Welcome back to the embodied and wealthy podcast and yes if that name sounds new it is because it is. This episode is a really special one. It's the first after what I've been calling the summer of becoming. A season of deep reflection, integration and clarity about where my work and where we are headed next.
Over the past years, I've built a business coaching ecosystem that weaves together strategy and body man and subconscious belief work. It's a body of work that has generated over a million euros in revenue. But honestly, what feels most important to me is the impact. How many life it's touched, how many women and men have found more flow, purpose and safety in their body and their work.
As some of you know, before all of this, I was a dancer, a somatic practitioner, a jigung, a yoga teacher, a choreographer, a theatre teacher. And in everything I've done, my work has always been grounded in a deep knowing that business is not separate from who we are. It is a spiritual path. And something beautiful started happening inside my business programs. The coaches and healers I worked with began recognizing
that the inner work we were doing together, the embodiment practices, the belief work, the energetic flow restoration was exactly what they wanted to bring to their own clients. And that's how the embodied vision method was born.
A few years ago I ran a pilot certification and then slowly it grew and now three years later we've certified 18 incredible practitioners in this work, coaches who now bring this method into their own sessions, creating ripple effects far beyond what I could ever do alone. And through all of this I realized something that changed everything for me. It's actually all one thing.

What used to be called Elevate and Resonance my business coaching programs, has now come together under one umbrella, embodied business. Because building a business to me isn't just about strategy or structure.

From my background in Chinese medicine and energy work, I know that energy either flows or it is blocked. Our work, all of it, is about restoring that flow, whether it's in your body, your beliefs or your business. So from now on, there are two main pathways.

And embodied vision, where we go into the deeper embodiment, the identity work, the healing of the patterns and stories that have been holding you back, and where you can even get certified to facilitate this work for others. Behind the scenes, my team and I are creating a brand new website that reflects this evolution.
You'll see it come alive over the next few weeks and it feels so aligned, so true to what this work has become. And while we were talking about evolution, this podcast itself has evolved too. It used to be called the Choosing Ease Podcast. And I love that chapter, but this next chapter, embodied and wealthy, feels deeper. It's about the real conversations around growth that feels as good as it looks.
