2pm: Two chocolate chip cookies, made at home.
6pm: Fried rice with fried tofu, chard stems, carrots, and scallions, made at home. Two chocolate chip cookies.
February 18, 2022 (Friday)
9am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home.
10:30am: Leftover fried rice.
2pm: Slice of pepperoni pizza from Whole Foods.
7pm: Laurie Colwin’s baked mustard chicken, mixed greens with roasted pepitas, feta, and Olive Garden brand Italian dressing from Brian’s mom’s fridge, made at Brian’s mom’s house.
9pm: Two leftover chocolate chip cookies.
February 19, 2022 (Saturday)
8am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half and scrambled eggs with scallions, made by Brian.
10:30am: Kind dark chocolate granola packet and a honey stick at beekeeping school.
1:30pm: Leftover chicken thigh, mashed potatoes, and a stack of club crackers.
7:30pm: Frozen Whole Foods pizza with pepperoni and Texas Pete, mixed greens with cured black olives, roasted pepitas, seeded levain croutons, and Olive Garden Italian dressing from Brian’s mom’s fridge, made at Brian’s mom’s house. Two glasses of Woodbridge Cabernet Sauvignon.
February 20, 2022 (Sunday)
7am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made by Brian.
8:30am: Fried egg over toasted La Farm sourdough, made at home.
12pm: Two chocolate chip cookies, made at home.
2pm: Handful of salsa verde flavored Tostitos.
6pm: Pasta e fagioli with Swiss chard and buttermilk and parsley meatballs, made at home. Can of Sierra Nevada pale ale and a chocolate chip cookie.
February 21, 2022 (Monday)
10am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, poached paprika egg over roasted potatoes, kale, fried garlic, parsley, and leftover white pepper gravy, made by Brian.
2pm: Chicken and savoy cabbage salad with mixed greens on toasted La Farm sourdough, made at home. Handful of salsa verde flavored Tostitos.
6pm: Leftover pasta e fagioli with kale and a can of Sierra Nevada pale ale.
February 22, 2022 (Tuesday)
8am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half and a fried egg over olive oil toasted La Farm sourdough, made at home.
11:30am: Pasta salad with broccoli, savoy cabbage, feta, pickled red onions, cured black olives, and mustard over mixed greens, made at home.
3:30pm: Half of a kale and cheese filled sesame khachapuri, made at home.
6:30pm: Chicken and mushroom congee, made at home. Can of Carolina Brewery Kolsch.
February 23, 2022 (Wednesday)
9am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half and a fried egg over toasted La Farm sourdough, made at home.
11:30am: Leftover pasta salad over mixed greens, made at home.
3pm: Small glass of oat milk with a touch of leftover coffee, half of a leftover khachapuri, and two chocolate chip cookies, made at home.
8pm: Leftover congee with kale.

9am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half and a fried egg over toasted La Farm sourdough, made at home.
12pm: Feta and roasted pepitas over mixed greens with olive oil and balsamic, made at home. Half of a leftover khachapuri.
4pm: Two leftover chocolate chip cookies and a handful of salsa verde flavored Tostitos.
7pm: Leftover congee.
