Noon Hour Of Madness & Mayhem

Based on this episode, the clear headliner is Peaches turning into a melatonin-fueled action hero who somehow went from walking the entire Greenbelt while listening to sad music, to fighting a giant phantom moth while completely naked, to dreaming he was carrying an oversized baby through a shopping mall while strangers pointed and judged his parenting skills. Meanwhile, Viktor spent most of the show trying to determine whether his co-host was having a personal breakthrough or quietly unraveling in real time. Add in an AI-generated "Juicy Peaches" anthem, discussions about selling every earthly possession, a surprise East Idaho Aquarium appearance on the Joe Rogan podcast, movie-ending arguments that nearly turned into spoiler warfare, and an emotional detour into why grown adults still cry during Click, and you've got an episode that somehow manages to bounce between heartfelt, ridiculous, and completely absurd without ever losing momentum. If you've ever wondered what happens when two radio guys start with peach-themed nightmare fuel and somehow end up debating the emotional damage caused by Adam Sandler movies, this episode delivers from start to finish.

What is Noon Hour Of Madness & Mayhem?

The Noon Hour Of Madness & Mayhem can be heard live on KBEAR 101 weekdays at 12pm MST. Viktor and Peaches talk about a wide variety of topics depending on the day and you never know what to expect!

[upbeat music] The noon hour of Madness and Mayhem, the podcast. [upbeat music] Whoo, it's Friday, Peaches.

I was trying to see how long you could go f- go with that.

Um, I could've gone longer, but, uh, I've got to, you know, conserve my, my voice and breath for all of the, uh, talking I've gotta do after this show.

Did you just fart, by the way, or was that the chair?

It was the chair.

Oh, okay.

Yeah, I'd, I'd admit it.

I was in the Z studio, and I, I let one rip.

Let 'er rip, Peaches.

Yeah, yeah.

It's a good motto on a Friday. Let 'er rip.

Like a Beyblade.

Speaking of let 'er rip, [laughs] I don't know what this video is that you just sent me.

[laughs]

Uh, it definitely involves peaches.

See, if I was the one driving the boat right now, I would've just started the noon hour with this.

[laughs] We've got, uh, one, two, six men wearing, uh, w- we'll just call them peach suits. They kinda remind me of, uh, Peach Man. [laughs] You know, the superhero.

You know how Arnold Stern did F- uh, Fart Man back in the day?

You're Peach Man.

I'll be Peach Man.

Yes.

Peach Man.

So these guys have peach helmets, peach suits. There's a bunch of gigantic peaches hanging from trees. There's peaches growing on the grounds like pumpkins. It says, "Get the peaches." Uh, l- oh-

Oh, wait. Th- there was that Sora video too that I made where I was like, "I'm Peach Man."

That's what, yeah, that's what I was-

"We'll, we'll, we'll make this the juiciest day ever." [laughs]

Yes, that's what I was referencing.

I forgot about that [laughs] until now.

The Sora video about Peach Man. All right, let's see what this is.

It's my new theme song.

Why isn't it working?

Facebook's volume thing is so bad. All right, let's see. Now, now we're just gonna get this.

Get them fast.

Hey, this is a banger it sounds like.

While the juicy flavor lasts. Is this AI? It's gotta be. Juicy peaches.

Peaches, peaches, peaches, peaches, peaches, peaches, peaches, peaches. [laughs] Maybe we put this in for one of our songs of the day for the, uh, promo that we're gonna be announcing tomorrow.

We gotta tell the guys from p- uh, in Papa Roach, "Hey, uh, we're gonna have this DJ come out to this song on stage before you guys get on."

[laughs] Yeah.

I just come out dressed as Peach Man.

Dude, it's really crazy how realist- realistic AI can make people look nowadays. While the juicy flavor lasts. Like, this video, honestly, I mean, they could have made this video, like, for real.

This is getting added to Vibes 103.

Juicy peaches. The only thing that threw me off was that her mouth didn't perfectly match the words.

