What is Clydesdale Media Podcast?

We cover the sport of CrossFit from all angles. We talk with athletes, coaches and celebrities that compete and surround in the sport of CrossFit at all levels. We also bring you Breaking News, Human Interest Stories and report on the Methodology of CrossFit. We also use the methodology to make ourselves the fittest we can be.

What's up, everybody?

It's day one of the CrossFit Games.

Master style.

From the gym to the screen, yeah,

we cover it all.

Midday motivation every time you press

call.

Lunch with the Clydesdale.

Cowboy bring the heat.

CrossFit, boobies, music on repeat.

High-file hustle, yeah,

we building that brand.

Grab a plate, tune in now,

you part of the fam.

it's lunchtime here we are lunch with the

Clydesdale and maybe no cowboy today uh

yeah it's funny because I just was on

another podcast with him last night maybe

he's had enough of me today or this

week already decided to skip out on today

there it is there it is um

Yeah, Flow Elite.

I don't know if you guys saw my

story today.

I went on to check out the Masters

this morning in their Slippery Ball Run

sprint.

And I got a thing when I clicked

the live stream button that said there are

currently no live streams and they don't

start until three twenty Pacific Standard

Time.

So, yeah.

Not the start I was hoping for for

Flow Elite.

I've been trying to defend the decision

that they needed to be there to infuse

some money,

to maybe pull in some different people.

But it meant all of that caveat was

that it would be up and running and

fully functional at this point in time,

which it is not.

So there it is.

uh meredith so i caved and bought a

month of flow elite hope it pays off

well not off to a great start not

off to a great start um if you

guys missed it last night the glintons had

a crazy podcast with just people coming in

and out all night long and um

Corey and I were two of those guests

that popped in and out.

We had a blast with them last night.

Meg and Joseph were on.

They're on a plane right now heading to

California.

So I see they're in the chat.

They must have got the free Wi-Fi in

the plane.

But yeah, fun stuff.

I'll get to see them tomorrow, hopefully.

So there we go.

Ken Walters is already in Santa Cruz.

So no ribeye, just a breakfast.

He's heading to the Silver Spur if anybody

wants to dine with Mr. Ken Walters.

Yep.

You guys are already on fire in the

chat,

so it's hard to keep up with it.

Yeah, Seema,

can I get a schedule for individual events

less than twenty four hours until start

and still nothing?

But don't worry,

Ortega says Dave runs everything to the

minute.

Well,

it's easy to run everything to the minute

when you don't have the minutes written

down to know what minute you're supposed

to run it to.

You can always claim that you've run it

to the minute at that point because nobody

knows what the minutes are.

I think is what I said.

It's easy to meet your goal if you

don't say what your goal is.

Because if nobody knows what that goal is,

then... Mark Phillips,

I wonder if that's true.

The Masters men only got medium shorts.

Yeah,

nobody wants to see this man in a

pair of medium shorts.

Just saying.

What else do we got here?

I cannot seem to figure out how to

get the Flow Elite.

So Tessa,

you have to download the Flow Sports app.

It's called Flow Sports.

You download that app, you register,

you pay your thirty dollars and then you

can go in.

But you're not going to see anything until

three twenty Pacific Standard Time today.

Event one, I think I just saw, well,

that's horrible marketing.

Vicky just put the link in the chat,

Flow Sports TV,

if you want to do that.

Mark Phillips wants to be helpful.

He said if you give him your credit

card, he'll hook you up.

Uh, flow flow did announce this, um,

on Instagram.

I don't know if people saw this going

to put it up there.

Uh,

master's event one recap available at

twelve twenty p.m.

Pacific time.

So that would be three twenty p.m.

us in the East Coast.

So there it is.

Um.

Maybe you'll get to watch the slippery

ball sprint later today.

What I really was tuning in for is

I've heard they're running two floors just

like they did at Legends.

I'm assuming it's men on one side,

women on the other.

Are they going to broadcast both floors?

