Pilar Lyutfalieva (00:00.066)
How's it going? I'm so excited. We're going to be interviewing someone else today, a very good friend of mine. They're going be calling in any second. But I just wanted to remind you guys, make sure that if you haven't already subscribed, these are coming out weekly. If you're interested in being interviewed, like definitely reach out to me. I would love to talk to people that I don't even know, because right now I'm just bringing on people that I do know. But I love talking to everybody. And as always, I believe that no one is boring.

We believe that we're all interesting. all got something to say. We've all done something interesting. We're all low key inspiring somebody. We're all healing. We're all growing. And we've definitely already all messed up. So, so it's the things I love to talk about, but we're just going to hang out and we're just going to wait for my good friend, Frazier to pop on any second now. What's going on? Long time.

my god, it's been a while. How you doing? I'm good. How you been doing? Where are you right now? I'm at the house right now. At the house. Okay. Okay. Yeah. my goodness. Okay. So it's been forever. Yes, it has. And I was like, I want this to be, because I know we're going to talk about cool shit. So I'm like, I just need, we just need to record because.

If not, we're going to say it's just we just needed to see. OK, so tell me everything, because you've had so much going on and it's been a while since we last caught up. I mean, a lot of lot of things been in transition. The recording studio. Working on some incredible hits, you know, just just growing.

That's really been, you know, the go out up and I remember last time we spoke, then we was really just talking about just, you know, just the transparent transition on, you know, just life itself, you know. Everything's been good, though. That's amazing. I mean, you have your own.

Pilar Lyutfalieva (02:17.986)
Like you're on staff now, like not just because I know you had a studio, you always had a studio, but now you have a staff. Yeah, I have. I've opened up another recording studio. So I have I have two studio was actually three studios out here now. One to do then I call on partner with. Well, you know, another.

My dad, I call him. Well, yeah, just been growing house staff production. I mean, you name it is. So. That's amazing. So who's on your staff like who like, do you have engineers? Is it like producers? Like, who do you who have you decided to staff up with? I'm so full to now I have engineers, producers, singers, songwriters.

Right now, of about 15 to 17 people online. Wow. That's amazing. So you just call people in like as you need them? Correct, correct. And I pretty much keep everybody busy. know, in this business, it's like the bigger your staff, the more things you can get done.

especially with, different potential on the team category from, you know, artists that do, I mean, production that does pop, raw, MV, I mean, country, you name it. Like, cool. Yeah. It's definitely been, it's been a game changer, know? And I wanted to get further.

my career, I had to expand so I stopped putting people in that. You know, can't go too much about anything. So yeah, that's got to be scary, though. Do you feel like when you made that jump, like was that scary?

Pilar Lyutfalieva (04:37.346)
So the first time, yeah, it was more like, you know, I noticed that, you know, I have a big heart and I know you have everybody on and I'm not gonna say everything transition. You know, I did have a situation with some guys the first time bringing in the wrong thing and not, you know, really just watching my

that I was too worried, you know, trying to make sure they was good. You know, at the end I get, get taken out of his pocket. I had to, had to step up. had some mentors come in and direct me on how to order, you know, from doing background checks, showing exactly what he was actually clocking in and how to

you know, set up an actual payroll and on desk form. So yeah, that's a lot. It's a lot. And I feel like you need those people who are going to push you into learning more. You know what I mean? Like, you know, need those people who are going to. You know, they're going to make things a little difficult for you because then you're like, I need to do this right. You know, like, correct, correct. Because if not, then people just going to get in and then.

as they become more successful, can't foresee all the things that can come up. So you need those trials and tribulations to be like, I have to be prepared. have to, you know, because in the future, it's not gonna be these problems. It's gonna be a lot bigger, more complex problems. absolutely.

Pilar Lyutfalieva (06:32.334)
Sometimes when certain situations happen and we get to understand why things are happening, sometimes God allowed him trouble to get it again. know, just made me at that time was not my time because was not there. And, you know, although you might seem like, you know, you have great look into life.

it step it up a little to that next level. So I'm kind of glad that I did go through that transition versus into where I'm at now where things are a lot bigger and versus, know, now it would have been a whole different situation. So absolutely. So yeah, everything's great though now.

