And as the heads of this company become more and more despotic with each passing day, thousands of Americans are renouncing their corporate citizenship and becoming state nationals, sovereign citizens of their own home states. Some are even calling this an exodus as they free themselves from the bonds of debt slavery of our masters under our masters in Washington, DC and London in The Vatican to returning to the America that our founding fathers intended: a free people under God. Joining me today is Anne Vandersteel, host of Steel Truth and co chair of the late Zeb Zilenko's Freedom Foundation and former and former citizen of the United States Corporation. So she's gonna explain to us exactly how this whole country versus corporation thing works and how we even got here in the first place.

Speaker 1:So without further ado, let me go and bring on my guest today, miss Ann Vandersteel. Ann, thank you so very much for joining me today.
Speaker 2:Well, Seth, thank you so much for having me. It's a privilege and an honor to join you. We have a beautiful and wonderful podcast, and you and your lovely wife do a phenomenal job of putting incredible content. And I had the pleasure of seeing you speak at the last Health and Freedom Conference, and I was beyond impressed. So it's a pleasure to see you into the new media cadre and call you a colleague.
Speaker 1:Thank you so much. I remember when we were first getting started, we discovered your channel, and my wife was like, this lady's really got it. She's really, really professional. We gotta learn from her. So it is an honor to have met you in person many times and also to have you on the show.
Speaker 1:Now, you know, speaking of the last Health and Freedom Conference, that's when, you know, you and I were chatting backstage, and you started talking to me about the whole idea of becoming a state national. And I had heard about this before, and it really piqued my interest. I said, you know what? I gotta have you on the show because we have to talk about this. But before we dive into the the details of that, maybe some people have heard or they're they're well researched, they haven't even heard about it all, the whole concept of America or The United States as a corporation, which I remember when I first heard that, it was a really strange thing to hear.
Speaker 1:It's like, what do you mean that United States is a corporation, let alone one that's owned by foreign entities? So can you just give us a little bit of historical background of how we got here? What happened with the Civil War, eighteen seventy one, etc?
Speaker 2:Sure. Well, really, Seth, I mean, I think I just got off the air, frankly, I was interviewing Judge Napolitano on the Zelenko Report. It's a new show we've just launched in tandem with the foundation, Zelenko Freedom Foundation. We were having this very discussion about freedom. Are we really free at this point?
Speaker 2:And I think what we witnessed last night was we have an overreaching tyrannical government, but one that is not chartered by We The People. I mean, these agencies, the FBI, as I call the FBI, was never chartered by Congress, which is We the People, or in our Constitution. Same with the Department of Injustice, same with the CIA, same with the DoD, and on and on and on. Department of Education, Department of Energy, you could list all of them. Only 19 entities were ever chartered, and our military makes up multiples of those 19 entities.
Speaker 2:So frankly, we have a lot to atone for which we need to take responsibility, Seth, about what we've allowed our country to become. So after the Revolutionary War, what essentially happened I'm going to give a high overarching viewpoint of this, and I apologize, we have a thunderstorm going on outside in case it gets a little wonky. But the British quickly realized that the Americans, the revolutionaries had adapted to war and they were no longer going to line up very civil and shoot at one another in opposing lines because that was clearly a death sentence. They learned to fight like Indians, to which they had been battling in some areas of the new world over here. And so they decided to start fighting like that and that the British realized very quickly that they were losing at that game.
Speaker 2:So they got very crafty. And as you know, their titles of nobility and their esquires and their squires, which is where the British accredited registry system is from, the bar, which is your esquire, your attorneys and lawyers. They're pretty smart and they're very cagey with their language. So they learned how to basically start stealing the country back, the new world back, and to keep it under the domain of the British crown. It was very important that they not lose the territory over here because we know The United States is so rich in wealth from oil and gas and minerals and, of course, our people, the intellectual property that we turn out every year that the CCP has stolen ad nauseam year after year after year.
Speaker 2:So they recognized the jewel in what they had, and they started manipulating the language. And they had people inside our country that were working for the crown, not too dissimilar to the Steele dossier and the people that were traitors to our country working with the British again to set up President Donald Trump. So this has been a battle that's been going on historically since the beginning of the founding of our country. That being said, the Civil War happened. And in 1868, at the end of the Civil War, in order to be admitted, readmitted back into the Union of States remember, we were not a nation state with a centralized government.
Speaker 2:We were a union of states with each state having its own sovereignty, its own constitution. States were asked to ratify the fourteenth Amendment, which in summary basically gave you citizenship and the right to vote. Well, up until that point, Seth, we were all electors. And if you owned property, your electoral count was worth four. And somebody who was not an elector, they had no vote at all.
Speaker 2:So you had to be a landowner to actually vote in the country at that time.
Speaker 1:Meaning if you were a slave, you couldn't vote.
Speaker 2:That's true. That's true. If you look at it from the context of we were all sovereign state citizens, meaning we were state nationals. I was part of Ohio or New Jersey at the time or Connecticut. That was where my nationality was residing because we were all nation states.
Speaker 2:And then we came together as a union and we decided to form a federal government to basically defend the oversee the common defenses of all of us in case we were ever invaded by a foreign enemy again. So that was the whole genesis of the federal government. Well, in 1868, the federal government said, if you want to be admitted to the union, you have to ratify the fourteenth Amendment. And the fourteenth Amendment essentially gave away state sovereignty, meaning that you now became citizens of The United States, no longer a citizen of your state. And so New Jersey and Ohio actually really rebuffed this first pass.
Speaker 2:They didn't want any part of it because they knew what that meant. They knew giving up state sovereignty would ultimately be the death of the citizens of their states. And we would lose the control of what we had with our own executive legislative and judicial branches that were governing every state to that point. But they were threatened. And if they didn't do this, they would not be readmitted to the union.
Speaker 2:So under duress, New Jersey and Ohio complied and the fourteenth Amendment was so called ratified. Well, that ratification process, and you can call it not legitimate, you can call it fraud because it was under duress, basically made everybody lose their state sovereignty and become a United States citizen. 1871, '3 years later, they did it dirty again. They actually incorporated the 10 square miles of Washington, D. C, which was set aside as a district of Columbia to be that governing body to protect all the states that have come together in the union.
Speaker 2:So through semantics and through a little, I don't want to call it black magic, just through a little, you know, close the dagger. They actually stole your sovereignty and stole your essential freedom. They took your God given rights that your state constitutional powers were protecting and that our US constitution enumerates in the Bill of Rights, and they exchanged them for government privileges. And those government privileges would become enumerated as we marched through time into the early nineteenth century with Social Security and of course, the most heinous of all, the Federal Reserve Act, which is what is creating this fiat currency. You were talking about it earlier on the open.
Speaker 2:So that's essentially the genesis of what happened right there. And that foreign corporation is what allows, because corporations are governed by bylaws and statutes and codes and not constitutional law of the land of which we, the people are governed by the constitutional law of the land, the highest court in the country. You as a US citizen are now a municipal servant and you were part of that corporation. So by signing up and getting a social security card and getting a birth certificate, you are through a tacit agreement, even though you were unknowing at the time because you were a baby and your parents didn't understand what they were doing, you became a corporate slave to the United States Incorporation.
Speaker 1:It's actually a good point for me to read this, actually. So I printed this off from the documents you gave me. Because you gave me a wealth of information to review. This was this was very interesting. So this was a quote from the White House, a well known aide, colonel Edward Mandel, and this is from the nineteen twenties.
Speaker 1:So I thought that this really from the perspective of the bad guys describing their plan, this sum things up really well. So I'm gonna read this paragraph really quick. It says, very soon, every American now keep in mind, this is in the twenties this was written. So for the listeners, like, you know, close your eyes and imagine hearing this in the 1920s and how prophetic this is. Very soon, every American will be required to register their biological property in a national system designed to keep track of the people that will operate under the ancient system of pledging.
Speaker 1:By such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agenda, which will affect our society as a chargeback for our fiat currency. Every American will be forced to register or suffer not being able to work and earn a living. They will be our chatels and will be and will hold the security interests over them forever by operation of the law merchant under the scheme of secured transactions. Americans by unwill unknowingly or unwittingly delivering the bills of lading birth certificates to us will be rendered bankrupt and insolvent secured by their pledges. They will be stripped of their rights and given a commercial value designed to make us a profit, and they will be none the wiser, for not one man in a million could ever figure out our plans.
Speaker 1:And if by accident, one or two should figure it out, we have in our arsenal plausible deniability. After all, this is the only logical way to fund the government by floating liens and debts to the registrants in the form of benefits and privileges. This will inevitably reap us huge profits beyond our wildest expectations and leave every American a contributor to this fraud, which we will call social insurance. Without realizing it, every American will unknowingly be our servant, however, begrudgingly. The people will become helpless and without any hope for their redemption, and we will enjoy the high office presidency of our dummy corporation USA to foment this plot against America.
Speaker 2:Seth, I mean, it's one hundred years of prophecy, isn't it? Because we've watched through the slow march of time exactly how they've done it. Back in the day in the seventeen hundreds, '18 hundreds, there was no such thing as getting a Social Security number. That was a fabrication that, as you just explained and what you just read, they could commoditize us, turn us into tradable bonds. And essentially what happens with your Social Security number is when you're born and you're issued that social security number because your parents don't know that they're turning you into chattel for the corporation of the United States of America or US Inc.
Speaker 2:Or United States Inc, however they want to define. They have multiple names for this corporation. And they bankrupted them too along the way and started new ones. Now it's the White House Inc. Under the current regime.
Speaker 2:But what they've done is they've commoditized you. So in other words, here's a real life example. And I'm sure anybody watching your broadcast right now has been pulled over by the police and been issued a speeding ticket at some point in their life, or they went through a divorce or they were in a car accident, something that triggered a case. They were sued, but you have a case number and you're in court. Okay, So part of being a free people is reclaiming dominion and jurisdiction over the land, the air and the water, just as described in Genesis.
