Welcome back to the Spiritual Awakening podcast, which today I'm very excited because we are entering season three of the podcast that is two beautiful years completed of offering up one episode every week. And for this special podcast I have the beautiful Diane Clair with us. Diane is an author and a spiritual explorer whose life has taken us, taken her through some extraordinary experiences, from navigating difficult relationships and narcissistic abuse to profound personal loss, spiritual awakening, and rebuilding her life. She is the author of a book called A Girlfriends Guide to the Other Side, and her journey has opened her to the exploring deeper connections we have with ourselves, our own loved ones in spirit through astrology, tarot and divine guidance. What I love about these sort of spiritual awakening moments is sometimes you go through spiritual awakening with these, and other times they come with a crash bang where everything falls apart. Challenge us is us to the man and really makes us look at life in a whole different world. Diane, thank you for joining me and I'm so glad to have you here. Would you love to tell the audience, please, a little bit about you, and how did that spiritual awakening show up for you the first time? There. Hi. Hi. I'm so excited to be here. So excited to have met you. And to be continuing this conversation that we started briefly. But again, my name is Diane Claire. I just published A Girlfriends Guide to the Other Side Reclaiming Your Mind, body, and soul After Narcissistic Abuse, divorce, and relational Trauma. And I started my journey with healing from profound loss. Um, about a little over a decade ago. And it was through that healing journey that I really woke up. I, I'd always been connected to angels. I've always collected angels. I lost my twin sister and a tragic car accident. Over 45 years ago. And I've always believed she was my angel. And then my day job as a flight attendant. Working in the skies, helping people get through their own. I don't know, fear, I guess flying, I was always able to calm people and tell them, don't worry, I have angels. So you're with me. We'll be safe. And I thought that was a beautiful combination of my loss. But being able to calm other people without them knowing why I say those things. And I found myself single after a 35 year so-called marriage, I was married. He was not. Came to find out, devastating me, um, at age 58. And suddenly I had to file bankruptcy to keep my daughter in her home before we lost the foreclosure through her senior year. And not only the financial devastation, the identity, the identity of having been a wife, a mother. My baby was going off to college, so it was a grief journey all over losing my home, my community, where I was on the board of directors, and it helped with so many things and so many wonderful people. And I had to leave because he was done with me. And that it was it was a profound, excoriating experience. Is what I call it. Wow. That's a whole lot. I didn't realize that we had a little bit of common history in that, besides the narcissism. I grew up with a narcissistic parent, but I also lost a stepsister in a devastating car accident when I was 23, and that affected me profoundly, simply because I never knew her that much. I spent a few times with her. I only met her when I was like 18 years old for a couple of visits because she come to visit her dad, and we built a really strong connection and it was beautiful. But her loss was devastating in the way the family handled it. I went through this massive shock when I literally got asked, like or got told it should have been you instead of her. And after being blamed for everything in life, that was just the blowout for me. And it was another factor of an awakening that really showed me. I needed to work out what I tolerated in life and how I put up with certain aspects, and that was the start of the change. It still took another seven years before I finally cut off my mother and her husband, but she became a beautiful guide to me, and she opened up so much spiritual access that it took me a long time to realize who I was communicating with at first, but it was just so beautiful. And her energy and frequency is something that I cherish each and every day. And she's been gone now over 30 years and it blows my mind. Wow. Wow. Time doesn't heal, but it's funny. My sister, we were 24.5 to the day, so it was January 13th. It was literally our half birthday and she was in New Zealand and she had gone to collect strands of gotot, so she was halfway around the world. Wow. And I took that day off to help my mother. We were going to take care of her property and her animals for the month that she and her boyfriend were going to be gone. So the fact that it happened that far away, and then it was on the 13th and we were born on Friday the 13th together. We weighed £13 and 13oz, and we were born at 331 in the morning. So I've always thought the 13th were lucky. Until then, she she died and and that was. Once you go through that kind of loss chest, you know you're always waiting for the other shoe to drop. Uh, unfortunately, it is true. And you then start questioning everything. Is everyone safe and all the underlying trauma that associates with it? Plus navigating life in different ways. But, yeah, I feel for you. I think I feel that energy coming