What is your word for 2025? Do you already know what you're bringing in, what you want to call in in 2025? And if that had one word, what would it be? Today's master class, the vision master class is for you if you are a coach who's had a coach or an expert who is ready to help more perfect people of your perfect people with your magic. If you're impact and freedom driven, meaning you want to make a big impact and have freedom, have spaciousness in your life, in your days, in your weeks.

And if you have 1 or more modalities under your belt that make you an expert or a coach in something. And that can also be lived experience, of course. And it's also not for you if you only sell physical products and you don't wanna do anything else. For those that haven't met me before, my name is Verlinda. I founded multiple 6 figure businesses. The first one was a dance performance company. After that, I worked as an embodiment coach, took my business completely online.

And since 2019, I am working with the leveraged expertise method, which I created for multi skilled coaches and experts. I run my location independence, multiple 6 figure business with a simplified over speed in which I integrate all parts of me and help coaches all over the world. I have only 3 offers. I love them. And that's what I do. This is a picture of me in my garden in front of the apartment that I live in in the Netherlands. And right now, I'm in Lisbon. Notes for the location independence. So and I want to talk to you today about somebody that I know really well, and I know her, the hidden gem coach, and you might know her too.

Relinde:

The hidden gem coach says things like and listen well, I'm gonna ask you if this resonates with you. The hidden gem coach says, for example, I know that I can help my clients strive, and I want to have a business that generates money overflow while maintaining a spacious schedule. But the hidden gem coach is doing so many things at the same time. She is not sure what to focus on and spreads herself thin. She feels frustrated because she sees some other, even sometimes less qualified coaches out there that make more money than she does.

Relinde:

And I can feel really frustrating. And she has inconsistent sales, which creates a stress level that takes away joy and creativity in her business. She doesn't know how to describe the deep value of her work. And she feels that she has to convince people to work with her. The worst.

Relinde:

She can't scale her offers because she thinks she has to do everything 1 on 1, and then she has to work with clients 1 on 1 to get results. So whatever it exactly is, she is stuck at her current income level even though she's always working. Let me know. Relinde:

I recognize a lot. Yeah. Okay. So you know what this feels like, and this is the good news. In this training today, I'm going to show you how to transform all of that and how to change this because it doesn't have to be this way truly.

Relinde:

Now you might say, yes. That sounds great. Let's change all of this. But, Belinda, it's really hard for me to describe what I do and create offers and message one single message because I don't do just one thing. And I want you to know that, again, you are in the right room.

Relinde:

This is why I talk to multi skilled coaches and experts just like me because I discovered that integrating all parts of you, and that also means all your modalities, into one cohesive brand and offer is the fastest path to profit. When you know how to position yourself through a clear message that integrates all of you, you are incomparable and stand out for your uniqueness like no other. So where a lot of business coaches might say, choose one thing, you know, and it's like, you have to choose a niche and you have to like, not do all the things. You have to be only this thing. Us multi skilled people.

Relinde:

And let me know if that resonates. We feel like a limp gets cut off. Like that is not me. You feel put in a box and you're like, I don't wanna choose. And the answer really is it's not about choosing.

Relinde:

It is about integrating. So we'll talk about that today. Another thing that I hear people say is like, yes, Willy, and I wanna be more successful and grow and scale and all that stuff, but I don't want to work all the time. Of course not. I know that your drive for freedom and fulfillment inspired you to become an entrepreneur.

Relinde:

And even though as an entrepreneur, there are things that you need to do, I'm not going to lie. You have to work for it. But if you design your business for it to be spacious, it will be spacious. You just need to know how to design it like that from the get go. And that's why you're here.

Relinde:

And really a lot of people lose years years on this part. So I'm so happy that you are here today. The hidden gem coach, as I call her, and I'm seeing people I said, Michael, I feel it. Sabeel says, I did just that. So fully agree.

