I don't know if you heard,

but I got the second best wingman in

the business.

We're number two.

We're number two.

We're number two.

Let's go.

from the gym to the screen yeah we

cover it all midday motivation every time

you press call lunch with the Clydesdale

cowboy bring the heat what is going on

everybody welcome to lunch with the

Clydesdale

The second best podcast in the space.

Number two tries harder.

Yes.

Yeah.

One of the rental car companies had a

commercial way back in the day.

We're number two,

so that means we try harder.

Was it that?

It might have been.

That has stuck with me.

That part of that has stuck with me.

I just can't remember who it was.

Number two tries harder.

I'm not going to Google it.

Yeah, I think it's Avis.

Hertz was number one.

Avis was number two, but they try harder.

I'm looking at a hold on.

Mark Phillips, since it's a current topic,

I have to ask MSG.

I just found out they did not.

No, they did not.

Yeah,

I got it confirmed by some people there.

uh one of my real good friends qualified

he won the whole he won our division

no he did not get tested he left

before uh uh podium ceremony because he

had to drive home so definitely didn't get

tested but either way no um the person

that told me confirmed it with me was

like well it wouldn't be fair

for them to be tested and then the

online people not being tested and all

that goes into my like there's sometimes

like i just go back to and i'm

like my mom always told me life ain't

fair hundred percent right this whole

fairness thing and and i'm probably going

to go off on a tangent and a

riff here today on this but

Like I've had people in the comments

telling me this season's fun.

This season's fun because it's all this

chaos and all this drama.

And,

and I've made all the arguments about

that.

The drama is good.

The real drama is gone.

Yeah.

The we're making up drama for this.

And all that keeps popping in my head

is we have become a participation trophy

sport.

I think Jay,

Jay Birch and I were on the exact

same wavelength.

We have become a participation trophy

sport.

We had the argument about what is right

for masters in person and love Shelly

young, love Larry young, but they're like,

well,

we got to come and participate and we

had a really good time.

Is that what you want your sport to

become?

And I've probably pissed off half the

people listening or whatever.

They'll be all right.

They'll get over it.

They're young yet.

That's what I feel about what this season

has become.

We want to guard against our best athletes

making it to the games,

about not getting to the games.

So we're going to give them ample

opportunities to make up for a bad

performance.

Yeah.

And like, what the hell is that?

That, that just in my head, it didn't,

it doesn't compute to me that that is

a sport.

Now you are now an exhibition.

Here's your favorite football team,

and they made the playoffs,

but they lost their first playoff game,

but it's okay because next week they can

play a different playoff game.

It's fine.

Still got an opportunity.

Yeah.

And if you want to go like individual

sports,

you lose in the third round of Wimbledon,

you don't get to go to the loser's

bracket and try to earn your way back

in.

Double elimination.

Double elimination.

triple elimination however many

eliminations you need until you get there

or we run out of events last chance

qualifier being the absolute last one

that's actually a really good analogy i

like that um uh larry young what's funny

is that's what i was saying about the

open

i don't think larry you and i are

ever going to agree on what the open

should be but in in one way i

do see what you're saying we're making the

open so so doable for so many people

you can say watered down it's fine it

is becoming but it's not just it's not

just weight it's high skilled gymnastics

So it's on both.

It's not just Larry's weight thing.

It's also high-skilled gymnastics are not

present anymore.

And I think... You know what I'm saying.

I do.

And even quarterfinals.

Quarterfinals did not ramp up to the level

that I would deem necessary.

Quarterfinals would have been a good open

in twenty eighteen.

Maybe it's the best of seven series.

At this point, he's not wrong.

At this point, he is not wrong.

But that does not happen in individual

sports.

No.

No.

My daughter's softball tournament this

weekend is double elimination.

She's eight.

Right.

So.

to counter argument cows and CrossFit is

the bracket.

The playoff bracket is a one and done.

How you determine that bracket matchup is,

is up to the sport.

But in that bracket, if you lose,

you are out of the playoffs.

That's it.

Full stop.

