So do you ever know there's a lot more of the ebb and flow in life, right?

Like, I don't know, it's winter, right?

So it's getting the tail end of winter.

We're getting out of it.

We're coming back into, uh, into spring.

And it's just like at the tail end of winter, you kind of, you kind of like your depression and like, you're just like, oh, I feel gross.

You take a shower, but you feel like you haven't taken a shower.

And then all of a sudden, one day, it's nice out.

And you're like, you know what?

Screw this.

Screw this weather.

It's nice out now.

I'm going to enjoy it.

And then you're like, you know what?

I need to get a haircut, and I'm going to do a change.

And then you get your haircut, and then you shave your beard, and you take your shower, and you're like, man, I'm a brand new person.

You look at yourself in your podcast mirror, and you're like, I am a brand new person.

And then what'll happen is three months will go on, your hair will grow long.

You'll feel disgusting because you're covered in dead skin that's just growing down into your ears.

And then you're like, I feel less like a grub after I get a haircut.

I don't know what it is.

It's something about the ebb and flow.

Maybe it is that shedding of the dead skin that's turned into hair.