Relinde:

Absolutely. So the hidden gem coach, she wants to have predictable, consistent sales. She wants clients that are ready to buy coming into her world every single week. She wants to be known for her magic, make a huge impact on people's lives and be known and trusted for it. She wants to show up for her clients fully and in a big way.

Relinde:

And she wants to have the business structure that creates ease, money overflow, and a spacious schedule. And I so remember being in this place, wanting all these things and just being like, why is it not here? Like, why does it feel so hard? The on purpose coach, though, she knows exactly she has exactly that. She has a simplified offer suite.

Relinde:

I'll talk about this later in the training. With one signature offer that is highly valuable and creates her clients great results, she has people reach out to her. You know, the kind of a you don't have to do outreach, look for people. She has people coming to her that are ready to invest and really want what she has. So they wanna work with her.

Relinde:

She generates money overflow with offers that are scalable to 6 or 7 figures, even while having that spacious schedule. So she's not gonna work more if she has more clients. And she knows in her heart that this is the work that she is meant to be doing. And that is, I think, really important and really connects to that deeper layer of purpose. And the good news is we're really gonna do something to connect you with that today.

Relinde:

Woo hoo. Woo hoo hoo. I feel like celebrating. You know, I actually forgot to put on this thing. I put on this thing like a Christmas thingy because it's a Christmas master class, and I'm celebrating with all of you.

Relinde:

Yay. Yay. Amazing. Okay. So in order to get here, to get all these things and just be, all of a sudden you switch to from so is this the on purpose coach?

Relinde:

What do you think? You switch from the hidden gem coach and you step into that on purpose coach identity. I'm joking a little bit, but I really mean it. One of the things we really need to do, and we're gonna start with this today as a kickoff for all the rest that I'm gonna teach you. I want you to create your purposeful profit plan.

Relinde:

So it is not about just money, money, money because I think nobody here is driven by just the numbers in the bank account. But I want you to think of your purposeful profit plan, and, yes, that includes numbers and money. So for 2025, I'm gonna ask you a bunch of questions, and I'd love for you to share in a chat. The first question is how much money do you wanna make? And then the second question is why do you want to make that money?

Relinde:

And I'm gonna ask you a bit more questions here because the real important thing is that in order to make that money, you need to really know on a cellular deep and body level why you wanna make that money. So some more questions really will help you to create that vision. What experiences will you will I create when you have that money? So for example, I was yesterday at an event here in Lisbon, and I was there and I was surrounded with all these, like, really inspiring coaches. And I was at talk by somebody.

Relinde:

And I was like, you know what? The fact that I managed to create my vision, that I created also the money flow in my business made that when this opportunity come came up to go to Lisbon, I knew I wanted to be here and that that was a community that I wanted to be part of so that I wanted to, you know, meet new people. And just because the money was there, I could also actually act upon it when it happens. So that is an experience that in the end also was created by money. How much in how will it impact your delivery?

Relinde:

So when you have more money flow, how will it impact how you work with your clients? And then how will that impact your clients? So how will that impact their lives? You see the ripple effect of this? How will it impact your life?

Relinde:

And how will it therefore impact your loved ones, your family, your children, your partner, your parents, whomever, your friends. So I know this is many questions. You might wanna screenshot this page because I would say spend a good like 20 minutes journaling on this with a nice cup of tea and really going deep into this. Because again, if you have this, if you know why you want do what you're doing, you're going to be so much more resilient throughout the whole of 2025. So let's do some shares in the chat.

Relinde:

How much money do you wanna make? What is the number that comes up for you? Why do you wanna make that money? How would it make you feel, and who will you become? So share with me in the chat.

Relinde:

I'd love to know. 300,000. Love that. I feel almost like you know? But it's so good to say it out, to write it out, to say these words out loud, to get used to your number, and then to know why.

