Edna Harding [00:00:00]:
Well, hello everyone. Thank you for tuning in to the Estrepreneur podcast where we teach you how to do business and life God's way. My name is Edna Harding and I'm so excited to be joining with you guys live via video. This is something that's been on my heart for a while. I just haven't had time and I had too much on my plate, just put it that way. 2025 was a very busy year for me. And yes, if you're watching a replay or you're listening to this, I'm actually recording this in January, on January 15, 2026. And this probably won't go live until maybe April or March or something like that.
Edna Harding [00:00:44]:
So if you're watching it, just know this is a pre recorded video. But I just wanted to say welcome. Welcome, welcome. This has been a long time coming. I've been wanting to do these episodes live for a while, but the, the timing just wasn't right. I had too much on my flight. But this is the beginning of something new and I look forward to going live and interacting with you guys. I'm new to Riverside.
Edna Harding [00:01:11]:
I've never done this before. Normally when I come onto someone's podcast or a network, they do it for me. So pray for me, y', all, that everything will go well. But let's just open up in prayer, then we'll get started with today's episode. Father God, I just thank you so much for, for what you're doing in the earth. I thank you, Lord God, that you're moving on behalf of your people and that you're doing and grading, doing great and mighty things in our midst. Lord God, Lord, I just speak to my nerves. I command my nerves to just settle down.
Edna Harding [00:01:43]:
And I thank you, Lord, Holy Spirit, that you will take over, Lord, that you will be the one to speak through me in Jesus name. Amen. All right. It's so crazy because I've, you know, I'm not really used to seeing myself. So when I, when I talk. So bear with me. I'm actually just going to pull up my notes and I'm just gonna just speak without looking at myself because I don't like looking at myself. All right, so today's episode is gonna be awesome because we are gonna be talking about KPIs, and you're probably wondering, like, KPIs, what are KPIs? If you guys don't know what that is, it's key performance indicators.
Edna Harding [00:02:21]:
And for those of you guys who are in business or have been in Project Management or some sort of leadership role. They're usually some sort of standard that we give for our employees to follow, our team to follow, or just to measure our success by. And so today we're going to talk about the episode, the episode, the KPIs that Jesus actually cares about, okay? Because most of the time when people think of obedience, they think of obedience like something big, something bold, something visible, something extremely impressive. But in reality, based on scriptures, what Jesus was actually measuring as far as fruit, it's the small things, it's the quiet things, it's the very deeply inconvenient things, the mundane things, the things that no one really measures when it comes to KPIs, right? Not the typical KPIs you would think of. And so today we're going to be looking at the scriptures in Matthew, chapter 25, verse 35 to 36. So we're going to be reading this. I have been on this journey since last year and going through the Bible in a year. I don't have the book, but it's there somewhere.
Edna Harding [00:03:44]:
So I've been in Matthew and I've been slowing down on purpose. And so I'm going to read verse 35 to 36 and I pray that I will be able to encourage you and entice you to measure these KPIs, because these are the KPIs that Jesus actually cares about. Verse 35, it says, For I was hungry and you gave me food. I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink. I was a stranger and you brought me together with yourselves and welcomed and entered, contained and lodged me. I was naked and you clothed me. I was sick and you visited me with help and ministering care. I was in prison and you came to see me.
Edna Harding [00:04:23]:
Then adjust him upright will answer him, Lord, when did we see you hungry and gave you food or thirsty and gave you something to drink? And when did we see you a stranger and welcome and entertained you or naked and clothed you? Verse 39. And when did we see you sick or in prison and came to visit you? And the king will reply to them, truly I tell you, insofar as you did it for one of the least of these my brethren, you did it for me. Today's episode we are going to look at the KPIs we measure and how we when I say like, as far as our measurement of success and how hopefully after this episode, you're going to look at success a different way. You're going to look at impact at a different way. You're going to look at faithfulness as a different way, because when I was really reading this with a lens of the Holy Spirit, for those of you guys who typically do a fast in the beginning of a year. So I'm joining in with our church and I was really asking the Holy Spirit to just like, cleanse my heart and just purge me and purify me and just like, just help me to see things from a clearing lens. And so when I was reading this scripture, even though it's something that I've read numerous times, I really felt the heart of the Father because we as believers have. Have overcomplicated a lot of things.
