00:00:00 Andre Ottlik: Stories have the power to evoke emotions, captivate and fascinate. Before humanity learned to write and before the invention of the printing press, storytelling was vital for passing experiences down to the next generations.
00:00:16 Andre Ottlik: Today, we are diving into the world of storytelling. Welcome to a new Wednesday episode of 3 minutes max. I'm Andre Ottlik and together with my AI partner Jules, we are going to transform ourselves a bit today into storytellers.
00:00:33 Jules: Do you have an exciting story up your sleeve?
00:00:36 Andre Ottlik: Well, I just watched a documentary about Charlie Sheen. It's really wild. That guy has tons of stories to tell, though I wouldn't recommend imitating him. Among countless of drug and sex escapades, he reportedly drank tiger blood for a while. Yet it's quite entertaining. Stories bring people together and amplify our messages, and that's something you can learn.
00:01:04 Jules: If stories shape our experiences, how can we become better storytellers?
00:01:09 Andre Ottlik: Well, let's start with a simple exercise. Exercise one is experience something. Pick something from your bucket list and do it today. Or at least take the first step towards it. You'll be amazed how new experiences can enrich your stories.
00:01:27 Jules: And if you want to be super practical, there's another way. Why not use AI for it? Exercise 2: let AI be your storytelling coach. It can help you embellish your story with examples and sensory perceptions.
00:01:43 Andre Ottlik: A tool you can use for this is sudowrite. It helps you make stories more vivid and memorable.
00:01:50 Jules: So you can ask AI how to embellish your topic more. And if you're open to reigniting your creativity, it can be a total game changer.
00:02:00 Andre Ottlik: If
00:02:00 Andre Ottlik: you find this interesting and want to delve deeper, maybe with your team, feel free to message me on LinkedIn. And by the way, you'll find all the tips and sources in the episode description.
00:02:11 Andre Ottlik: See you next time.