Relinde:

You're good enough, worthy, and deserve to call all of this in. So let it out. It's really beautiful. You're in a safe space right now in a community where we actually want to hear this from you. Sometimes it can be scary to say these things out loud, especially in a society where we learn not to talk about money, at least in the Netherlands.

Relinde:

It's like, you don't talk about that. I'm like, why? Let me see. Loyce, 30 k a month. Love that.

Valentina, 20 k a month. Beautiful. About 5 k a month. 10 k a month. Beautiful.

Relinde:

6 k a month. Or give me freedom to live. Being in my zone and energy, able to enhance people's lives. Yes. How does that feel?

Amazing. Right? When you can connect with that. Cecilia, 3 to 7 k a month. Yes.

Relinde:

Oh, 5 to 7. Sorry. 5 to 7. Absolutely. So name it, claim it, and know why do I want this, how will it make me feel, who will I become, how will it ripple effect to the other people, your clients, your family, your children in your lives?

Relinde:

At least I wanna really be able to support other people's businesses, which will feel so good. Yeah. I've got a bunch of those goals that, like, I wanna support this thing. I wanna support that charity. I want to take my mom on the holiday.

Relinde:

Like, whatever. Like, all these beautiful things that you can give away when you have overflow. I want to be really generous. I love the feeling of supporting. Love it.

Relinde:

Love it. Love it. Love it. Okay. I'm leaving you with this.

Relinde:

Again, keep sharing if you want to, but really take this home with you. So if we want to make a 100,000, 200,000, a million, I just put in a number here. We're going to create a clear vision, sorry, that can actually lead there, that can actually get you there without overworking. That is a really important step, and we're going to take that step today. I'm going to show you how you can literally calculate today, how you can get there, which will support everything in your business, what you will be doing, and what you will be focusing on.

Relinde:

It literally takes out that doubt of what should I be doing today? What is the most important thing when you have that? Secondly, you wanna do deep subconscious belief work that shifts limiting beliefs so that every part of you supports that vision. And you wanna have an inspired action structure that allows you to implement the plan with ease and more about that later. So how do we get there?

Relinde:

How do we get to this vision where you are making 10 ks a month? Where you, Theresa said, become your best version, where you want to live your life fully aligned with your heart and your soul. Because I want to spend for an animal shelter and travel with my daughter, spend winter in Spain. Yes. Beautiful.

Relinde:

Carrie says, support my friends and family and empower a 100% of professionals. I love it. Oh my gosh. The world is going to become a matter of better place. And this is why I do this work honestly, because I see the ripple effect that you if you unlock the skill of being able to make money, then I can help you do that and you can then ripple effect of more people.

Relinde:

So how beautiful is that? So the pathway that I have developed in order to get here is called the leverage expertise method. This is my method, especially for multi skilled coaches and experts. And that method is, the leverage expertise matches is has 3 pillars, leverage, positioning, and energy. If you have leverage and positioning, you have consistent audience growth, which is something that you need at any time.

Relinde:

When you have leverage and energy, you will really step into your leadership, into your next level leader, which you will need if you wanna grow your impact and your sales. And if you have positioning and energy, you really will create and amplify your impact. All of that together creates impact and sales at scale. I really like to say it like this. It's sales at scale.

Relinde:

Of course it's more money, but it really is also changing more lives. In the whole method, there's so much involved in this. This is a really thorough, beautiful, full on system to get your business from nothing to 6, 7 figures in a really beautiful and aligned way. And, of course, we can't do it all today, but I wanted to give you a quick overview of it. Today, I wanna look first at the first pillar, which is positioning.

Relinde:

Positioning has a couple of components. As for example, that you get publicity and partnerships, that you have social media presence. But before all of that, you really need to step into your purpose and message. And I saw Sabille saying earlier, like, she really helps people step into their purpose. Beautiful.

Relinde:

I totally agree on that. We need to have a feeling sense of what that is. Maybe it doesn't even have words. You wanna have a feeling sense, and it also gonna change your business. So when you have that, you have something to share with the world.