Edna Harding [00:05:46]:
There's a lot of striving, there's a lot of hustling. There's a lot of. And I know if you guys have been listening to me for a while, this is something that we talk about a lot. But today, I guess I want to just make it plain for you all. I want to bring it down. I want to keep it simple. This year I'm all about simplicity. I'm all about doing things well and excellence.
Edna Harding [00:06:10]:
And the way you do that is by keeping things simple. Because if you make it complicated and hard, yes, things will be excellent because you're making it too complicated. But because we're doing it so simple, like today, I. I think it's really going to bring joy to you and bring peace to you. So I just want to lean back and relax for a second because I feel like I'm so stiff my back, and just have a chat and pretend like we're just talking together. Okay? So I want to just get those Scripture. Paraphrase the scripture for you in Matthew, chapter 25, verse 35 to 36. So essentially, you know, Jesus is describing how he recognizes his disciples or how he recognized his children, right? Because before this, in the prior scripture, actually, I don't know if it's this one or the ones after that.
Edna Harding [00:07:01]:
There are. There are people who's going to go to heaven and they're going to say, I prophesied in your name. I healed the sick in your name. I did deliver people in the name in your name. And. And then he'll say, depart from me, you of iniquiters. You. What is it? You.
Edna Harding [00:07:17]:
Something about iniquity, right? Something. Where is it? Basically, depart from me because I don't know you or something. Something to that extent, I believe it's here. That's really hard if. That's a really hard pill to swallow. Because if you think about it, you've been serving God, all year, all your years of life and all, apparently you missed a mark. Apparently you go to heaven and you realize that was not it. And how many of us, if we really truly ask ourselves, are we just going through the motions? Are we just doing this for the sake of doing this? I had to really check my heart this year.
Edna Harding [00:07:54]:
At the end of. This year, at the end of 2025, we were in Texas, and I really took a break from work. I really took a break from striving. Thank God, by the grace of God, I was able to accomplish everything I need to do in 2025. But with an exception of one, I mean, I. I did it, but I didn't make it. I didn't. What do you call it? I didn't finalize it.
Edna Harding [00:08:15]:
So I have one thing that I have to finalize, but everything else has been done and completed as of November. And so I had the last few weeks in December to just really take a break from. From work, from, like, you know, building and just asking the Holy Spirit to simplify things for my life. And as I was doing that, the Lord really showed me how I made things a little bit complicated and I made things too difficult for myself by taking on things that was not necessarily for this particular season. And in my mind, it's because, like, I wanted to make God proud. I wanted the Lord to be pleased with me. And there was just. Just basically works driven.
Edna Harding [00:08:55]:
Works, works, works, works, works. Performance driven. But that's not how Jesus describes what makes him happy, what brings him joy, because it's not, you know, salvation or it's not we're saved by works, but it's by grace. And how he recognizes owner, recognizes children is not from our works, but who we are. Right? It's about evidence of a transformed heart. The passage. And if you look at the verses, it doesn't say anything about what you say you believe. It's actually about what your life naturally produces when Christ is the center.
Edna Harding [00:09:31]:
So we could say we believe in God and believe in this and believe in that all we want, but in reality, he looks at the fruit. So what I love about Jesus, okay, is he. It's the most amazing thing. And it's like, how have we got our lives so twisted? Because Jesus identifies himself with people in ordinary need, right? So he didn't identify Jesus. Jesus didn't identify himself with, like, the successful folks, the kings, the queens, you know, the. The. The rich folks. The.
Edna Harding [00:10:04]:
The rich folks, right, or the religious folks, the pastors, apostles, you know, the prophets. He actually identifies Himself with the regular needy people. Okay? I hope you're following me here. I want you guys to really read the scriptures again, okay? He was talking about the hungry. He was talking about the stranger. He was talking about the naked. He was talking about the sick. He was talking about the prisoners, okay? Because in the kingdom, success is not measured by.
