7:30am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home.

11:30am: A cup of coffee with half & half and leftover lasagna at the office.

4:30pm: Cracked pepper croccantini with Little Sesame Mexican Street Corn flavored hummus.

6:30pm: Spaghetti with shallot, garlic, bacon, garleek, lacinato kale, lemon, chiltepin pepper, Banner garlic, basil, and parsley butter, parmesan, and black pepper, made at home.

7pm: A See’s chocolate cream and a handful of blueberries.

December 16, 2025 (Tuesday)

7:30am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home.

12:30pm: Olive oil toasted La Farm sourdough with cream cheese.

1:30pm: Croccantini with Little Sesame Mexican Street Corn hummus.

3pm: A bowl of bran flakes with milk.

6pm: Chicken katsu with lemon and Cook Out max ranch, mixed lettuce with creamy caesar dressing, and jasmine rice, made at home.

8pm: A Hershey’s Snickerdoodle flavored Kiss.

December 17, 2025 (Wednesday)

7am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home.

10am: Pretzels with Little Sesame Mexican Street Corn hummus and blueberries, and a cup of coffee with half & half at the office.

12pm: A strawberry grain bar.

6pm: Turkish sujuk fatayer with shatta, chicken shawarma, spinach pie, baba ghannoug, and foul madammas with whole wheat pita, and lamb and beef gyro with tahini and tzatziki from Mediterranean Deli in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

8pm: Hershey’s Snickerdoodle flavored Kisses.

December 18, 2025 (Thursday)

9am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home.

10:30am: Leftover jasmine rice with leftover chicken shawarma, shawarma salad, tzatziki, shatta, foul madammas, and baba ghannoug.

1pm: A slice of leftover Turkish sujuk fatayer.

5:30pm: Frozen Screamin’ Sicilian thin and crispy pepperoni pizza and mixed lettuce with creamy caesar dressing, made at home.

8pm: Hershey’s Snickerdoodle flavored Kisses.

December 19, 2025 (Friday)

8:30am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home.

10am: Leftover frozen pepperoni pizza.

12pm: A leftover slice of fatayer.

3pm: A handful of blueberries.

5pm: Nam Khao made with leftover jasmine rice, red curry paste, shallots, garlic, garleek, scrambled egg, mixed lettuce, lime, and crispy garlic, made at home, and a pour of Letherbee Pear Cordial over ice.

7:30pm: Two Hershey’s Snickerdoodle flavored Kisses and a handful of pretzels.

December 20, 2025 (Saturday)

9am: Counter Culture coffee with cream, made at home.

1:30pm: Potato chips and sour cream ranch dip, prosciutto with Ritz crackers, shrimp cocktail, beef tenderloin with horseradish cream, mashed potatoes with mushroom gravy, green beans, a Hawaiian roll with salted butter, a slice of Wegman’s strawberry cheesecake with whipped cream, a cup of coffee with half & half, Peanut M&Ms, a glass of Chardonnay, a small pour of Howling Cow eggnog, and a small pour of Stroma malt whiskey liquor at Brian’s parents’ house.

December 21, 2025 (Sunday)

4am: Leftover coffee with cream.

7:30am: A sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin and hash brown from a McDonald’s in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

11:30pm: A cold brew with half & half from Starbucks and fries from Popeyes in New Jersey.

5pm: A Kona Big Wave golden ale, steamers with drawn butter, and a seafood platter with fried cod, calamari, fried bay scallops, fried littleneck clams, lemon, marinara, a clam fritter, a stuffed clam, and tartar sauce at Flander’s Fish in East Lyme, Connecticut.

8pm: A small pour of New England Cider Company’s Blueberry cider and a small pour of Hofbräu Oktoberfestbier.

December 22, 2025 (Monday)

9am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home in Connecticut.

12pm: Half of a an everything bagel with North Country bacon, fried egg, cheddar, whipped cream cheese, fig jam, sriracha, house made pesto, and half of a sesame bagel with bacon cheddar ranch cream cheese from Seed in Glastonbury, Connecticut.

2pm: White cheddar Cheetos.

6pm: Turkey, ham, salami, Grey Poupon dijon, mayonnaise, lettuce, and JP Graziano’s giardiniera on a toasted onion roll, made at home in Connecticut.

7pm: Peanut M&Ms and Garrett’s cheddar and caramel popcorn.

December 23, 2025 (Tuesday)

9am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half and half of a bagel with vegetable cream cheese, made at home.

1pm: Garrett’s cheddar and caramel popcorn and a handful of Cape Cod wavy white cheddar and sour cream kettle chips.

5pm: A bottle of Ayinger Bavarian Pils, chicken salad on a brioche roll with Kerrygold garlic and herb butter, and Stoltzfus Meats garlic ring bologna, made at home in Connecticut.

6:30pm: M&Ms and Garrett’s popcorn.

December 24, 2025 (Wednesday)

9:30am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half and half of a toasted bagel with vegetable cream cheese, made at home.

1pm: Carr’s Entertainment Cracker Collection with leftover ring bologna and cheddar, a handful of Garrett’s popcorn, and a mini black and white cookie from Kat’z Deli in New York.

4pm: Half a can of Berlinetta Velvet Pilsner, a Goodie Girl Double Stuffed Chocolate Creme Sandwich Cookie, and a Whole Foods gluten free Oreo.

6pm: Half of a Kat’z Deli rueben sandwich and corned beef, made at home in Connecticut.

8:30pm: A pour of Arethusa egg nog.

December 25, 2025 (Thursday)

8am: Metric coffee with half & half, made by Mary.

11am: Crustless quiche with bacon, spinach, bacon fat roasted potatoes, garlic, cheddar, and Gruyère cheese, made at home in Connecticut.

4pm: A bottle of Ayinger Pilsner and Garrett’s popcorn.

5:30pm: Beef brisket with carrots and cipollini onions, mashed potatoes with thyme, rosemary, and garlic infused cream and crème fraiche, sourdough dressing with bratwurst, green bean casserole with fried shallots, and shaved Brussels with cosmic crisp apples, pecans, Parmesan, and a mustard vinaigrette, and a pour of 2019 Carpineto Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva, made at home in Connecticut.

7:30: Chocolate cream pie with whipped cream, made by Anna and Mary.

December 26, 2025 (Friday)

9am: Metric coffee with half & half, made by Anna.

2pm: A chicken sandwich with bacon and garlic Parmesan fries from Shake Shack in New Haven, Connecticut.

4pm: A handful of Garrett’s caramel popcorn and two mini black and white cookies from Kat’z Deli.

6:30pm: Graza olive oil potato chips with Heluva Good French onion dip, and leftover brisket with horseradish cream and green bean casserole.

December 27, 2025 (Saturday)

8am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home in Connecticut.

11am: A drip coffee with whole milk from Honey Moon Coffee Shop in Ridgewood, Queens.

2pm: A cheesesteak, poppers, onion rings, and roast pork from John’s Roast Pork in Philadelphia.

December 28, 2025 (Sunday)

9am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home.

1pm: A crispy chicken taco with avocado ranch and a Volcano Quesarito from Taco Bell in Oxford, North Carolina.

6pm: Chicken soup with onion, garlic, carrots, kale, cannellini beans, lemon, harissa, and S&B Umami Topping: Crispy Garlic with Chili oil.

7pm: Dietsch’s milk chocolate pretzels.