Um,

Watered down,

I think the Open is going to fall

into this style.

The quarterfinals has to be harder than it

was this year.

And I do understand where CrossFit is.

They're trying to get as many people to

sign up as possible,

but you only burn the house down to

make yourself better when you've failed.

When I did the Open,

there was no scale division.

There were many times I recorded a three

because I couldn't do the second movement.

But doggone it,

I worked my ass off on that movement

over the next year.

It's a different mentality now.

And I don't want to be the old

grouchy man in the front yard yelling at

the clouds,

but that's my role and that's what I'm

playing.

It makes sense.

It's a legitimate argument, I think.

Cousin CrossFit, I feel that way too.

I'm not the fittest,

but I'm confident that I can finish the

semifinal workouts.

And I'm assuming he's saying in the

Masters division.

Yeah.

He might not be the fittest,

but his mustache is on point.

Shana, one and done for semis for me.

Online, if I don't make it,

I don't make it.

Same, Shana.

I was in person.

I was seven team spots out.

Okay, I'm not doing online this weekend.

I'm just not.

I don't know if I would do online

this weekend,

even if I didn't have my daughter's

softball tournament.

Blair says,

I only point out the heavyweight because

so many athletes don't want to max,

but a ton of good people didn't make

it.

Now when it's a participation sport,

because they didn't test harder in the

open.

Because super cardio people got through.

And they need to test cardio.

You need to test cardio.

But if you're going to test weight,

you need to test high-skilled gymnastics.

Handstand push-ups.

The Open has had...

When was the last time we did a

handstand push-up in an Open?

It's all wall walks now.

Don't get me started.

so it we have truly truly become the

participation sport every nobody can get

their feelings hurt nobody can it

literally this is like my worst nightmare

of sport oh you can't do the rx

okay well here's the the scaled version oh

you can't do the scaled version here's the

foundations version

So I would get it if CrossFit said,

hey, we're going to do the open.

To post a score,

you need to be RX.

But if you're going to use it as

a class workout, here's some alternatives.

Correct.

The foundations versions this year on the

score sheet was basically just make up

your own workout to be able to put

a score in.

Here's some options.

It's exactly what you just said.

Here's some options that you can do so

that everybody can participate,

moving right along,

make sure you get these people to sign

up so we can get some money pumping

through this thing.

We feel like Adam Sandler on the intercom

in Happy Gilmore.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Don't get me started on the getting

feelings hurt part thing.

That applies to more than just

competition.

There's a societal issue across the board.

Yeah.

I completely agree with you, Vicki.

But I just want to solve the CrossFit

problem with it.

But the societal issue is probably causing

the CrossFit thing.

I don't know.

It all kind of bleeds over.

Lito's doing the online and French

showdown, but in her defense,

the system is so messed up that when

I go to France,

I think I won't know whether I've

qualified online or not due to the video

review.

I get that.

Get out of my life, then.

I didn't mean that, baby.

I didn't mean to, baby.

That reminds me of the old SNL skit

when Tim Meadows played Ike Turner and

Kevin Nealon was like a version of Tina

Turner.

And Ike would go nuts and Kevin Nealon's

like all bashful and Ike's like,

I didn't mean that.

I'm so sorry, baby.

I didn't mean that.

No.

I'm sorry.

Come on.

Come on.

Wheels keep on turning.

Anyway, before we dive into other stuff,

I have to ask you a question.

If you don't want to answer it,

you don't have to.

Hit me with it.

So,

Hiller's been doing this thing about this

Masters athlete, Justin King.

And in the video,

it says he was a workout partner with

Brandon Luckett.

His gym was in Walker,

which is maybe thirty minutes,

thirty-five minutes,

maybe a little bit longer than that,

from Brandon's gym.

Yes, they did work out together.

Yes, I do know Justin King.

My issue with all of this is it's

not an...

I don't want to take away complete blame

from Justin King.

Sure.

But this is a CrossFit issue.

Oh, yeah, a hundred percent.

And probably even bigger.

It's more of a sports issue.

Yeah.

