I know that that this is one of my deep embodied experiences in my lifetime, I can now tell this story to you and share it with you. I can when I work with my clients and see them struggle with their own sensitivity and how to process that and how to, find the strength in their sensitivity, I can guide them through it. I have this in my, you know, in my coaching.

Relinde Moors:

This is a big part. I create very safe spaces. I make sure that people really always feel that everything is welcome and can be expressed because I see it as a very essential part. So that is an example of an embodied experience that I had the clarity on. Like, this is what I learned.

Relinde Moors:

I shifted sensitivity from a weakness to a strength, and I wanna live in a world where we listen to the sensitive people because they have powerful messages to share in the world, and I wanna create the safety for people to feel that. That, for example, is a message in my brand that comes from a very authentic place. Now when I said to you, we're gonna move away for a moment for what you're offering. So let's say you're like, yeah, but I wanna offer Reiki courses and coaching and retreats and all these separate things. I'm like, okay.

Relinde Moors:

Let's let's not talk about the how for a moment. Let's talk about the why. Let's talk about what is important to you, and then one of those things could be this. Or maybe it's your main thing is what what is your deeper drive or what that you learn in this lifetime that you wanna communicate with the world. That is a deeper why and maybe the deeper why.

Relinde Moors:

I would say asking yourself these questions. What is it that I you know, a theme in my life that has come back over and over again or that I went through deeply to learn? Is it self love, self worth? Is it sensitivity as a strength? What is it for you?

Relinde Moors:

And there might not be just one. There might be a couple that are related. And what values came out of that, and what is it that really drives you to do. Now when you know that, you know that deeper why, then from there, you can think of, so how do I want to express that in the world? Now for me, I have I'm gonna stay with that example of sensitivity as a strength.

Relinde Moors:

I can do that by teaching a yoga class. I can teach you a yoga class and have you really feel safe and dive into your sensitivity and find the strength of that. And I can also record this podcast, and I can do this when I coach you in your business. So it doesn't matter for me how I express it. That's why I've become less attached to the how.

Relinde Moors:

Like, I need to still make dance performances because this is my core values. I'm like, yes. I could also transmit this through a dance performance, but I can also do it in other ways. And that gives a lot of freedom because now you're not so attached to how do you express your deeper drive or your deeper why. Now when you don't think of how do you wanna express it, well, I can speak for myself.

Relinde Moors:

In my case, I started to really think about how do I wanna live. What is it that I want to create right now and in the long run? Because when I was at at the point of changing my business because I need to go back there because this was the moment where I was also most confused about my multi skilledness, and I didn't have everything put together just yet. So this is now about 10 years ago when I, went to Bali. You might know this story.

Relinde Moors:

I went to Bali, and I decided to give up my dance performance company to end it completely and to stay in Bali. I ended up staying for 3 years teaching yoga and dance, and in the meantime, figuring out what the hell I was doing. But I decided that I had was a couple of values in my life that I really wanted to give more space, and one of them was freedom. Freedom, abundance, independence in a way, like, having being empowered. Empowered, better word.

Relinde Moors:

And that freedom and abundance and empowerment for me came through. I wanna own a business that I can run from any place in the world. I wanted to be location independent, so that brought me online. And I also wanted to be I don't wanna be working 247, And I do want it to allow me to grow to multiple 6, 7 figures because I already knew is I I wanna create that overflow of money so that I am free in my choices. That I'm free to go and take another course because I'm a learner.

Relinde Moors:

That I'm free and to go and and go away with, family for a weekend or a week or spent my time the way my heart wants, not the way my bank account dictates. So those desires became really big, and it was for me important that I didn't only make an a decision which I had been doing, I think, up to then. Like, I need to have a dance performance company because this is my way to express myself, which it was for a long time and I have no regrets. But it also gave me limitations. Like, I cannot with that dance company, I cannot, live location independent.

Relinde Moors:

Also, I couldn't have make it like a financially successful company because that's just not the bull model of it. It's a nonprofit, and at least that's how the way it works in the Netherlands. Why am I sharing all this? Because if you start thinking about, you know, know your deeper why and then how what do you want your business to sell, I too want you to take an account for right now and in the future what those lifestyle desires are. Because if you desire, if you really desire to work with people in your style and you wanna, live everywhere, like, I'm thinking of my teacher, my yoga teacher, Tara Judell.

Relinde Moors:

She has a yoga school, but she teaches her courses in the winter in Bali and in the summer in Southern Europe. And she never really lives anywhere, but that's where her students come to. You know? And this she's been doing this for many years, and that's her ideal. And your ideal might be something completely different, but that is important to know that, like, what is it that you want right now?

Relinde Moors:

When I was back in Bali a month ago, I was in Bali, and that was my 10 year anniversary, let's say, of the first time coming to Bali. And I saw myself there and I was like, oh my gosh, I have the decisions that I made back then, and I didn't know how it was gonna pan out. I had no idea. I just had desires, and I made some bold crazy decisions. They led to exactly what I wanted back then right now.