Or are they going to pan back and

forth between the two again like they did

at Legends?

If they pan back and forth and now

they're asking for thirty dollars for half

of the events,

now I'm going to start getting a little

pissed.

Because

You're doing this because they infused

money into the system.

Why are you now going to split the

floor and only show half at a time?

That is asinine.

At least if you're going to do that,

stagger the heats.

Don't put the two top heats going at

the same time.

Stagger the heats a little bit so you

can look at the top heats and at

least broadcast them.

Meg says she can't take me seriously when

I say slippery ball.

What else is it?

You've got people running six hundred

meters.

Most people sweat.

If you've been sweaty and you try to

pick up a medicine ball,

it becomes slippery,

and then you have the slippery ball.

Trish,

you won't like me when I'm a little

pissed.

The reasonable Hulk, yes.

That is me, the Hulk.

Joseph says that's got to be a broadcaster

MC nightmare.

So I was at Masters Fitness Collective.

They ran three floors at the same time

with announcers on mics and speakers.

We had false starts on some floors because

it was being announced to start on another

floor.

It was bonkers.

Bonkers.

Yes, exactly, Cousin.

It's a sweaty ball.

It's a sweaty, slippery ball.

The schedule definitely depicts

simultaneous floors between men and women.

And if you watch the first three minutes

of Hiller today,

he talks about that they are doing them

simultaneously.

But...

Wouldn't someone with common sense look at

that?

And I watch legends on flow like the

whole weekend.

Wouldn't someone with common sense say,

you know what,

let's stagger these a little bit so we

can show the best of the best doing

what they do?

If you,

because of time constraints and all the

divisions of masters,

and you're going to run them two floors

at a time,

start with heat one of one of the

divisions, let heat one and two go,

and then start staggering them.

So heat three and four are going while

one and two are going from the next

division.

It's not rocket science.

Okay.

The more I try to give grace over

all of this stuff,

the more they just take advantage of my

goodwill.

Common sense, what is that?

Must be a new thing.

Where does one get some?

Apparently they're fresh out at the store.

Especially in the California area.

um amanda my teammate stopped early in a

workout at mfc once because she heard the

mc from a different floor call time i

saw that i saw that there too amanda

witnessed it live you're at the freaking

crossfit games we're not talking about the

legends championship we're not talking

about metcon rush

You're at the CrossFit Games and you're

running it like a local comp.

It's utterly ridiculous.

If you're going to treat it like a

local comp, stop doing it.

Just stop.

Avera makes a good point.

If CrossFit doesn't give a shit,

why should we give a shit?

I give a shit because my friends are

doing it.

And I want to support my friends and

I enjoy going and watching my friends

compete.

But I can do that at a local

throwdown if you're going to treat the

CrossFit games like a local throwdown.

Like the Korean boxer years ago in the

Olympics that got knocked out because the

bell went off in the ring beside him

and he dropped his gloves.

Plus with those tight ass medium shorts

on,

you're going to be a little lightheaded,

hard to pay attention.

Amen to that.

I just, here's my thing.

if you're going to cheapen what the

CrossFit Games are, cut the field.

If you can't get it all in in

a day, cut the field.

Cut the field that makes it,

gets it to a place where it's doable.

Top ten in every division go to the

CrossFit Games.

Now we can fit it all in.

One heat of each.

It,

The issue is you're trying to get as

many five hundred dollar entry fees as

possible.

And in putting on a shitty show.

It.

It's like it's a money grab.

And I don't know.

I haven't seen Bob and Joe's wallet to

know if they're making any money on this

thing or not.

But God,

it just seems like on one side of

their mouth, hey,

let's get as much money in as we

can.

And on the other side,

let's waste it on X, Y, and Z.

There's no special equipment.

There's two floors running at the same

time.

what is special about this crossfit games

for the masters athletes if it's not

special stop calling it the crossfit games

um been watching the crossfit game since i

don't understand why after all these years

we can't get their media sorted out and

give the fans easy access to watch their

friends and families compete

The problem is,

is the dynamic of the audience has changed

since and the,

the infusion of Reebok money gave a false

sense of, um, a false sense of success.

