Do you guys know why this podcast is titled, We Need Your Help? Well, it's because we need your help. You see, the vision behind You Can Mentor is to equip and encourage mentors and mentoring organizations to love God, love others, and make disciples in their own communities. We truly wanna help you become the best mentor you can possibly be. And we wanna help mentoring organizations be a light in their community as they build relationships with kids and advance God's kingdom.

Over the last 4 years since we have been doing this, we have put out a lot of content. We created a couple of books, some podcasts, lots of resources that we hope helps you, the mentor, build relationships with kids. All of those can be found on our website. But I come to you today asking for a favor. How can you can mentor help you?

How can we help you either become the best mentor you can possibly be? Or how can we help you, the mentoring organization, serve your community in the best way possible? We're kinda running low on ideas. And I was talking with John the other day, and he said, why don't you just ask the people what they want? So I come to you today asking that question.

How can we best serve you? How can we help you? How can we make your job easier? What do you wish was created that hasn't been created yet? And we would love to get in contact with you and learn how we can team up with you to make that happen.

So please, if you have any ideas about how You commentor can best serve you, if you need resources, if you need a specific kind of training, if there is a nonprofit that we have not interviewed or that we don't know about, please send us an email. We exist to make you better. And I don't wanna assume that I know what you need. I would love to hear it from you. We are trying to create a faith based focused on Jesus Christ, a Christian mentoring conference. That is kinda what we're hoping to do next.

And if that sounds like something that you would be interested in, holler at us. We also want to create more resources. We wanna create more books. We wanna create more just things to help volunteer mentors or mentors, perspective mentors, or nonprofits, churches, schools, whoever. We're also looking for people to hop on our podcast on a more consistent basis.