through, too. So I'm getting lots of tingles at the back of my head and the love that she's sending you. She she adores you. But that's. Love it. Because I, too, felt like you. Why not me? And for yours? It was for years. Why didn't he she take me? And it wasn't until I was in China. Beijing. I took my kids there over Christmas in 2007. I was supporting a special needs orphanage, and they took us to a non-denominational Christmas service. And it was I was sitting there in this service when all of a sudden it occurred to me, here I am doing doing good work. I'm supporting an orphanage and showing my children what what true, um, poverty but need looked like. And all of a sudden, that's when spirit came to me and said, this is why you're here, Dianne. You're here because you do these kinds of things, and we need you to do this. And isn't that the most beautiful thing I like? I've questioned lots of reasons for being here after so much of my traumatic background, but to be where I am today, and to know how I'm showing up and what I'm producing and helping and changing this world, absolutely. Our soul chooses this, how we work through it and what we're doing with it. And I love seeing other people do that the same way. After your divorce and understanding the relationship that you had with your husband, what was the biggest wake up call about the narcissism? I know I never recognized it in my parent until I stepped away. I just knew that I was blamed for everything, and nothing I ever did couldn't match up, and it didn't matter how I showed up. It was just never good enough. And as I stepped further away that I really understood it. I didn't even know the term the first time that I had it. But as the empath, it's the natural progression of the relationship. My biggest wakeup call about moving away from my mother was I started to exhibit narcissistic behavior, and I hated it. I hated it in her and I hated it even worse when I started to become it. And one of my big voices or ways of expression was I was never turning into my mother. There was no way I was going to become like that. So how did that wake you up and shift the way that you saw the relationship yourself and who you become, or the identity that you encumbered during that time? Well, that's a really good question because when I started my or was going through my tsunami, as I called it, there wasn't anything really published on on narcissism or what it was. And I had a girlfriend going through a similar shake up in her marriage who first gave me some clues as to that word, and I started researching it. And so I say I did a deep dive. Then I spent ten years doing getting my PhD in psychopathy. After the way he treated me with no empathy, no remorse. I had invested all my inheritance into him and his business, and he was taking me through bankruptcy. But it's been a steady progression of learning and education through initially YouTube videos. Doctor Les Carter was, um, early now Doctor Ramani, and then now there's more published. And it even got to the point where I see now my mother, my mother has been so critical of me. I've been the scapegoat all my life, and it's gotten worse in her life. Last years year, she's been really brutal, and I put everything on the back burner to be there for her and my remaining sibling on earth. Joseph, who is an angel, he's special needs cerebral palsy and and she's just now cut me off. So I've seen the profound effect of my two most important relationships as my husband and my mother. Both. Have treated me like dirt. Um, to be kind. All my life. And I've never been enough. And that's what I've always been. I'm a giver and an empath, always giving away too much of myself because of that. So I learned, I think, the Facebook group, too, initially, because there were other women who were saying that they were seeing these tendencies, and then there were over 70,000 women in this one group. And that's when I, I started in exile, starting to write because I'm Catholic. I didn't sign up to get divorced. I didn't sign up for all this infidelity. That's not who I am. But there was a show on that was a Girlfriends Guide to Divorce, and I watched it and I'm like, no, that that doesn't resonate. But a girlfriend at work told me, oh, honey, you've just got to get to the other side. And so I thought, well, what's the other side? I'm going to have to write a Girlfriends Guide to the other side. And that was literally ten years ago when I first thought that. Little did I know I'd come through with it. And I love that. It's quite ironic to me in many ways, but it's also very synchronistic that you never know. People don't realize how many people are going through similar things. You never know until you start recognizing it for yourself or or seeing it. And then all of a sudden everyone comes out of the woodwork. Everyone is having that same interaction, and it's much more like relevant and normal than we realize. And when you're going through it, it's so hard when there is no one out there. There is no support system, and there's no one to help you navigate the ups and downs, the hurdles or to get through that other side. And that is one of the things I love about Facebook and communities on it, and connecting with people and the coaching industry in itself, as different ways to navigate through, to support each other and to help you see