The Noon Hour Of Madness & Mayhem can be heard live on KBEAR 101 weekdays at 12pm MST. Viktor and Peaches talk about a wide variety of topics depending on the day and you never know what to expect!
[upbeat music] The Noon Hour of Madness and Mayhem, the podcast.
This is the Noon Hour of Madness and Mayhem. I am Victor.
I'm Peaches, and I got weighed at the gym two days ago.
Were you happy or sad?
I'm close to 40 pounds lost in total.
Wow, Peaches.
A whole toddler-
All right [laughs]
... off of me.
Peaches lost a baby.
When I, when I was at that PT session, they're like, "By the way, every pound you lose is 10 pounds less on your knees."
Oh.
So I got 400 pounds off of my knees now.
Very nice. Very nice.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah, I need to, uh, I haven't looked at the scale recently, but my calorie intake has been lower, so hopefully I'm losing a little bit of weight. But exercise would probably help.
My advice is don't weigh yourself every day like I tried to for four days straight.
Yeah.
Otherwise you'll become, uh, you'll, you'll, you'll become sad.
Yeah.
You'll just be sad. Um, I, I was sitting there in near tears with, uh, cucumbers and hummus. [laughs]
[laughs] Eating grapes.
I gained two pounds.
[laughs]
Your weight fluctuates like five to seven pounds every day.
Yeah. Yeah, exactly. So, you know, just try to, uh, be reasonable with yourself.
I was, uh-
But, uh, be healthy
... I did the, uh, personal training session at the gym that we get for, because of the whole program and everything.
Mm-hmm. How'd that go?
So, uh, well, I mean, I've told them like, "Hey, I'm kinda, I'm kinda wanting to be able to do push-ups and pull-ups and all of that." I've never been able to do a pull-up in my entire life.
And were they like, "Dude, you're big."
Uh, no, the guy, the, the trainer was actually very nice, and his name's Bryden.
Bryden?
Yeah. B-R-Y-D-E-N.
Boy, I bet you hate that name.
Ugh. It was like, "Dude, you must be from Utah."
[laughs]
You must be. I'm shocked it's not like B-R-I-G-H-D, D-Y-N.
Yeah. It ... Did he have a name tag?
No. [laughs]
'Cause it might be.
No, it's B-R-Y-
Okay
... D-E-N. But, uh, he was having me do this thing on the Smith machine where you kinda look like an idiot. You, you, you put your arms up, you hold onto the bar, and you squat down, and then you try just pulling yourself up without using your legs.
Okay.
And you just keep doing that. But every time I did it, it looked like I was squatting down to-
[blows raspberry]
Yeah, yeah, exactly. And then they had, he had me do as like a super set, it was that with, um, l- like putting the bar lower and then doing push-ups on it.
Uh-huh.
Of course with my legs, I'm taking up the whole row.
Yeah.
So there are people going like around me like I'm road construction.
[laughs]
And then he's like, "All right, let's do an assessment now." So we have to go to this tiny room. Uh, he puts the heart rate monitor on me, and it needs to be extended. It's like one of those, like fat people on an airplane-
Mm-hmm
... you need the seatbelt extension.
Yeah.
And then once it finally got on me, it's like, "Okay, let's, uh, let's bike here." And try to have it stay in the blue line, so you're going at a very slow pace and you're watching your heart rate go higher and higher, and that's kinda sad 'cause you're like, "Dude, I'm barely pedaling. My heart rate's at 108."
Mm-hmm.
And then when the test finished, the guy's like, "Whoa, I've never seen this before. I've never seen anybody get into the negatives on this." And I'm like, "What do you mean?" And ap- apparently the, the machine glitched out.
Oh.
But he had me worried that all of a sudden I had just lost a whole bunch of oxygen-
[laughs]
... all at the same time. [laughs] It was, it was something weird with the whole test, but, um, yeah, went through that. And then, um, I stupidly scheduled that at 6:00 A.M., so right as seven in the morning hit, I was like, "I can't do this."
[laughs]
"I need to go back to sleep." So I went right back to bed.
All right. Well, it was a productive weekend then it sounds like, Peaches.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah, mine, uh, it, it was fairly productive. I did get my, my lawn mowed. Becca did the front, I did the back.