The rules for TRT in the Masters

division...

are ridiculous oh i have no idea so

so i had a guy on who popped

for testosterone served his band came back

competed there is acceptable levels and

they are really high oh

So I would never know as a master's

male,

you can test on the higher end for

TRT and there's no way to know if

it's, you made it yourself or if it,

you, it, the testosterone,

there's no way to know if you made

it yourself or if you synthetically put it

in your body.

That's one of the things Halo was talking

about.

And so, um, I just wanted to know,

you know, the guy, um,

is he a guy that would like just

throw caution to the wind and go all

in on this i'll put it to you

like this um people that know him would

probably that he is

Tendent to go in one direction in the

past couple of years.

And it's closer to the guys with the

butterfly nets and the jackets that zip up

in the back.

Okay.

Full transparency, please.

I mean, the video he made,

he was flat out saying that he's been

on testosterone for the past two seasons.

So it's kind of hard to...

take it anything less than his word when

that's what he's flat out telling

everybody and then the whole i mean i

got off before i went to the games

that doesn't make a difference you know

that's like i've been working on this

ferrari last ten years and just modifying

it but i stopped two weeks before the

race you know i mean it's still fast

and it's way faster than what it should

be because i've been taking the past ten

years but i stopped working on it right

before the race like kind of silly

You can test for exogenous.

Exogenous.

Double the dose, hope for the most.

No idea.

No idea.

So I just had to ask you because

I know you're tight with Brandon.

And, you know,

there's a picture of them working out

together.

That doesn't mean they were like all-in

training partners either.

No, that's an old-ass picture.

Right.

If you're taking TRT,

your epi test is low.

That's generally how they detect it.

Naturally,

they are about even if the body makes

it.

okay uh is it whoops not not the

right one yeah is it bad i'm kind

of jealous but getting stronger wouldn't

help my fitness larry young's a mountain

of a man fyi he is twice as

wide as i am and i am built

like a square it is absolutely insane um

let me let me do this right quickly

Luckin has a few athletes around him that

have popped or been banned.

I would love to know who you're talking

about.

I would really love to know who you're

talking about.

I mean,

plenty of Invictus athletes got popped

over the years.

Yeah, you can... And most...

And that can stick with a camp.

I know early on when the CrossFit New

England team got popped,

like that stuck to Bergeron for a while.

Justin also likes selling stuff.

He's digging clicks.

He's been doing that for a while.

It seemed to us at some point that

anybody that would give him some money to

do stuff, he was all in on.

Which, no power to him.

That's what you're doing.

Go for it.

Doesn't really bother me one way or

another.

He lives in his part of the state.

I live in my part of the state.

I don't wish bad stuff on anybody,

so there's that.

Um, it's too late,

but CrossFit needs to step in and take

away some of this guy's titles.

The problem is Daniel is he has no

titles.

Yeah.

He finished sixth at the games.

I think it was his highest.

Yeah.

And I think it was a year.

There was only ten.

That sounds right.

So, uh,

is it partially the economy of the Masters

division?

was just texting with mark moss earlier um

because mark knows him as well like we're

all everybody knows everybody down here

and mark was asking me about you know

he's like i mean you take a lot

of people's on that kind of stuff like

you know mark's gonna age up and be

a master next year i said i don't

necessarily think that the majority or but

i could definitely point some fingers in

some directions if i needed to

not hard to do all you have to

do all you have to do honestly was

come this weekend and look around do stuff

watch people warm up or not get out

there and just absolutely destroy stuff

and like i said dude i don't i

stay in my lane i do my thing

And every day I pray that I am

fit enough that somebody accuses me of

being on something or another so I can

go and test for them and show them

that most you're going to find is

caffeine, creatine.

It's about only two teens I even know

of.

I'll put it like this.

When you just told me what the TRT

guidelines are or whatnot,

that was news to me because I don't

even look into that shit.

All of it scares the ever-living shit out

of me.

Yeah.

Do you want to address the name that

popped up?

Uh, I would love to know what, what,

uh, what Joey did.

Joey doesn't actually compete anymore.