that it doesn't have to last, you will get through it. And there is something on that other side. With you. The other side are his creation. Yeah. And that's the best part about it is we do create the world around us. When you get to the other side, I feel that you're more consciously creating than unconsciously creating. And there's a greater awareness of manifestation and desire, and I love that aspect. So when you look at the other side, what are some of the key factors that shifted in your own identity and how you perceive that part of your life? Because I know one of the big things, we can't deny it happen. We have to find peace in alignment with it. How did that help you become more aware of who you are today? That's a really good question. The first couple of things I, I experienced was going from solo to sovereign is what I call it now, helping other women do that. But I had to look at I was always part of a team and a team in a marriage. A team in my job is very much team oriented. We had built a company around teamwork and solo was was really a challenge. But once I became focused on researching the travel I was doing, I was able to start flying Rome right after this happened. And so I got guidebooks and went to churches, and I really found my own path to exploring and found out I just love. I'd love adventure, and I'd love to go meet new people and go new places. And that's empowering. When you when you find the courage to go by yourself, let alone to sit in a restaurant and and eat a meal by yourself. But it it takes some, some healing to get to that. But all of those are baby steps. And then and I've always loved flowers and gardening and, uh, I got to take some classes, I took some watercolor classes, and I paint flowers and that these are things nobody told me. No. And that's the best part. There is no one to know. You know, you talk about that healing journey. What are some of the healing methods or modalities that you work through? Initially, that was tough. I, um. Deepak Chopra was the only person back then who was doing meditation, and I found I my heart was racing all the time. I have a hard time turning my brain off. I was in rumination for a good long time, so I started listening to meditations I used. I just listened to your podcast on crystals. I started using crystals, essential oils. I've always exercised, I like yoga, I've always done those types of things. But I really worked on finding peace and calm and quiet and to to tone my nervous system down, which I think that we're all kind of realizing these days that this hyper busy schedule is not good for us. So that and travel, like I said, is really healing to me. And just going to art, I love art, I like to ride. I don't know a lot, but I just, I know that I love color and beauty and flowers and I choose to surround myself with that, create my own life. I love that. And the other thing I love is the your shirt, that beautiful fuchsia color. That's the Archangel Joe feel right? And she's the archangel of beauty. And she creates all those petals, all those beautiful, intricate details of flowers. So when you're painting in that artistry, she's the archangel for that. And as you talk about it, the glow behind you that I can recognize in your auric field as she stands there to bring that beauty through. If I could describe the feeling of how that flows through me to you is phenomenal, and it is exactly what you're doing. And she helps us like she creates all the sunsets or the beauty or the like, the watercolors and everything. She would help you mix all the colors and everything. And it's that expression of beauty, of self. When we start to see beauty outside of ourselves is when we really start to understand the beauty inside of ourselves. And many people struggle with that to see their own love. But you literally can't see love or recognize great things in others until it does exist within you. That is just the cohesion of the soul. It does not understand what it doesn't own. So that's why a lot of empaths don't recognize the narcissist. They don't have it within them to recognize that attribute behavior or. Energy and frequency. Every time I learn and grow more to understand how it all flows through us, it fascinates me as the energy and how people get exactly what they need when they don't realize it. And that's why these archangels are so important to me, and to see you talk about that, and then to watch her evolve behind you. I'm hoping some people can see it on the video, but and then as I said, I feel that energy flows through me. She loves what you're doing, but I also even love the aspect of how you talked about the angels on the airplanes and helping travelers through. As someone who I love flying and I have seen many people that don't, but having that right person as the flight attendant or the guide through that journey is massive. And I don't believe in coincidence. So your angels have diverted you to that career as one pathway through, and this is now where you're heading for the other pathway. How did being a flight attendant, being of service to many people around the world, help guide you in how you show up as that leader, healer, and coach today? That's a really great question to chat. I'm not scared to talk to people, and I know I can engage people in conversation because I'm interested. I'm more of a listener than