Relinde:

And sorry, I said this a little bit. I wanna say this again. You have something to share with the world. That is a given. Everybody here in this room, everybody that's listening to this in a replay, you have something to share with the world and something comes through you that doesn't come through any of us in that way.

Relinde:

Only you can share this and not owning your message means the world will never have it. When you truly come from that place of service, abundance follows. And I wanna give a side note on that because sometimes I found this saying a little bit frustrating. I was like, I'm truly from a place of service, and I'm an artist and I'm still really poor. But it also adds attention, in to them monetize it, to create money flow, to create abundance through it, and really giving yourself full on permission, full on permission to do so because you know it you're good enough, worthy, deserve to, and this is your birthright to get that.

Relinde:

Then you really also unlock abundance when you connect with it. And your message method. Your perfect people are out there and they are waiting to hear it so you can help them transform their lives. Relinde:

Let me know if that message, that deeper thing really resonates with you because I believe that everybody here in this room is totally connecting with this. What I also feel is like you might know you're like, I already know it. Yes. Absolutely. And do you connect with it often?

Say meditation if you're okay to go into a little visualization. I only do this in my live workshops, but I don't often do this in in anything recorded or replaced. But let you know let me know if you're ready for it. Okay. Meditation.

Relinde:

Meditation. Meditation. Yes. We're there. Amazing.

Relinde:

Amazing. Okay. Very good. Because I like to speak not to the conscious minds. They go a level deeper.

Relinde:

Right? Okay. So then when we're ready, I want to invite you to just uncross legs if you're across them, uncross arms, and just close your eyes for a moment. Give yourself a moment to not be looking at the screen. You don't have to look at the screen.

Relinde:

My voice will be with you from now on. So you're closing your eyes and really entering into your inner landscape. Just letting yourself land within yourself right now and allow yourself to breathe a little bit deeper. There's always that extra deep breath that the body can do without forcing and just allowing yourself to have nice deep breaths. Very good.

Relinde:

And just feeling the support. If your feet are on the floor, feel the support of the floor, feel the support of the chair or the couch underneath you. And for a moment, just go into that timeless space of feeling held and supported and safe. Very good. And then from here, from this held and safe space, I would love for you to imagine yourself walking through a beautiful landscape.

Relinde:

There's trees and maybe there's sun if it if that's what you like. That's exactly the weather that you like. There's plants. There's maybe birds and butterflies, whatever you love. Just let that place show itself to you.

Relinde:

And there's one path in that place and it's clearly your path. And allow yourself to walk over that little path. And you know you're on your way to a really safe space within this environment that you have been to before. Just keep walking until you see that little safe space where you would like to spend some time alone. Just find that somewhere.

Relinde:

Maybe it is near to a lake or it is in a beautiful surrounded by trees, quiet space. There's nobody there. You go into that place and you know that you're in a place where you're completely safe. Everything there is is present to support you, to be with you. Very good.

Relinde:

And then take your seat in that space. Maybe you're laying down or seated, of course, legged. Just imagine yourself sitting there and see yourself sitting there. And then in that safe space, I want you to ask the following question to your subconscious mind. Ask what is it that I've come to learn in this lifetime?

Relinde:

What is my deeper lesson? Some say what is my universal assignment? And allow the answer just to come to you to reveal itself. Could be an answer like, I've come here to know who I truly am or to love myself or to teach people how to feel happy. Whatever that is, Just allow the answer to come to you.

Relinde:

Something in the world that you see that breaks your heart, that you would love to change if you could. What is that? What are the things in the world that you would love to change? What breaks your heart? Just letting these answers to the questions come as clues of what you are meant to share here with the world.

Relinde:

And last question, what really lights you up? What do you love talking about all day long? What can you do even if I wake you up in the middle of the night and you're like, yes. That's still what I wanna talk about or do or experience. What is that?