As far as I know,

he was writing a part of the,

some of the workouts, but I mean,

you said associates with like,

as we have a whole bunch of people,

we do not.

Um,

uh so the justin king was uh crossfit

stinks try my method turns out that's trt

Yeah.

He was one of the ones that he's,

he's one of the, the, uh, uh,

trained cross future.

And, um,

basically one of the guys that got burnout

because he was training six,

eight hours a day or whatnot.

And it was like, try my method.

It's way better after he stopped going,

you know, making it,

making runs at a lot of them.

I do not wish them any ill will.

I think they are.

absolutely wrong because you weren't doing

CrossFit.

You were training for the games.

There's two different things.

It's not the same.

And if you get burnt out on it,

cool.

That's on you.

Don't put that out there like it's

happening widespread to everybody because

it's not.

For Lucky,

you'd have to stretch back to the old

ShooFly team to really start connecting

dots, I guess.

But I mean, come on.

Let's reach in.

Freeze-dried reindeer and bison organs and

blood.

The old deer antler spray, the old... Oh,

yeah.

Yeah.

I got this deer velvet.

You know,

I got some horny goat weed and whatever

else.

And I feel fantastic.

Yeah, I bet you do.

I bet you do.

I take a combination of bear urine and...

Bear urine.

I got reindeer toenails and a couple of

rabbit's feet.

It's fine.

Not a big deal.

I think Ray Lewis said deer antler to

cover for something when he got popped.

Did Ray Lewis ever pop?

It depends on what kind of pop we're

talking about.

Because I don't think he ever popped,

drug-wise.

He came back from a horrific injury and

said deer antler spray is what brought him

back.

But I don't think anybody ever caught him.

Would you want to?

I'm not trying to get around Ray Lewis

and be like, accuse him of stuff.

That dude is insane.

And he is large, fast, strong, and scary.

Like all the things.

No thanks.

No, Ray.

You keep your antler spray.

You're doing fantastic.

Larry Young,

I'll be waiting on the cardio antler to

come out.

Yeah.

I don't know how many times a day

Larry says cardio.

I really, really do.

Yeah.

Larry wakes up at three o'clock in the

morning going, cardio, cardio.

Oh, cardio.

Hey, you know what?

He wouldn't wake up at three o'clock in

the morning if he had some thirdsy.

He'd be able to sleep all the way

through that.

He would.

I'm just saying.

And you can get thirdsy for fifteen

percent off.

Use code Jazzy at checkout,

get fifteen percent off.

And you can go to thirdsy.com backslash

Jazzy and get it that way as well.

You caught me so off guard with that

that I had to scramble.

I'm king of the Segway.

I got I got out Segway, man.

Oh, man.

When it when it when when it hits,

you got to hit.

His friend popped someone with a knife,

allegedly.

Now, that is true.

Yeah, so that's what I said.

It depends on what you're talking about,

about popped.

That is popped.

Yeah.

Yeah.

He had to go on trial because in

Georgia, the crime is if you know it,

witness it, and let it go,

you're just as responsible.

Ray Lewis had plenty enough money to let

that dude accidentally kill somebody for

him.

Speaking of things that won't ruin your

body after ten years of CrossFit,

it's better sleep.

It can only help.

So there's all that.

The one topic I did want to talk

about today that we just never seem to

get into is we had four events last

weekend.

Yeah, we did.

Is that too much?

And I say it in a way like,

should there be better coordination not to

like... Because I am...

I am an avid fan of CrossFit,

and I try to take in as much

as I can.

Sure.

That was too big a dose for me.

I would imagine so.

And if it's too big of a dose

for me, what are other people thinking of?

And now this weekend all we have is

online and no viewing capabilities at all.

Whatsoever.

Unless you go to somebody's gym and just

watch them do it on their own.

Just call up Jamie and be like, hey,

what are you doing?

When are you starting?

I'll be there in a little bit.

Just going to hang out.

Four in the weekend is a lot.

It's a lot,

especially when they're spread out like

they are, right?

One of them's in South America.