Edna Harding [00:10:33]:
By reach. It is measured by response. So in a kingdom, it's not measured by reach. So people think in their mind to really tap into the heart of Jesus, you have to have a certain platform, you have to have a certain reach, you have to have a certain influence, you have to reach a certain credential. But according to Jesus, According to Jesus, if you read Matthew 25, in fact, I want you to read Matthew 25 because there's so many nuggets in here. And mind you, I have read this book scripture so many times. This is something that is not new. But I want you to read it slowly and I want you to read it at a.
Edna Harding [00:11:10]:
At a pace of like just grace and just rest and trust. Like, take your time like best. You know, kind of like when you're soaking in a bathtub, like, you just relax. You just. You just relax in this scripture, okay? And I want you to really read this part because if. If we break it down simply, okay, the hungry, the stranger, the naked, the sick and the prisoner, okay, so he wants us to feed the hungry. He wants us to welcome the strangers. He wants us to clothe the naked.
Edna Harding [00:11:47]:
He wants us to be there for the sick, right? Prisoners. He wants us to. He wants us to visit. Us visit them. So the interesting thing about that is it really shows, like, who he is. I mean, what kind of God, you know? You know, it's funny because most of the time, you know, as someone who wants to be successful, you want to associate yourself with like the king or you know, like the leaders, but never the things that I just listed just now. And it really shows us a lot about the heart of the Father. And he is an amazing God.
Edna Harding [00:12:21]:
He is a faithful God. He's a powerful God. You know, no one messes with Him. But there's something about his love that is just so, like. Like I can't even conceive it. I can't even put it into words. The kind of love that I experience on a daily basis as I seek him. Like, he is so merciful and he's so faithful.
Edna Harding [00:12:41]:
And I think sometimes again, like, we just over complicate things, right? And. And what I love about him is he cares about those things. That a lot of these successful people have forgotten. And although there are some who are doing the right things, who are caring for the hungry, caring for the strangers, caring for the naked, caring for the sick, caring for the prisoners. But I really think if you really was honest and if you look at the body of Christ, the percentage of people actually catering to these are very little. Or it's like once in a while. But do you know anybody? And mind you, I'm speaking to myself. I don't know anybody who's purposely, every single day, intentionally looking for the hungry, looking for the stranger, looking for the naked, looking for the sick, looking for the prisoners.
Edna Harding [00:13:30]:
And we're wondering why the state of society is the way it is. Okay? And I'm sharing this not to condemn you, but I'm sharing this to challenge you. Brothers and sisters who are watching and listening to this is that the Lord wants us to be better. He wants us to truly demonstrate what he called his disciples to be right according to Matthew, chapter 25. And I want you guys to really think about this, that if he is telling his people to be that for those individuals, for these people who are sick or prison, what does that show about the character of God? Okay? What does it show when. If we are the ones who are in need, if we're the ones who are hungry, if we're the ones who needs provision. Right? If we're strangers, okay, if we feel like we're alone, we feel like we don't have anybody. What does it mean? He wants us to.
Edna Harding [00:14:27]:
He wants us to feel welcome. He wants us to feel like we belong to him. You know, the other day I was talking to my husband. You know, being a military wife is not easy. We move almost every year or so, two years at the most. We don't stay put. And it's hard. It gets lonely.
Edna Harding [00:14:45]:
You know, you would think that other military wives would, you know, be nice or. Or like, welcome you, but that's not the case. And it's not on purpose. They're just very busy. So, you know, I was telling the Holy Spirit, I was telling my husband, I was, like, lonely. I'm sad. I want friends. I want my tribe.
Edna Harding [00:15:06]:
And I believe I finally found them. There's a few people here, but it's very difficult. The fact. The fact of the matter is when. When God is telling us in the scriptures that he wants us to look for strangers, it's because he realizes, and he knows that there are people like you, like me, who are out there, who feels alone, who feels like we don't have anyone, like, who really accept us. And that just shows like another side of the father. Okay? And I'm gonna make this applicable to your business soon. So I know if you guys are like, okay, what does this have to do with business? I'm here to learn about business and life.