Speaker 2:Right. God gave us dominion over the earth, the land, the air and the water. That's your law. We as free people stand on the court of the land, the highest court in the country. We stand under God's law, common law right here.
Speaker 2:Okay? As a free living woman, this is where I stand. Commerce is done in the Admiralty Court. Think back to when you have to think back, like you said, using the diction of the past. It's why we recommend people picking up a copy of the sixth edition of Black's Law Dictionary so that you can understand what they actually meant when they were writing the original documents back then and the laws back then, how they were codified.
Speaker 2:But commercial law is conducted in admiralty courts. Ships were doing commerce across the water all the time. That's how we did trade. Admiralty law, admiralty courts. If you are a commercial vehicle or entity, you're doing law in the commercial court, your Article I court.
Speaker 2:The Article III courts, like the Supreme Court are the common law court, highest court of the land. And frankly, free people should be doing all of their transactions in an Article III court for which we are never given the opportunity to do. Yet we can facilitate and take control of the court and turn it into an Article III court if we know how to do that. I find it really interesting that when you are engaging with the law and you find yourself in a case situation where you're in a court, they have now commoditized that case number. They turned your case number for your speeding ticket, for example, into a QSIP number.
Speaker 2:That QSIP becomes an IBIN number and the IBIN turns into a bond. And really what the courts are doing now is they're commoditizing everything and invoicing everything, and they're hitting your trust that was started when you were issued your social security number, then your driver's license number, your passport number, anything that has a reference number to you gets bonded and commoditized. And you can actually look this stuff up, Seth, and you can see just how many times you, your entity, your vessel, if you will, not the real you, but the vessel they created, your Social Security, which is a fictional entity. It's the straw man of you. You can go on a website and see how many times you've been traded.
Speaker 2:It's quite astonishing.

Speaker 1:And do you do you, like, you put in your Social Security number, or how do
Speaker 2:you in your social security number. I'm I'm even gonna pull it up right now because I I haven't looked at mine in a while.

Speaker 1:And so you can see look at what happened in 02/2008. We saw people that were you know, they had these mortgages. They're repackaging, reselling, borrowing against them. So are you telling me that that basically that the corporation of the United States is treating us as the citizens based upon our birth certificates as a commodity to be traded?
Speaker 2:That's correct. They're monetizing us. Here's an example. I just got back from meeting with David Stree and Bobby Lawrence, who are two gentlemen and their wives, Bonnie and Tia, wonderful Americans who have been teaching people about how to truly be free, teaching people history. And believe it or not, Seth, this is all based on the Bible.
Speaker 2:It goes hand in hand with the Bible, which really is the law of the land if you want to get right down to it. Okay. But what I learned is in a for example, is in the state of Texas, you have about 20 or I think 22,000,000 registered driver's licenses. Well, each time somebody gets a driver's license in Texas, the state of Texas Corporation, all states have their own corporation, all caps, state of Texas Corporation, takes out a bond on that particular driver's license. Okay?
Speaker 2:That bond is worth $10,000 every year that that driver's license is in existence and for every new driver's license that comes on. Now imagine that times 22,000,000 people in the state of Texas with driver's license. How much money is just in that one bond? That is one bond. So now you see how much money if you start to think about not only the driver's license bureaus in one state, you multiply it by 50 states and you look at all the different ways they can commoditize.
Speaker 2:It is beyond scandalous that this money has been available, but that we are not made privy to it. And in the way that the constitution has been drafted for each state, including the one for The United States for America, how it should be said, That is a trust indenture document where God is the executor of the trust. Our public servants, if you will, the ones that are supposed to be de jure real of the people, by the people, for the people, public servants are actually the trustees. And we, the people are the beneficiaries of that trust. So what has happened is they hijack that relationship between God, the true de jure public servants that are working for the people, not for the corporations.
Speaker 2:And they've hijacked it over to where you have, of course, the fake de facto corporate congressmen and senators, not only at the federal level, but at the state level. And the mafia is now the beneficiary, the cabal. They have been commoditizing us and raiding these bonds left and right. So when you go into court and you are given a public defender for whatever egregious crime you may or may not have committed, specifically speeding, which if there's been nobody injured, there's no injured party. How can there be a crime?
Speaker 2:You're breaking their policy. But if you're not part of their policy because you don't stand in their jurisdiction anymore because you're on the land and you're not in their admiralty jurisdiction, there is no crime. So there's a lot to learn with this jurisdiction. But people really need to stop and think about things. They need to start asking themselves questions when they're looking at real estate.
Speaker 2:Is the town incorporated? Is the county incorporated? What's the difference? Why? Why not?
Speaker 2:Well, taxes will always tell you one is going to be more than the other. But why do these corporate corporate counties, do the commissioners, are they job holders? Do they swear an oath to the Constitution? Can they show you their sworn affidavit that has been notarized? If they can't, that's a felony.
Speaker 2:These are all things that people really have not been educated on. And they've got to start waking up to all of this, Seth. The key is why? Because we, the people, are the government. And frankly, right now we are getting a really hot and heavy dose, a hot mess, if you will, of what's going on in this country.
Speaker 2:President Trump, and I know he probably wouldn't like it when I said this, but think of Jesus Christ who bled on the cross for our sins and died. President Trump has taken slings and arrows for we, the people. And he told us in 2017 he was going to restore this country back to its rightful rulers, the people. And the deep state wants no part of that at all because as soon as we're free and you become outside their jurisdiction and you take yourself out of the corporation and out of all the amendments that that corporation has started, you now are in big trouble because the deep state can't collect funds off you anymore. You can claim your bond, you can claim your trust, and you certainly are not going to be contributing to the hot mess of the IRS, another foreign entity that is funding the International Monetary Fund and World Bank, not the Treasury.
Speaker 1:Exactly. And so I had the website. I'll pull this up briefly again. I was gonna do it live, but I realized that it involves me putting my Social Security number in it, which is probably not a good idea on a public But anyway, so gmeiutility.org. This is where folks can go and look up how much you've been traded as an entity, which I'll be doing right after this show.
Speaker 1:It's you know, when you're you're speaking, something really comes to mind, especially as you start getting into the deep state and the cabal. And what we see over and over again is there's a principle with how they do things that there still has to be free will. Right? They can't you know, we're not though we feel like we're born into a slavery system, we're not born with the shackle on our ankle. It's it's through the delusion and the lies that we, in a lot of ways, we submit to it without even knowing, but through understanding it, we still have the decision, the choice to leave their system.
Speaker 1:And so that's where and that's where we are today. So you've actually walked through this process. And so you know? And, again, just to remind folks that, you please do your own research on this because this is you know, it's to me, it feels like it's a not risky territory, but potentially risky territory, especially as we get into the tax discussion and everything like that, which so just for folks who are watching, we're gonna wait till we're over on Rise TV after the first hour of the show, and that's where we're gonna really get heavily into, like, how it affects taxes. And, I mean, you even talked about how you've submitted to have all of your taxes ever taken from you paid back to you, which is mind boggling to me.
Speaker 1:So we're gonna get into that discussion on Rise TV. And if you wanna join us, as a reminder, there's a link for a free trial in the description below. But so can you just walk us through what it means to become a state sovereign or a state national, a sovereign.
Speaker 2:Yeah. Sovereign and citizen is an oxymoron, so you have to be careful. And again, there's a lot of diction, a lot of language you've got to get accustomed to saying. For instance, if I'm going to travel in my personal automobile because I'm not doing commerce, I don't need to be registered with the state of Florida to have a driver's license nor to register my vehicle because I own it. So there's things like that that you will learn and they become second nature to the language that you're speaking because you understand where you actually stand.
Speaker 2:You have now claimed dominion and you've corrected your status and you have put yourself right back in common law on the law of the land, which is beautiful. It's God's law, which is how nature intended us to be, how God intended us to be. So, in order to start the process, you've got to, first of all, decide you want to do this. You've got to do a little research and a little reading. And I provided you with a historical document, an affidavit of truth that was a fictional version of a person.
Speaker 2:But the in fact, the story itself of the entire affidavit was true. It's a historical look at why. And I summarized it briefly in the beginning, but why we are where we are and why someone would want to leave the corporate citizenship of The United States. So you now make a decision that you want to first assert your affidavit of truth, where you will literally fill out an affidavit of who you are and why you have found grievances similar to our Declaration of Independence, liken it to that similar document of the founding fathers. They listed numerous grievances why they were leaving the crown and wanted to perform a revolution and leave the crown and stand up their own nation states here across the pond, the 13 colonies.
Speaker 2:They wanted their independence well because of the same reasons that we see ourselves today. We have tyrannical government overreach. We have taxation without representation. We have wars without representation. We have bioweapons without representation.
Speaker 2:They have declared war on us and they have been for quite some time. And they've been robbing us blind and commoditizing us and telling us that this is how it is and it's supposed to be great. And oh, if you save your money in a $4.00 1 ks tax free, we won't tax you until you start pulling it out. Well, it's more of the same, Seth. We never were truly free.
Speaker 2:And when you pay off your house and you have no more mortgage, but you don't pay your property taxes, they'll still take your house. So you were never really owned it. I want to own everything that my blood, sweat and tears and my family's put into, And I want to own it free and clear because it is mine. So in declaring my affidavit of truth and my repudiation of my fourteenth Amendment US corporate citizenship, I fill out paperwork. I get it notarized.
Speaker 2:In addition to that, I also performed a search in my past. I went back and I looked through my patent of nativity. I wanted to determine was my DNA on this soil prior to 1776 to make me a true American when we declared our independence? I happened to find out in that journey that, yes, I did. Was my mother's side of the family.
Speaker 2:Not only was I here before 1776, but I'm a daughter of the American Revolution. I had a great, great, great grandfather who fought for my mother's side. So a lot of unique things I learned along this journey. But I submitted this paperwork to five places. The President of The United States, the Attorney General, the Secretary of State of The United States, all at the federal level.