And there was no conversion from that to

something sustainable.

And they try to act like it's still

at the same level, and it's not.

And all the things that made it great

and got people in the seats,

they've taken away.

No campground, no festival feel,

expensive tickets.

Everything that was spectator-friendly has

been stripped away from the CrossFit

Games.

I can't believe I'm going tomorrow.

Breaking news,

Clydesdale media now currently banned as

of ten twenty one to the twenty twenty

six CrossFit games.

I think he means ten twenty one a.m.

Pacific time.

What I'm saying is about the Masters

CrossFit games right now,

just to be clear.

Other than they got rid of the festival

field.

Scott, I asked before,

but why is there not huge infusion from

shoe companies any longer?

The shoe companies make millions and

millions on the shoe and apparel sales

related to CrossFit.

I don't know how much they make on

the infusion of CrossFit.

I know I bought.

Thirty pairs of Reeboks back in the day.

But Reebok and Greg Glassman didn't get

along.

And then they put all of their eggs

in a noble basket that just wasn't good

enough to sustain itself.

It was a shitty shoe that was overpriced.

There's so many missteps along the way,

Avera.

Greg talking shit about Reebok was not a

good move.

Meredith,

so did Reebok just think this was going

to blow up and be huge and then

dump the games after several years?

If you don't know the history behind it,

it's not that simple.

There was litigation that CrossFit accused

Reebok of,

because Reebok owned the CrossFit store.

CrossFit accused Reebok of understating

sales and reducing the amount of money

they paid CrossFit.

CrossFit litigated that against them.

It soured the relationship with Reebok.

And I believe,

I don't know this for a fact,

I believe that CrossFit tried to get out

of the Reebok deal,

thought Noble was the way to go,

and that's why we went down the road

we went.

It's truly a mess.

leslie i don't think it's fair to compare

this year's swag to noble swag there is

no big shoe sponsor this year the size

of velites compared to noble or reebok is

night and day

um i am trying to get through these

comments oh my gosh i'm clipping this and

sending it to the leadership because i am

a hardcore conservative i believe in

canceling people honest to god like if i

don't get into the stadium oh well

It is what it is.

Agree on the shoes, but it was clothing,

bags, all the extras.

But Leslie, you have to remember,

it was one big event in one location

for everybody.

And the money, the money is different.

Valites is a much smaller company,

much smaller brand than any of the other

people that were there.

Anyway, so I,

I did want to talk about a few

other things before I get into too much

stuff.

Um,

I don't know if you guys saw Holly

has already put out a schedule for the

masters games.

Uh,

Vicki's going to pull it up for me

now.

So if you haven't seen this on Instagram,

go follow DataWad.

Holly has already put together all the

times for this.

If you could advance through it a little

bit, Vicki, just to show.

There's the age group and what time their

heats are.

and it's just an easy way to see

like workout one, workout two, et cetera.

Once Flow Elite starts broadcasting it,

this will be very handy for you.

And as always,

Holly's the best in the business.

Always the best.

So go check that out for sure.

Vicki just put a link to that Instagram

post in the chat.

Yes, Holly is awesome.

Thank you, Nicole.

I can't say enough good things about her.

The other thing I wanted to address is,

Hiller yesterday pulled up a clip of an

interview I did with Arm & Hammer way

back in the day.

And I was shocked when I saw my

face on the screen.

Um, but there it was.

And it was an interview I did with

Armin where he talked about getting kicked

out of the games back in the day.

I was such a huge Armin hammer fan

back in the day.

Um,

don't usually get nervous for many

interviews i got nervous for those

interviews i've interviewed armin twice

that first one where we talked about him

getting kicked out and where he was at

that point and then later after he

disappeared yeah we don't need to see that

vicky i was much larger during the armin

video that's for sure um so

with that,

the second time I interviewed him was

after he had disappeared from the scene

and why he disappeared from the scene.