One of them's in South Korea.

One of them's in South Birmingham.

I don't even know if it was in

South Birmingham.

I just know it was in Birmingham.

And the other one's in...

the other ones in let's say south london

just for just for our guests it was

actually in north london but we can say

whatever we want we can say whatever we

want we're going to make it in south

london it's south london to me i wasn't

there i know somebody who was but that's

fine uh so you're looking at different

time zones

you know, different start times, blah,

blah, different variations.

Cause like they're all not,

everybody's not doing the same workouts by

any stretch of the imagination.

Not all, not everything was broadcast,

right?

Not everything was broadcast equally by

any stretch of the imagination.

So you can look at it either as

being spoiled for choice,

or you can look at it as being,

Holy crap.

This is the pilot mode.

CrossFit says not one event screamed,

watch me.

And I want to address that because,

and here I am,

old man on the front lawn again,

screaming at the clouds.

During regionals,

CrossFit took a proactive approach to mix

the regionals together on a weekend that

you had that like central east with over

in Asia.

right so you had like one top tier

along with a couple of the others that

may maybe weren't the big sell sure but

you didn't run central east and west at

the same time or california whatever right

because those were two of the epic battles

you didn't run europe with any of either

of those two no because europe was his

own thing at that point

right because so you had like every

weekend of the regional season you had one

flagship event that was must see and then

you kind of picked up the rest of

it and it made for a very pleasant

viewing weekend and it was done in three

weeks this is not going to be done

in three weeks

This is barely going to be done in

three months, much less three weeks.

If you look at it from when we

started with Mayhem all the way through

the last chance qualifier,

let's go with that, or the last,

I mean, hell,

the last Masters only event is in, what,

July?

I think it's end of June, but.

just soon be in july as far as

i'm concerned like i mean that's still a

long time from now like because i think

it's at the end of june yeah end

of june that's a whole bunch it is

the last event i believe yeah as far

as i as far as i can remember

it is uh and two to four different

streaming locations march madness works

because of the channels and the apps again

i've said this on the show i think

flow elite as an idea works better if

it has everything

And it's the one location you go to

for everything.

But we need one governing body over this

as a sport.

Whether CrossFit wants to license that out

to a governing body to do it or

do it themselves,

letting eighteen different people run the

season is not working.

For the casual or less than casual fan,

it's definitely not working.

If you're trying to actually keep up and

see what's going on and invested in a

season,

you are picking and choosing because

nobody's got that much time on the

weekend.

Unless you have no life and you're like,

I'm not doing anything this weekend but

watching CrossFit the entire time.

cool enjoy that when brandon texted me

saturday to say hey um you know when

you call me one of you when you

get a chance so we can recap what

happened i said what time is it there

he's like eight a.m and it was five

p.m here or something close to that like

four thirty five o'clock and i was like

holy smokes okay i had no idea right

so like they're not even getting started

till late afternoon for us

And then it's,

which heat are you watching,

if you're going to watch any of that.

London had already taken place at WFP

because they are six hours ahead of where

I am, for sure.

And then you got us,

and then I have absolutely no idea how

anybody would have watched Brazil because

I didn't know that was happening,

if I'm being completely honest.

We lost the window of going to YouTube

or a game site and finding it by

accident.

I don't disagree with going to a

third-party platform that has other sports

on it to maybe gain more casual fans.

But I get the concept.

I think YouTube and the game site is

specific for people who already love

CrossFit.

Yeah, that would make sense.

Vicky has no life.

Oh, and watches a lot of content.

She was even burnt out.

Sorry.

Slow on the read there.

Vicky just catching strays.

It's a whole thing, man.

Scott,

it's only a few thousand people that even

consume this amount of CrossFit.

Most don't even know about half of it.

But they did.

There was a time when you went to

the Central Regional in Nashville,

there was like three thousand people in

the stands and the streaming numbers were

higher.

We have lost viewers.

If you are losing viewership and ticket

sales,

that is a trend you don't want to

happen.

So all these people fighting that this

game season is better, look at the views,

look at the ticket sales,

and see that the trend is not in

the right direction.

