Good morning, Daily Peppers. And a very happy Monday for you. So, I wanted to kick off this fresh new week with a boost of motivation. And to remind you that you are doing the things, you are getting there, and you have done more than you think you have. It is so easy to look forward and see what we haven't done and beat ourselves up about the things that didn't go perfectly right. But let's also make space to celebrate the things that weren't even on your plan, that you didn't know that you didn't know, that you have absolutely smashed, my dear. All too often, we look outside of ourselves for motivation and we forget that we ourselves are pretty fucking badass. We have done a whole shitload of things, whether we can remember them or recall them right now.
And we've also all done a shitload of brave things. So go into this week knowing that you, my dear, you have your own back. You can do the hard scary things and you also get to experience the joy as well. Not everything goes according to plan and sometimes that is the best possible thing that could happen. So see if you can find some magic in the mistakes. Look to yourself for inspiration and know that you really are going into this week further ahead than you think you are. And something I have to regularly remind myself is that when you're doing the brave, hard, scary things, they very rarely feel like you're being courageous. So maybe if you're feeling wobbly, take this as a sign of strength.
So keep going, you can do it, and be on your own damn team. I'll see you tomorrow.
