[00:00:00] Pia: You've had a week to get clear on your circle of influence. Now you'll have a chance to take some time out to reflect on how it went. I'm Pia.
[00:00:08] Dan: And I'm Dan, and this is Squadify Connects. Okay, so let's talk about what a retro is. On Spotify, Connects, we like to keep things a bit simpler than that sounds, but it's not always easy.
[00:00:30] Pia: So here's how to retro. So you ask yourself three questions, what went well, what didn't go so well, and what have I learned so that I could do things differently?

Remember that the goal of this week's experiment was to learn to be more conscious of what you can influence and therefore where your energy and your thoughts are best spent. So given that what went well, what didn't go so well, and what did you learn for the future. Stay in touch.