Relinde:

And then last but not least, what do you like to give to others? What do others come to you for? If you already work with many clients, what is the real thing, the real deeper underlying transformation that you provide for them? And how is that connected to your own life, to your own life lessons, to your own journey? Very good.

Relinde:

Allow these answers to come to you. You see them, sense them, allow them to come in your own time because maybe they don't come all today in this short little meditation, but we planted a seed. And then from there, slowly in your safe space, in that beautiful landscape where you were in your little space, allow yourself to open your eyes again in that space and to get up to thank the space and yourself for taking the time to surrender to all these answers coming to you in the right moment and then walk back through the beautiful landscape, just walking through it And you're walking back the way you came just knowing that where you're walking, you are exactly where you need to be right now. From there, you walk back into the room that you are in right now. Walk back into your body.

Relinde:

Allow yourself to gather every particle of you back into the here and now and remind yourself for a moment to these deeper questions, these deeper layers. What have you come to learn? What is your universal assignment? What breaks your heart? What lights you up?

Relinde:

And what are you here to give? And then open your eyes to the screen. Just a moment to connect to that deeper purpose. That thing that is underneath everything you do. I often call it my one thing.

Relinde:

And write down in the chat if there's anything that you've seen that you would love to share. I would love to know. What is that deeper purpose? What are you here sharing with the world? What is that message that wants to get out on an even bigger level, on an even deeper level?

Relinde:

Share with me in a chat. It doesn't have to be all the words. Just let me know what you've seen, what you've felt. Emma, you're worth it. You're allowed to live your best life.

When you know this and you connect with this on a regular basis, your one thing AKA your purpose, I believe it changes the energy behind everything you're doing your business and keep coming with the shares. I'm just gonna continue on, but I will read your shares for sure. So this energy of knowing this, of connecting with this is what is going to amplify anything you do in your business. I believe this is the basis of it. From there, you create a signature method.

Relinde:

If you don't have one already, I'm not gonna teach you on that today, but this is one thing that is really important in order to get your message out and position yourself. From there, you can create multiple offers. Not too many. Keep it simple. You create your marketing and that is again leading to that impact and sales at skills.

Relinde:

I believe that this energetic level is at the basis of all these things. Karen, emotions hold people back from living their lives and help them release these emotions through teaching them to breathe properly. Beautiful. And the method is already woven into that. I love it.

Relinde:

If you, if you put yourself in a box, it might feel like you do messaging and you do marketing and doesn't feel authentic to you. It can be stressful. It can feel high pressure, but when you connect to this deeper level and really connect to your purpose, you get in touch with your inner knowing. You always chose ease. You feel deeply supported, and you create that deep foundation, really unshakable.

Relinde:

And then and I must say what we just did isn't your message as a marketing message. Yeah? I just wanna emphasize that there's levels to that marketing message. But when you have that message and you have all the elements in it, you solve these things. Because without that, social media can feel like a huge task.

Relinde:

You feel like you're not getting consistent flow of clients. You feel misunderstood and you feel overlooked and undervalued on some level. When you really nail this energetic layer and the on purpose message, then you have the core of every visibility strategy. You can attract clients on organic social media. You get opportunities to speak, appear on podcasts, etcetera.

Relinde:

It transfers your highest energy potential online and clients just come ready to work with you. 1 of my clients, Charlotte, is really a good example of this. She also works with people on her on their purpose and their essence. And she did all that already, but what is that she didn't have yet was her unique method. She didn't know how to bring all of that together into one cohesive brand and offer.

Relinde:

And when we did that, she went from breaking even teaching reggae courses to creating her unique method and a signature offer she adores. Beside it making more money, a whole lot more, she says. That's where my coaching business, I've discovered my real magic. I no longer feel confused about how to use or market my many certifications and qualifications. In fact, I'm finally clear on what I'm here to teach.