She sent me a Snapchat. You were on the couch in your pajamas-
Mm-hmm
... and she was [laughs] she was in the front yard mowing. She's like, "Look at this guy." [laughs]
I know.
And you're all curled up like a grandma. [laughs]
Yeah, she's all jacked up and like, "Let's do some chores," and I'm like, "No."
Me and my dad are the same way. We'll wanna wake up early, get 'em all done.
Yeah, I-
What are you giving me a look for? [laughs]
Sleeping in is what the weekend's for.
I, I, you- it's funny 'cause you sent an email saying you slept 14 hours on Saturday.
I did.
I, I slept for 12, and I was blown away. I woke up and it was, uh, like 11:30.
Yeah.
I was like, "Dude, what in the world happened?" And then-
It was wild, dude
... yeah, yeah, I missed basketball completely in that morning.
Yeah, I was, uh, out cold, and then I got up and I was all pumped. I was like, "All right, I'm gonna get some chores done. I'm gonna do some stuff around this house." And then like an idiot, a complete moron,
I decided, "Hey,
I'm 30 days sober. Let's jump off the wagon."
Oh.
That's why I didn't wanna do any chores Sunday. Now-
Come on, Victor.
I know, I'm back on.
I'm close-
No, I didn't
... to 30 years sober.
[laughs] Good job for you, Peaches.
[laughs]
It's a lot easier to stay sober if you don't touch it. [laughs] But I'm back at it. I'm back at it. It, you know.
Boo. Boo this man.
I know. Shame on me. It just wasn't worth it.
What was it-
You know?
What was it ... Oh, yeah. So-
Oh, I did accomplish one thing-
Okay
... while I was pounding IPA. Uh-
[laughs]
[laughs] I set up all my Govee lights in my living room again and got them all dialed in with the TV.
Are you sure you set them up properly?
Yes, they're set up right.
[laughs] "I, I did it."
They were-
You're in the wrong room, Victor. This is the bathroom. [laughs]
They're working great. Aside from that, uh, I accomplished, well, mowing the backyard, so that, that was-
Are you sure the actual mower was on? [laughs]
Yes. And it was a nightmare. Some of that grass was two feet tall 'cause I hadn't mowed it at all.
That's up to your knees, dude.
Yeah. Hadn't mowed it at all this season. So,
uh, at least I got that done. Maybe one of these days I'll put the patio furniture out now that summer's almost over.
Wow. [laughs]
Yeah.
It's almost July 4th and ... [laughs]
Well, there's no point in putting it out till my house is clean and I feel comfortable, uh, inviting people over.
You've been saying that for the past four years.
Yeah. Well, and last year I had it all cleaned up and good. We did do a get-together at my house, but then it's, uh, it's been trashed since-
Hey, you made me s-
... so I gotta clean back up
... you made me sit at a table by myself For that Peaches needs a pal crap that did
Yeah, that was funny, though.
Oh, you're like, "Peaches, go sit at the table by yourself with a bag of chips and put some crumbs all over you."
[laughs]
"Look like a fat slob."
Okay.
[laughs]
I'll do anything for content.
[laughs] It worked. It got a lot of plays, a lot of views.
Um, I did, I, I did send out the, uh, the picture of my, uh, marriage license to ordain people.
Oh.
Or I'm ordained, so I can marry people, and, uh, Becca did say that she wants me to marry you and her together.
Ah. How much do I gotta pay you?
No, nothing.
Nothing? All right.
I'll just do it.
I like that price. That sounds pretty good.
Well, you, you gave me this job, so.
All right.
[laughs]
Peaches gonna marry us for free.
That's right.
Anything else?
We are gathered here today to celebrate a thing called life.
[laughs] Oh, God.
[laughs]
Oh, I pushed the wrong button, but I think the boards bypass. We'll be fine.
[upbeat music] I hate when I've looked at something, like, I don't know, two years ago, Peaches, that at the time
I was, you know, really, you know, well-versed in, had ideas, and then I just forgot about all of it since. Now Prime Day is happening, so I was like, "Maybe,
maybe I can get myself a camera, a mirrorless camera, so I can stream in high quality as well as get out and get my Lou Brutus on and do some photography." Um-
This is my Sign Slipknot poster.
[laughs] That's right. [laughs] I need to be in the pit for the first three songs taking photos.