Speaker 2:And I also submitted it to two other states, Department of State, the Secretary of State in the state in which I was born, New Jersey, as well as the state in which I reside. And I sent this declaration, an affidavit of truth and my repudiation of my fourteenth citizenship to all these folks registered return receipt so that when they receive those documents, all sworn and notarized, I would get a postmark stamped green return receipt card the day it was received. From that point forward, you wait twenty one days. And when all five cards got mailed back to me and I waited twenty one days from the last date, I could then file what's called a summary judgment where I took those green cards and I had a notary notarized that in addition to my original freedom bundle that I sent off. And I went and took it to a courthouse, the clerk of the court, and I filed it as a summary judgment to record that I myself have declared my freedom.
Speaker 2:I've notified everybody. I'm not part of their corporate system anymore. They have not rebutted anything. These are all un rebutted affidavits. And I am now recording that process in the court.
Speaker 2:And from there, I am considered an American state national. That's when I took the next step. And this is the big one because this is where the rubber meets the road. Once you've recorded it in the court, you can then go and set up an appointment at the U. S.
Speaker 2:Passport agency. And I have a passport book as well. I've got a card and a book. And you can take your report of documents and you can fill out a brand new DS-eleven form. That's the passport form, Seth, that's put out by the government that you can fill out and you can tell them I am no longer a US citizen.
Speaker 2:Here is my freedom bundle, all sworn affidavits, un rebutted summary judgment recorded in court. I'd like you to change and correct my status. And guess what? I got my passport back, United States passport issued by the United States government because I live here in America, in Florida as a Florida State National, and I'm recognized as such now.
Speaker 1:When you went to the passport office to do that, was it something that they'd never seen before? And they were did they argue at all? Or is it is it somewhat common?
Speaker 2:Well, you know, Seth, not to pat myself on the back, but I'm a little special. The Department of Homeland Security, another unconstitutional form of terrorism in this country that's doing nothing to secure our borders at all, as we all know, has targeted me going back to May of twenty twenty one. I'm now on the TSA's watch list. I'm considered a domestic terrorist. They decided to revoke my TSA pre check status a year and a half ago.
Speaker 2:They revoked my clear status. And when I travel, I'm summarily just to the point of patted down very invasively. All my luggage is rifled through most of the time. If I check luggage, it doesn't get to the destination on time. I miss flights.
Speaker 2:It's pretty unbelievable what they'll put me through at this point. All to slow me down, all to stop me from talking about things like this and just, of course, reporting the news. That being said, the passport agency knew who I was because my husband and I both went the same day to get same day turnaround service. We paid extra for a significant fee, in fact. He got his the same day, but I didn't.
Speaker 2:And they said, well, your name is being reviewed in Washington, D. C, which I wasn't surprised. I did end up getting it a week later and I was fine with that. I just wanted them to get it done. So they tried to stop me.
Speaker 2:They tried to hassle me. And from this point forward, May 5, Cinco de Mayo was when I submitted to get my passport. The government technically has one hundred and eighty days to which they can close correct all their systems, of which we know there's plenty of bureaucracy across the federal government to reflect the current change in my status. So at this point, I'm still getting hassled by the TSA because they refuse to acknowledge it. But their day is coming.
Speaker 2:November 5 is around the corner. And I look forward to the day when they scan this card and it comes back and says that I'm an American state national, which in a sense is like almost like diplomatic immunity. They will not be able to detain nor ask questions. They can't detain or illegally search and seize like they've been doing to me for quite some time.
Speaker 1:So with this process, you've basically renounced your federal citizenship. You're the the you know, as as a citizen of The United States the corporation of The United States. So but, you know, with that comes your Social Security number. But, you know, but your Social Security number is you need to get a mortgage, your credit rating, even a marriage. It's probably kind of
Speaker 2:Why would you want a contract with the state? Do you and your wife feel like you needed to let the state know that you got married? Does your love need their approval?
Speaker 1:Well, she's an immigrant from Australia, so there's it was a little more complicated for that reason. But no, absolutely not.
Speaker 2:For all the reasons why, because you're working inside the corporate charter. A marriage is between a man and a woman and God. Your contract is your vow with God. That's where it starts. And that's the fundamental shift in the way we think about things, Seth, that needs to be reviewed.
Speaker 2:I hate to make this symbol because people will obviously miss
Speaker 1:their screenshot it. They're going say that
Speaker 2:they're going to screenshot it. But the point is, you have God at the top. You have the government, which is supposed to be the trustee and we, the people are supposed to be the beneficiary. That is the trinity of trust right there. That was how this nation was founded, not this unholy alliance run by a bunch of corporate thugs, to put it nicely, that is robbing us blind.
Speaker 2:And the fact that people believe you have to have a contract with the state to get married. Social Security is a contract because you did sign paperwork. Your parents gave you a card. You filled out your S. S.
Speaker 2:What is it? The S. S. One form for Social Security. Sorry, my brain just went flat on the number, but that's a contract.
Speaker 2:So if you have paid into it and you're worried about giving up the Social Security in which you paid into, don't worry about it because they are contractually obligated to pay you. That is your money that you gave them under a contract. They have to perform. So that money is still accessible. And I know state nationals today who are of the retirement age that are still drawing their Social Security number, and yet they're not paying taxes into the system anymore.
Speaker 1:Does it affect your credit? You know, what happens let's just say right now, you wanted to go buy a new car, and they wanted to run a credit check and all that. How does it affect that process?
Speaker 2:Well, that's an interesting question because I recently wanted to see if my credit rating was impacted. So I went on E Verify, and I put in my social security number. And what I found quite intriguing was that e verify, including Experian, could not verify me anymore. So this is where it will get interesting. And as I heard you talk about lauding the importance of protecting your wealth in gold and silver, that's in fact exactly what I've done.
Speaker 2:I've taken what I've accumulated in my lifetime and I've put it into metal because I believe that is the only sound money we have. In fact, our constitution dictated that back in the beginning of time. Right, Seth? We were supposed to only use gold and silver for legal tender. Thanks, Nixon.
Speaker 2:Thanks, Nixon. But knowing that this is all coming to an end, we can see the writing on the wall. We see the other nations around the world starting to back their currency, buy gold like Moscow, excuse me, like Putin, like Russia. This is going to come here because the unraveling of the fiat currency is happening. How do I know it's happening?
Speaker 2:I'm watching banks not release funds right now. I can't move money from certain accounts unless it's a certain size increment. They're really tightening right now. I don't know why they do that. They just keep printing more.
Speaker 2:Right? I mean, what's the problem? So one way to get around this, of course, is as you transition into a new system and it's like giving birth, it's not pretty and it's not pain free. So with good change, with pain or associated with gain comes some pain sometimes. So think of yourself on a diet trying to get ripped and ready for the next fitness competition.
Speaker 2:I put my money into gold and silver and I can actually, in the depository in which it's housed, I can take loans out against my deposit balance. So let's just say I have $100 in there of gold and silver. I can get a loan to value of 75 of those $100 in money if I need it to use for whatever, if I want to buy a house or a car or what have you. So in the transition, there's going to be bumps in the road. But Seth, that's to be expected.
Speaker 2:Nothing is just going to be, oh, we just pay off bills and it's all unicorn money. That's what they're doing right now and they're telling you it's real. We're in for a rude awakening, like you said, when they decide that the US dollar is no longer the world's reserve currency. It'll be as good as the toilet paper in your bathroom at that point.
Speaker 1:Yeah. We we can look to Venezuela. I had heard a story. I think it was in the Germany or Weimar Republic after their currency collapsed. And there's a story that someone was out shopping, and they had a whole basket full of cash of of their their you know, the reserve notes or whatever that they're using as their currency, and they had left it on the street on accident.
Speaker 1:They came back. The money was sitting on the street, and someone had taken the basket. Like, that was the value that was the value of that currency.
Speaker 2:So It's true.
Speaker 1:What has this been like for you spiritually? Like, this process of because I I it's almost like I'm talking to you. It's like someone that you're talking to, oh, I I have this new diet pill. It's working so well. It's transformed my life.
Speaker 1:Only this is so much deeper and just it's almost at a soul level, like this change. I'm seeing it in you. So what has this process been like for you?
Speaker 2:Seth, it has been the most liberating process I can ever describe. We've all been in a bad relationship where you had somebody that was just absolutely abusive or they were just unpleasant to be around or you knew somebody maybe you weren't dating them or they maybe weren't a family member, but you knew a person that you had to interact with a coworker, someone in school, whatever. There's always been that interaction with somebody in your life that was just unbearable. And as soon as you were free of whatever that was, you blossomed and you're like, oh my God, I'm just so glad I have to be around that person anymore. Well, this is what it's like.
Speaker 2:I feel liberated. I feel free. I look at everything through the lens of a state national and what it truly means to be free. And I fully understand without a shadow of a doubt, God did make America his second covenant nation with a purpose. The purpose was to show the rest of the world that God's children are supposed to be free.
Speaker 2:They are supposed to claim dominion over the land, over the air, and over the water. He wants us to live and glorify him through our acts. And what has happened is our entire system has been corrupted by a bunch of, for lack of a better word, Satanists who don't believe in glorifying God at all. In fact, it's quite the opposite.
Speaker 1:That's why they hate our country. It's our country. That's why the communists since the day one have wanted to destroy America is because we represent a free country under God.
Speaker 2:That's it. And when you fully embrace that, it is the most incredibly beautiful feeling. And I have to say, I was very blessed. I knew Doctor. Zelenko Zev right after President Trump read his letter about hydroxychloroquine on the podium in March 20.
Speaker 2:I was able to track down Doctor. Zelenko through a mutual friend. It just was a very uncanny divine intervention, so to speak. And Zeb and I became very good friends in a very private fashion. I didn't laud our friendship publicly, but he did come on from time to time and interview and so on.
