In this episode, we delve into the topic of maintaining a strict and consistent dietary routine to achieve weight loss goals. I share my personal experience and reveal my daily calorie intake of 1,820 calories, with a breakdown of 200 grams of protein, 160 grams of carbs, and 47 grams of fat.
My morning meal consists of a nutritious combination of egg whites, spinach, peppers, onions, and ground turkey. For dinner, I opt for a salad packed with spring mix, cucumbers, tomatoes, and a choice of protein such as chicken, lunch meat, ham, tuna, or brisket. Lunch varies daily and usually includes lunch meat.
To satisfy my sweet tooth, I enjoy a Greek yogurt dessert enriched with flavored protein powder and occasionally topped with a dollop of whipped cream. By adhering to this repetitive meal plan, I have successfully achieved and maintained my desired weight loss results. I emphasize the significance of this commitment, highlighting the avoidance of the frustration that often accompanies being overweight.
In this show, we share the struggles and challenges of growing and building stuff.
Cold plunge thought. What I eat every day so that I can lose 70 pounds and keep it off.
So I eat about 1,820 calories every day, and that is 200 grams of protein,
160 grams of carbs, and 47 grams of fat.
And when you do all the math to add that up
that's 1820 calories and I
try to eat the same basic things every single
day so I start with egg whites
in the morning each week I or each month I prep about 20 veggie bags to go with
it that's spinach peppers onions and some ground turkey put that in the pan
in the morning and then I pour in a whole carton of those those egg whites from Costco.
And that's about 438 grams of egg whites. And that gets me my breakfast.
Then for dinner, I have a salad with some sort of protein with it.
Salad is usually about 80 to 100 grams of the spring mix.
And then there's some cucumbers, some tomatoes, and then I also do some sort of protein.
Chicken, lunch meat, ham, tuna, brisket, sometimes when I'm feeling special.
And that's what I do for dinner. And then for lunch, I usually have some sort
of lunch meat or something like that with something else.
And the reason why that one's kind of fuzzy is because I don't have the same thing every single day.
I know I'm going to have egg whites for breakfast. I know I'm going to have salad for dinner.
And then I also have a Greek yogurt dessert kind of thing that I usually eat
a little bit before dinner or right after dinner.
And that is Greek yogurt, probably about 200, 250 grams with a scoop of flavored
protein powder to give it kind of a little kick, maybe a little dollop of whipped cream on top.
And then I mix that all up and that's pretty
good sometimes I do that in the blender sometimes not here's
the thing by eating the same thing every day I'm able to reach my goals and
keep the weight off and not get it back so even though it can be kind of annoying
for some people to eat the same thing every day doesn't matter you know it's
really annoying being fat.