Relinde:

There's a deeper layer under and then with her unique method that integrates all her expertise and her offers. That is what she is sharing. Now she was also because she got so on purpose with her message, she was speaking somewhere and she was seen, and this happened to her. She was asked to a huge, summit where she got to speak along people like Deepak Chopra and Bruce Lipton and Byron Katie. And this was just, I mean, she didn't have a big social media following.

Relinde:

She didn't have all these vanity metrics, but it was just such an amazing thing that happened after doing this work. So let me know in the chat. Is it your time in 2025 to own your magic, connect from this, develop your message, your unique methods, your marketing around this so that people can start really see this and understand this and that it can be picked up by events like this and be really shown to the world. Yes. Yes. So awesome. No. But I'm so excited about this because this is really important to know how to do all these steps.

Relinde:

Because, again, with this leveraged expertise method, when you own that part of positioning, so you don't only energetically know what you're talking about, but you've done all these other steps, you really have done the basis of everything else. Okay? So let me tell you about the next thing in your vision for 2025 that you need in order to hit your beautiful money goal of 300 k, a 100 k, a 1000000, whatever that is. And that is create some leverage in your business. I know many coaches who don't do this.

Relinde:

Leverage means simply the exertion of force by means of a lever. In other words, mer work smarter, not harder. Okay? So leverage is created by things like stack lead gen. What I mean with that, there's different ways that people come into your world all the time.

Relinde:

Over time, you create assets that do that. You create marketing assets, and I'm gonna talk about this one. You create a high value offer. A high maybe let me know in the chat right now. Right now what you sell, what is the highest price offer that you are selling right now?

Relinde:

Just let me know. It doesn't matter. No judgment. Just for me to know a little bit what we have in this space. Great.

Relinde:

35100. Yeah. What is your highest value offer that you sell right now? 1500, 1250. Great.

Relinde:

So you really wanna have an offer that is considered high value. I would say anything a1000 and up is already high value, and you want to see that it is also scalable. What most multi skilled coaches do when they're more in the beginning phase of their business is they create multiple offers based on their mortalities. Yoga, Reiki, life coaching, the separate things they focus or they focus on filling their 1 on 1 calendar calendar and then notice I'm tired. This is not scalable or they think they need to have a low ticket online course and then they find out they have to sell a lot to hit their income goals.

Relinde:

And I see Maria, 4,000. Beautiful. So those are some beautiful high value offers already, and those are what you wanna sell. And you wanna make sure that they are scalable as well, because how do you get to a 100 ks? Just again, taking that number for ease, A 100 k, if you wanna sell something over a €100, you need to sell it a 1000 times.

Relinde:

And if you have something of €5000, you only need to sell it 20 times in 2025. And that sounds already so doable. So I think it's really good to think, how can I have a high value scalable offer if I don't have one already? One of my clients who worked already 1 on 1 with clients and sold things for like a 1,025100, but she couldn't scale it up. What we worked on is again really creating that signature method and her messaging and her beautiful scalable group coaching program.

Relinde:

And within the first launch, she hit $99,000. She's done that course many times after that. So over time was really it's generated her so much money. She says I'm doing the work I was literally born to do, so important. And my entire life has been simplified.

Relinde:

I'm no longer hustling a gazillion things. So that is where we want you to get. So beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing these price points, and those are beautiful offers to scale up and hit your income bump. When I knew this, that I needed a scalable high value offer, what I noticed, what held me back from designing, creating, and selling a high value offer was that I still wasn't really clear on how to position myself.

Relinde:

So that stopped me. I thought I wasn't ready. I was too busy with things that didn't matter, and I felt that I needed more certifications or something else until I discovered that thing, that one thing underneath it all, like we clearly touched upon in the meditation today, until I discovered that I really needed a solid signature method and got support and guidance on how to create that, how to scale without working more. So that was something I needed to learn because I didn't know how to do that. And that my perfect people can only find me when I show myself in my full power.