Edna Harding [00:15:43]:
God's way. I got you, boo. I got you. By the way, I forgot to say this. For those of you guys who are tuning in for the first time, welcome. But those of you guys from, I believe the last time I counted was like 42 nations. Welcome everybody. I am so excited to be here and I'm looking forward to joining live, you know, one of these days and interacting with you guys live.
Edna Harding [00:16:06]:
I think there's a welcome back, so. And thank you guys for just your, for listening to the, to the episodes. It really helps me out knowing just like just mentally and emotionally that, wow, my messages are touching people's lives. Lives. Okay? And so anyway, let's go, let's go ahead and talk about business. Let's make this practical for my business folks who are here, who are my regulars, okay? Hungry for those of you for who are hungry, who needs provision in business, okay? The Lord cares about how you handle those people who are hungry, okay? And how you provide. How not just how he provides for you, but how you provide for others, okay? Because I want you guys to really think about this, okay? Because a lot of times it's all about what, what, what's in it for me, right? What can I get? What, what is? How can. How who like how, how can you make this easier for me, right? And one of the things that the Holy Spirit has been really, because we're all about, especially as startups and smaller businesses or even struggling businesses or even like big companies, we all about.
Edna Harding [00:17:11]:
You want about. It's all about the bottom line. You want to be able to save money, make money, all that fun stuff. But to God, what's the most important thing is are you paying fairly? Can people survive off of what you're paying them? Are you paying them for what they're worth? Okay, what their worth is? Because in the scriptures it talks about man a labor is worth his wages. So make sure that we're not squeezing people to maximize margins. I'm gonna say that again. Yeah, I went there. My friends, if you're listening to me, think about this.
Edna Harding [00:17:43]:
Can people survive off of the wages that they're. You're paying them? Because what happens is if you are not taking care of your team, you're not taking care of employees. You're not taking care of your vendors. You're not paying them what they're due. Guess what? Guess what Matthew, chapter 25 is. You're doing it unto Jesus. Oh, I felt that. I have felt that.
Edna Harding [00:18:06]:
Okay. Okay. Because when you do this, you're really hurting the heart of the Father when you do this. So ask yourself, am I providing for my team? I'm providing for my family, like my family, as far as the people God entrusted me with outside of your immediate family. Okay. And am I taking care of my vendors? Okay. Does your systems leave space for generosity or is it only growth? Is it always about the bottom line? Okay, and. And I want you to be realistic.
Edna Harding [00:18:36]:
Now I have to talk to. Okay, there. I have two audiences. Those are already extremely successful and those who are still struggling. It doesn't take much. It doesn't take much to be generous. Okay? I remember for me, when I didn't have money, I gave away clothes, I gave away food, I gave away pots and pans, I gave away my couch because I didn't want the enemy to steal my joy from giving. And it's just.
Edna Harding [00:19:02]:
It's so crazy because I remember it like yesterday, because it was those darkest times of my life when I was still giving, I was still taking care of the hungry. So you have no excuse. Whether you have a lot or you have a little, you could still be generous to those who needs provision. All right, the second thing that I want to talk about is strangers. Let's talk about inclusion. Who gets invited into rooms with you? Are they only the rich folks? Are they only the affluent people? Are you only sitting with people that makes you look good? Who are who? Who are you? Who are you inviting into rooms? Who gets the follow ups? Who are you following up with? Only those that have money. This is why, you know, I. I struggled a lot for many years because I chose to obey this commandment.
Edna Harding [00:19:50]:
He called me to help the poor. He called me to help the struggling, those who are abused, those the church forgotten. So I'm sorry, guys. I don't know why I'm crying. It's the Holy Spirit. I create a lot of free resources and systems and real solutions for the church, real solutions for the body of Christ. Things that I know would just change their lives because it changed mine and it changed so many of my other clients. And the saddest thing about this is you offer it to them because it's free.