That's good. That's awesome. Yeah. I saw one of your, your, one of your reels. was like people talk about the haters and it's like, I love that. I thought that was like super on point. It's like, absolutely. Like you need to be grateful. You know what I mean? And just like do your own thing. You know what? I realized that, of my, my clients, you know, that I recently even,

I'm got now music, we love your style, but we love the fact that we have an engineer, somebody that actually confident to us and got us first to this and this about the business and of course you got to take care of business, but you know, building having a foundation, you know, it moves differently.

You know a lot of people pulled in on other things and what certain things come you know, and they get and Well, it's it's definitely a blessing that I'm you know speaking into the people So, Yeah, totally especially in the music business. I mean, there's a lot of reasons why the music business is I think one of the most difficult

Pilar Lyutfalieva (09:00.47)
Right. For sure. It's definitely up there, but it is one of those things where it's like, there is a lot of competition and there's a lot of, you know, you have a lot of people who it's basically kind of like low barrier to entry. So you have a lot of people from a lot of different backgrounds. You know what I mean? And who are talented, but they might not have the same rules of engagement that you do.

You know, and so it's really, it's kind of the wild west. Like you really have to lean on your connections. You have to lean on the people that you know, you have to lean on like how you vet people because it can get really dicey really quick. You got to have, you got to have good, like a good moral compass and you have to have good instinct. and I feel like for sure you have to have thick skin.

Relationships is the key. lot of people, know, media, you know, it makes it easier for some people, you know, work. This business is cutthroat. You got to really put in and just put music out, you know. So you definitely need, you know,

keep life mission building, having relationships. That's too in this business. Cause you know, you never know who, you know, can take you to the next. It's art though. know, it's by painting them beautiful, being creative every day. know, some this music they

We hear nowadays it's therapy for lot of people as well. It's a big place, you know, in people and people lives. So. Yeah, absolutely. Yeah, it's definitely it's healing. It's absolutely, you know, and I feel like regardless of what kind of music it is, it's all healing, you know, because music is one of those things that transcends

Pilar Lyutfalieva (11:30.198)
It even transcends the language, right? Like even though there's lyrics, you know, most of the time, but even when there's no lyrics and it's just the beat, you're just feeling like that speaks to you. You know, that's why I feel like, for a long time, like English, you know, English language music, it was still super popular all around the world because people still connected with, you know, the, the production value or like whatever the beat was.

And yeah, mean, United States for a long time was kind of like the hub, but thankfully that's becoming more international, totally it transcends borders. Yeah. I mean, true, what type of music, but if you really know what music comes from, it's

it gets real so you know that's why it's a very spiritual touching absolutely you know it's definitely cool itself so you know sometimes you do got to be careful what you you know what you bring you know you know just like is this is this

Energy itself, you know, is what you would, know, so, it's, deeper than just, you know, to it though. If you really know, you know, if you get one, you know, like, Lucifer himself, you know, they said he was, don't know, he touched ground, know, the way to get to people was the music.

You know, it's a lot to it though. So, you know, he's really just got to, you know, it's, it's, it's art, but it's a of, lot of weird stuff too, honestly. That's true. That's true. I mean, I think it's, it's definitely, I mean, I feel like the, that bass, right? That's like the original, right? It's just like the pounding of the drum, you know, it's the curve.

Pilar Lyutfalieva (13:56.558)
It's that sense of like the pounding of the feet on the ground and it's, you know, it comes from the bedrock of civilization of like, you know, of humanity, you know, it comes from, it comes from other Africa, right? Like it comes from the original place. And I feel like that's when we feel connection to a deeper part of ourselves. But you're right. I mean, I feel like

There's absolutely because music transcends. It's also universal and it it's all right. It is all and what is human nature, but also all right. We have the spectrum and I feel like that's also right. Why you're going to resonate with some music and you're not going to resonate with other music, right? While maybe some other people do it.