Speaker 2:And I learned a lot from him, not because he was spouting off the Torah or Bible passages or what have you. It was because he was truly spiritually aligned with our creator. And he agreed there is only one creator. We all come from one creator. And when you really internalize what that means and you find that peace and you start to apply it towards the founding fathers documents and that they value the relationship between God's children and the creator, and they invoke the word creator four times in our founding fathers documents and you embrace that and you start to see the world through the justice of God and not the justice of a government that extends privileges at the expense of liabilities that are all underfunded at this point.
Speaker 2:We now know how in debt we are with fake money. When you embrace it from that angle and that perspective and that lens, it is the most liberating feeling ever. So I don't fear what the FBI is doing to President Trump. I look at it as that is an excellent example to prove that God is moving right now because he's using these demons to expose themselves. And they cannot help but continue to expose themselves.
Speaker 2:And they've strayed so far from the founding fathers principles of our country and what our freedoms were supposed to be and what they're not right now, that to me, this is the ultimate lesson in the Bible. And I find it absolutely a spiritual journey like none other I've been on before. And I've never felt closer and more aligned with our creator than I do right now. So I'm very grateful for the opportunity. And I'm very grateful that I got a phone call from a guy by the name of Bobby Lawrence back in January of twenty twenty one, right after J6, as a matter of fact.
Speaker 1:So can you describe Bobby? Because I know he's been a key figure in this movement. So describe that phone call and what happened from there.
Speaker 2:Well, I spent about twenty days in D. C. And had been there since January 3 and went through the through the inauguration or and it was snowing that day, by the way, by my count, as as my Facebook video was still a test. There was big snowflakes but that's at the Supreme Court where I was standing. And I got a phone call from Bobby, probably I think was the day after I got back.
Speaker 2:January is actually January 22, '2 days after I got back. And he said, Anne, and you have to understand, I've known Bobby since 2017 when he was running for U. S. Senate in Pennsylvania. And he was asked to step aside, even though he was 10 points up over Lou Barada, who would now become The U.
Speaker 2:S. Senator. He was asked to step aside. There would be something for him coming to do. So he told me the story about a gentleman named David Strait who contacted him and explained everything that we're talking about right now, but in a lot more detail because this is not a story that can be told in a process that can be consumed in a one and a half hour podcast.
Speaker 2:It's just more vast than that and frankly, far more fascinating than what we can detail here. But Bobby called me and started to go through this in about a three hour phone call and things that he was telling me. I said, you know, that's a piece of the puzzle I hadn't actually considered. That makes sense. That makes sense.
Speaker 2:I said, you know about me, because I've been doing this for about five or six years, I've had a lot of people come to me with the things that can be too good to be true. And I did work for James O'Keefe. So I'm trying to be a little bit more skeptical over here. Let me do some reading on this. Well, as you know, doing a show regularly, it's difficult to find time to drill on a topic of this magnitude in any short amount of time.
Speaker 2:So, it took me a few months. And then I contacted Bobby later on in the spring and I said, all right, tell me more. And by July, I had filled out my Freedom Bundle, had everything notarized, mailed off to the president, the secretary of state, the attorney general, and so on and so forth. And because we moved out of where we were living in Las Vegas for about nine months of purgatory, I call it back to Florida. It wasn't until December before I finally filed my freedom bundle.
Speaker 2:And then by May got my appointment at the passport agency because the first month of this the first few months of this year were very, very busy traveling for me between speaking engagements and shows, etcetera. So, it took me a longer period of time than it would take most. But I have to tell you, I'm glad I went that route because it allowed me to really absorb and be very skeptical and ask a lot of questions to make sure this isn't some conspiracy theory. But along the way, I've learned two and a half, actually 3,000,000 people now in The United States last year alone have actually gone through this process. It is three.
Speaker 1:Snowball million. Wow. That's incredible. Does this affect your ability to vote for a federal election or a statewide election?
Speaker 2:That's a great question. So as you recall, in the beginning, were talking about electors. And then the fourteenth Amendment became about voting. And then the women's suffrage, they made, as always, the establishment will make a big a do about something that's really not to your benefit. Right.
Speaker 2:They always make it sound better than it is. Inflationary Reduction Act. Geez, Seth, do you think the new Inflationary Reduction Act is going to actually cost you less in your wallet or more?
Speaker 1:Exactly.
Speaker 2:More, of Everything is always a misnomer, an opposite effect. So as a state national, you go back to being an elector and you need to change. I've actually gone to the Supervisor of Elections Office and I filled out the paperwork to change my status so that I no longer vote. I'm an elector. And at the moment, because we moved again back to Florida and we'd sold our other house, I don't own property.
Speaker 2:So my elector weight is one versus when I become a property owner, it'll have the weight of four. There is a difference between being an elector and a voter. I have elect of the people, by the people, for the people. And I, standing here on law of the land, I'm looking to restore the Republic of Florida. We've already seen this happen in Texas.
Speaker 2:The Republic Of Texas has actually been assembled and stood up. They have a governor, they have an attorney general known as the council general, and they have people that actually meet on a regular basis. They're actually getting funding now. Has created a republic. I believe Oklahoma is going.
Speaker 2:California is in the process. And so I've been asked by others to get busy down here in Florida, and I fully intend to try and be elected. The good folks in Florida, this nationals down here will have me, I'll engage in the process. So I'm actually very excited about the restoration of the fundamentals of our country, how we were founded. And I'm interested in talking with people like Governor DeSantis to let him know, you're doing a great job, gov, but you know what?
Speaker 2:You can actually expedite this process through an executive order. You can terminate the state of Florida and you can restore us to a republic today if you want to. It's that simple. And then we, the people, can elect you again as governor, which I'm sure we would have no problem doing because he's done such a fantastic job. So again, it's transition, but it's a necessary transition.
Speaker 2:And hopefully, it's going to be less bloody this time.

I believe he's recently got funding to start doing that because he is doing seminars every weekend, as is David Strait.
Speaker 2:And thousands upon thousands of people every week are going through this process and reclaiming their status, correcting their status and claiming jurisdiction for their lives all over again. Speaker 2:do this on their It is. It's it's really good It's very well organized. It's one of the reasons I like it. They offer a lot of very good organized information. They've got documents that you can look at so that you can get very familiar with the history of our country.
Speaker 2:They actually hold Zoom calls twice a week, Tuesday nights and Thursday nights. And so depending on the level of your comprehension, some of those Zoom calls may or may not be over your head. But there's I think Tuesday is the more complex one and Thursday is more of the beginner one. But it's a wonderful place to go. But I have to say Bobby Lawrence's Telegram channel is bar none, in my personal opinion, the best place to start.
Speaker 2:Why? Because not only does he ask you to go very back to the very beginning of his Telegram channel for the people that know nothing about from which I'm talking and start there and read and watch everything. He has moderators that are engaged with that telegram channel connected to a chat room. And it's a seventeen seventy six chat. I think it is.
Speaker 2:It's connected, so it's not too difficult to find, but you get great engagement and the mods are phenomenal. My whole process was facilitated by one of his moderators, Sarah, who was phenomenal. And she helped me get And she was my sort of my check and balance. We did paperwork together. She reviewed it, sent it back, fixed this, do that.
Speaker 2:So, it facilitated beautifully. I have to say, was very pleased. And you just learn constant nuggets. He's always dropping nuggets and it's these pearls that stop you to go, wow. It's another dot connected.
Speaker 2:So, I highly encourage people to go there.
Speaker 1:So here's a question from this is from Aunt Sue Nomini, who she actually donated through Rumble and asked a really good question I wanted to bring up before we get to the more official q and a. And she says, can a person still hold certain licenses such as doctor, nurse, realtor, insurance agent, hairdresser, etc?
Speaker 2:You can. You absolutely can. But you have to remember, when you're in that position, obviously, it's a commercial license. So like an Uber driver, you would want a driver's license if you are an Uber driver because you are operating under commerce. So that is fine to do.
Speaker 2:But know this, paying taxes around that is a tax relationship between a commercial entity and a commercial entity. You're doing business in commerce. That is taxable. But the free people itself are not. So you always need to know where you stand.
Speaker 2:You're not going to offer your hairdresser license to be a point of reference for you at an airport. Right? So I show them my passport because right here on the back of my passport, it tells you this is valid for domestic air travel, international land and sea travel. So you see they're even using the language of travel. I am traveling.
Speaker 2:I'm not commercially doing anything. I'm actually doing travel. So it's the linguistics you've kind of got to wrap your head around. But yes, you can still do that.
Speaker 1:You know, I had one question before we we've got about five minutes left before we jump over to Rise TV only where we're gonna get into the whole tax issue and how basically from what understand that when you make this transition over to a state national, you're no longer required to pay the IRS taxes, which is that's gonna be a really fun topic to dig into. But it's what I wanna do, especially with these 87,000 new IRS agents in the way. Maybe they're at home watching man in America just waiting to come after us. But we'll get into that over on Rise TV. But one question I had, and this is something that was amazing.
Speaker 1:I was reading through the documents that you had sent me. And in talking about the act of 1871 in that process, and this was the first time I'd heard this, that basically Lincoln was losing in the civil war, and he had to go to the Vatican to basically to borrow gold, enough gold to fund the remainder of the war to win the war. And then after the war, he was unable to service that loan. He's unable to repay that gold. And then a Rothschild bank agent was the person that pulled the trigger in the theater that assassinated Lincoln.
Speaker 1:And as collateral, the Vatican basically seized this incorporation of The United States as collateral because Lincoln couldn't pay back the goal. And it sounds like something out of a like a old school Bond movie, but is that all real? That really happened?
