7am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home, and a bowl of bran flakes with milk.

9am: A cup of coffee with half & half and a sliver of a raspberry kringle at the office.

10:30am: Leftover chicken curry with potatoes, cilantro, and onions over rice at the office.

6:30pm: Fried chicken cutlets from Food Lion over mixed greens with parmesan and creamy caesar dressing, made at home.

7:30pm: Blue Bell cookies and cream ice cream.

November 11, 2025 (Tuesday)

8am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home.

9am: Leftover Food Lion chicken tenders.

12pm: Little Sesame caramelized onion hummus with Carr’s Entertainment Collection crackers and muenster cheese.

6pm: Italian hot sausage and tortellini soup with onions, golden pinto potatoes, mixed greens, and parmesan, made at home.

7pm: Blue Bell cookies and cream ice cream.

November 12, 2025 (Wednesday)

7am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home, and a bowl of bran flakes with milk.

10am: Leftover chicken curry and a cup of coffee at the office.

6pm: Leftover sausage and tortellini soup and garlic bread from Whole Foods.

7pm: Blue Bell cookies and cream ice cream.

November 13, 2025 (Thursday)

9am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home.

10:30am: Little Sesame caramelized onion hummus with Carr’s Entertainment Collection crackers and jalapeno flavored Kettle chips.

2pm: Grilled muenster with dijon mustard on olive oil toasted La Farm sourdough, made at home.

6pm: Leftover sausage and tortellini soup.

7pm: Blue Bell cookies and cream ice cream.

November 14, 2025 (Friday)

8am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half and a sunny egg over turmeric hash browns with cilantro, made by Brian.

10am: A bowl of bran flakes with milk.

1pm: A Carr's digestive cracker.

4pm: Tortilla chips and queso, a flamin’ hot grilled cheese burrito, a chicken chalupa, and soft taco from Taco Bell in Oxford, North Carolina.

November 15, 2025 (Saturday)

8am: Leftover coffee with half & half.

9am: A bowl of bran flakes with milk.

11am: A cold brew with half & half at Cocoa Cinnamon in Durham, North Carolina.

2:30pm: A fried flounder roll with tangy coleslaw, tartar sauce, Texas Pete hot sauce, and a side of honey hush puppies from Saltbox in Durham, North Carolina.

8pm: A small bowl of Blue Bell cookies and cream ice cream.

November 16, 2025 (Sunday)

9am: Leftover coffee with half & half and fried fish chowder from Saltbox.

12pm: Carr’s entertainment collection crackers with leftover tarter sauce.

6pm: Thai red curry with ground pork, mushrooms, bell pepper, and green beans over jasmine rice, made at home.

7pm: Blue Bell cookies and cream ice cream.