You know, like sometimes like I'm like, I don't want to listen to anything sad. I'm not like I'm not here to like do slow jam right now. Yeah, mean, is it all depends on your vibe, your energy, though. But music does matter. But I'm not. If no matter where you are in life, would you do something, you know? this is.

full of expression, full of emotion, know, I just say it's like a high, you know, it's so. Yeah, it is, it is a high, right? Like what is being high, but it's transcending your body, right? And when you can connect to that energy that goes beyond the physical self, right? You're in a high. Yeah, especially when

When it's I have conversations with certain people doing problems and pairing them and tuning in with certain songs. You know, just songs for you. You need to listen to it. I love that. It's medicine. Yeah. yeah.

Pilar Lyutfalieva (16:18.914)
course, but like I say though, know, at the same time, know, music business has been changing. know, downs are coming, which I love, and I love the culture itself. It's also a dangerous business as well too, you know.

You know, you, you know, just artists out here just making music for the culture. you know, it's behind people recently dying and getting killed and, you know, for all the cause there's stuff in the news, but like for all the stuff that's in the news, like how much do you feel like is not put in the news? a lot.

No.

Pilar Lyutfalieva (17:21.781)
I'm dealing with

like you know especially like what like they would say african americans of you know we we don't get enough credit as far as you know where it does lead people going to you know good behavior and to bringing communities together and you know to actually enjoy the

meaning of being in the music industry. So, yo, know, most of the time, you know, when you do hear about our culture, you know, it becomes, you know, killing or someone in jail. But we have more good. So I definitely feel like, you know, we don't really just

gets celebrated enough for actually what the culture, what we are, what is yourself. Mm hmm. yeah. Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. They don't realize that there's like a lot. think in the in the in the news, it comes off as like these shady, seedy like deals that are happening with these rappers who are, you know, creates this like sort of

image of like, just a pinpoint of the, like when you're looking at a needle, right? Like just head on, like nobody sees the whole thing behind it. And the fact that there's so much more, it's just this idea of conflict and people murdering each other. Right. And just like doing these, you know, shady deals or like trying to, you know, it almost it, it's.

Pilar Lyutfalieva (19:21.334)
It's disrespectful for sure because it makes it look like, you know, the only people who try to get in this business, right, are people who think they can make it, but they're really just hoodlums, right? Like that's really how the media paints it. mean, you know, there's, you know, you know, I tell artists all the time, I mean, you got to set your C as

how far you wanted to grow. You know, you are, they're gonna be, you're gonna be here for long time. You know, you got some people that's come into the game for reasons and of course, you know, but you know, at the end of the day, you know, I like to know what God has allowed in their life or their journey at that moment, you know, but,

So I really, you know, I really try not to get to another level of life. There's that. So that's when a lot of growth should definitely be as this. I mean, a lot of growth transition differently with you, surroundings, you know, the way you think, come a eye to the public.

So when you get that, the best example there is for the people. And some people don't want to control that power. So when they get that power, they forget where they're at, know? even forget where they come from. So it makes a big difference, man, when you

When you know your right, your, your, your gift. And a lot of people, like I mentioned, a lot of people not know how to use that gift in that way. So. Yeah, 100%. It's, it's an opportunity and they don't tell the whole story. You know, they don't, they don't show that people are trying to survive and are trying to tell their story and they're trying to grow. And there's.

Pilar Lyutfalieva (21:51.288)
You know what mean? There's more than just the end of their life. You know, it's everything that led to that point that they've been, you know, and there's something so beautiful in that that they could be expanding on. Great. I mean, for all intents and purposes, it's a great story. If you're looking at it from a news perspective, but what's keeping the news from

Being able to just dig a little deeper, but it doesn't feel like that, right? It doesn't feel like the news does the take the effort to just ask a couple more questions. Like that's it. Just a couple more questions, you know, like who was this person? How were they a part of the community? What were they trying, you know, where'd they come from? What were, you know, what's something that how you would describe this person and.

You know, what do you feel like led to these events? I mean, I feel like there's just so much that can be You can learn about within like two three questions that creates an even more you know beautiful story without Correct sacrificing like a Headline, but it is it just it just feels wrong. You know the way that they go about it. Correct. I mean at the end of the day

You know, like I said, you know, nobody, you know, some people do got to make better choices on their actions. But at end of the day, nobody in this world has any room for anything because at the end of the day, no one's perfect, any human on this earth. know, we find a way to actually learn to

stop just more sourceable to understand that, you know, where this person is coming from. The world can definitely become a better world. You know, got to have good energy, got to bad energy as well too. You got to be a balance. but it's, hopefully it'll all come together. Yeah. 100%. Yeah.