Edna Harding [00:20:23]:
They don't realize the value of it. But I ensured that not only the rich folks had access to the information that I had. But I made sure that I took care of those who were rejected, because I've been rejected many times and I know what it feels like. And so I guess I just want to ask you a question. Have you rejected people that you have been assigned to? You know, when I work with clients, a lot of times they don't. They only want to work with people with money. And I get it because it's hard. It's not easy working with people without money.
Edna Harding [00:20:56]:
But this is what the Lord wants. He wants us to be inclusive. He wants us to care about those that you would normally won't interact with. Which means, yes, you have to interact with sinners. You have to interact with those that hate you, that those that persecute you, that those who despise you, the strangers. Also applies to your enemies. Okay? Are you serving them in your business? Let me ask you, are you including them? Is there a way for you to give back to them, to make them feel like they're part of God's family? Because understand that our business is a vessel. It's not.
Edna Harding [00:21:34]:
It's a vessel. It's not our source. It's a vessel, okay? It's a vessel God uses to reach the lost, to minister to the marketplace, to provide for your family. Yes. But also to make an impact. Right? Okay. So I wanted you to ask yourself this question. Who is getting invited to the room? Who gets the follow ups? Who is learning quietly from you without access? Do you have that available in your business? Or do you have a solution that's affordable for those in need? Okay.
Edna Harding [00:22:08]:
Who can't afford the premium rates? But have you thought of developing a solution? Because in the world. Thank you, Holy Spirit. In the world, they're like, pick a niche. Okay? Either target the rich folks or target the poor folks, or target the middle income folks. I truly believe that he wants us to have products and services for all tiers for high ticket clients as well as low ticket clients or even free clients. Right? No freemium. Right? Sorry, guys, my arm is itchy. But I want you to really think about that.
Edna Harding [00:22:38]:
I want you to go through your business model and ask yourself, do we have such things, Am I building a table or am I guarding a gate? All right, the third thing that the Lord mentioned is naked. Okay? Those who are naked, why does he say for us to clothe them? Because these are people who. Who lost their dignity, right? Who lost their confidence, who feels like they are vulnerable, okay? Who don't have anybody sticking up for them. Jesus. Like the Orphans and the widows, the single moms, the divorcees, the abused, the youth, the hurting. How are you speaking to your clients? How are you speaking to your staff? How are you speaking to your vendors? Are you shaming them? Are you leveraging fear upon them? It's not right. The Lord demands excellence without exploitation. Let me say that again.
Edna Harding [00:23:33]:
The Lord demands excellence without exploitation. When people interact with you, do they leave more whole or are they anxious when they interact with you? Are they scared of you? Or are they. Do they feel blessed to have a conversation? Do they look forward to speaking with you next time because of how you made them feel, how you saw them? Yeah, I know this episode wasn't an easy one. It took me, oh, God, Jesus. I've been wanting to record for 2026 since the beginning of this year, since January. So it's been two weeks of seeking and really just breaking through in the spirit. Things have shifted. Things have changed.
Edna Harding [00:24:15]:
And I know, I promise. I know, I know, I know, I know. Not me promising, but I believe and I know, I know God promises that if you take care of these things that I'm telling you, all your business is going to skyrocket. Your business is going to shift. The provision, your blessing is going to come upon your business. The blessing of God is going to come upon your business if you take care of those most important thing. Let's go to the next one, which is sick. Those who are sick, those who are hurting emotionally, mentally, physically, that we've forgotten.
Edna Harding [00:24:49]:
Those who are in, like, beds, the ones you let go because they're too old, the ones that you let go because they're pregnant, and the ones that you let go because they're mentally not there emotionally. What have you done for them? I understand it's about the bottom line because that's what they tell us. But Jesus, he looks at the heart, a heart posture. Leaders don't always fix. They stay. They sit with someone in times of transition. A lot of my clients are usually in transition. They lost a job, they're going through a divorce, they're going through abuse, they're recovering from trauma.