Relinde Moors:

And if I wouldn't have done that and if I wouldn't have believed in it, that wouldn't have happened. So I wanna say is that those dreams that you have for your life, for your income, for the way you live, your family lives, like, all those things, They are part of deciding what kind of business you run. Now for me, that came to over the years. What came is that I really value working deeply with people. I don't I think I could make online courses that just sell themselves and have, like, a lot of students go through it without me ever ever meeting them.

Relinde Moors:

I think that would be a fun thing to do as well. But the first desire that I had was working deep with people, going deep, having actually intimate, high touch, high value courses. And that ultimately became one main signature program where I can guide people for, a longer period of time. Because then I can go for deep real transformations. And in these training and courses, I can pull in all my different expertises From Qigong to entrepreneurship, to marketing, to storytelling like in theater, how to do authentic sales, how to shift deep limiting beliefs and do all the spiritual and the subconscious work around that.

Relinde Moors:

All these things is what I've blended together in one program, and it's unique. And it's really my way of doing things, and no part of me is excluded. So that for me was a way to really blend everything together. Now I could tell you, you need to create a high touch group program that is online, that's gonna give you most freedom. And for me, that is the truth.

Relinde Moors:

Yeah. I have noticed that for some of my clients, it also is. And for others, they have slightly different ideas. But if you think about how to do this, think about how do I wanna live my life. Another example is a client who is now guiding artists.

Relinde Moors:

He is himself an artist, a theater, director, and a writer. He's written and published several books and created many performances in his life. And he has that talent, right, to think of something and then actually make it happen. And he is working with people who wanna do the same, but sometimes didn't, you know, didn't succeed yet in actually creating their own artistic projects. And he's doing that in a beautiful way.

Relinde Moors:

So when we were working on that, first of all, he was very afraid that his clients wouldn't be able to pay or wouldn't be willing to pay for such a program that got out of the way they do. He sold his first round out with quite a lot of ease, maybe beautiful. Plus, he said to me when we were designing this, because we have this blank slate before it even happened, I said, how do do you wanna see how do you see your year? How much are you working with your clients? Are you spending time with Zoom or in person with them?

Relinde Moors:

Are you, how many months a year are you working, and how many hours a week? All these things. And he said, you know what? I actually would really love to have a couple of months a year off that I'm not working with clients because I just wanna be writing. But he was also afraid that he wouldn't be able to do that because then his clients might not you know, they need him.

Relinde Moors:

But I told him, I said, actually, what you just told me is the most on brand thing. You got us may take a couple of months, a year where you say, I don't work in my online programs. I'm not doing any classes or anything. I'm just writing my book because that is super on brand. It fits you.

Relinde Moors:

It nourishes your soul. So it's gonna, in the long term, really, really support his business. But also his clients will see that and be like, oh, wow. He's created a life where he can actually take, I don't know, 3 months, a year of and write just solely write. And that was so beautiful to see him create that and do exactly that.

Relinde Moors:

And that is what I mean with you can do it your way. Very easy to think. I have to do it this way. With courses, for example, another example of is that, I used to think that I needed to create courses with a beginning and an end and a group that starts with me and a beginning and an end. And I did that, and that was great.

Relinde Moors:

Until I noticed I didn't like it because I had pressure a couple of times a year that I needed to fill my group. And then I had, you know, this group for a little while and wasn't selling. And then I had to do it again, like, after 5 months or after 4 months, fill a fill a group again. And I started to notice, like, I would love to create it in a way that I can always enroll people. And there is a group, and I'm steadily showing up for it.

Relinde Moors:

And they people can just come in at any time. And at first, I thought I can't because they need to go through different phases, and I need to take them through it. And then I started to think, okay. If this is really what I want, how can I make that of really high quality? And I created a curriculum and online materials where I could onboard them in a way that people would go in their own time through the phases, but that the group calls would be differentiated, people in different phases.

Relinde Moors:

And guess what? It even turns out to be better because now we have these different people in different phases, which is so, you know, you learn so much from that. And it's such a beautiful interaction and group mind, I would say, that really helps, for everybody in there to grow faster and to be inspired and to be, evolving in their own time. So my point here is that I think we often think I need to do it in this way because that's how it is done, or this is how I have received it, or this is what I tell myself that it should be. But, really, everything that I've been telling you right now is that you can create your own pathway.

Relinde Moors:

You can create you can find your deeper why and why you're doing things. And then when you know that and when you really honor that personal journey, then you can create the offer, the program, the course, the multiple retreats a year, whatever that is for you, that suits. And so that not only suits, but that was really aligned with that deeper voice so you can express it through that channel, through that way, through that container, and you can do that in alignment with the way you wanna live your life and your longer term vision for you, for your family, for the world, all that beautiful stuff. It doesn't come through anybody else. And if you don't express it, nobody will. Never in this way because you are unique.

Relinde Moors:

Everything that you've lived through, your embodied experiences, your skills, your qualifications, your everythingness is unique. Nobody has it in a way that you have it. So if you manage to see, I have been through this, this is what I learned, and here's how I can share that with others, and here's a pathway that I can provide for them, that is your goals. That is where life starts to be easy, where abundance starts to flow to you, where clients just find you, where things just just flow and amplify because you are doing what you came to do here in this world.