Pilar Lyutfalieva (24:14.794)
I struggle with that too sometimes. It's like you have to look at things kind of.

And like the cosmic balance of things, it's like, okay. Like realistically, there's always gonna be bad, right? Yeah. And that can drag you down, you know, sometimes when you're just like, okay, like what are my options, you know? And...

And you kind of, it's like, you have to be in that knowing in order to sometimes like just move forward and just be like, you know, cause sometimes we get caught up. We want to be like, that's wrong. That shouldn't be, that shouldn't exist. Like, why does that keep happening? you know, like, like for me, the only time like I get, like, I really lose my cool in front of my kid.

And he'll, if you were here, he'd be rolling his eyes. But it's like things that have to do with like inequality or like coded racism. Like that shit just gets me, especially because, you know, we live in a world where, you know, people can, they're, aren't going to say outright what they feel. You know what I mean? So it comes into the light. And when it's so obvious, I just get so.

my God. And I'm, I have to like apologize that I'm like, I'm sorry. I shouldn't like, you know, be venting like that. And he's like, it's okay. But the reality is like, there's always going to be these distractions. You know, the question is like, how do you want to move through it? How do you want to, you know, like the haters, right? Like when you were talking about in that video, it's like, how are you going to move through the distraction? Because if you.

Pilar Lyutfalieva (26:17.036)
give it attention, you're giving it power. Absolutely. Control your destiny. I learned that some like, they hang on to things that I felt like I needed, but I didn't need it. And I felt like for me, kept like chasing it and chasing it. But to, but

And through my journey, had to say, you know what, control what I can control. That keeps me balanced. That keeps me where I'm focusing on, I need to be going. And the key to life with anybody is to build your own kingdom. I get that sometimes some people don't know

And even talking to some of my clients and people that I mentor, it's just like, I mean, very, I've got potential. God created me. I asked the question, it's like, where do I start? It's like, I'm following this person. God gave us the mind to be able to create.

walk in our own desire of our own journey for us to be able to be great there, you know? But people gotta tune in to that next level, spiritual journey, know? Which that's a whole different conversation. This is... It's a very real conversation. Yeah, yeah.

though, a lot of people don't understand how energy and disperse. So a lot of people are just here just to be here. then people are understanding are in tune to like what's really going on with themselves. You know, woman and a human can create another human.

Pilar Lyutfalieva (28:41.464)
how much more, what else you can create, what else you can do, or be able to tap into it. And once you understand that and you're protected, just start having it for you. Yeah, 100%. Yeah, I think a lot of it, you you touched on a lot of cool stuff right there, because I feel like when you wanna start doing better, there's that.

I love how you said create your own kingdom because it's the like the perfect metaphor for how to operate in your life. If you want to create success, you know, you have to create your own kingdom. And in order to do that, you have to have vision. You have to have clarity of mind. You have to have a focus. You have to have intention. And you're right. Like some people have.

like better intuition towards that stuff than others. And to me, intuition and like our different spiritual gifts and our gifts in general are like keys. I feel like everyone has access to everything. You know what I mean? Theoretically, everyone has access, but some keys are like right in our pocket, right? They're very accessible. And then there's other keys.

Yeah, that right. And then there's other keys that are like kind of trapdoor that's in an enigma and a thing, you know, and it's harder to get there. And we could we could do it if we if that's really what we want. But like, what are the keys that we possess and learning to leverage that? Yeah, and I definitely agree with you. There's there's there's like

He said like you say it's right in our pocket. There's a key that each individual has of their own kind of assets, but you But don't don't to get to that key. It's not you got to do some trials and some self-healing Not only that because if it was easy

Pilar Lyutfalieva (31:08.022)
I think the world would definitely be different. But I know that like, the journey of self-healing or getting able to say finally, I got my crown on and I'm sitting high, you know, I'm a whole different transition in my life. First, what the world is saying should be a picture, you know.