Look at this beautiful shot of Maria Brink with her [laughs] -
Yeah
... with her chest area exposed. [laughs]
So I got, like, a little-
With a signed bra.
[laughs]
[laughs] Oh, geez. Sign my dunce cap please.
[laughs]
It says the W word. [laughs] But I got looking around at, like, the Prime deals, and I think I mentioned this to you during the morning show, it's like, it seems like everything's just priced how it was, like, a year or two ago on sale.
[laughs] I was thinking about-
It's not very exciting. I'm, I'm pretty disappointed.
I was thinking about this 'cause for some reason I've had this ... I, I have these, uh ... B- what, what, what am I t- what am I thinking of here? Like, the ... I, I, I feel compelled to do things sometimes.
Mm-hmm.
And so I was like, "You know what I wanna do to spruce up my style? Get one of those silver chains."
A silver chain.
Yeah.
Okay.
So I was think-
They're affordable.
Yeah. I was thinking about getting a cheap one off of Amazon 'cause it's Prime Day, you know, and all of that.
Yeah.
And then I was thinking, I'm like, "Will I look like a complete and utter, uh, just d-bag if I were to wear something like that?"
Um-
Would I, would I look like a, a DJ Khaled? [laughs]
Well, like I said, they're pretty affordable, so it might be worth just drop the 10 bucks or whatever and give it a shot.
But will people judge me for that?
Probably not. I mean-
Will I be considered like a-
... you're in the m- you're in the rock and metal scene. People have-
Like an Electric Callboy song title?
[laughs] I know which one you're talking about.
[laughs]
Uh, it probably depends, Peaches. I don't, I don't know.
'Cause I don't know, 'cause that's the thing. It's like I w- uh, like, every time I try do ... Like,
it's weird for me if, if I were to try doing something like that, it's very obvious that it doesn't look right on me kind of thing.
But you don't know 'cause you haven't tried it. Here's what you gotta do. You get that chain, but you also need to get some piercings.
No.
Some facial piercings.
Oh, heck no.
Yeah.
No, no, no, no.
Get your, get both ears done.
No.
You know, maybe, uh-
What am I, Travis Kelce?
Yeah. Get, uh, what do they call this? Labret. Is that right? Between your nostrils.
The septum?
Septum, yeah.
Yeah, yeah, have my mom just freak out.
Yeah, get the septum, get, uh, some eyebrows, the lip-
Oh, God
... earrings, and then get the chains.
I mean, people can get that all they want. For me, it's not gonna look good.
And then you get the, you know, the piercing down below, and you hook the chain from your nipples to down there.
[laughs]
[laughs] The silver chain.
There's a, there was a-
[laughs]
... a stupid advertisement that I saw. For some reason I'm getting this guy that looks like Jesus, and he's, uh, trying to promote this fasting app. He's like, "I've been fasting for the past 18 hours." And I'm like, "Dude, I can't take you seriously," 'cause he has the big piercings right here, and he's shirtless.
So you just see, like, these ball rings hanging from his chest, and they're f-
I don't-
... they're flapping when he's talking.
I don't think Jesus would've pierced his nipples, but I don't know.
I think I read that in the Bible somewhere.
[laughs] That Jesus was a fan of-
Thou shalt have-
... body piercings? [laughs]
[laughs]
I don't know. I don't remember that line, but I see a lot of people point out lines that I don't remember in the Bible as well, so [laughs] like, I don't know if it said that.
It's under the secret bonus chapter. You didn't know about that?
[laughs] Oh.
It's like a CD.
I need to, uh, you know, go to the obscure bookstore.
Yeah.
[laughs] Find some-
Ask them for the extended director's cut.
[laughs] Exactly.
[laughs]
I wanna know Jesus's thoughts on nose rings.
[laughs]
Is he down or what?
All right. Let's Google search this real fast.
I mean, back in the day, you know, people would gauge their ears and things like that. You see the, uh, ancient Egyptian mummies. They, you know, go ahead and disturb their eternal rest, and they ain't come out of the ground, and they're like, "Look, check it out."
Jesus likely-
Gauged ears
... wouldn't view a nose piercing as a moral failing.
[laughs] Well, d- depends who you ask, Peaches.
It says-
I bet we could find someone who'd disagree
... the Bible views body modifications as culturally and historically acceptable, even using nose rings as symbols of beauty and blessing. Example, Ezekiel 16:12.