Meaning,

if event organizers can't make the money,

we ain't gonna have it.

Larry, views used to be insanely higher.

I think the lack of one chance high

stakes also hurts it.

Had to watch regionals because it was a

win in and in or go home.

And I made this argument yesterday.

The Sam Briggs saga of twenty fourteen,

the games champion not making it back the

following year did not detract from the

games that season.

If nothing else, it adds to the drama.

It gave Camille LeBlanc-Bazinet her only

shot at winning the CrossFit Games.

Which she took, by the way.

Right.

Which she absolutely nailed, by the way.

But the drama that it ensued when she

didn't make it was all the talk for

a week.

Because it was an epic collapse that

none...

We're still talking about it twelve years

later.

There's still clips of, again,

we talked about yesterday, of Katrin...

at regionals failing and not making it.

Like there's still,

you can still watch that today and still

feel something from it for,

for her because she's just sitting there

crying.

She knows she's not,

she's not going to make it or didn't

make it.

There's a lot of,

they do a lot of those old clips

for the old documentaries about people who

didn't make it the year before and then

made it.

What's his name?

Boy athlete.

Finished second or third behind Matt in

sixteen.

Gosh, darn it.

Lucas Hoberg.

Lucas Hoberg.

He had not made the games the year

before.

Beat him out.

Like, it was a whole thing.

He comes to the games the following year

and smashes it.

Yeah, it's all that.

Duke was a basketball,

Duke basketball was a juggernaut the last

two years and lost and everybody watched

it.

Katrin had the rope climb fail,

came back and won two championships.

Back to back.

And then Tia happened.

Fikowski is literally like Gonzaga,

never making it to a final four.

And then he did.

And now everybody knows who he is.

And then he won like three events at

the games that year.

Yeah.

It's a Canadian invasion because him

and... Vellner.

And Vellner were just wrecking, just most,

I mean, wrecking shop.

It was absolutely insane to watch.

BCS qualifier has handstand walking now.

Good, good for them.

Obscure Pacific Northwest pasty white

dude, shockingly likable.

Literally Gonzaga.

My favorite ever quote about Fikowski was

when, what's his name,

called him an odd duck.

He said, he is an odd duck.

And I was like,

that makes so much sense.

That is one hundred percent.

Fikowski is an odd duck.

Random.

We need an elite athlete named Ralph so

we can score Wreck-It Ralph.

Or we can make Ralph Wiggum shirts.

You're a Simpsons fan.

You understand that reference.

He bit my Wookie.

Yeah.

Fikowski.

He's an accountant.

Nuff said.

They're odd people.

He has so many thoughts.

So many thoughts.

i have to share this funny brent fukowski

story please so i'm at wadapalooza i'm on

my way to meet tommy marquez at his

hotel because he has a gift for me

i'm going past the front of whole foods

and brent fukowski is walking down the

sidewalk with his luggage

I'm like, okay.

And I said, hey, Brent, how's it going?

He goes, oh, hey,

I got to catch a flight real fast.

And they gave us these CBD bath bombs.

And I don't want to get arrested trying

to get it on a plane.

You want it?

You know what, Brent?

Yeah, I kind of do.

I'm taking it for the story.

Yeah, for no other reason.

For no other reason,

I am taking it for the story.

That is outstanding.

I was just like, holy crap.

I wouldn't have even thought that a CBD

bath bomb would get me busted at the

airport.

would not have that would not have crossed

your mind wouldn't cross my mind at all

either and at the very worst i'd have

been when you got into security and be

like hey you can't have these i'm like

cool that's fine yeah throw them away oh

ever since that day i just love the

dude man just love the dude he just

his mind is always going four hundred

miles an hour

They ain't calling the professor for no

good reason.

That is for certain.

Yeah.

All right, man.

So.

So yeah,

the one thing I do want to say,

I want to thank you.

So Vaughn coming on a show at the

end, every time saying, Hey,

go over to Clydesdale and give him crack

crap.