Dude, this video is kinda nightmare fuel, Peaches. This seems like, uh, something they'd just be showing on a screen in that movie Backrooms [laughs] or something like that. What does it mean?

Are you putting this on, uh-

I just said I was

... Vibes 103?

I just said that.

Well, I must not have been paying attention.

Come on.

[laughs]

Mush for brains.

I do, I am mush for brains today. I definitely, um, need that three-day weekend. While the juicy flavor lasts. Okay, now she's on the giant peach, just like James and the Giant Peach. That's a pretty big peach right there. Juicy, juicy peaches. [laughs] This video is so weird. Are, are you gonna share this?

Sure.

On social?

Might as well.

Yeah, go put it in the K-Bear group, something like that.

It's my next, it's my... [laughs] Anytime I do a stage announcement, that's gonna play.

[laughs] Oh, I had to quickly stop in case it went to whatever next rando-

[laughs]

... offensive video Facebook wanted to play. [laughs]

[laughs]

All right, Peaches and I are ready to party with you on a Friday. We'll be back in just a minute. [upbeat music] This is the noon hour of Madness and Mayhem, Friday edition. Where's the peaches?

Like I told you, I had a, I had a weird l- weird night last night. Melatonin really does it for you.

Oh, you've been, uh, popping pills, huh?

No, no, gummies.

Oh, whoa.

Yeah.

Oh.

Eating gummies.

Melatonin gummies.

And it, it, it makes me crave fruit snacks every time. I'm like, "I can't have those with this diet. I can't."

That's why I don't b-

I can't do it.

That's why I don't buy the, uh, gummy vitamins, 'cause they're too much like candy.

Yeah, I wanna pop them all.

[laughs] I know. It's like, I don't want just two. These are good.

Give me the whole jar.

[laughs] Exactly.

It's like Tums. Dude, they t- they taste great.

[laughs]

It's like Necco wafers.

I know.

[laughs]

I bought some chewy, uh, fruity Tums the other day. I haven't tried them yet, but, um, I bet they're pretty good. [laughs]

I t- I tried those, uh, chewy Tums not that long ago, but they were, uh, they were rather hard, so it was almost like the Jawser-sized ball.

Oh, no. And I did buy the off-brand too. [laughs] Or no, maybe I did. I don't know. Dude, yesterday and all the days this week are a total blur.

So yesterday, uh, after I got off of work, I went home and took a nap.

And then you woke up naked.

No. [laughs]

You talked about it on the, on the morning show.

I just, I just wake up naked like Trevor in GTA.

Yes. Peach Pat-

What is going on here? [laughs]

He, he chews up his melatonin gummies, and he wakes up naked in strange places.

No. [laughs]

[laughs]

Sometimes I wear a tutu, you know.

[laughs]

I'll wake up by the, uh, Snake River-

[laughs] Yeah

... Downtown Idaho Falls.

Ar, ar. Oh.

Not again.

[laughs]

Start beating people up.

Okay, so y- you took a nap.

I took a nap. Then, uh, this is my, uh, Peaches after-hours, uh, update here.

[laughs]

Um, I, I went home, took a nap, and was like, okay, you know what? I gotta get my fat butt up. I gotta exercise, so I started looking at the picture on my phone. I was like, okay, I gotta, I gotta look like this. My wallpaper, by the way-

Oh, my goodness

... is, uh-

I can't wait.

[laughs]

I can't wait to see what man-

Is me as Bane. [laughs]

Oh, my God. [laughs] Ladies and gentlemen-

[laughs]

... Peaches is truly losing it.

[laughs]

He is completely losing his mind. He's selling all his possessions. He no longer eats. He's doing all the things he, you know, tells me not to do.

[laughs]

[laughs]

He's popping gummies. They're melatonin, everybody. [laughs]

[laughs]

He's outta control. He's a madman.

So I'm like, I, I-

He's fighting moths naked with a towel.

