7:30am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half and a bowl of bran flakes with milk.

11:30am: Leftover baked fusillotti and two cups of coffee with heavy cream at the office.

7pm: Frozen Rao’s pepperoni pizza and romaine lettuce with pecorino Romano, black pepper, and creamy ceasar dressing, made at home.

8pm: Blue Bell chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream.

October 21, 2025 (Tuesday)

7am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home.

8:30am: Leftover baked fusilotti.

12:30pm: A slice of La Farm sourdough.

2:30pm: A slice of La Farm sourdough with butter and salt.

6pm: French onion soup with butter toasted La Farm sourdough, Swiss cheeves, and chives, made at home.

7pm: A small bowl of Blue Bell chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream.

October 22, 2025 (Wednesday)

7:30am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half and a bowl of bran flakes with milk.

11:30am: Leftover baked fusillotti, two cups of coffee with heavy cream, and a miniature package of three SweeTarts at the office.

6:30pm: Neiman Ranch bratwursts, roasted golden pinto potatoes with chives and lemon, and arugula with lemon, Brightland olive oil, and black pepper, made at home.

7:30pm: A small bowl of Blue Bell chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream.

October 23, 2025 (Thursday)

7:30am: Counter Culture coffee with half & half, made at home.

9:30am: A cappuccino at Joe Van Gogh in Durham, North Carolina.

12pm: A cold brew with half & half from Joe Van Gogh.

1pm: Chicken and broccoli in sate sauce, white rice, and an egg roll from Bahn’s Cuisine in Durham, North Carolina.

6pm: Rao’s frozen cheese pizza and arugula with pecorino romano, Brightland olive oil, red wine vinegar, and black pepper, made at home.

7:30pm: A small bowl of Blue Bell chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream.