Cause I love watching Scott fight with the

chat when he's trying to like espouse

logic and everybody's giving him shit.

One thing I want to tell Siobhan is

when he's done dealing with that,

he gets to go play with his kids.

Yeah, you get to go back to work.

I have to go back to work.

I have to be professional.

There's a difference there.

Big time.

So, like,

I appreciate that today has been more

relaxed and more fun.

And with that,

I am going to head back to work.

any thoughts on the syndicate crown team

events couldn't tell you what they are not

a one no i got i uh they

just popped up i am starting to pay

more attention to all that because i am

going yeah you probably got my approval

last night i haven't looked at these yet

but the one thing about the team events

is it usually gives you a peek into

what the individual events will be like

Generally.

And I'm assuming since JR did this,

there's a thread.

I would imagine so.

So mirror, mirror, team event,

co-ed pairs for time.

Fifty synchro GHG sit-ups,

hundred echo ski calories.

And then you go pair two, same thing.

All team members,

fifty synchro burpees over the worm.

Then pair one does echo row calories,

synchro box jump overs.

Pair two does that and you're done.

Heavy laden is cleans.

For a ton of, sixty cleans,

four intervals, two-thirty on,

two-thirty off.

At athlete one, sixty double-unders.

Athlete two, rope climbs.

Three of those.

Switch.

Then max cleans.

Ten, eight, six, four, two.

And there are the weights.

And team event three, a one-mile run.

Three rounds of fifty strict handstand

push-ups.

Two hundred meter litter carry.

Hundred foot litter lunge.

So they got to carry one.

Did they get to pick who they carry?

What's that?

You said it's a litter carry or they

pick or they carry in their own kick

there.

It's a litter carry.

Like the old fashioned medics in the at

war throwing people on the I'm saying so

they are they carrying one of their

teammates?

Or is there like a rescue Randy type

situation?

I'm assuming that all those details will

be in a bigger briefing.

Oh, okay.

Mark says it's saying the litter is two

hundred or it's weighted.

Yeah, Jason Bourne says it's weighted.

So we'll do the first three.

We'll do the other three later this week.

Amanda says they did that at games in

twenty seventeen.

Yeah,

that was it was Murph with the litter,

right?

I believe.

Did you guys know CrossFit has asked for

volunteers to stream their semifinal

workout on their platform?

No, I didn't know.

Are you saying in the Masters Division,

Shanna?

If so, that's cool.

Amanda was the smallest on the team,

so she was carried.

Jay Bert says it's two hundred pounds of

cat litter on the litter.

So it's the litter litter.

It's the litter litter.

Littering.

Shanna said yes to the Masters thing.

Okay.

Awesome.

Yeah, that'll be great.

Give us something to watch this weekend.

Shanna just got an email from Sam for

Friday.

We get to watch Shanna live?

All right.

Larry wants to be carried.

There's no team on this God's earth that

would pick Larry to be on the litter.

No.

Nobody would in any sense anyway.

No.

Maybe Lou Ferrigno, Arnold Schwarzenegger,

Stallone in their heyday.

And we want to root you on.

Just because you film it doesn't mean you

can't redo it.

Larry's legs would be dragging on the

ground.

Pretty much.

That's a whole lot of dude, bro.

It is.

Like he is the definition of a Clydesdale.

hundred percent he when you when people

say you know they fired up watching

whatever i'm like i'd run through a wall

i'm like larry would actually run through

a wall yeah i have no problem believing

that like he probably was the kool-aid guy

back in the day a hundred percent we

just couldn't see him because of the the

outfit

And one of the nicest guys I've ever

met.

I enjoyed hanging out with him and Shelly

and Mr. John Young over the weekend.

Lots of people want Shanna to go live.

Peer pressure will get you, Shanna.

Just saying.

Yeah.

Awesome.

Well, guys, buy your third Z.

Do that by using Jazzy.

We're going to head out here.

Make sure you like and subscribe to the

channel.

We're here every day, just hanging out,

having fun.

With that,

we will see everybody next time on Lunch

with the Clydesdales.

From the gym