a talker. I. This is really all new for me. I've never put myself first in it, never in the photos. Of course, I was always the one taking the photos, but because I can, I can see a need and I can engage somebody with where they're at just by I. I'm sure it's intuition. And, you know, my middle name is Claire, so I have obviously some clarity and spelled that way too. I always wondered, why don't I have an E on my end on my name like everybody else, but I, you know, I guess I'm Claire sentient or. Yeah. Um, I think I have those gifts, but I didn't realize it. I, I'm calming to people. I've been told I took a leadership role in my company as a purser, as an onboard leader for over 20 years, because I like to put together a team and inspire people, and that's helped me. Now I'm creating community in a sisterhood of women who are recovering from this horrific abuse. And she says, it took me a long time to realize that it was abused because, no, he never hit me. But when I added up the financial abuse, the emotional abuse, the sexual abuse, obviously, then I realized, you know what? We're a new generation. We're recognizing we deserve to be treated better. And as empaths, we think it's all our fault. I thought I was just this horrible human being until I showed up at work. And that's another reason I've chosen to help other women, because I had that job to go to while I was going through my dark night of the soul. I had a uniform put on, places to be people who needed me, and also people who knew me and respected me. And a lot of women don't necessarily have anything like that. And that's a big factor in the community and the collective energy that you have around you of that support network. And I love that you're creating this sisterhood for someone who's going through the subtle removal from that narcissistic relationship, whether they're fully left or even thinking of leaving or starting to acknowledge and see the narcissism in their life. How would they find you, recognize you, and what would you offer them? To find solace so that they can make that choice, to find their sovereign selves. Well, I provide a lot of education through my website, which is rising like the phoenix.com, and I have a lot of blogs. I've written a lot on the different steps of going through this abuse, leaving an abusive relationship, feeling that type of thing. And that's all free. On my website, you can sign up for my five Steps to Reclaim Your Life, which is also free. It's a small guide. I also have, um, a mentorship. I do one on one coaching as well, and you can just book a clarity call with me at Rising Like the Phoenix. Com or email me at Diane at Rising Like the Phoenix. You can find me the books on Amazon. And it is truly a guide for women, because a lot of a lot of us didn't necessarily have all the knowledge of the finances. Or where do we start over when your life has been leveled to the point that they take everything, including any self-esteem that you had or thought you had, and it's gone. You're starting from square one and having somebody to hold your hand is great. I highly recommend a therapist who's educated in this, and education on these personality disorders is huge. It helps you understand Shaz, and see yourself as someone. Once I recognize the good qualities that I had, I thought, wow, I like myself. I want to be around people who are kind and loyal and thoughtful and. Interesting. So like attract light. So that's why I'm creating a community. Because that's who I want to be around. It's a rough world out there. It sure is. And that's why I have my own communities and helping people through that spiritual awakening journey for me. A lot of people extricating themselves from those type of relationships. Now, it can be your spouse. It can be your parents, can be your children can be colleagues, can be co-workers can be friendship. It doesn't. It's not restricted to just love. Relationships with this energy and frequency shows up, and many of us struggle to get out of it and find ourselves again because we're so programmed and trained to believe their opinion of us and underneath it. One of my big pains that I feel when people, or especially women, come to me and they tell me that they're not enough because they've always been told that. But when I ask them what is enough, they can't even describe it, and they don't recognize the beautiful essence of what they are. Everyone has an amazing gift of self, of who they are, and we're all unique, and we need to recognize all of that within ourselves. Empowering women is so important along that journey, and having people like you to support them as they navigate these hurdles is it makes my heart sing, and it makes me feel that we can actually make the world a better place altogether. How many different women have you found along this journey that you feel are that true sisterhood and what made them unique to you? Well, I couldn't quantify that, but I do know when I sat down to write the book, I had a group of probably a dozen 15 women who I call my three sisters who had gone through a similar lot. Not nothing was really the same as mine, but I asked them what they wished they'd known. And they are my three sisters. And there's a survey in the back of my book as to what I asked them and and what their answers were, and to in terms of do they think they've healed? What