Speaker 2:Well, when you think about the IRS is a foreign corporation, and it's chartered by the United Nations and the money that is collected doesn't go to The United States Treasury of the people, by the people, for the people, but it's actually sent to the International Monetary Fund, you can start to understand the trilogy of evil. You've had the Vatican, you've had the city of London, and you have the muscle, the military in Washington, D. C, all entities that stand on their own, all corporations, as we now know, walls and the Vatican's and walls around a lot of the buildings in DC. This is in fact should be recognized as public enemy number one. They're not here to make sure you're free and your rights are protected.
Speaker 2:They're there to make sure you are servicing them and keeping them in the style to which they've become accustomed. And that is what we are seeing happening playing out right now in this ridiculous inflationary reduction act, which is nothing but a way to rape and pillage and install 87,000 IRS agents that, by the way, Seth, they will come after us just because we're conservative. And they will go through everything and they will find a way, probably not too dissimilarly than the FBI going into President Trump's beautiful home in Palm Beach to manufacture some evidence so they can indict and take whatever they want and make your life to the point where you cannot continue on doing what you're doing. I'd like to think that it's because of people like you and myself and many others that are watching you today that they have said, you know what? It's not about my personal belongings anymore.
Speaker 2:It's about my personal freedom and glorifying God who gave me that freedom. It starts right back there in the Bible. Seth, if we are not glorifying that which gave us our freedom, then really what we're doing is we're glorifying the devil. And if we're holding on to things that are inconsequential and not lifting up those around us that are, we're glorifying the devil. So again, the spiritual journey is vast and I can always bring it back to that, which is what gives me so much peace in all of this.
Speaker 2:But again, the IRS foreign corporation, your money is not going back into the Treasury We the People. It's going right out the door into the IMF and the World Bank.
Speaker 1:So it's almost as if our country has been seized by this Luciferian cult, and we were duped into believing that it was legitimate for a very, very long time because they controlled all channels of communication. But especially with Trump in twenty sixteen point coming back in, pointing out the fake news, everything, there's been this mass awakening, a great awakening, some might call it, of people who are realizing this and seeing through it and now rejecting it. They're turning off the TV. They're getting involved in local school boards. They're even stepping away from the corporation of The United States, which is their mechanism of controlling us, taxing us, robbing us, everything.
Speaker 1:So there's we're we're experiencing a big shift right now. And like what you mentioned with with the FBI raiding Trump's, Lago, to me, that's just an indicator that they are backed into a corner. Because you're even having, you Cuomo's coming out, Andrew Yanga's coming out, people, even, you know, very liberal folks are coming out and saying this is an obvious overstepping of justice. And so they're they're it's like they're a rattlesnake backed into a corner, and they're going to bite anything they can, including themselves, to try to save themselves. But I think that their days are numbered.
Speaker 2:I couldn't agree more. And I'm actually enjoying watching them become so completely volatile, violent in a sense, outlandish, sending more money over to Ukraine at this point when Zelenskyy has been on TV basically saying, our troops are quitting, the Russians are beating us. And of course, the news that's coming out now very clearly is that Putin was running an operation over there. Yet we continue to fund something that has been killing people in Ukraine of Russian descent. Now that same thing that we funded has killed millions of people around the world.
Speaker 2:It's the COVID-nineteen bioweapon. So the United States government has been quite complicit, along with other world governments, to perpetrate crimes against humanity. And it becomes more about We the People, Democrat, Republican, Independent, Black, White, Green, Purple, Pink, I don't care, versus this tyrannical cabal that wants nothing to do with upholding and protecting our freedoms. They have everything to do with protecting their personal ideologies as well as their wallets and their lifestyle. And it's about high time that humanity recognizes that age old problem of the king and the surf has got to end.
Speaker 2:God didn't want that, which is the reason why he created the second covenant nation to get us away from that model of living, to put us right here in America to be free and to stand up another government that was consented by foreign of the people, not the crown.

Speaker 1:Absolutely. So okay. Let's I think I think we're I think all of our our feeds are cut publicly now so we can dig into this stuff. So in doing this, by, you know, getting rid of the the corporate citizenship and the hold that it has on you, you're you know, when the IRS comes to us, you enter into an agreement. Or even when you fill out your w nine or whatever, you're you're entering into an agreement to pay a portion of your salary or your income to the IRS.
Speaker 1:So by doing this and becoming a state national, are you no longer beholden to pay taxes?
Speaker 2:Well, taxes are voluntary. It says it right in their own sixteenth amendment, and it's been it's been expressed by former commissioners of the IRS and other folks related to that infernal revenue service, as I call it. It's been set
Speaker 1:up for
Speaker 2:infernal revenue. My father had a great bumper sticker set on his car. God bless him. God rest his soul. It said fight organized crime, abolish the IRS.
Speaker 2:And in fact, that's what it is. I mean, I think the mafia has far better decorum than our own federal government on any given day and, of course, all day on Sundays. But the IRS has been weaponized and is in the process of being even more weaponized between all the ammunition they purchased and all the new agents they're bringing on board to make sure that people like you and me cannot continue in the realm in which we are, which is espousing the truth out there and giving people more information from which they can choose to make decisions. Because, again, you and I are not offering advice. I'm telling you what I've done.
Speaker 2:If people find merit in it, they can do their research and decide if they want to do it as well. And there's great resources like Bobby Lawrence out there that we've talked about. They have a telegram channel that is a great place to go and start doing some serious research, put some thought behind it, dedicate a few hours a week to it so you could become very well versed. But the fiduciary relationship that you have with the IRS starts with when you decide to pay taxes. When you start to file your W-four and your W-nine or your ten ninety nine or what have you with an agency that you decide to have that fiduciary relationship with?
Speaker 2:Well, believe it or not, like the passport that has a DS-eleven form, The US Passport Agency, Department Of Homeland Security, where you can apply for a new passport expired one or what have you or change your status like I did, you can use a government form at the IRS and it's their Form 56. In fact, you're welcome to put the one I sent you up on screen if you want to because I had it obviously modified without my personal information on there. But it will show people this is a notice concerning fiduciary relationship. It's the IRS Form 56. Folks, if you're watching this, open another tab and Google IRS Form 56.
Speaker 2:You'll see it's a real form. And this is where you If
Speaker 1:you can pull that up because I don't have access to my email live, but I can pull up. So if I pull up this IRS Form 56, that's okay. Right?
Speaker 2:Of course. Yeah. It's an example. I sent you an example because I sent this around to a lot of people. The email I sent you, Seth, while it's full of a lot of information, I forwarded that to a lot of people because they have a lot of questions.
Speaker 2:And just as a side note, in this last meeting we had, I learned from Bobby not only did we have and I spoke to the Border Patrol agent myself. He was a supervisor down on the border in Arizona, but we had chiefs of police there. The week before, had Secret Service agents that, oh, we actually had a federal judge there too, but there's federal judges regularly in there. All these people are all changing their status. Secret Service agents, CIA agents, federal judges, chiefs of police, border patrol.
Speaker 2:So, government employees are recognizing the merit in this. And the funny story about the CIA agents was that it was an actual family. I think it was a mother daughter, if I remember correctly. And they were there to observe. And by the second day, they said, Oh, no, we're not here to observe.
Speaker 2:We're now here for us because they understood what was being educated. Yeah. This is where we're at. I think it's So got
Speaker 1:Form 56 pulled up now. Great. Notice concerning fiduciary relationships. So walk me through this.
Speaker 2:Okay, so you'll notice my name is all caps. When you were born and you're issued a Social Security number and you get a birth certificate, they create a vessel, your straw man, your fictional dead entity, if you will. Ann Vandersteel is mine. It was an all caps name. People can pull up their driver's license right now and look and see they have an all caps name.
Speaker 2:You have an identifying number, which is the number on the back of your Social Security card in addition to your Social Security number. Now, you'll notice it says decedent's Social Security number. It's because I am now extinguishing this vessel and I am now the executor of that vessel. I am taking and claiming my trust, my estate. So I would put my social security number there and the number on the back of the card, which should be in red, that's your actual number that's registered to the Federal Reserve Bank that tracks where your trust is essentially.
Speaker 2:So you put your address in, you put your all caps city because everything is all caps, corporations, states, all that stuff is all capitalized. And then the fiduciary's name, the person who's now terminating this relationship and taking control is me, my living self. And my name is upper and lower I'm the exec.
Speaker 1:I think Kate can pull this up for me now, which she got from the email. So basically, what this form is saying is that the entity, your Social Security number entity, the all caps and VanderSeal, you're kind of saying that that person's now dead. And
Speaker 2:Well, is dead.
Speaker 1:It is a dead asset. And so you can no longer collect taxes on it.
Speaker 2:Correct. Correct. So I am now the living, breathing woman in Vander Steele, and I am telling the IRS in this notice concerning fiduciary relationship that under the authority of Genesis, you'll see Section A authority item number G is checked. Genesis one verses 26 through 28 and then two:seven, and Job, etcetera, that under that authority, which is God who gives me my rights, that I want all of my assets back to my date of birth. That them saying that my authority extends back to the date of birth of me based under the authority of God, that the nature of liability and tax notices sell only include, as you'll see under Section B where I check the box other, tariffs and sales tax.
Speaker 2:Because as a free woman, I no longer will pay income tax or gift tax or state tax or any of the other garbage tax that they have tricked us into believing we actually should pay. So again, if you're a corporate entity, if you're a corporate citizen or you're a corporation, those are things
Speaker 1:actually. We got pulled up here.
Speaker 2:Did you have it pulled up?
Speaker 1:Yeah. Let me let me zoom in on real quick. So yep. Now yep. I've got it pulled up now.
Speaker 2:Okay. I'm happy to start over if you need me to.

Speaker 1:The you're saying Ann Vandersteel as the vessel.
Speaker 2:Yep. That's the that's the dead entity. That's the straw man.

Speaker 2:And then if you'll move down to the fiduciary's name, that's me, the living woman, and I'm the executor of this.