[laughs]

He's nuts. [laughs]

I, I don't think people heard that break m- maybe they, maybe s- some people did, but I don't think most people who are tuned in right now heard that story-

Well, uh-

... that, uh, last night... Well, I'm trying to catch people up, and you keep interrupting me.

Run! I will barrel over the top of you. [laughs]

So I'm like, I gotta get my... I, even though, I'm like, even though I'm dealing with back pain, what would Kobe Bryant do? He would still go on with the workout, so I'm like, okay, let me go to the green belt.

No, Peaches, you don't-

Let me do... Let-

[laughs] You'll hurt yourself.

Let me get out there and hobble. I don't care.

[laughs]

I'll get in a wheelchair and push the thing myself. I don't know.

[laughs]

Uh, but anyway, so yeah, I was walk- I walked the entire green beltJust did a whole lap. I, uh, listened to some s- like, sad music, talked to my friends on Discord.

[laughs]

And so I did the whole l- [laughs] and then that's when I got home.

Imagine no possessions.

[laughs]

It's easy if you try.

[laughs]

[laughs] So then I get home, I shower, then the m- whole moth thing happens-

[laughs]

... where the, a moth comes into my, my bedroom. The, the, the, thing was huge, too. That's what freaked me out.

[laughs]

It just popped up. I thought it was a bat.

[laughs]

I'm like, "Dude, how'd this get in here?"

[laughs]

So I'm all naked trying to whip it with a towel.

[laughs]

It disappeared. I d- I'm like, dude, was this a phantom? Like, is it, am I seeing things?

[laughs]

Like, what's going on here?

Oh, no, you're having melatonin-induced hallucinations.

Why did I have melatonin until I went to bed, dude?

[laughs] Oh, it was the withdrawals, Peaches. [laughs]

Yeah, I was, I was, I was playing golf with friends, okay?

Can you-

After that

... withdraw from melatonin?

[laughs]

Let's look this up here.

I need my gummies.

[laughs] Let's find out, 'cause we gotta do a, uh-

Imagine how sad that would be. There's A- there's melatonin related, like, AA meetings. [laughs] Like, Melatonin Anonymous.

Okay, it does say, um, you will not experience... This is Google AI, so you know-

[laughs]

... how accurate it is. Uh, it says you will not experience traditional chemical withdrawal or physical addiction when you stop taking melatonin. However, you may experience temporary rebound insomnia or a return of your original sleep issues, and you can develop a psychological reliance on melatonin. So it's, it's all in your head, Peaches. You don't need it, dude. You don't need it. It's in your head.

Uh-

But-

So seek help if you're, uh, struggling-

[laughs]

... with, uh, any type of addicts- addictive substance-

Whoa

... people. There are- [laughs]

[laughs]

Now settle down, Peaches. Settle down.

As I was trying to say, the whole point of this break-

Oh

... um, so I ended up staying up late playing golf with friends on my, on my computer with a f- few guys and all that stuff, and then all of a sudden it's like 1:30 in the morning. I'm like, "Okay, I gotta go to sleep now." So I, I take the melatonin, finally fall asleep. I have the weirdest dream ever. The weirdest dream. Melatonin does that to you, by the way.

Yeah?

Um, I had a dream that I had a baby. [laughs]

[laughs] You gave birth to one?

No, no, no, no.

Oh, okay.

The, it w-

'Cause that would be a pretty weird dream

... it was just a big kid.

[laughs] Uh, well, why is it-

It was a big kid, and all, all these people walking around the shopping mall-

[laughs]

... were like, "Hey, look how big that baby is."

[laughs]

And then I was like, I, I was repeating to the kid like, "We're gonna go get some chocolate. It's okay, buddy."

[laughs]

I'm walking down, like, the, w- up the line of shops, whatever. It's me carrying this giant baby. My right arm is hurting, too.

[laughs] 'Cause the baby's so huge.

'Cause the baby's so heavy. I'm like, "Geez, we gotta lay off the-

[laughs]

... we gotta lay off the sweets." And all the people are just pointing at it.

[laughs] [upbeat music] It's the noon hour of madness and mayhem. Happy Friday, everybody.