do you wish you knew? What were the red flags? Um, just and along the way, since I started all this writing, I, I meet women all the time in my industry, unfortunately, who are because we're caretakers. We are first responders. And a lot of us have been through relationships where we've been the givers and we've been involved with takers. So I just worked with somebody who's in a trauma bond the other day, and that's all I can do is offer support and. Teach them what I know and help them. Help them take the next right step. As what I said. And I had sisters who did that for me. And I quote them in my book. Um, one in particular just told me to do the next right thing when you don't know what to do. What, whatever it is. That's right. So I did create a mini course too. So I got a digital course online that's, you know, just self-paced and somebody can sit down with that nominal nominal fee for that. And if you take the time and journal, do your writing document how you're feeling and what you're going through, because, you know, when you come back to that, you'll see later how far you've come. But also it helps you process. That was was huge for me in many, many cases. Absolutely. Journaling is one of the most. Amazing gifts. I think in the world. I tell people about it all the time, I value it. It changed my world in the way you see perspective of what it is, and especially at the beginning. So I went through hundreds of journals, it feels like, and I have bookshelves full of them everywhere of different aspects of growth. So the brain dump of getting all the feelings out of expressing because you don't really know what you're feeling until you do start writing about it. And it's even more clarifying for me than talking to someone else about it, seeing those words flow on the paper and allowing that frequency to process. And that is the simplest way that you can move the energy through to start that part of the healing journey. And years later, when I look back at some of them, I eventually burned them because the energy and frequency was so released. And that was the final let go. It was like the bubble popped out and the freedom from it was like mind blowing, because all the darkness has to find a way out. That final release was like the culmination of the shadow work and understanding that this all happened. There's no denial that it happened. But I was so gracious now, and I'm so loving of self, of how empowered I become through it. And that's the part that I love about it. And it's part of even my own new book. There's a shadow journal aspect for each of the archangels to help you see different things of each one, how they can help you through areas of your life. So seeing someone else talk about these, and especially in recovering from narcissistic abuse, the trauma is profound. I got diagnosed with PTSD from all my traumas. I was in complete denial. I had no idea. Because we are trained to believe any knowledge, and it's quite common in society to say abuse is physical, right? First, abuse is mental and emotional and let alone the financial coercive control and all of that information. That's what set me on the pathway of understanding how all of those emotions held within the body, and my belief that they're all linked to the disease that we create. In your own depth of healing. What was the big wake up call, the big emotion that caused you the most? Were there any health problems or the most structural change? For me, anger and guilt ruled me and they caused massive problems in my life. Did you have anything specific that you dealt with and how did you walk through that? Sure. Many of us come up with, well, I'm sorry, um, wind up with autoimmune disorders. And many of my sisters said I personally had psoriasis, and I still battle that. And that came on early on, probably almost 40 years ago when we were starting a company together and which I was funding and I was trying to fly. I had little kids work full time in the office, and it started with a little patch, and it got to the point where it covered my body, and I didn't even want to go out in public. And that was the first time I went to a therapist, because I figured it had to be something internal. And the first thing he said he wanted to know about my relationship with my mother, which back then I'd be like, oh, well, you know, she doesn't have anything to do with me. I, you know, I don't have a relationship with her because I'm, I'm not valuable to her. But I didn't realize back then so that that's what I've dealt with. I have scoliosis and and that's just. That's something that I've dealt with my entire life, and it's gotten worse. It's hard on the job, but that was not created by that. Um, but I would say most of my, um, my three sisters wound up with something. Um, from losing hair to ceasing their menses to there's a myriad number of illnesses that they came down with, and and we all wind up with PTSD. I define that I, I learned what that was when I was doing my research. Oh my God. Yeah. And when the professor diagnosed me with it, I was doing a case study with a bunch of men in the room because I ended up after my nan died. I had a bad experience with my mother at the funeral that I won't go into, but it impacted me so badly, I ended up with a hiccup system like hiccup spasm. Sorry. So, you know, you get the hiccups and you have that