And if you haven't seen that, um,

it was, it was very telling.

And I, and I feel like,

I feel like I'm getting to a place

where Armin was and why he quit CrossFit

media.

Yeah.

And he told me that day that the

reason he quit was because he just got

tired of saying the same thing over and

over and over again with no change ever

being made.

He felt like his show was the same

show over and over and over again.

Complaining about the exact same things he

complained about the day before or the

year before or years before.

And nothing ever changed for him during

that.

And so at some point he was like,

I just can't do it anymore.

And I feel like.

Jacqueline Robertson.

Love that interview.

You asked him some great questions.

Thank you.

What's crazy is I became,

so I feel what I want this lunch

show to be is the modern version of

Scaled as Needed.

If you'd never watched Scaled as Needed,

it was Armin's show with his buddies.

hanging out, shooting the shit,

no guardrails.

They would talk about Star Wars.

They would talk about the CrossFit Games.

They would talk about powerlifting.

They would talk about their drive through

Austin.

And you never knew where that show was

going to go.

And it had a big impact in my

CrossFit life.

At first, I didn't understand it.

It took me a little bit to do.

And, uh, and then I got it,

I got it and it was fun and

it was refreshing and it was a break

in my day.

And that's what I want this to become.

I want this to become that break in

the day from all the other stuff.

And I,

until I went back and kind of looked

at that,

I forgot that's really what I wanted this

to be.

Um,

is that we don't know where we're going

on a given day so um and what's

funny is it started on flow elite armin

was hired by flow elite to create crossfit

content when they started covering granite

games wadapalooza and those events

And then Flo decided not to invest as

much into the CrossFit space,

and Armin was let go,

and he moved that show to his own

channel.

And so that's what I'm trying to

accomplish with this show,

just so you guys know.

is armin was a big influence early in

my podcasting and that's what i wanted

this show to be and i talked to

corey about it last night and he's like

it i love that show and i'm i

love that that's what we're doing and so

yeah just wanted to to share that story

real quick

Well, thank you, Amanda.

I'm glad that it's that because that's

what I want it to be.

So when are we going off the rails

today?

Meg,

it's really hard to go off the rails

by yourself.

And Corey apparently is dealing with some

alarms at his house right now.

And that's why he's not here.

But I will tell you this.

If you want to see off the rails,

go check out the Glint and Things podcast

from last night.

I think we took the rails,

crumpled them up and threw them in the

garbage.

And it may have been one of the

most fun.

I don't even know how long we were

on.

Thirty, forty minutes.

I out of this world fun.

I don't know if I've had more fun

with my pants on.

Avera says, okay,

since neither CrossFit nor Flow Elite are

providing any coverage,

can anyone tell me how Carolyn and Jamie

did in the first event?

I can't because they haven't gone yet.

I believe Jamie goes at about one fifteen

Eastern time.

And Carolyn is probably half hour after

that.

so um according to vicky the masters the

up the leaderboard is not updated on

competition corner yet

Amanda says they're on fifty to fifty

four.

Yeah.

So you have to wait a couple more

age groups to get to Jamie at.

Forty to forty four and then Carolyn at

thirty five to thirty nine.

My friend Megan Apostolaris is going to

crush this year.

As long as she crushes everybody but

Jamie.

I love Megan.

Actually,

I have so many friends in the Forty

to Forty-Four.

Kate, who was on our show last week,

is in Forty to Forty-Four.

Jamie, Megan.

It's so much fun.

I love those girls.

have not heard anything about an alleged

walkout during the athlete briefing at

masters jay birch uh tessa k my daughter

is going to help me with flow elite

whatever it takes whatever it takes tessa

uh

Uh, let's say Milano.

I'm so confused with flow elite.

Well,

they're not broadcasting anything right

now.

So don't be too confused.

Um, and it,

you have to go to flow sports.