Yeah.

Yeah.

I, I was making a joke off the air saying I might sell some more stuff.

[laughs] Don't sell. You're not gonna have anything left.

And you were like, "Okay, let's just keep rolling" and then-

[laughs]

... you didn't hear a single word I said.

Sorry. D- b- you called me a mush brain earlier. 100% accurate. [laughs] I've, I've thankfully got a checklist of everything I need to get done. I hope I don't miss anything for this weekend or Monday, 'cause, uh, you, you've been here this week. This week was kinda nuts. [laughs] You know?

It's only gonna be ... It's gonna be like this for the next couple of weeks.

I know. But at, at least I, I think it won't be as nuts as this week was, aside from, you know, maybe the week of the 4th of July. You know, 'cause that's always a little bit hectic, but-

It's not too bad anymore.

No. Y- it ... Well, yes. Last year it was so much better.

Right.

Oh, [laughs] geez.

Last year was, it, it, we just-

It felt like heaven

... we just did our thing. That was it.

Oh, it was so great.

I ... No complaints. If, if we can get anywhere even close to that, I will be happy, so.

Tomorrow we got the Idaho Falls Farmer's Market that I'm going to.

Oh, yeah. Peach is gonna be at the farmer's market hanging out with Josh Tyler from, uh, Klassy 97.

Two bald guys.

Two-

One of them kinda looks like Victor.

It, it'll b-

Only skinnier

... it'll be like, uh-

That's a little messed up. I'm sorry

... a dad and his big, giant baby.

That's right.

[laughs]

I want Josh to carry me-

[laughs]

... up and down the farmer's market.

You should carry him around with one arm, see if it makes your arm sore. [laughs] Uh, they're gonna be dishing out some, while supplies last, tickets to the Klassy 97 Second Chance Prom, which is going down tomorrow night as well at the Waterfront in Idaho Falls.

You just had me thinking about the stupid baby carrier that people wear, where like [laughs] uh, the baby's in the middle of their stomach.

[laughs]

Just carrying Josh around. [laughs]

Yes. I want you to strap him onto you. [laughs]

[laughs]

One of those. [laughs] Or they have the ones that are kinda like a backpack for a baby.

His feet are almost to the ground.

[laughs] That'd be hilarious.

Come on, Joshy. [laughs]

Yeah, there's a lot of fun going on tomorrow. Go see Peaches and Josh at the farmer's market 9:00 AM to 2:00. Then go to the prom afterward. You can get free tickets from, uh, Josh and Peaches while supplies last. I, I don't know if they still got 'em at the ... Do you know if they still got 'em at the, uh, locations around town?

Um, there was only one location left that had a few pair, a few tickets left.

Okay. Then I'm not gonna say-

I think Klassy, m- Klassy updated it on their Facebook page-

Okay

... last time I saw.

All right. Well, it, we'll just say go see you, you know, tomorrow at the farmer's market.

Yeah, tomorrow at the farmer's market-

It's easy enough

... or you can buy them online through the app. It'll say Second Chan- ... Oh, actually, you know what? We got rid of that this morning. Uh-

Oh

... go to klce.com-

Yes

... and you can buy your tickets there.

And I think you can buy 'em at the door-

Yes

... too.

Yes, you can.

So they're, like, 10 bucks, but hey, you can't beat free. And while you're at the farmer's market, please, if you can, bring some donations for the Snake River Animal Shelter. How about the little kitties and doggies, and all that good stuff? Dried pet food, canned stuff. You know, stuff that's not gonna go bad. Anything you think the animal shelter might be able to use, so.

I was trying to think of a really bad joke to say just, just now.

About the animal shelter?

No, just about like, hey, like, why don't you, like, the KBER listeners, why don't you show up with the dog food and say, "Hey, Josh, this is for Chantel" or something like that.

Oh. [laughs]

And then I thought how bad that would've sounded.

Chantel's gonna be there too, so you could show up and say, "Chantel, this is for Josh."