Edna Harding [00:25:27]:
They're in, like, some sort of sickness or infirmity. These are all things that are so, so, so huge in people's lives. And as much as I want to like, okay, let's not, let's push that aside. Let's not deal with that. Let's talk about business. I can't do that because I know in the scripture says you will prosper just as your soul prospers. So you have to sit with them in a transition as a child of God. We have to walk through with them if you can, if you're able to.
Edna Harding [00:25:56]:
Now, I understand there are times when you just can't afford that. Well, guess what? You make sure that you connect them with someone, like a church or some sort of nonprofit or a friend that can help them through that season. Give them books, give them resources, do something, but don't leave them hanging. Don't just, like, let them go and not provide any type of fix. Does that make sense? You can't just say, I'll be praying for you. Be part of the prayer. Be part of the solution of the prayer. Does that make sense? Am I making sense? Let people be human without penalty.
Edna Harding [00:26:28]:
Okay, now I can understand there are people who take advantage. And obviously you don't want people to take advantage of your kindness, which, by the way, by the way, has happened to me many times. But if it's their first time, if it's not normal, if they're going through some stuff, pause. Ask them, hey, what's going on? Like, hey, you're different. What's. What's. What's on your heart? Like, what? What? Like, step away from the noise and just ask them, hey, something is off. I see you.
Edna Harding [00:26:53]:
I hear you. What's happening? Look him in the eye. Be like, hey, talk to me. Okay. Be present. Be present for those who are in need of presence because they're sick in their soul. Okay, the last part is, in prison, are you loving people when it costs convenience. When someone's in prison, you have to go through the gates.
Edna Harding [00:27:18]:
You gotta go through it. And mind you, I forgot why it was. Oh, funny story. So I was part of this prison entrepreneurship program. I was an executive business. A business coach for a lot of the inmates. And it was a volunteer thing for this nonprofit. And I remember my mom called me and went one time, and she was like, hey, what are you doing? Where are you? I was like, I'm in prison.
Edna Harding [00:27:41]:
And, like, she's like, huh? She started freaking out. I thought that was funny. But it was inconvenient because you have to get stamped. You gotta do, you know, you gotta sign in. You can't bring anything in. You have to leave everything out. Anyway, the whole point is when people are in prison, it's. It's not an easy thing, right? And so what I feel the Lord is putting in my heart here is you have to be faithful to those people who are in prison.
Edna Harding [00:28:07]:
Meaning you have to love people even when it costs you your Convenience. You have to serve these people even if you're not getting any applause or any recognition. A lot of times I did it behind the scenes and sometimes even the people that I helped didn't even appreciate those things. And it was, it was like they were not grateful. And it hurt my heart so much because I'm like, you don't know how much this costs. Like me, because I don't have anything and I'm giving you this. And it's like they didn't appreciate it. But I knew.
Edna Harding [00:28:37]:
And I remember I would question God. I was like, lord, this really hurts. And he's like, I see you. I'll be faithful to you because you're faithful to me. How was I faithful to him? Because I was faithful to these people who were in prison that didn't appreciate me. Faithfulness, obedience without applause, right? Would you still obey if no one ever knew what you did? Were you always looking for recognition? No. Where your taxes? So you donate to charity and to lower your income and so forth. And I get that part.
Edna Harding [00:29:08]:
But what about doing things that has no return of investment? Meaning you don't get anything out of it. You don't get any tax write off, you don't get any recognition. It's just between you and the father. Do you have any of those situations recently? Have you done that recently? I know, guys, this is not an easy topic and I hate to be the bearer of bad news and I hate to share these type of serious conversations or serious talks, but this is what's like been in my heart. Like, guys, I am no exception to the rule, okay? I am literally being chastised by the Lord. Meaning I'm being disciplined, purged. Like he's can't get him. Is that he's like pruning me.
Edna Harding [00:29:47]:
Thank you, Holy Spirit. He's putting everything to the surface. The hidden things, the things that I still have need help with from the Holy Spirit, from healing, deliverance, you know, things to work on for myself. So if this is challenging you, which I believe it is, just know that you're. I'm in the same boat as you all. I am going through similar things. Okay? So I want you guys to really think about how Jesus spoke to the disciples. So how he was sharing this story.