You have to download the flow sports app

for when it is streaming.

Seamus says it wasn't a walkout in a

traditional sense or like of like high

school.

Once again,

dense portrayed it inaccurately.

Once they did the briefing of the six

events, the older athletes were in,

they left.

Okay.

Yeah.

I didn't hear anything from Carolyn or

Jamie and I, if something big happened,

they would let me know.

I'm sure.

So the seventh event was for younger

Masters athletes.

Yeah,

it's only for thirty five to forty four.

So it would make sense.

Like I did a presentation this morning in

a meeting.

I was the second presenter.

There were two people after me.

As soon as I was done with my

presentation, I got the hell out of Dodge.

I'm not going to sit there and listen

to two more people present on something

that I don't care about.

So if you're.

Forty-five and up and you're not doing

event seven, why would you stay?

I think I've said enough about how I

think that the Masters CrossFit Games are

not the CrossFit Games.

It is a local throwdown, a local comp,

and they need to stop calling it the

CrossFit Games.

It's lost everything special about what

the CrossFit Games are.

Other than you have some kick-ass athletes

in those divisions.

Yes.

Tessa,

it says thirty dollars a month to sign

up.

I thought a one time fee.

It's a super easy cancel.

I canceled mine.

Regretfully.

It.

Yeah.

Regretfully,

mine was due to end after my cancellation

on Wednesday tomorrow.

So I had to go in and re

up.

but all you have to do is hit

a button like twice to say you're

canceling,

and they're going to offer you a

discounted rate, and you just X that out,

hit cancel again, and it's done.

Is there going to be a stream for

Monster Games?

Thought I would try to watch Cowboy.

I don't know.

If I'm Monster Games,

I'm not going to invest a ton into

a stream while we're going at the exact

same time as the CrossFit Games.

So, yeah, that's my opinion.

Armin was such a likable dude.

He was.

And honestly,

I'm not going to pretend that I'm friends

with Armin,

but I am friends with Chase Long,

who was one of his sidekicks on the

Scale is Needed podcast.

And their joke was that S-A-N didn't

always stand for Scale is Needed.

They would change it every episode as to

what it meant.

But Chase and I became friends after I

hung out at TFX one year.

And he actually,

a really cool story about Chase Long is,

and he was the guy that was the

good athlete on the show that they would

talk to because he was always doing semis

or regionals or whatever.

We were walking into the West Coast

semifinals and

back in the day and in Pasadena.

And on the, my way in, he said,

Hey,

you need to look out for Hannah black.

And this was before anybody even knew who

she was.

So I was looking at her.

I did some,

I filmed her a little bit and I

was able to interview her after her first

event ever at a semifinal.

And now look at her.

She's at the games.

And I got that tip from chase long.

Cause he's a great dude.

One of the nicest guys I've ever met.

Uh,

that whole podcast had a really cool

dynamic personalities.

Yeah.

It was just, it was just fun.

It was like hanging out with your buddies.

I can't remember the two long-haired guys'

names, but they were so funny.

Kyle and... It was Armin, Chase, Kyle,

and... Damn it.

Thanks, Jackie.

You had to put me on the spot.

Ugh.

Dope.

Why can't I remember?

Okay.

It'll probably come to me in the middle

of the night, wake me up,

and then I'll say the fourth guy's name.

Hannah competed locally here a bit back in

the day at Metcon Rush in the Mac

community event.

So, yeah,

when I interviewed her was even before

that, Amanda.

And then I had her on again,

and we talked about her winning the Mac.

Cliff.

Yes, Jay Birch.

Cliff.

Kyle, Cliff, Chase, and Armin.

That was what it was.

Yeah.

Because Hannah told me the story of

getting the sword from the Mac.

She won the sword and that she hung

it on her bedroom wall and she would

get it out for fun at parties.

And, um, yeah,

I remember when Hopper won his and walking

out of the, uh,

arena in Knoxville with his big ass sword.