Relinde:

And that full power and that part of me, that identity shift was bigger than I initially thought. And that was beautiful what happened when I did that. And I also discovered I don't have to figure all of this out by myself. I got some beautiful support on exactly those things that got me there then in no time. But when I really, really realized that it was what it was a matter of 3, 4 months before my first 80 k launch.

Relinde:

Scalable and high value. That is what creates leverage. High value offers are impactful for your clients and allow you to grow your business in an easeful and supported way. Just a little bit of a comparison to low ticket. Low ticket, let's say anything below $500, or even below a 1,000.

Relinde:

So low ticket would be one specific small topic or transformation. I heard people say, I really wanna help and be generous. If you then sell for low prices, you have to be careful because often you get into over delivering. People might enjoy it, but they don't get the real big results. And it is for really has a time and place in your business.

Relinde:

Don't get me wrong. I think low ticket offers are awesome, but they really are for those people that are not ready to take a bigger step. When you love high value, you love life changing results for your clients. You love that you can be generous with the value you give, that you get thank you messages of, oh my gosh, you changed my life in your inbox all the time, and that you attract clients that are ready for their big leap. I personally really love this because it's just very fulfilling and fits my purpose.

Relinde:

So you have to think what fits me more and do I love this too? The hidden gem code says, 1st sell my low ticket offers or my clients can't afford it. So I need to sell more low ticket than my high ticket is really for only the lucky few. The on purpose coach says, you know what? Let's start with really leveraging that high value offer and making it scalable, selling it more, and then create the smaller off the offers after that.

Relinde:

And the on purpose coach knows that clear positioning is what attracts your meant to be clients and they can afford it. The hidden gem coach says I'm not ready. I'm not ready to do this yet, or to scale my high value offer yet. Who am I? I'm not good enough.

Relinde:

And the on purpose coach says it is my time to be seen, known, and paid. Only I can do this because my clients need me. So a scalable high value offer. Very often that looks like a, a high value group coaching program, but it can, of course, be many things. Does that feel like this is for you?

Relinde:

Let me know if you feel in the chat that you can do more, say, high value plus scalable or maybe you say, I already have high value. I just wanna make it scalable. Let me know in the chat what is next for you and decide on that. I said, I wanna create my first high value offer or I wanna actually scale my high value offer, meaning I wanna get way more people in so that I can hit my 300 k year on my 100 k year. Scale. Yes. Amazing. I love that. Totally my gem.

Emma, create my first high value. Can I say both? Yes. You can definitely say both. And create my first high value.

Relinde:

Great. And it's really good to see that we have these two places because first you need to create it and sell it at least a couple of times, then you can scale it. That's how we do this, and I love that you all are clear on where you're at because this is how you get there. Scale it, make a high value. Great.

Relinde:

Great. Great. Great. Okay. Awesome.

Relinde:

Love it. So you got that clear on your plan as priority number 1. If you haven't done it yet, this is what you're gonna do in 2025 or you already start tomorrow. The hidden gem coach to remind you does many things. She might create new offers all the time.

Relinde:

She thinks, oh, I sold this one three times. Let me do something else, but nothing with a clear structure or plan. And she takes a disappointing results as a confirmation that she's not successful. But when you are stepping into leveraging my expertise. So for example, the purple that say I have a high value offer, I just wanna scale it, that's your main focus.

Relinde:

So you're going to go and get support in doing that and doing that well. When you do that when I did this with one of my group coaching programs, that one offer has made me under over, over 850 €850,000 now. And that is what I mean with leverage. I didn't have to create new things. It's just selling the same thing to more people.

Relinde:

My client, Malu, she was one of the people who said I really need to create something high value because she was working with many, many clients and changing life already. But then when she started working with me within the first 3 months, she started selling her high value offer that was above 2,000. And then she just like that had a €9,000 a month, really beautiful, and started to create as more scalable offer from there. So this is how that can go. Michael says, as of now, need a new purpose, create a clear offer for my ability.