What?
Wow. I did not know that the Bible took a stance on piercings.
Rather than outward aesthetics, Jesus' teachings emphasize that God judges the heart.
Not-
1 Samuel 16:7.
Well, then what does it say about tattoos? 'Cause that's-
Find out
... the same kind of thing.
I think it would be just the same thing.
Yeah.
Like, just exterior.
I would assume, you know, Jesus is down with the tattoos. I don't know, though.
Yeah. A- as a matter of the heart ... Uh, he would likely view tattoos as a matter of the heart and personal conscience rather than an outright moral failing.
Okay. Yeah, I, I mean, a- as you know, I think tattoos are just fine.
Sure.
But a lot of people think, uh, you're not supposed to do anything to your body, so that's good to know that the Bible gives you the two thumbs up. Peaches, that's what you show your mom when she gets mad that you have a septum piercing and a chain from your nipples to, you know.
[laughs]
You're just like, "Mom, I wanna show you these verses from Ezekiel-
[laughs]
"... and show you-
I just walk in wearing, like, a what? A Speedo?
Yeah. [laughs]
When I come back home for my 30th birthday.
Yeah.
"Hey, Mom, I'm going through a, a tran- a transition here." [laughs]
This is my midlife crisis.
This is, yeah, apparently.
[laughs]
This is my,
this is my new chapter, my new era. I am now a chained man. [upbeat music]
You know what frustrates me, Peaches?
The fact I don't have, uh, piercings?
Uh, yes. There we go. Break over. See you later. Now, [laughs] when I see a post online, somebody asks a question, and I know you don't like this either, when they don't answer the question correctly. Somebody asked on Reddit, "Who's the biggest," we'll just call, "jerk rock musician you've ever met?"
Anything by the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
[laughs] Probably see that kinda answer pop up. So-
Anything by Cardi B.
So you start going down the list. The question again, the biggest jerk rock musician you have met, and why?
I've heard from a friend whose cousin was a tour manager for the Foo Fighters, and he heard that, uh, Pat Smear was a complete and utter piece of crap.
Rock musician you have met [laughs] and why?
Well, I heard from a friend-
[laughs]
... that also heard from my dog, that also heard from a tree,
that Pete Wentz from Fall Out Boy, uh, likes applesauce with pulp.
[laughs] Rock star you have met and wh-
[laughs]
Okay, so somebody of course mentions Gene Simmons right out of the gate.
Okay.
Which everyone knows-
I've heard
... everyone knows he's a jerk, but they did not meet him, and they did not say why.
Don't you mean Gene Simmons from Kiss? [laughs]
From Kiss.
[laughs]
Okay? Then you have John Mellencamp has a terrible reputation.
Okay.
Did you meet him? And why does he have a terrible reputation? Two answers that didn't answer the question.
I've heard that Victor Wooten guy likes to push people over at concerts.
[laughs] There you go.
I heard it from a Facebook comment.
[laughs] No, but you've, and you've met me, so I guess that's-
Dang it
... that's an appropriate answer. This person says, "Met Eddie Vedder four years ago. Nicest down-to-earth person you'll ever meet."
He's a better man.
The question was, "Who's the biggest jerk you've ever met, and why?" Not, "Who's the nicest rock star you've met?"
I got to stare at Dave Grohl at the, uh, Beverly Hills Mall, whatever that place is called, when he was doing a book signing with his mom.
Mm-hmm.
And I just stared at him, and he's the nicest guy I've ever met.
[laughs] Yeah. It was, it was great. I saw it.
I just stared at him from the back of the crowd, you know?
All right, uh, this guy s- at least he gave an explanation. Says, "Lars Ulrich, he yelled at a girl outside The Troubadour because she said hi." Okay.
I've heard he's, like, the absolute worst.
I, I've never met him. I don't know. But at least that person finally answered the question. Lars Ulrich, why? He yelled at a girl. All right, that's ... There has, has to be people who are meaner than that. But I have a feeling we're not gonna get any proper answers here. Here's another one. Doesn't answer the question. "Huey Lewis was really down to earth and patient at the fact I was kinda starstruck." Okay, let me reply,
"Doesn't answer the question."
Go ahead and give me the down votes. I don't care. Learn to answer-
That's the one thing I-
... questions properly.