Yes.

And that would be-

That's better.

There you go. Show up and be like, "We heard Josh needed something to eat" and then dump off all of your dog and cat food to him.

You know what? If it's protein-filled, maybe I'll eat it too.

Oh, geez. Peaches and his d-

Protein maxi baby.

Maybe, maybe Peaches [laughs] shouldn't be gathering pet food at the farmer's market.

[laughs] Does it have any carbs? [upbeat music]

So Peaches, the last break we did, I kind of rudely cut you off when you were telling me you wanted to sell more stuff. I just started yelling.

No, I was joking. [laughs]

Oh, okay. Okay. But did, did... Was there anything else you wanted to share with me? [laughs]

Um, I, I, uh, so the Joe Rogan Podcast-

Oh, right

... um, there was a recent episode with Harland Williams, and I'm not necessarily-

Ooh

... familiar with him.

He's, he was in the movie, like Half Baked. Um-

Yeah, apparently he's been around for a long time.

Oh, yeah, yeah. It, it doesn't seem like he's been in much for a really long time, but-

Yeah

... he was pretty popular when I was, you know, a teenager.

I don't know how he's able to make those jokes and just not laugh. Like, he was making Joe roll on the floor.

Oh, yeah, and he just keeps a straight face.

The whole podcast is insane-

Yeah

... what they talk about. So he-

Okay, I'm, I'll have to check out the episode

... he, he starts talking about these fish ca- I believe they're called like Gira hafa or Gira hafa, something like that.

Okay.

And Jamie has the pictures of the fish pulled up.

Mm-hmm.

And I screenshotted the a- the exact moment he pulls it up because flashed on screen for like five seconds East Idaho Aquarium-

Whoa

... on the Joe Rogan podcast. [laughs]

Oh, hey, that's cool. That's cool.

I was like, wait a minute. I was like the Leonardo DiCaprio meme. I was like, oh, oh, wait, hey, is that-

Hey, you're pointing at the screen

... yeah, [laughs] I'm pointing at the phone.

[laughs] I actually watched Once Upon a Time in Hollywood again, uh, what, two weeks ago, I think.

I know, I know you read that book in Tijuana, Mexico, 'cause you uploaded it on your Instagram.

Mm-hmm.

Like, "Catching up on a good read-

Yeah

... here, here in TJ."

Y- yeah, it was, it was a pretty good read, and that, that movie is pretty fun, pretty fun. I love the, the ending. I don't wanna ... If, if nobody's or if somebody listening hasn't seen it-

I have not seen it

... I don't wanna spoil. Oh, you haven't, even as a California guy?

Well, I've seen the first ... I saw the first 20 or 30 minutes, and I was just like, "This is boring, dude."

It's a Tarantino film.

This is long and dull.

[laughs] See, I love, I love a

artsy film. [laughs] Uh, it, I think it-

You're such a pretentious ... [laughs] I can't say that

... I think it does have ... If you, if you make it all the way through the movie, it pays off. The ending is fantastic and unexpected. That's all I'll say. Um,

you should watch it, Peaches. You should watch it. And I, I don't know what-

All the endings that you've suggested to me have been traumatic as all g- get out. Like, uh, uh-

Give an example

... Weapons.

I thought that was a hilarious ending.

Uh, The Substance.

I thought that was an amazing ending.

See?

[laughs]

The Mist.

[laughs] They did a great job.

The Mist ending is one-

[laughs]

... of the worst endings I have ever seen in my entire life.

[laughs] You know, uh, not every story-

It made me wanna do the ending myself.

Oh, geez, Peaches. [laughs]

[laughs]

It's, it is one of the darkest endings in, uh, movie history, and I think I told you the book's different. It doesn't end that way, you know?

I, yeah, but I'm not gonna read the book.

The director, the director made a pretty bold choice taking it in that direction. The Mist is pretty short. It's like 100 pages or something.

The, The Long Walk also, I should have known-

[laughs]

... that ending was gonna suck.