spasm. I had that without the sound 24 hours a day for ten months. Wow. It drove me nuts. Or would it would say I was going to the doctors. They couldn't work it out. As well as that. I had a head of nausea. So every other day I would get up and I would throw up, and my body was going through all this rejection and I couldn't work it out. And I got referred to a psychologist. They couldn't work it out. Then this professor was doing a study out of Westmead Hospital and asked me to go sit in it, and they were videotaping you talking about your experiences, and I didn't realize different things I would talk about. The spasms would get worse and my body would like, like have this panic attack without sound or all the things. And afterwards we went out of the room and I said to him, sir, I don't understand why I'm here. I don't have anything in common with these people. This does not make sense to me. I said, what is even this study about? He says, I'm studying PTSD. How fun! What are you talking about? Like, isn't that like war disease? And he says, yeah, that's what most people think it is. People that go to war get it. And I said, then, I've not been to war. I've not even had any drama. And he goes, you have so much trauma. These gentlemen in here have been to Vietnam, and you have worse PTSD symptoms than they do. Wow. He said, you don't even realize you're scared of your own shadow, and you don't acknowledge it, because the sounds would make me jump and my body would react and I flinch because I was in such survival mode. I was like, I wonder, I didn't have, like it was a form of anxiety and stuff. I just lived in total denial. I was like, no, I don't have nothing. Nothing's wrong with me except this spasm. And it's only from that that I went through spiritual healing, come to understand it. And that was it was all about rejection of self and not swallowing and accepting what was said and done. And it was from a comment that my mother made that just was the big trigger of it all. And it was through that awakening that I started to realize that our body holds us all. We show up with all our emotions and everything like that. Back when I was 23, I was diagnosed with rheumatism, which is an autoimmune. And I just said to the doctor, no, not having it. Hell no. And he goes, this does not go away. And I'm going, no, get me another opinion. I went to another doctor. He wanted to do an operation on my pituitary gland. I said, I'm not doing that either. I said, you just need to fix this. And I got better. And to this day, they still can't describe. I've had mystery symptoms and mystery illnesses that were just the body talking to me that weren't actually full on disease. But I recognized that as disease. And when I researched it, I didn't understand what it was because I thought he was talking about rheumatoid arthritis, and I wasn't having that either. But I lost the use of my left arm for over six months. I just I used to drive a car in your car with an elbow. So many wrong things. It wasn't funny, but yeah, and it was just like, no, I'm not doing this. And that's when I started to learn that with your soul, we are in control. We are sovereign beings. And you can say, I don't accept this. And. I have witnessed and seen many women overcome autoimmune or cancer that you never come back from. Through mindset change, healing and and like encompassing and embodying all of their soul and and their mission on earth. As you grow and change and you heal more, how much better is your body responding to those views? Oh, and my psoriasis is almost gone now. And and that's because I, you know, my mother has cut me out of her life, um, just in the last couple of months because I made her look bad by helping my brother. But the stress level has gone down. I it's my skin is healing up and I've gone through waves of that. But I think what it's important to make the distinction that complex post-traumatic stress disorder is different because it's gone on for such a long period of time, and that's why it come out of the military, because people were exposed to trauma for such a long period of time. I have a family member who's experienced a severely from being imprisoned, and it's horrendous to watch that. But once removed and with right medication and somatic healing and all the practices that we've talked about here, we could we can really overcome that. My I'm probably in the best health that I've been in in years. I just did blood work and my biological age is 60 and I just hit 70. So I'm I'm feeling pretty good about that right now. I wish I didn't have back pain, but that I can't change. But no, the healing has been. Has been marvelous. And that's been the best. After all these years, it's been a long, long, traumatic struggle. Uh, but I'm in the right place. And I was led to this. And that's what we all need to understand. You'll get those prompts. And I was led to do this, and I knew I had to create an exit strategy from my current physical job. And I knew I was supposed to help women with what I went through, and that's all I knew. So it's just been a path. And the right people, such as yourself and some of our other community, have been placed in my path every step of the way. And I believe in my heart that I'm I'm here for this reason and it's needed. Unfortunately. That's the only unfortunate part about it, is the need to