That's the one thing I hate about Reddit, is that if you just don't agree with the person, they'll just down vote you to oblivion.
Yeah. I'm, I'm gonna go ahead and, uh, leave these comments. I, I gotta go back to the Eddie Vedder one and say, "This doesn't answer the question."
Like, seriously. Good for you. You met Eddie Vedder and he's nice. That has nothing to do with this thread. This doesn't answer the question.
I guess I'll leave out, "You suck and have failed at the internet." Okay. What else do we have here?
Don Henley was a rude butt wipe. They used a different word, but okay. I guess it's vague, but they did say he was rude, but the question is, "Who's the biggest jerk?"
But you know what people-
And why, so rude's gonna be part of it. What did he do?
People have that one interaction with a rock star or any celebrity, and they could be having a bad day. They could be bombarded by a whole bunch of people and not want to deal with that.
Yeah.
And so then they just brush them all off and say, "Hey, please, like, I just wanna get to where I'm going," and then all of a sudden this person goes on Reddit and says, "Hey, they're the biggest jerk I've ever met."
Oh, yeah. I'm sure it's happened to me, 'cause there have been times when I'm just not feeling very sociable and someone wants to talk my ear off. And I may end up staring at my phone or something to kinda, all right, you know, let's go ahead and end this conversation. But some people don't pick up on social cues.
That's what you do to me all the time.
What was that, Peaches? Sorry, I was staring at my phone. [laughs] It's the noon hour of madness and mayhem. A minute ago I was playing this music, Peaches, the Back to the Future theme, and it got me thinking about Back to the Future. Becca mentioned-
Now, I've heard-
... she has never seen those movies
... Michael J. Fox from, uh, other people, uh, from my, from my cousin to his pet parrot, that Michael J. Fox is one of the nicest people out there. I've heard.
Doesn't answer the question.
I've heard.
[laughs] I bet he is a nice dude. He seems like he'd be a nice guy. But yeah, you've seen all the Back to the Future movies, right?
Uh, yeah, recently.
Just recently?
It was, uh, was it early this year or ... I'll have to take a look at my notes.
All right, what did you think of them as a younger person who had never seen them before?
They're classics.
Classics.
Yeah.
Good movies?
Yeah. Oh, yeah, absolutely.
Okay.
Watched them last year.
Okay.
I, I remember that now. We watched the trilogy.
Okay. So Becca had never seen those, which blows my mind. I've got them on Blu-ray. I was like, "Well, you should watch them."
But she's got some kind of aversion to older movies, I think. 'Cause I also asked her if she'd seen Star Wars, and she's like, "No, and I'm not watching that crap." I'm like, "Star Wars is good."
Yeah, it's a great movie.
At least the first three.
Great series. Yeah, yeah.
The, the old, old ones.
Four, five, and six.
Four, five, and six. The OGs. You know, one, two, and three are, hmm. Six, or let's see, seven, eight, and nine are, eh, a little better. But, you know, the first three. And then they've got the offshoot shows, some of which are pretty good, like Andor and The Mandalorian. I don't know about the others, 'cause now there's so much Star Wars crap I can't even keep track.
Yeah, Disney's just milking the crap out of it.
Well, if I was gonna force her to watch one or the other, Star Wars trilogy or Back to the Future-
What do you mean force her to watch one? You gonna treat-
Move her-
... her like A Clockwork Orange with the-
Yep. Yeah
... with the things on her eyes?
Yeah, I mean, you know, strap her down to, to the chair.
Whoa.
Pry the eyes open.
All right.
Like in Clockwork Orange.
[laughs] All right.
Which one do you think I should do, Star Wars or Back to the Future?
Uh, Star Wars, 'cause she-
Star Wars
... she had an adverse reaction to it for some reason.
Okay. So since she wants to see that one less-
I've heard from a friend
... that's the one
... from, uh, from their dog
that Star Wars is not that good.
Oh.
[laughs]
And I mean, I can't say much, 'cause I have some kind of weird aversion to Star Trek.
Yeah, me too. I can't stand it.
Like, I have no desire to watch any of it.
My, my friend Bobby back in the day was obsessed with it. I'm like, dude, this looks like the dumbest ... They're all wearing colored shirts going, "Live long and prosper. Now shoot those lasers at that ship."
