Meraj Digital presents, The Amazing Stories with Zaki the Hoopoe.
Zaki:Episode 3, Prophet Ibrahim, peace be upon him, and the stars.
Zaki:Hello, my little star explorers. It's me, Zaki, your friendly Hoopoe bird, back again with another amazing story. Are you ready for a new adventure?
Zaki:Oh, I know you are. Today, we're going to learn about the stars, the moon, the sun, and a very wise man named prophet Ibrahim, peace be upon him. But before we dive in, let me tell you something important. In our stories, you'll hear me talk about Allah, And that's just another way of saying God. So when you hear me say Allah, I'm talking about the one true God, the creator of everything.
Zaki:Now imagine you're sitting under the night sky, all the stars twinkling above. It's beautiful. Right? Well, that's what prophet Ibrahim loved to do. So get comfy and let's fly into the story of prophet Ibrahim and the stars.
Zaki:Many, many years ago, in a land far away, there lived a very wise and brave man named Ibrahim. Even as a young boy, Ibrahim was different from everyone else. While most people in his town believed in many gods and worshiped idols made of stone, Ibrahim knew deep in his heart that there was only one true god, Allah.
Zaki:Could you imagine being the only one in your town who believes something different? It takes a lot of courage to stick to what you believe in just like Ibrahim. What would you do if everyone thought something else but you knew the truth? I'd probably flap my wings and shout, I know the answer.
Zaki:One night, as the sun was setting and the sky began to change from blue to purple, Ibrahim sat outside all alone thinking. The sky was clear and soon the first stars began to twinkle in the darkening sky. There's something about watching stars come out, isn't there?
Zaki:It's like waiting for the guests to arrive at a fancy dinner party. First, the punctual ones. 'Oh, we've been here all night.' Then slowly, the stragglers show up. 'Fashionably late, darling.'
Zaki:But Ibrahim wasn't fooled by a shiny entrance. Nope. He was looking for more than sparkly dinner guests in the sky. You know, stars have always had this mysterious charm. But if you think about it, they're just glowing balls of gas light years away, showing off from a safe distance.
Zaki:Not much different from that uncle who's always quick to give advice, but never shows up when you need help moving a sofa. Ibrahim loved looking at the stars. They were so bright and beautiful, scattered across the night like tiny diamonds. As he watched them, he began to wonder. Could the stars be the God that everyone was looking for?
Zaki:They were high up in the sky and everyone could see them. Maybe they were powerful enough to be gods. Oh. The stars are so shiny and sparkly. What do you think?
Zaki:Could they be gods? Nah. They're pretty, but I think there's more to it. What do you think the stars are there for? To guide us at night, to make wishes on, or maybe just to twinkle and look awesome.
Zaki:But as Ibrahim kept watching, something happened. The stars began to fade as the moon rose high into the sky, shining even brighter than the stars. The moon was big and round, and its light made the stars look very small. And there it is, the moon. Upstaging the stars like it's saying, step aside amateurs. The professional is here. But could the moon be a God?
Zaki:I mean, sure. It's bigger. But we all know how those full moons affect the wolves.
Zaki:And who wants a God that makes things howl at night? Maybe the moon is the God, Ibrahim thought. It's so bright and powerful, lighting up the whole night. Ibrahim continued to watch the moon as it traveled across the sky. But soon, the night grew late and the moon began to sink lower and lower until it disappeared behind the mountains.
Zaki:The sky became dark again and soon after, the first light of dawn began to appear.
Zaki:Wow. First, we thought it was the stars and now maybe the moon? But, oh no, the moon disappeared too. Just like that.
Zaki:How can it be a God if it just goes away? Looks like we're going to have to keep searching. Ibrahim shook his head. 'No', he said to himself.
Zaki:'The moon can't be a God either. If it disappears and goes away, how can it be the one who is always there to protect us?'
Zaki:You know, Ibrahim was onto something here. It's hard to trust a god that has an out of office message once the sun's up. You'd want someone who's around 24/7, not disappearing just when things get interesting, like a good friend who's always there even for the tough parts.
Zaki:As the sun began to rise, the sky filled with beautiful colors, pink, orange, and gold. The sun was strong and bright, making everything warm and bright. Maybe the sun is the god, Ibrahim thought. It gives us light and warmth every day.
Zaki:Without the sun, we wouldn't be able to see or grow food. But as the day went on, Ibrahim noticed that even the sun had to leave the sky. It slowly moved lower and lower until it disappeared beyond the horizon, leaving the world in darkness once again. No, Ibrahim said. The sun can't be the god either.
Zaki:It comes and goes just like the moon and the stars. A true God must be with us all the time, always watching over us. Now we're getting somewhere. The sun, the moon, the stars, they all come and go. But Ibrahim knew the truth.
Zaki:There's only one creator and that's Allah. He's always with us even when we can't see him. Isn't that amazing? Ibrahim knew now that the stars, the moon and the sun were not gods. They were beautiful and important, but they were not the ones who created everything.
Zaki:There had to be someone greater, someone who made the stars, the moon and the sun. That's when Ibrahim understood the truth. There is only one true God, Allah. He is the one who created the stars, the moon, the sun and everything else in the world. He is always there even when we can't see him.
Zaki:From that day on, Ibrahim taught everyone that Allah was the only one worthy of worship. The only one who could protect and guide us. Ibrahim grew up to be a great prophet, teaching others about the one true god and helping them understand that they didn't need to worship idols or anything else. Wow. Ibrahim figured it out.
Zaki:The stars, the moon, the sun, they're all amazing. But there's only one creator and that's Allah. He's always with us no matter where we are. I love that. What about you?
Zaki:What's the coolest thing you've seen in the sky? The moon, a shooting star, or maybe even a rainbow? Ibrahim's story teaches us that it's important to think about the world around us and ask questions. By thinking carefully and using our minds, we can find the truth. And just like Ibrahim, we can learn that there is only one God, Allah, who is always with us, guiding and protecting us.
Zaki:So next time you look up at the sky, remember Ibrahim's story. Ask questions, think deeply, and know that Allah is always watching over you. Wasn't that a starry adventure? I love looking at the night sky, but now I know that Allah is the one who created everything up there. So my little friends, remember that no matter how big or small you are, you can always find the truth if you think with your heart and mind.
Zaki:And speaking of truths, are you ready for the next adventure? Oh, it's a good one. In our next story, we're going to discover a very special Well. Yep. Water in the middle of the desert and a miracle you won't believe.
Zaki:But that's for next time, my friends. I can't wait to tell you all about it. Until then, keep shining bright, and I'll see you next time. Bye bye.