Speaker 1:Okay. So basically, you're saying that the all caps version of me is now dead. I'm the fiduciary. I'm the executor as the real That's not the all caps me.
Speaker 2:Correct. That's correct. And under the authority of God through Genesis, right, remember, he gave me dominion of the land, air, and the water.
Speaker 1:Wow. So you've literally just put like, as your authority, other, describe Genesis one twenty six to 28, Genesis two:seven. It's that is your authority. You're saying under the
Speaker 2:authority of The Bible is the original law. Isn't that correct me if I'm wrong, but is the Bible the original law here in the Absolutely.
Speaker 1:Yes.
Speaker 2:Okay. I'm just fact checking myself because I, you know, it's good to do that. But I want to so there and I'm telling them that under that law, this applies and that this goes back retroactive to my date of birth, which I actually didn't put my date of birth. This is all sort of redacted for the public domain here. But that the nature of liability and tax notices under Section B is such that I only have a relationship with the IRS for tariffs and sales tax.
Speaker 2:That's it. That is it as a living woman. Now, if I was a business, I was the corporation of Ann Vandersteel, then I would pay income tax, etcetera. But I'm not a corporation. I'm a living free woman.
Speaker 2:I had a company, Teal Truth, that paid taxes, but I don't have that company anymore. So it doesn't. My relationship changes. So now when you go to the total revocation or termination, you'll see under Part six there, item number C, other is checked, tax exempt foreign estate or trust code 26 USC 7,701 A and 31. Essentially, because I'm no longer a US citizen, the IRS looks at me like a foreign entity.
Speaker 2:So that's the reason you have that explained there.
Speaker 1:Because foreign entities are not they're not paying income tax here.
Speaker 2:Correct. And I'm sorry, I skipped something on item six. I've got to pull up my copy here because I can't read it on your side. It's a little too small for me. But on item six, it says check this box if you are revoking or terminating all prior notices concerning a fiduciary relationship on file with the Internal Revenue Service for the same tax matters and years or periods covered by this notice concerning fiduciary relationships.
Speaker 2:So I checked yes because I want my money back to my date of birth. So, anything that goes back to the day I was born, any tax consequence to the day I was born is being revoked. And then I sign it in my parsays syntax signature, although I did not sign this for the example sake, but I would sign it and I sign it as executor.
Speaker 1:Have you actually Are there people that you know that have been able to successfully retrieve the taxes?
Speaker 2:Yeah, absolutely. I just did this What are we in August? I just did this in. June, I have to go back and look, it's kind of a blur, you know, in our world, everything kind of blurs. It was was either I think it was around my birthday, I think probably towards the June.
Speaker 2:So it hasn't been that long since I sent this letter. But I got to tell you, the next thing that they're going to get from me is I'm sending out a copy of this fiduciary relationship. I can now do certified true copies myself because I am a free woman. You need a notary, it's because the notary is authorizing this vessel to say you are representing the vessel on this paper. So I notarize that it's you talking about your dead entity.
Speaker 2:I'm not a dead entity anymore. So I can authorize and I can notarize myself, which is certified. I can create my own certified true copies. So I'm sending certified true copies to all the other taxing agencies in states in which I've lived going back to when I started working. And if I paid income tax in the state to say on notice Colorado, when I went to school out there in Boulder, on notice the state of New Jersey, I worked there at swim clubs and record stores or whatever I did, hey, those taxing agencies, you don't have claim to my taxes and I want them back to.
Speaker 2:It's really inconsequential because it wasn't. We're not talking about a lot of money, but it's the principle.
Speaker 1:It's principle.
Speaker 2:It's the principle. They've doing it for us for a long time. So this isn't Seth, you know what? I didn't start this in January of twenty twenty one when Bobby called me to be here in August of twenty two, almost a year and a half or past a year and half later to go, I can't wait to get my tax money back and I can't wait to get my trust. No, this is such a principal thing for me because I grew up in a family that was very principal and we always were in defense of our rights and we were always we recognized government overreach.
Speaker 2:It was a big topic of discussion in my household growing up. So to me, this is part of the core of who I am, of the fabric
Speaker 1:of my This a soul level thing for you.
Speaker 2:It is at a soul level, Seth. And I've never felt more free in my life. And frankly, I finally have tools and a comprehension and an understanding of their corrupt system and how to work with inside their system to say thanks, but no thanks. Here's how I stand. Here's where I stand in terms of the law and correcting my status.
Speaker 2:And this is the relationship we're going to have. And you don't get to define my relationship because you don't get to commit fraud. USA versus Throckmorton eighteen seventy eight. That's fraud, vitiates everything. You don't get to admit fraud through a tested agreement that I didn't even know I was a party to because my parents signed paperwork when I was born and I was a little baby, didn't have a clue what was happening.
Speaker 2:You don't get to commit fraud continually. I now recognize the fraud and I recognize the fraud back to the date of my birth, and therefore I sever that fiduciary relationship.
Speaker 1:Incredible. So we've got a bunch of questions that we will get to, you know, as quick as we need to. It's 03:15. And so if if we go a little past 03:30, is that okay for you?
Speaker 2:That's fine.
Speaker 1:Okay. Okay. I'm I'm really enjoying this. This is this is a lot

Speaker 1:Well, it's funny. You know? Because a lot of my shows, I'm talking about, like, you know, food start I'm talking about starvation and food famines and the collapse of dollars. So this feels like this nice, like, that you kinda like, we're gonna stick to the Right?
Speaker 2:Well, you know what? Actually, you can look at it like I'm going to stick it to the cabal. But I'm so tired, Seth, of fighting. Everyone's like, come and fight with me. I'm sick of the word fight.
Speaker 2:I want solutions. And that's one of the things that's the link of Freedom Foundation I'm so excited about is the fact we're looking at everything through the lens of solution and the greatness of God and glorifying Him in providing that solution. So let's give people some solutions. Get set. Let's keep them free.
Speaker 2:That's what it's about.
Speaker 1:Absolutely. So here's a great question from Mindy who says, What are the main disadvantages of doing this?
Speaker 2:Time. You know, if you work a lot like I do, for me to feel comfortable, I had to spend I had to segue time from my family to spend time studying this. We have six kids, so not everybody's here still. Thank goodness. I mean, they're growing up adults and are moving on with their lives, which is wonderful.
Speaker 2:But it's a time thing. I would have to say that. But you become if you're interested in the subject matter as I am and it's sort of a self fulfilling prophecy, you learn that stuff and you learn more and more and more and you go, oh my God, we have been lied to about everything. And I think people are understanding that today. We have been lied to about everything.
Speaker 2:So this is a complete reset and allows you to resist what they want to do to us. And it gives you tools from which you can do it. So I'd say time is probably the biggest drawback. I can't think of anything that is a drawback. Everything I've done, I feel more liberated every day.

Speaker 1:So Luna's Ma, who says, why is Congress increasing the size of the IRS at this time? And why are is the IRS armed? Question of the week, isn't it?
Speaker 2:Is that a rhetorical question? Let's see. Why are they armed? Well, I think it's because probably we, the people, are waking up. They know that we, the people, have all the guns in the country.
Speaker 2:We're the only country with a Second Amendment that really stands for freedom between us and the rest of the world's cabal. They know that the only way they're going to actually be able to All the agencies are getting to be well armed, by the way. So I think they recognize that we're not going to take it anymore. We certainly haven't fired any shots. We haven't been aggressive at all.
Speaker 2:We've done beautiful civil disobedience. Look at Simone Gold in federal prison right now in solitary confinement for reciting a speech in the Capitol. And when she was asked to leave, she left. She didn't break anything. She didn't do anything.
Speaker 2:It was a misdemeanor. And she's got thirty, sixty days in a federal prison. So they recognize that people are looking at these examples like last night with President Trump. And we're going to say, wait a minute, we're not going to comply with the next ridiculousness, which is monkeypox that spreads on dollar bills because they want central bank digital currency. People are saying, no, I'm going to put my money in gold and silver because that's real money.
Speaker 2:I'm exchanging your fake dollars for real money. Your dollar is a debt note. It's worth nothing. I'm going to exchange it for something while you guys are still stupid enough to take it. So let me do that.
Speaker 2:So when they recognize that they're going to go, well, the only way we're going to get something out of these people is we come and send armed people to the door. America, this is the time we have to take a stand. Right, Seth? This is where we have to say, what are we made of? What are we willing to stand for?
Speaker 2:What are we going to allow them to get away with? I'm not going to live on my knees. I'd rather die standing fighting for my freedom. That's just how it is. That's where we are.
Speaker 1:I'm not sure if you saw the the recent video that was going around. But speaking of say IRS showing up with a gun or whatever, there's a video of the of the ATF agent. Did you see that it showed up at someone's door?
Speaker 2:Oh, yes. Oh my gosh. Beautiful.
Speaker 1:An illegal search, and the guy called the police, and the police then arrested him and tased. To me, that was like that was like the greatest example of how the constitution works.
Speaker 2:Heartwarming. The best. I loved it. And then I'm like, oh, yay, America. I mean, you know, there's police officer who understood who he's actually representing and who is owed the event.
Speaker 2:We the people, not that thug, that paid bureaucrat. No. We didn't elect him.
Speaker 1:Exactly. Okay. So here's a good question from Deb's. If you are a state national, does it mean does this mean that if a digital ID gets initiated, how will this affect you? And will you be a non person?
Speaker 2:Well, first of all, I'm not a person. Actually, a person is a dead entity. I'm a people. So we have to again go back to your side.
Speaker 1:You and I are we the people.
Speaker 2:And we are part of we the people. I am part of we the people. I'm not a person. So that's one thing that we have to correct. But again, these are things that people don't know.
Speaker 2:So I'm not scolding. Please don't take this as an offense. As far as the other part of the question was, sorry, got so derailed by a person who was about.