Some energy also certain people, you know, and, but that's got to tap in within themselves. Some people are too comfortable. They were just here. They don't want to take them steps not knowing that they're a big part of this world, you know? Like I said, you just got to tap in.

Yes, sir. man. It definitely leads you leads you a long way Yeah, I feel like I mean I feel like even people who on the outset they look very comfortable and They're just they it almost looks like they're leaning into the routine of their life and like not really challenging themselves I feel like

They have a lot going on inside themselves. feel like, you know what I mean? Cause by virtue of life, every day is going to be a little different or something. You know what I mean? So they're going to experience some form of growth in themselves in their own way. But it's just not on anybody else level.

Kurt, Kurt, Kurt, Tom, Tom, some of my friends most of the time when they be asking man, how do I get like, what's the first step? And I tell them sometimes you gotta, you gotta take yourself to different element. You know, I know we're comfortable for the things, for the things.

Pilar Lyutfalieva (33:34.97)
are in front of us and and that's all we know but this world is too big still to just say hey you know this is it you know things that people who take for granted that's around you you know like for me my when i need to calm down is being by water you know just the

the form of just the moon, you know, going outside is just, you know, it's still little things, you know, but we got all these other things that people, I'm not saying not to have a go out and have a good time or anything, but these energy battles and spiritual battles, it's right in front of your face, like you say, but you know, we got to have

we got drugs. We got, know, mean, whatever you. Lots of distractions. We got women, we got men. Correct. you know, we take time to really take the time to understand like, like you say, the keys is right. One of my friends wanted to a big battle with himself and emotionally and he was drunk. Got to go to bar.

So I just told him, I'll say, you know, like, said, yo, hey, me, bro, you know, cause it was like an everyday thing and I killed it. And the more he get to me, I felt like I wasn't pulling his energy in me, but I knew what his energy mean. So I was like, yo, like, hey, come, come on, me at the park. There is kind of like, it's like fully nature.

You know, no growing extra straight grass, none of that. And this little park is actually like a park where it's good for peace. Just bring a blanket and you know, we sat down and now he's, you know, after our whole talk and showing him the understanding of meditating, he's like, different. And I could tell, because even when he came to the studio,

Pilar Lyutfalieva (36:02.638)
I recently tell his mental and his space and his spirit was in his beginning. He say now he understand praying more, understanding to a little bit more versus putting all these other things into his body just a moment at a time. But long story.

For sure though, right there. You gotta, just know how to access it and once you know how to use it, it'll take you far. So. Yeah, 100%. I feel like, man, when it comes to, it is crazy how when we're on our journey, we have a tendency

to make it harder before we make it easier. And it's difficult when we're somebody who has gone through that and we see other people struggling and you have to, especially if you have like a big network, you have to learn how to also use your own energy, right? Like I love that it was like really

clear for you, like, I'm going to help this friend out. Like, I'm going to help this dude out. Right. Because you knew like, okay, like I have to say something. I need to take care and like, you know, let's have a community moment. Because then there's other people who like, they are open to that. But it is so amazing that when someone is open, when someone is ready, like

They're ready. Like you see that shift in them immediately. It doesn't take work and you don't have to try and convince them in like a, you know what I mean? Something that's going to start taking energy out of you. And that's a lot of times I feel like, you know, in the, in that energy battle and that spiritual battle that we're all facing every single day, you know, is that energetic accounting is like, how am I spending my energy and how am I?

Pilar Lyutfalieva (38:25.538)
feeding my soul, but also like helping uplift others, like in a meaningful way.

Yeah. Yeah.

And you know what, sometimes, even myself, even coming across you, an old mutual friend. Yeah, I know. Isn't that crazy? was just thinking, was like, yeah. Including Pops himself. Me and you guys, I knew that grow. And it was a reason why

You know, at the time, you know, when the doors are open for me, you know, to come back and forth to be able to move around. And it was, it was a definitely, know, a lot that I needed. And I just had to like basically be free at all in that moment at that time, was needed to, understanding, you know, seeing things especially that I really am worried, you know,

When meeting other people on different types of energy, it's definitely like I said, its journey. It's up to you to find it. Everybody's up to you to understand your purpose, how to move and how to use. understand their purpose and people just scared.

