When you're 14, you disregard drinking laws just like 18-year-olds disregard drinking laws.

Patty's Day, when most of you will probably be hungover, and if you live in the town of Allegheny, I'm going to recommend that you wake up, you maybe not drink so much the night before, and you go out there and you vote for a friend of mine.

His name is John Kulkowski.

John is the deputy mayor of the village of Allegheny, and

John is a great guy.

He's an excellent guy.

He's a great father, grandfather.

He's a staple in the community.

And that's just one guy's opinion from Olean, New York, one town over.

But I think he'd be a great representation of the Village of Allegheny.

And so if you get the chance and you are a Village of Allegheny registered voter, get out there, cast your vote.