And dude, I ... See, the original book ending is w- w- way better. I, I, I guess say they didn't end the movie bad, but a different person wins in the end in the book, and then

it's sort of similar but even darker with no happy payoff where, like, the bad guy goes, you know?

No.

I, I'll tell you about it off-air 'cause-

Oh, I, I, I looked up the ending after-

Oh, okay

... I watched the movie 'cause I was like, "There's no way the book ends like this."

No. No, that was way too happy of an ending for-

Happy?

The movie had what I'd call-

No, what?

... a happy ending. Yeah.

No.

Sure.

N- not at all.

What do you mean?

My version of a happy ending is that you shoot the guy running the whole thing, be like, "That's it. Hey, turn around." Boom, boom, boom. You know, that whole thing.

But he did.

Uh, no, he didn't.

Okay, sorry, spoilers. B- b- okay, listeners, if you don't wanna hear spoilers for The Long Walk, uh, tune out a couple minutes ago. [laughs] Um-

Tune out a couple minutes ago.

[laughs]

Yeah, rewind time.

Tune out right-

Speaking of spoilers-

Tu-

... the movie Click, the whole thing's a dream. Like ... [laughs]

Tune out right now 'cause o- ... No, the other guy does, in the movie, the guy who wins, his wish is for, y- you know, and then he takes care of the bad guy.

I, I-

In, in the movie

... I, you

... I thought he-

I'm, I'm gesturing here.

I ... Yeah, no, I can t- [laughs] I'm hoping the GM turns the corner-

[laughs]

... as you're doing that gesture. [laughs]

Yeah, that's how the movie ends, but ... And then, yeah, you know what I'm saying?

I ... But see, I thought it was like he did, like he sacrificed,

you know, himself in-

Yeah, but then the guy who wins, he asks for the,

the ... Again, listeners, if you don't want spoilers, tune out a couple minutes ago.

May- maybe, maybe we should stop.

Okay. We don't wanna ruin the movie. It's an excellent... But it is a dark and sad movie.

Yeah, it's a really, really, really weird concept.

Yeah. Yeah, I'm sure that, uh, you know, The Hunger Games, um, I mean, a, a lot of movies have been inspired by that story, The Long Walk. What's the one that, uh, The Hunger Games seemed to rip off, the Japanese movie I can never think the name of? Oh, it's so good.

You ever seen The Hunt?

Battle Royale.

Oh, yeah.

Yeah. Battle Royale I'm sure inspired by The Long Walk. Um, it's a, it's a good movie, but it's sad. But I think I would call it a happy ending.

I'm, I'm pretty sure. I mean, it's not like yay happy. You know, it's still dark, but-

Dude, you feel gross after that movie's over.

Yeah, it's a pretty gross movie.

Like the Joker movie.

Yeah. I, yeah, but p- you haven't seen Requiem for a Dream.

I'm not watching that movie.

You should watch.

I'm trying to watch these feel-good movies, make myself feel better.

[laughs]

That's why I watched Bruce Almighty. I'm, I'm try-

[laughs]

... I'm not trying to watch, like-

Dude, they're on a-

... Million Dollar Baby or Jojo Rabbit.

[laughs]

Like, let me-

Oh, this is way worse than those.

Oh, yeah?

Do you wanna ... Dude, come on, P. I wanna see you just w- walk in here pale white-

Dude, I was-

... on, on Tuesday

... I was sobbing when I was a kid and I watched Bridge to Terabithia.

[laughs]

And Click also when we, m- me and my family decided to watch Click, and we didn't, we weren't old enough at the time, and we didn't think it was that much of a... crass movie at the, you know-

Yeah

... and we go into the theater, and he's making all these, like, terrible jokes and all that stuff. And m- my parents are looking at each other like, "Well, what, what did we do? What did we just do?" And the whole thing, like, especially the ending, made all of us cry. [laughs]

Yeah.

The movie Click makes me cry every time.

Dude, the other, the other weekend, I think it was last weekend, I woke up and Becca had gotten up before me.