help people get through this sort of thing. And I'm the same. I have been guided here. I, I literally can't do it. One of my big things when I'm coaching and working with women and we start talking about what do you want to do with life? Everyone out there wants to win lotto or have $1 million. And my first question to them is that when you win that money, what are you going to do? And half of them still don't know. Everyone equate money to freedom and the ability to do anything. I can honestly tell you, even with over $20 million, I would still do this work. I would still show up the same way. The only thing I would do differently is bigger, because I would have more resources to be able to do it even better. You do get led to this way and. I had no idea that you were 70. You look amazing for 70 years old. And anyone out there who thinks you can't come through this. If Diane wrote her book ten years ago, she started at 60. There is no like. A lot of women get to the stage where they have long term marriages, and then they and unfortunately, all they stayed together for children and then they become lost in their life. Well, like I'm 50 or 40 or 30 year olds nowadays. Oh, my God, I'm going through menopause. Life is over. It is never too late. There is always time in your soul. Knows what it wants to do. I believe whatever your calling is, whatever your mission or purpose, it doesn't matter how many years it takes, your soul will get you there eventually. It will always lead you back to it. So whatever feelings you have inside, whatever you're pulled to do, put it out there, speak it into existence, and then ask the universe to show you that tribe of women. Diane showed us that she had this beautiful tribe around her, and it just grows more and more every day. People are willing to support others. Women especially support more women. The older we get, the wiser we get. We look at it and don't compete anymore because we realize there are so many avenues available to us and we all have different perception and energy, attraction, energy. So yes, we've been through similar things. I can't say I had a narcissistic husband because I've not been married, but I do have the narcissistic parents, so your perspective will attract that tribe of people. Mine and yours can attract some of the same tribe of people. There are over 8 billion people on the planet. We don't need to worry about, oh my God, so-and-so still is still my client. If we collaborate, if we don't co work and share the same message, a collective energy reaches many more ears than a single voice. And like all and that's why I created this podcast, was to share the many collective energies of people, their gifts in the way their spiritual essences show up. Because I do believe our soul is the most important part of humanity. How we nurture it, how we take care of it, and where it guides us. It is always guiding us to where we're meant to be and how you listen to that. And I love to see that yours sent you down this pathway. And I love watching. You. I. I know we've only just met, but the energy and frequency of watching and seeing what you're saying, and I can feel the impact around it. Like, just shows me more confirmation that this is exactly what I meant to be doing, why and how I want to show up in the world. And that networking group is full of fascinating women like that. So if you're out there and you are struggling through these relationships, whether you're at the beginning, the middle or the end, there are many people out there willing to help you reach out, ask for assistance, search online, or come and find what you need. But your story has a voice too, and you need to be heard in your own way. I believe every experience we go through only ever happens to us so we can teach, help, or see someone else through a similar journey to make the pathway easier. What is the biggest lesson or the biggest gift that you like to tell people who really think that they're never going to get through it? Mhm. Well, I think in sisterhood together we can support one another and it's never too late. It's just time to settle down. Make a plan. Decide where you want to be. And let's design your flight path. You can get there. You can do it. And there's all of us here to help support you along the way. And and reach out. You do need a team. You need a good crew. We need a good crew. And surrounding yourself with the right people will help you overcome anything. To heal, rise, thrive and fly is what I say. So let's rise up together and support one another and we can fly to our next destination. I love that, and it is so powerful to realize that every moment is the beginning of a new destination. Every day you have the opportunity to hop on a new plane and totally relocate wherever you want in this world. All you have to do is wake up and take a step and do that by surrounding yourself with quality people. Know you're not alone. We're never alone in this world. Spirit is always there to help us. Your soul is always assisting you, and there are plenty of assistance around the world if you just look for it and are. How can people get your book? So it's on Amazon in your website, because I feel a lot of women probably need these guides for a couple of friends that I know are going to want it as well. So what is the best place they can get a copy of your book? Amazon is