Um,

That was so cool, the Mac.

It wasn't a trophy.

You won a sword.

Meg always stirring up trouble.

Billy Bob, Jim, Frank, and Steve.

Not even close.

Kyle, Cliff, Chase, and Armin.

Those were the days.

Those were the days.

So here's my last piece of bad news.

Got my shipping announcement for the

shirts.

They are arriving at my house three hours

after I board a plane.

Three stinking hours after I board a

plane.

So I won't have my shirts in San

Jose.

I'm so bummed.

I'm so bummed.

I bought them to have at the games,

and now I won't have them at the

games.

But you'll still be able to order them

when I get back,

and I'll have all the details on how

to do that,

and we'll ship them out the week after

I get back.

So there it is.

Can I go to the store and pick

them up today?

I ordered them from a store in Birmingham,

Alabama.

They aren't even in Columbus yet.

So now we have to shoot the tacos

without the shirt wrapped around them.

I don't know how that's going to work.

There's going to be parasite lettuce

everywhere.

That's a bummer.

Do you have any extra Clydesdale media

stickers?

Nicole, I got so many stickers.

So many stickers.

And I just ordered new Get Jazzed stickers

to have at the games.

And they are here.

And so it's the Clydesdale playing the

saxophone, Get Jazzed.

Parasite lettuce was fake.

Indeed, Meg.

I could do a lettuce wrap.

I could put the tacos in a lettuce

wrap.

Maybe that will hold it together when we

shoot it from the gun.

Yes,

you can give some to Jamie to bring

back.

I can.

What else do we have?

I got to pack still.

I haven't even started.

My flight leaves tomorrow at seven a.m.

How many of you wait until the last

minute to pack?

From my understanding,

Joseph packs like seven days prior and

then changes his mind every day leading up

until the trip.

So he has to repack every day for

seven days.

See, I don't do that.

I wait until a couple hours before my

flight, throw all my shit in the suitcase,

and off we go.

Meg, don't talk about packing.

Jacqueline Robertson is doing laps at the

Salt Lake City Airport for a bit of

exercise during her layover.

That's the way to get it done.

I'm with you, Mark.

I'm with you.

About an hour before,

I'm convinced I have to wait until I

use my toiletries before I start.

That's the problem.

What if I need it before I have

to leave?

My husband waits until like midnight

before a five a.m.

flight.

That's where I'm at right now, Meredith.

I bet Joseph lays everything out on the

bed, double checks it,

then packs it Marine Corps style.

I still do that.

Scott,

maybe it's your time to put your hat

in the ring to be on the CAC.

Not sure CAC accomplishes much,

but at least you can take our concerns

directly to the CrossFit brass.

Here's the problem, Avera.

I'm not an athlete.

I'm not a CrossFit athlete,

and it's a council for CrossFit athletes.

I'm just a lowly media member.

Joseph agrees.

Clock cutter got it.

He lays out everything,

packs it seventeen times.

I've had to buy double everything for my

work trips,

including a curling iron or else it's too

hot to pack.

Yeah.

Or you go with straight hair for your

trip.

They need a CMC, CrossFit Media Council.

I think that's the last thing CrossFit

wants.

They have a big,

long list of things they want to

accomplish,

and way down six rungs below the bottom

thing on the list is let the media

have a say.

Meg says,

Seventeen times is an understatement.

Seema, I'm trying to find an acceptable,

except acceptable suitor.

I look, I,

I like to look my best on planes

and less unlike people who wear pajamas.

I love pajamas on a plane.

Just kidding.

My daughter got a date on a plane.

She was flying home from Montana,

had to sit by a guy.

They started chatting,

and they went out on a date.

I was flabbergasted.

Well, this gives me hope.

There you go.

It can happen.

I've seen it with my own eyes.

I guess the question is,

does the NFL get into social media

bickering matches with an ESPN analyst?

Yes.

Twitter is savage in the NFL.

and the analysts come back just as hard

as they do in CrossFit.