And I walk out to the living room, and she's just crying on the couch.

[laughs]

And I'm like, "Is everything okay?" And then I look over and she had paused the TV, and I'm like, "Is this Click?" And she's like, [laughing] "Yes."

[laughs]

Yeah, because Adam Sandler's her favorite actor.

Oh.

So she loves Adam Sandler movies. I don't know how many times we've watched Happy Gilmore 2 [laughs] since it came out, but yeah. I, I could just tell, I, I don't remember-

That, that scene-

I saw Adam Sandler on the TV and she's bawling.

That, that scene where-

And I was like, "Okay, this is Click."

Where the, the... where Henry Winkler goes like, "I love you, son," and that's right before his death.

[laughs]

Oh.

It's been too long since I've seen it. I don't remember-

It just re-

I just remember that it was depressing, the movie.

It just reminds me of, like, you know, as time goes on, my parents get older and all that stuff, and the next thing you know they're gone.

Yeah.

And then it's like-

It happens

... there's the last interaction ever.

Yeah. It's, it's always kind of weird now. It's like, "Mother's Day is coming up." "Okay." "Father's Day is coming up." "Okay." [laughs]

Valentine's Day.

[laughs] Well, at least I can celebrate that one.

There you go.

For now.

For now.

Gonna get dumped-

Until, uh-

... soon enough

... until she sprays you with the hose again. Then you just go, "That's it! We're done."

No, she, she dumps me at country shows. [laughs] That's what happens, Peaches.

What?

Didn't I ever tell you the, this story?

No.

Okay. This is a great ending story for the noon hour. I'm sure I had to have told you this. You're just not thinking or remembering. Hey, you remember Cody Jinks from Out America Center?

Dude, you weren't, and you weren't even at that show.

Yeah. I was there for-

You were there for 10 minutes. Me and Justin are sitting there next to you.

I think we made it through half the show.

No, you show up and go, "Why isn't this person opening?" We're like, "Victor, he's not on the lineup." And then you're like, "Okay." And then you walked away and then never came back.

No, we did come back, 'cause we-

No, you didn't

... we went out, we got a, a beverage. We were talking to a friend out there. Then we come back in, uh, 'cause... Yeah,

the, the opener for... Was it Cody Jinks?

Yeah, Cody Jinks, Tanner Usse-

No, I'm thinking of the openers for, um, uh, Ian Munsick. So yeah, we, we hung out for the, the opener of, uh, Cody Jinks out, kinda in the, uh, foyer. Um, [laughs] but we go back in.

And, uh, at one point during Cody Jinks' set,

Becca just starts going, "Ugh, I wish you'd just leave me alone. I'm, I'm done with you." And I thought she was talking to me. This is when we, like, barely first hooked up. And so I was like, "Well, fine.

You can stay with Peaches and Justin. I'm leaving." [laughs] And I, I just storm out, you know. I was upset. [laughs] And she followed me.

I saw none of this happen, by the way.

Okay. So this... Yeah, that's-

[laughs]

Okay.

And that was apparently right next to me. I, I-

It was right next to you

... me and Justin were just sitting there like, "Hey, are they coming back?"

[laughs] So I storm out and I'm like, "Rah, fine." And we get out to my truck, you know, and then we figured out. She's like, "I, I didn't... I wasn't talking to you. Like, uh, why are you so ma- upset?" And then the next day we figured it out. Uh, she had gotten a text from somebody else-

Oh

... that she, uh, was done with and didn't want. [laughs] And I guess they saw us together at the show and texted her, and were like, "Oh, I see you're with Victor." And, uh, she-

Why, why say something like that?

'Cause people are, you know, turds. You know?

It, it's like if you-

They're immature

... it's tough to see that change.

It is.

It's extremely tough to see that change but-

Well, after-

... that's why you gotta-

After a cou-

... edit yourself as Bane-

[laughs] Yeah

... and get out there-

There you go

... and work on yourself.

Exactly. Get some ChatGPT going on.

Sell your belongings.