Speaker 1:If bring out like a new digital ID, is that only going to be something they can roll out for people that are part of their system?
Speaker 2:Of course, I'm not going to be part of that system. I've already put my money in gold and silver, and I will borrow against it if I actually need some sort of transaction. But there is actually gold backed crypto blockchain right now that is starting to come online, And I'm going to start to explore that. I refuse to engage in their system. I'm just not going to.
Speaker 2:And again, it's like birthing a whole new world again. It's going to be a little painful, but we either can choose to grind our way through it and create the world that our founding fathers delivered for us that we've forgotten and abused and just not catered to the way we should have. Or we can leave it for our kids. And we know the direction in which this country is headed. We only have to look south of the border to see where this country is heading.
Speaker 2:We have to look in China. Look anywhere else in these countries where communism prevails. We don't want that for our kids. I don't want that for my children. But there may be people who do.
Speaker 2:And for those people, I say we far outnumber them. So I think we will in the end win. If they're unhappy with the results, they can go to a communist country at that point. They're free to leave. But ladies and gentlemen, this isn't for the faint of heart.
Speaker 2:This is where we are as a country right now. And it's time to stop feeling so coddled and entitled and stand up and say, this is where I'm going to be. I'm going to stand here for my rights. And hopefully we don't have to get to a fight about it. But it may come to that.
Speaker 2:I don't know. I'm not aspiring to that. I certainly am not hoping for that. Expect my fellow Americans who care about freedom and about the future for their kids to stand with me and help rebirth this nation back to where we were. And we will go through a little birthing pain.
Speaker 2:It is what it is. We're in pain now. I don't think President Trump enjoyed what happened in his residence last night more than anybody else would.
Speaker 1:Yeah. Well, it's it's the age old question. If not now, then when?
Speaker 2:That's right. And if not you, then who?
Speaker 1:Yeah. Here's a good question from Supu who says, some taxes have a purpose. Police, How do taxes work in a country of state nationals?
Speaker 2:Okay. So where I grew up, we had a volunteer fire department and we had a volunteer council. My mother not only was the first woman to ever serve by council, she was the first woman fire commissioner in a little town of Alpine, New Jersey. All very funny stories. And I could go on for hours about them.
Speaker 2:My mother was a real character. God rest her soul as well. But this is what we have to get back to. You see so many municipalities. New Jersey is a great example.
Speaker 2:There's a ton of municipalities in New Jersey. There are two square miles, three square miles, some are five, and that's huge. But they all have their own fire department, their own post office, their own police department. It's so much overlap considering the amount of population. And sometimes these departments are massive monolithic departments.
Speaker 2:They don't need all that. And the tax burden on the people that live there is immense. So why not work together and start to eliminate this tax burden on people, make it volunteer, or better yet, you can contribute and you can actually hire privately the same type of employees to do the same type of thing. It doesn't have to be put onto the public domain. And you can say, you know what, I want to contribute or not, which means you may or may not get a police officer in a timely and expeditions fashion.
Speaker 2:But don't forget, your taxes are paying those salaries. So why not do it for less? Why not take if your taxes are $5,000 a year, but you can do it for one or two because it's privatized? Well, wouldn't you rather do that than worry about that 5,000 being part of your mortgage payment every month or what have you? So there's a way to do all this in a private fashion that's far more economical with far better results.
Speaker 2:I can tell you there's been many times as a county resident when I was waiting for sheriff for whatever reason, took forever. But if there was private services, they would have been there in minutes. So why not? And our neighbors. Where did your neighbors go when you needed help?
Speaker 2:Have we lost contact with the people that live next door to us? So these are all the things that how we used to be as a country were initially engaged, and we've gotten so far away from it because we're so buried in our phones. We don't know what's going on next door or at home.
Speaker 1:And I think that we that's so true. We've gotten so far away from what it means to be an American, what it means to be a free human. I mean, a lot of people, I think, would look into America and say, oh, that's a communist country. We've just been duped to think that we're not living under communism with the rate of taxation and everything. And so it's a really this is part of a much bigger change in our thinking fundamentally about going back to what it means to be truly sovereign.
Speaker 1:Yes.
Speaker 2:Yeah. It starts with God, Seth. It starts right there.
Speaker 1:Here's a question from chicken coop lady. And this know, being married
Speaker 2:to an immigrant. I'm envious.
Speaker 1:Yeah. It was funny because I I met her at one of the one of Clay Clark events, and she's, oh, I love watching your show. And I said, you know, I said, you you should change your name to chicken coop lady. That way I know it's always you. It's not because we're
Speaker 2:talking about great.
Speaker 1:Because I raised chickens, and we're talking about chickens together. So, anyway, she's
Speaker 2:Very cool.
Speaker 1:So she says, how does this work with immigrants? And can a free person under gone under God cross into our borders and just become a national to any state, much like the original peoples who came hundreds of years ago?
Speaker 2:That's a great question. And yes, there is a way to do it. And I'm going to be very straight up. I don't know a lot about that because I haven't had to explore that. So I would direct that question to Bobby Lawrence, and he would be better equipped to tell you how that process would work.
Speaker 2:And I imagine people are coming here today. What we see coming here besides the jihadis and terrorists and fighting age men are people who are here because they know they're going to get the free handout. So for the person coming here just to become a state national, it's because they truly want to make a go with themselves. Like so many successful legal immigrants out here that are doing very well for themselves. My goodness, I can think of many, many, many people, especially in Miami, that have been highly successful businessmen and women because they were very ambitious, because they knew how to take advantage of everything America had to offer.
Speaker 2:And they weren't held back by the constraints of communism from where they were coming and government overreach, etcetera. Today, not so much. We see a lot of these people going back with the money they've made back to their home country and living much better than they would be here. So, I would have to direct that to Bobby because I honestly don't know the answer to that. I would I don't want to even begin to wade into it and sort of explore where I think it may go and lead someone down the wrong path.
Speaker 2:So I'm sorry. I can't be more clear on that.
Speaker 1:Yeah. Well, one thing, I mean, I can't take away from your answer that makes sense to me is that a lot of the people that are trying to come over illegally is because they want government handouts. Right. Because they wanna buy into that system. And so this, by its nature, you're you're saying, look, I'm choosing to not opt into your government handout program.
Speaker 1:Correct. Would make sense that that would naturally kind of filter the people that really wanted to be here for the right reasons.
Speaker 2:That's exactly right. And she
Speaker 1:had one more question, Chicken Koop lady who said, what would happen if you were overseas and something terrible happened to you? Would the American government come find you and save you?
Speaker 2:Well, that's another good question. As an American state national, I do have this passport will allow me sorry, this is really for The Caribbean and America, US and Mexico and Canada. The book, your passport book is for more distance travel. Real international travel. You do have rights as an American state national, just like you have rights as a Russian state national or Yugoslavian or Brazilian national.
Speaker 2:You have rights. What needs to happen in this country and what is happening is the rebirthing of the fact that we are all sovereign state nationals. And in that process, you have your own form of government. So Florida will have a Florida governor of the people, by the people, etcetera. Texas already does.
Speaker 2:As we rebirth that, I would then connect back into my nation state of Florida and say, hi, I'm in Brazil. I broke my leg. I might need some assistance. But again, this isn't about the United States government coming in and swooping in. And the reason I'm telling you that is because I have personally engaged people that are of the business where they go into countries and negotiate to get people out of bad hostile situations with other corrupt governments that are in jails in Mexico or Colombia or other places.
Speaker 2:I know people that do this work. They're not funded by the United States Incorporation of Government. They're funded by donors and people who care about protecting other Americans that have been somehow put into a bad perilous situation. Unfortunately, this is the world in which we live. And again, I hate to say it and I'm not trying to be colloquial here, but this all comes back down to we've deviated so far from the fundamentals of who we are as people, as children of God.
Speaker 2:And we have to kind of really keep that at the center. Doctor. Z talked about it all the time. You have to keep this first. That is so important as humanity if we want to ever progress out of this centrifuge of devolution, if you will.
Speaker 2:We've sort of devolved about how we treat one another, And it is a hard look at all that. So taking the responsibility as an American state national means that when I go to another country, I should have escape hatches and things like that plan in case I get into a problem. But you should do that no matter what type of citizen you are. That's just called being responsible to yourself. So, I mean, there isn't some embassy for American state nationals that's going to come and jettison you out of a problem.
Speaker 2:No, that doesn't exist. What should exist is a network of people, which there are, that are around the world that are here to help you. But this is, taking personal responsibility, Seth. Part of the government indoctrination is, oh, you don't have to worry about anything. Uncle Sam will bail you out.
Speaker 2:Don't worry about it. Well, while they're bailing you out, they are bailing you under and burying you with more and more and more. And they're threatening you with a gun. And they're going to tell people to come to your house and take everything because you didn't pay enough in taxes. Does that sound like a helping hand or someone who's reaching into your pocket?
Speaker 2:What kind of responsible human being do you want to be? One of we the people, or do you want to be one of a corporate debt slave?
Speaker 1:Exactly. Actually, here's here is the comment of the day. This is from Fluid Vision World who says, I speak as an American state national California. This was one of the most accurate detailed discussions about our historical realization. This interview must go viral.
Speaker 2:Oh my gosh, that's wonderful. Wait, who said that again?

Speaker 1:Okay. So 2754 says, so if we are still working, what do we do to update the payroll deduction so taxes are no longer removed?
Speaker 2:Okay. There is a form. I'm not a corporate employee, but I think it's W eight E B N. That is the IRS form that needs to be updated. And I may have the letters a little scrambled, so forgive me.
Speaker 2:I actually don't have that form because I don't use it, but I should probably learn it because it would be important. Again, that's a great form. Those are the types of questions that Bobby Lawrence's Telegram channel has all the answers to. So I have picked over his Telegram channel for stuff like that. Do you have it?
Speaker 2:Oh, w a b e n. Oh, I was right. I'm good.