Relinde:

Yeah. Beautiful. So those are some steps to take. Of course. Now Karen says I have a suite of products starting with a 5 day challenge, then 4 other programs of varying lengths and investments.

Relinde:

So if you want to have, like, a specific need to look at your offer specifically and see what will bring most leverage, stay till the end because I'm gonna invite you to something very exciting. But it can actually help you implement all the things that we've talked about right now and at least create, like, this is gonna be your direction of most impact for 2025. So I just want you to know that understanding why this high value offer and scale it is so important is one thing, but how to do it, that's of course what I teach my clients with the leveraged expertise method. There is so many bits and pieces to this. And when you do it right, it is hugely satisfying and beautiful.

Relinde:

Then the last bit. If you have your vision, you know, that you have an offer that you can scale, that gets you to your money goal with a really simplified way, not a 1,000 things that you're doing really focused, and you have your purpose behind it, then you also need your, and here we are, beliefs behind this. So your empowering beliefs. This is so important. I know we all talk about it.

Relinde:

It goes deep. It is real work. Really is something to say become an energetic match for your vision. You want to step in that a a 100%. Because I always say, you know what?

Relinde:

All of this is not easy until it is. And in order to get there, we have to look at all of you, not only the logical mind. So if you see this hidden gem coach that I introduced to you in the beginning, when she wants to get to the elevated coach or the on purpose coach, she has something in the way of that. This is why she's not getting there. It is really hard.

Relinde:

It feels tough. Even though she's working with strategy and all the things, it's not happening. It is because of the beliefs. So these little monsters here are the limiting beliefs that are holding you back. When you know how to transform those limiting beliefs on a deep subconscious level into empowering beliefs that look like that, of course, you can easily step into that new identity and into that new reality.

Relinde:

So everything, all the visions that you shared with me, they are possible and you need this part of the work as well. Because I believe you have your vision of how you wanna change the world and how you wanna change your own life and your experiences for a reason. It is already yours. Little gremlins. Yes.

Relinde:

You need to let go of what was never true in the first place. Feelings of unworthiness, not readiness, not enoughness, and everybody at every level in their business has these I work with belief work with people who already make a million and over a1000000, multiple million a year, And they come to me for the limiting belief work that I do with them because everybody has things that are ready for a next level. Your limiting beliefs, AKA limited subconscious programming. When you shift that you get results like this. So Gaucher said, working with Belinda has been one big overhaul of my whole system, a fundamental change in how I act, manage my energy and approach challenges.

Relinde:

My inner critic is gone and I'm now able to show up for my business every day, launch my offers and market them regularly. And that was such a big shift for her. She said she, I struggled with being clear about what to offer and being consistent. And I shifted between being in hustle mode and getting exhausted and burnt out. And now I'm able to show up for my business every day, launch my offers and market them regularly because I've completely transformed how I act, manage my energy and approach challenges, which of course leads to consistent money flow and beautiful aligned clients.

Relinde:

If you only do the external work, you have to keep working harder. Even though you achieve a lot, you still feel a plateau and you can feel like, will this actually ever happen for me? Why does this feel so hard? When you really do the inner work, you know that the belief is creating the results. And from that, you can shift the belief and get a real transformation and know that the will of such a one occurs at once.

Relinde:

I love this from the yoga sutras that what you want can actually materialize very easily for you. Frank is one of my other students who also did this and he was so afraid in the beginning. He was like, I'm an artist. Does this work for me? And he really said, like, he created his high value offer, scaled it, and that is what's gotten him to his beautiful lifestyle where he says, I work on a much higher level than before, and I work with pleasure and ease.

Relinde:

I also smile a lot more often. I'm so glad I took the leap. It was exactly what I needed. So really, really beautiful. Debbie says in the chat, true.

Relinde:

Without your course, my company and my system and life would never be the same as before the elevate course. I love that. So up to you decision time. Are you ready to share your message and to really call in your clients?