Pilar Lyutfalieva (40:07.482)
you know, it's, it's, it's definitely one of the things where every, it's like what I'm going to do. That's just going to be better than you want to today. How am I going to be better? I mean, you got to live life, have little off energy sometimes. Cause I tell people, even what you sometimes consider it's what you need.

You know, it's what you need at times. It's not just consider bad energy. Now, bad energy on some things is within yourself or tensions would cause other situations to occur in your life. Bad energy, you know, but,

But yeah, like my friends, you he's starting to ask more questions. I'm cool as well. You know, that he could talk to when he's also meeting up, know, in the process, you know, his healing, it's helping him out as well too, you know, so. That's wonderful. Yeah.

That's beautiful. like that's, mean, like you, you said you like hit the nail on the head, right? Like it's about what you need and being in that present moment, being, allowing yourself to really truly be present and ask yourself like, okay, why, or like, what does this represent or what is this trying to tell me instead of really like a victim mentality, you know?

And that's not to say that, you know, victims don't exist, but it's about how are you willing to show up in that moment? how are you willing to like respond to the moment? How are you willing to show up for yourself? know, because yeah.

Pilar Lyutfalieva (42:20.878)
shit's gonna happen and it's gonna suck and you're gonna go through your morning phase, right? You're gonna cry about it, it's gonna suck and you should, you should give yourself that time. But then afterwards, like what do you do with that? You know, like how are you going to dust yourself off and be like, how am I willing to show up for myself right now? Absolutely. I mean, at the end of the day, know, time,

Time is gonna wait on no man enjoy, you know what's in front of you a lot of people look you know, that's in front of you know, man, you know and Enjoy life is too short like on any, you know, I really The phrase that a Couple years ago

And to me was like, yeah, life is short, know, people dying, like, look, you know, know, make a difference in your community, make a difference in even just between you and your children or if you just by yourself, you know, what's the difference between yourself, you know, but it's a thing of just taking it all in.

And it's just gone, you know? That's why I try to stay out of the, you know, much out of the news and too much, you know, this people like, first you heard about this? I'm like, you know? nope, nope, nope, Yeah, controlling my own destiny, you know? I'm over here, you know? And so. You're creating your own kingdom. Yeah.

Absolutely. But you know, know, older I like, I tell my friends in my group, you we say, no matter how old you are, I'm 31, but as 40, 50, 60, I lost my feet, I'm still moving and my legs, I still want to grow.

I still want to be spontaneous on life, you know, and stuff. live. Live a Yeah. that's, that's, that's really, you know, the key to life. So, you know, just live, man. And once you know how to do that, everything else is going to need to, I'm not saying that shit don't happen. Shit.

happening all the time. Yeah. But I feel like when that shit happens, I feel like that's that's when your face really basically say you know what, are you gonna fall? Are you gonna fall? You gonna basically call it quits? You want to end? You want to, you know, go through these years? It's like, you know, like hell no, you know, not anymore. You know, we all like, all right, fuck it.

You know, you're done. It's over, you know, Your guilt and know how strong you really are. How you can really just eat that shit away in silence and just just. Just keep going. If that makes any sense. Yeah, totally. I mean, I feel like it's so funny because I think about where I'm at now in my life and like for sure.

For sure it was craziness, like in the beginning. For sure it was like...

Definitely always drama, always something going on. And it wasn't even necessarily like, it wasn't even a lot of drama, but for sure, like we were trying to survive. You know, we were trying to survive and there was always something that there was a hurdle of, you know, trying to put food on the table, trying to show up at work, trying to like, you know, act like everything's fine and trying to show up and be a bad, you know, be a bad bitty and try to like.

Pilar Lyutfalieva (46:51.436)
you know, be good mom and everything and, you know, trying to pay bills and always felt like there was something going on. It always felt like there was definitely huge trials and tribulations constantly. But I look back, I'm like, I always had faith. I always had faith. I always showed up in the greatest capacity that I could, you know, and I always

like just knew that I could depend on myself. I always knew that I always felt that and all right. Well, unfortunately we lost Krishna and I just want to say thank you, Krishna.