What I missed, Daniel,

you're just getting here now?

We talked about flow and how awesome it

is right off the top of the show,

and you missed your opportunity.

Jay Birch bringing up the Mark Sanchez of

it all.

Only when they fight a truck driver.

That wasn't even social media.

That was real life.

And he's going on trial in a couple

months.

Keeps getting delayed.

I don't understand that process, but...

Dang.

All these people coming in late.

What,

were you watching the Masters on Flow

Elite?

Oh, wait.

You can't.

You son of a biscuit.

It's time to officially change the time of

the live to fit my schedule.

We are here to serve you, Daniel.

All right.

Well,

I guess I got to go contemplate packing

for the next few hours.

I did last thing, little mini riff here.

I remember when your checked bag was like

thirty bucks.

Then it went up to thirty-five.

And if you had a second bag,

it was like forty, forty-five.

If I want two bags,

it's a hundred dollars now.

A hundred dollars to take two bags with

me.

Two bags.

I was going to take some podcasting

equipment so I could do some shows from

the hotel, do all that kind of stuff.

The hell with that.

I am taking one bag and that is

it.

I'm fitting as much as I can.

If it don't fit, it don't go.

It is forty five dollars for the first

bag.

Fifty five dollars for the second bag.

Total of one hundred dollars.

Jay Burch in here throwing misinformation.

They are filming the run, Jay Burch.

The recap will air at twelve twenty

pacific time.

That is three twenty eastern,

two twenty central, mountain one thirty.

There you go.

So they are filming it.

They're just not broadcasting it live.

It's forty five now standard for one.

If you do it online,

you get five dollars off.

I did it online, Ortega.

I checked in today.

I paid my forty five bucks.

I didn't get no five bucks off.

It must be a special for guys that

have cool mustaches.

Because I didn't get it.

I probably need to do that.

I paid off all my credit cards and

don't want to deal with them anymore,

but maybe I have been traveling quite a

bit and I need to get that.

Uh,

we gave check bag and carry on with

all my equipment and a backpack.

Yeah,

I'm taking a backpack and one check bag

and getting in what I can.

And there it is.

That's it.

Whatever I fit.

Whatever fits.

I think, Ortega, she lied to you.

event twelve is wrong though it goes

backwards in time what does that mean sema

i don't know what that means but you

know what

Speaking of five dollars off,

you know how you can get a discount

on the best recovery tool in the business?

Use Jazzy at checkout.

Get you fifteen percent off.

Go to thirdsy.com backslash Jazzy.

the best sleep and recovery tool in the

business.

That is one thing that is making it

into my bag is my thirdsy.

I am going to sleep like a baby

at the CrossFit Games.

Oh,

event twelve starts on the twenty fifth

and ends on the twenty fourth.

We're going back in time.

you're going to have to be waiting a

long time, Daniel.

Thirdsie money is good money,

but not that good.

Crap, I forgot to pack my thirdsie.

That should have been the first thing,

Meg.

First thing.

Yeah, the time infinity stone.

Daniel,

that's what Event Twelve is called.

Did anyone buy Flo?

I bought Flo.

And I'm going to be there live.

And I still bought it.

Oh, great.

Guess who's going to be grumpy?

Meg.

Meg.

I get to see her tomorrow,

and she's going to be grumpy.

All right.

With that, guys,

I'm going to head out of here.

Hitting a plane tomorrow,

so I'll be in the air during our

normal show time.

I'll try to go live tomorrow night and

do something live from the hotel or from

the games or something.

We'll figure it out.

And just do a quick recap of what

I've seen, what it looks like there,

the vibes.

And then from there,

I don't know what the schedule is going

to look like the rest of the week,

but we'll try to get some stuff in.

so with that hope you guys have a

great week go check out the masters

athletes when it goes live at three twenty

or god it'll be six twenty here uh

in the evening and uh with that i

hope everybody has a great week don't

forget your thursday don't forget to like

call.

heat.