Speaker 1:Yep. So that
Speaker 2:is the form.
Speaker 1:So if if you go through this process and you no longer want to have your taxes withheld automatically, this is the form. Right?
Speaker 2:Hate you rock.
Speaker 1:That's awesome. The magic behind.
Speaker 2:So that's right.
Speaker 1:Okay, so here's a okay, fantastic question for Mrs. So and so who I'm sure a lot of people are asking, who says I'm retired, and drawing on social security I've paid into how does changing the status affect that situation?
Speaker 2:It doesn't change it at all. You can continue to draw on the checks. The checks will continue to come so long as they have money in the coffer and haven't gone completely belly up. One of the things that Clay Clark, and you know this, he's always talking about defunding the swamp and refunding the kingdom. So if all three thirty million Americans stop paying taxes, I know three thirty million Americans don't all pay taxes, but let's just say we all did.
Speaker 2:If we all stop paying taxes, it would be quite a dent in the wallet. But the thing is, they're going to continue to print money and they're going to call it money when it's not money, it's currency and it's a debt note. So if we started defunding the swamp by not paying taxes lawfully, as I've just enumerated here, If we started using sound money like gold and silver or perhaps a crypto that is backed by gold and silver and you get off their system, you're no longer a slave to their shenanigans. You're not a debt slave anymore. You have now set yourself free.
Speaker 2:My daughter and I were having a fascinating discussion this morning. I was talking to her about this and she's brilliant. And she said, you know, mom, I really think what needs to happen is we just need to go back to trading things. I want a car. You want a house.
Speaker 2:Well, how many cars will it take to swap for the house kind of a thing? Need to get back to finding what you value and what they value and finding out if there's a match. And the barter system was alive and well. It's still alive and well. I mean, we do it all the time.
Speaker 2:We don't even realize we're really bartering. So what people don't understand is they're bartering with something of paper that is worth nothing. It's a debt note. It's a note of debt. So, when you go take out a mortgage for your house and it's $100,000 home and you put $10,000 down, you really only have $10,000 worth of equity in your home, even though the $10,000 you paid is with more debt notes.
Speaker 2:So really, your house has value, but it's not what's represented on the death pledge or mortgage. And by the way, that mortgage is paid off ninety days into the mortgage cycle by your public charitable trust, the one that's been monetized when you got your driver's license, your birth certificate and all that stuff. So, it was actually paid off. And you can go and tell your mortgage company with something of real value, like a silver quarter and say, I and Vanished Hill, the executive beneficiary of my estate, am paying off this mortgage. And I'm paraphrasing the letter here, forgive me, with something of value, a real silver quarter.
Speaker 2:I want my mortgage paid off and the debt is considered absolved because you have given them something of value. That 100,000 note mortgage is worth nothing. But that silver quarter is worth something because that 100,000 note is based on dollars and de narrow. It's worth zero. And it's already been paid off anyway from your estate, from your trust.
Speaker 2:So they've been double dipping on you there. They've been double dipping on your utilities. Seth, one of the things I'm going to do this weekend now that I have a little bit of time is I've got a letter from Bonnie Strait. It's a template letter. I'm going to send a letter to Florida Power and Light, and I'm going to request that they start paying my utility bill out of my trust.
Speaker 2:I have all of my fiduciary numbers where the trust is. They need to start deducting it there. Stop coming to me and withdrawing out of the bank account. I'm not paying for anymore because it's already being paid for. So no more double dipping.
Speaker 1:So it's double quadruple. I mean, with the fractional reserve stuff, it's just like It's disgusted. The nth degree. You know, a funny story about bartering. There's a friend of mine who's quite the prepper, and he's saying that, oh, yeah.
Speaker 1:Yeah. You know, he pays his electrician in ammunition. Is there okay? You know, you fix this for me, and I'll give you a thousand rounds of 22. Right?
Speaker 1:Not the barter system.
Speaker 2:That's alive and well. What's wrong with that?
Speaker 1:Exactly.
Speaker 2:You know, think that's a good idea. I'm gonna make sure my snail mailbox is out there. People can send me ammo instead of donations if they want to. How's that? I'll take that.
Speaker 2:Are 15 and a nine millimeter.
Speaker 1:Well, unfortunately, the UPS is now not delivering ammo. I'm not sure if you saw that, which is just insane.
Speaker 2:I know. I know. It's it is insane. The last time I bought ammo was driving down in. I was actually on my way to go host the Patrick Byrne DeepRig movie, and we saw a lady with a pickup truck and all these flags.
Speaker 2:I'm like, What is she doing? Like, fourth of July kind of thing. No, she was selling ammo out of the back of the pickup truck. So I did but pick up a lot of really good AR fifteen and nine millimeter for a fraction of the price. I was like, this is real.
Speaker 2:You're in Arizona buying ammo out of a backup pickup truck in the middle of the desert. It was awesome.
Speaker 1:I used to pop into pawn shops and see what what kind of ammo they have sitting around.
Speaker 2:That's smart.
Speaker 1:You know, a whole case of nine millimeter ammo. So so here's a question. And and how about we do two more questions? It's it's already almost 03:40, if that's okay. So this is a question for actually for a few people we've put together.
Speaker 1:It says, does this information apply to anyone with a birth certificate anywhere in the world, I e, UK? Is there a similar process for Canadian citizens? And is there a similar system existing for other countries?
Speaker 2:Yes. Yeah, the public charitable process worldwide. Yes. In fact, I know other countries that are state now that are nationals of their country and so forth. Yes, this is this is a worldwide thing.
Speaker 2:It's not Germany, just The United States. That's correct. The cabal doesn't want you to know about it, though. They don't want you to about it. Just like they want you to think that the FBI is a chartered agency that's totally constitutional and they're not doing anything wrong, threatening President Trump, I.
Speaker 2:E, threatening all of us. That's what they're doing.
Speaker 1:Exactly. So here's our final question from Scott Monson. It brings Trump back into the fold. He says, why do Trump and others who claim the title patriot seem to keep playing the corporate game instead of doing what the Patriot should do and revive the Republic of We the People?
Speaker 2:Oh, that's such a great question. Scott, I'm so glad you said that. So and it's one of the things I actually asked David Strait one time when I interviewed him. I highly recommend you either get Bobby or David on, Seth, for a more come up to a deeper dive. But the system is right.
Speaker 2:President Trump took over a corporation. He was CEO of a corporation. So Barack Obama didn't matter if he was Kenyan or Indonesian or from Mars. You can put anybody in there as a president of the corporation. You don't have to be American or U.
Speaker 2:S. Born. So why does President Trump keep doing that? Because you know what? We haven't restored the du jour republic.
Speaker 2:We need more of me as state nationals to go out and restore the du jour republic, meaning I need to stand up the state of Florida's Republic. Texas has done it. Other states are starting to do it. We need all of us to take control of We the People form of government. No more corporate bureaucracy, no more state of Florida corporations, no more counties incorporated with corporate employees these county commissioners that are running amok.
Speaker 2:We have to take it back. It is incumbent on us. And President Trump told us that in 2017 in his inaugural speech. And then again, he said it a year ago in CPAC in July 11 and CPAC in Dallas. Said this, I'm going to quote it because I have it here, hoping somebody would ask this question.
Speaker 2:So ding ding Scott, you win the prize today. He says back in July of twenty twenty one, we will take back the House, we will take back the Senate. And then after witnessing all that has gone wrong in our country in such a short period of time, how prophetic was that when you look back a year ago, with our borders, our economy, with crime, we will take back that glorious White House that sits so majestically in our nation's capital, beautiful White House. That's small letters, White House. That beautiful White House.
Speaker 2:And it's the most beautiful house of all. Small letters, not caps. So here's the thing. Small letters represents a living entity of de jordis versus all caps White House. So he's talking, he's signaling there.
Speaker 2:We're going to restore the republic. And we're doing it because many patriots are awake to what's going on. This is not a new phenomenon. I remember the hippies of old. Like, hippie is cool again, right, Seth?
Speaker 2:I mean, everybody's got the beard and I look like a hippie at my age. I got the long hair and all. But it's because we recognize the freedom of it all to be who we are, be God's children and glorify him through preserving the freedom that he gave us. That is the most fundamental thing we can do, given the fact we're in the second covenant nation. So President Trump is waiting for us, really, to do what we need to do to set this nation free.
Speaker 2:He cannot wave a magic wand. He simply can't do that. Hence, the reason why on January 6, he couldn't force the National Guard on D. C. Because he was sitting in a foreign corporation.
Speaker 2:He had to ask the mayor, Hey, I've got the National Guard. If you want it, they're on standby. He can't order anybody. So he can only order the troops that he's responsible for, the commander in chief. And the National Guard was not under his jurisdiction in the foreign corporation of Washington, D.
Speaker 2:C. So, we have to take personal responsibility as the government ourselves and know that it's incumbent upon us to take back the country. Then President Trump can come in and be the de jure president of The United States Of America.
Speaker 1:And can you explain du jour really quick? I'm thinking like soup of the day.
Speaker 2:Oh, I know. And I'm hungry too. So you have de facto. De facto is fake. Du jour is the real living.
Speaker 2:So our real living government, all of the seats that were sitting that were obviously vacated by the public servants of the time during that period of 1868 to 1871, they vacated those public servant seats and did through magician tricks or attorney tricks, language and diction, juris and diction. They all became corporatized public employees as opposed to du jour public servants of the people, by the people, for the people. So du jour means it's a real government with real public servants. They're accountable to us. There's nothing that can stand between us and them.
Speaker 2:And de facto was what we see going on today. But they really just are running amok. Look at what they're doing in Congress today. So that the difference between the two.
Speaker 1:Oh, great. So I'm speaking to the du jour, lowercase, Anne Vandersteel right now.
Speaker 2:That's right. That's exactly right. I'm standing here on the land as a free woman. Great.