[laughs]

Take melatonin gummies. Start whipping moths with towels.

[laughs] That's right. Be like Peaches. Don't be a-

Start injecting yourself with weird substances.

[laughs] Don't be a crybaby.

Get the, get the body changed.

I mean, I'd understand if it was, like, a week after, but it's like, if, if you've been split up for, you know, a long time, a year or two, time to get over it. Time to get over it. Don't bother people.

Well, I, I can't, I, I can't say I, I've done the same, 'cause the, my, my, my first relationship I was, uh, like, downtrodden for, like, three years. The relationship was for two.

[laughs] Oh, gee. Yeah, well when you're a teenager, that's acceptable.

I would annoy the crap out of my friends, be like, "Guys, she's laughing with somebody new. She's smiling at somebody else."

Yeah, but when you're, when you're-

They're like, "Turn your mic off, Peaches." [laughs] And I'm f- I'm playing, I'm playing, like, Never On The Day You Leave-

[laughs]

... from John Mayer on the microphone, just crying.

Yeah.

"She's not coming back." [laughs]

[laughs] Yeah. I'm sorry. If you're, uh, you know, getting close to 30 or something, it's time to get over it a little bit quicker. Man, like those videos you show me. Stop crying. Be a man.

What's that one I showed you recently?

Oh, wait, it's okay to cry.

What's that one I showed you recently? It was, uh-

Oh, I-

No, no, no. It was, um... He goes, like, "It takes two to make a relationship," or, "It takes two to fail a relationship. That's why you blame her and her mother. Be a man."

[laughs]

[laughs]

Yeah, I couldn't keep track of what ones you'd sent me recently, 'cause Becca's been sending them [laughs] to me as well. Those videos are so good. What's the name of the channel if listeners wanna check it out?

Uh, Boston Be A Man.

Boston Be A Man. Look those up. They're, uh, they're pretty funny.

My favorite one of all time, I can't even... I... He's like, "Smell your dog's butt." [laughs]

[laughs] Be a man.

Be a man. [laughs]

[laughs]

And you can't stop laughing during the video either.

[laughs] All right, everybody, I'm gonna get out of here. I'm out Monday. Uh, so make sure you're listening during the weekend to find out about our new promotion that's launching, and make sure, I'll, I'll say right now, that you're listening at 7:05 AM on Monday for our flavor of the day. What does that mean? You'll find out tomorrow.

See, now you make me upset, because I was gonna try to take Monday off 'cause I have to work all day tomorrow.

Ah.

And I'd only get one day out of, out of the weekend before I'm back here.

Well, I mean,

we could have Jade come in and play the song of the day.

Yeah, but he's too busy taking profile pictures in his office-

[laughs] Oh, yeah, I forget

... with a ring light.

Just when he'll make himself look like he's really thinking.

Yeah.

He's really pondering.

[laughs] Hmm.

Hmm.

I wonder how I sh- how I can ruin the transmitter for Cave or even more.

[laughs]

Hmm.

So yeah, I'm out, people. I'll be back on Tuesday. Peaches will be back at 2:00 for the, uh, Peaches Bit Party. And, uh, y'all have a great weekend. Go see Peaches tomorrow at the Idaho Falls Farmers Market. You're gonna be there, what, from 11:00 to 2:00?

I, I might be closer to noon.

Okay.

Yeah, it's like noon to 2:00, around there.

All right.

'Cause Josh has to go to a certain store to pick up all the cookies and punch and all that for the s- the second chance prom.

Gotcha.

And he has to prepare all day for that tomorrow.

Yeah. I'm gonna have it rough. I'm gonna be, uh, driving around in my truck looking at wildlife.

Dude.

And enjoying all the traffic that is inevitable in Yellowstone.

Once my birthday shows up, I'm just gonna be out of here.

[laughs]

On Friday, August 28th, I'm getting that flight, and then the next day I'll be turning 30. Oh, I'm not, I'm not looking forward to that.

[laughs] Well, don't cry about it.

I might.