the best because it's print on demand. It's only been out a year and I am having my virtual launch on 1111, uh, in the US. Yeah. So I think it's a different day as mine is the day after yours. And so I'm going to be doing a live interview. Um, if anybody would like to reach out again through my website, but I can I don't know how to put the link in here. I'm. I'm just. I'm I'm old, honey, I'm learning all this technical stuff, but to put the link in the chat, is there a chat? But I can certainly send you the link. Yeah, we'll gather all the links and they'll be in the show notes, so that is not a problem. And I love the fact I was told very clearly that my book launch had to be on 1111. And I got, I got asked yesterday by someone, there's a local bookstore doing a launch in November. And they said, are you going to have it at this place? And I said, no, that's not my one. And there's a lot of people doing a lot of stuff on the 1111 this year. I love the frequency of it because it is the true awakening code. It is the way people change. When you see the numbers 1111, that is your soul waking you up to show you more about what's going on within you. And it is always for me, the start of that spiritual awakening process. Not everyone that goes through a spiritual awakening has to go through the dark night of the soul. It's up to you how you navigate the journey. If you are stuck or blocked. Not sure what to do? Reach out and have a chat. We both have free clarity calls if you want to talk to us. Come have a conversation. We are more than happy to connect with you. Diane, thank you for your wisdom. Thank you for this knowledge and chat. It has been beautiful and I'm so happy to share exactly what you can do and how you can help. Because as I said, I have a lot of people that come to me going through those abusive relationships, and I even love how you said that. There are true tips about how to deal with even finances and things. One of the biggest heartaches that I ever witnessed was a family member who lost the husband early, and they always took care of the bills, and it was never in a bad way. But they just did that because that was what was done back in the day. And when they passed, they were left with no idea literally how to how you bill, write a check or do anything that mattered. And this is something that I looked at it and thought, that's like not reality. And it happened like a good 40 years ago, right? So it was happening back then. It still happens today. There are women out there who have handed over that control. I have the opposite of I also have helped some men because one person looked after it. Said the wife took care of all the bills they just handed over the paycheck, and then when they go, they don't know what to do with it. They don't understand it because they've just never taken it on board. And it's not a one way street. And the other message, I just do want to get out there is there are so many people thinking narcissism is just a male trait because a lot of them have it through their personal relationships. It's not. Men can suffer from narcissistic abuse with women as well. Women with women. Mine from my mother. That is where most of it came from. And you experienced that then? The double whammy. I did have a minor narcissistic relationship when I was younger. I got out of it quite early, but I was adamant I was not repeating those same mistakes. But it doesn't necessarily have to be even looked at like that mistake. They were lessons that I learnt and I learnt mine well, so I didn't want to go back into it. And trust me, as hard as you're being on yourself, be gracious as well. You never know what you never know until you know it. And as an empath, and to become stronger in your healing ability, your compassion, your kindness, you can't really be kind or you don't get taught to be these beautiful aspects of self and have these wonderful traits unless you learn what they're not, and that learning of what they're not is never a hardship. And it's never something we want to deny, blame, or be ashamed of. Your survival. It's time to thrive. Everything I need is inside of you. There's much help out there. Seek out. Ask for assistance. And when you're ready. Just know everything you want will come your way. Beautiful. Shaz. Thank you so much for your. Your message. Your energy is phenomenal. It just flows from you. And I see the same illumination behind you. So thank you very much for this opportunity to reach your audience. I look forward to many more chats. Me too. And I'm so excited. And I think one of the things I may end up doing is because we have had so many people in this beautiful networking community. I might even do like a group chat of Q&A sort of things, and share some of the wisdom in different ways that we all navigate the same thing, because perspective is everything. And I'm I tell people I'm not. I don't have all the answers, but I love having this network of people that I know. Certain frequencies work with certain frequencies, and certain people come with certain people. And knowing who to share for what aspect is part of the greatest part of this community that I'm creating? And I do love each and every guest, and I love seeing how they show up in the world and what they're offering. So thank you for being who you are. I have loved every minute of this and everyone.