Yeah, I don't know.
Like, it just, it, it's ... And you have William Shatner and George Takei going, "Oh, my." Like-
[laughs]
... it's, who cares?
Yeah, I don't know. I've never been able to give that one a go. Something about it, I'm just like, no, I don't care. Give me Star Wars. Or your favorite, 2001.
Oh, jeez.
[laughs]
That movie sucks. 2001: A Space Odyssey is one of the worst pieces of crap ever.
[laughs] What about Interstellar?
I haven't seen it.
Space movie. Oh, you should watch it. It's pretty good.
I, I, I've heard-
Yeah
... that it's pretty sad.
[laughs] It's got some sadness to it.
I might cry.
Aw. No crying, Peaches.
I'll watch that movie, then I'll watch The Green Mile. I'll just have a cry fest.
[laughs] There you go.
Then watch Schindler's List-
[laughs]
... and then watch, uh, Requiem for a Dream, and then-
It's a cry and sad weekend.
Just make it like tears for July or something like that, and we'll start the whole movie marathon every single night just, you know, crying my eyes out, watching those sad movies.
All right.
Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind. Put that one in there.
Oh, yeah. That's a great cheery movie.
[laughs]
God. Click? Throw Click into the mix.
Oh, jeez. Yeah, what, what are the saddest movies of all time here? Let's take a look at this.
Yeah, let's find out. I need to sit around and cry. Saddest movies of all time.
Oh.
Oh.
Grind of the Fireflies. I forgot about that one.
Oh, yeah, you've told me about that one. I haven't seen that one.
The Boy in the Striped Pajamas. Sure.
The Boy in the Striped Pajamas? All right.
I guess Rotten Tomato says An Affair to Remember is the number one.
Oh, The Fault-
Saddest movie
... in Our Stars. How about that?
Coco? I don't remember Coco being that sad.
I see Up.
Oh, you gotta have Up in there. Um, a lot of these I haven't heard of that are on this list. Is Lady and the Tramp sad?
A Star is Born.
What's sad about Lady and the Tramp?
After Sun.
Oh.
A Walk to Remember. How about that one?
Yeah.
Oh. We can't, we can't forget this one. Marley & Me.
Oh, yeah. People didn't like that. People didn't like the end of that.
The Whale is also on this list.
The Whale's pretty sad.
It's free with ads right now on YouTube.
Really?
Mm-hmm.
The Whale's ... It's a good movie. It's a good movie. Th- that's the same director as, uh, Requiem for a Dream. Darren Aronofsky.
Uh, Sound of Metal.
The Sound of Metal is sad? [laughs] The Lion King.
Oh, The Pursuit of Happiness with Will Smith.
I haven't seen that.
Oh, come on. You gotta watch that.
I haven't seen a lot of the movies that are on this list.
Interstellar-
So
... is also on here. Bridge to Terabithia.
I've heard that's pretty bad.
That, that movie had me balling as a kid. Came out in 2007. I was 11 years old. Sure, yeah, I was tearing up big time.
All right. A Ghost Story, that's an A24 movie I've been meaning to watch.
The Fox and the Hound.
See, that one is sad. Sure.
Terms of Endearment. Hmm.
All Dogs Go to Heaven and Bambi.
Oh, My Girl.
Horrifying. Horrifying movies. Movies that will make kids cry.
There's My Girl.
[laughs] He can't see without his glasses. He can't see without his glasses.
What was that one movie?
That movie is terrible.
What's that one?
My Girl? What a stupid movie.
What's that ... W- What's Eating Gilbert Grape? "Mom, wake up."
Oh, jeez. [laughs]
That scene. [laughs]
He can't see without his glasses. We watched My Girl recently with Becca's daughter. I'm like, "This movie's horrible."
I, I saw Becca's other Snapchat talking about how she was showing her, uh, her kid, uh, uh, Jeepers Creepers.
[laughs] Yeah.
Freaking him out, freaking her out.
[laughs]
Freaking her friends out.
[laughs] I, I think it's much more disturbing to watch My Girl than Jeepers Creepers. [laughs]
I've not seen Jeepers Creepers.
You haven't seen Jeepers Creepers?
No.
It's kinda classic horror. It's pretty good.
You know what movie people always talk, uh, hype about that I've just not cared to watch-