Edna Harding [00:30:15]:
God wants a. To keep it simple. And again, to keep it simple. I'm going to say it again. Are you taking care of the hungry? Are you taking care of the stranger? Are you taking care of the naked? Are you taking care of the sick? Are you taking of the prisoners? On a daily basis. This is what he wants us to do. Be intentional. Pick one of these things.
Edna Harding [00:30:35]:
Pick. I want you to put those five things on a piece of paper and I want you to, like, have it. And just ask yourself every night, did I do one of these things? Did you schedule mercy? Did you show something where you're. You're serving people that can't give back to you? Okay. Do you have that in your schedule or. Okay, thank God. It's like, he's like, don't do it daily, just do it weekly. Start small.
Edna Harding [00:30:59]:
Start small. Do it weekly. Thank you, Holy Spirit. I know. I'm such a go getter. I'm gonna make it weekly too, Holy Spirit, because there's no. I'm. I'm.
Edna Harding [00:31:06]:
I'm still starting. Okay. Shrink the response gap when you notice a need. So I'm getting practical now. Number one, schedule mercy. Number two, shrink the response gap when you notice a need. Act quickly before logic talks you out of obedience. Go ahead and just help out, okay? Because a lot of times when you think about it, you're going to change your mind.
Edna Harding [00:31:25]:
Hello. Been there. Number three, practice hidden faithfulness. Choose one thing you do for God alone. That's it. So I challenge you guys to schedule mercy, shrink the response gap, and practice hidden faithfulness. Okay? Do this once a week, and I promise you, your life is going to be better. And the best thing.
Edna Harding [00:31:43]:
Thing. And the reason why is because you're actually doing what Jesus wants you to do. Because he said, if you do this for them, you're doing it for me. Okay? What I love about God and what I love about Jesus and the Holy Spirit is the most important kingdom work I've done and I've ever showed. Didn't show up on my revenue, didn't show up on my sales, but it didn't show up on my, you know, my accountant, my profit and loss statement, my accounting. Sorry. It didn't even show in my impact as far as, like, my influence as far as how many followers. It was in the little things that I did.
Edna Harding [00:32:20]:
Every little thing that I did for his glory, for his namesake, for my obedience to him, even though he didn't even tell me to do it because I thought I was serving him, but I wasn't. I was becoming enabling folks. But the point of the matter is that is what he cares about. That's the KPI he's looking for. And I pray that as you listen to this and if it's still like you feel like, well, that's a lot. Edna. That's so many things. So many things in your.
Edna Harding [00:32:47]:
Oh, my gosh. I keep crying. I'm sorry, guys, but I just feel the heart of the Lord here. Focus on that. Replay this episode. Listen to this again, and ask the Lord. Ask the Lord. Show to me the areas.
Edna Harding [00:32:59]:
Show me who you want me to help. Show me who you've assigned me. Sign me to. That I've missed because I have been busy. If. If you're building a business God can trust, this is the fruit that he's watching for. I'm gonna say it again. Are you building a business God can trust because you're taking care of.
Edna Harding [00:33:16]:
What did I just say? Loving people when it costs convenience, Right? You stay with those who are in transition. You're. You're. You're not shaming anybody because of how you speak. You're inviting people into rooms that they. They. They're never meant to be in. They'll never get in.
Edna Harding [00:33:35]:
Are you paying fairly? Just a few practical things. Right? Which of these did the Holy Spirit highlight for you? Tell me in the comments or write me in my book? Write me my book. Don't write me my book, write me an email, write me on my website, go on LinkedIn, connect with me on LinkedIn, subscribe on my YouTube channel, whatever it is, because this is going to be going live on YouTube. So thank God. Where is Jesus? Asking you to notice him differently this week. All right. Well, friends, I hope this blessed you, and I hope that this encouraged you to go all in for Jesus. I love you.
Edna Harding [00:34:08]:
And until next time, keep shining. Take care, my friends.
