Whether you're stringing up a new pocket, gearing up for game day, or just chilling between practices, this is your go to spot for all things the Frost. Welcome back to. Let's get into it. First off, we will be talking about armor mesh. Armor mesh is a new type of mesh. There is the box version, and then there's the field version.

Speaker 2:

I have field one in my face off stick and box one in my player stick. Love everything about arm mesh cradling with one arm, it goes down to the bottom of your pocket. When you're cradling with two arms, it stays in the middle of your pocket. When you're going to shoot, it goes up to the high part of the pocket. And it doesn't need a shooter, so that's kinda nice.

Speaker 2:

Quick challenge of the week. Thirty second dot drill. Tape or chalk five small dots onto a wall as many clean hits as you can in thirty seconds. No cradles. Just catch and pop.

Next, we will be talking about that we are in the twenty twenty eight Olympics. Yep. That's it. Lacrosse is in the twenty twenty eight Olympics. It's been a long time since we've been in the Olympics.

It'll be the sixes format, which is very fun to play and watch. Because right after a goal, the goalie clears it out. I'll go all the way up the end for another goal. Super fun. I've played it before.

Speaker 2:

I played a whole tournament in it. It was a really fun tournament. But away from that, we will go collagen and all that was starting up. For all those players that are watching this, good luck, and there will be some stat breakdowns and some game prediction. I think there will be some fun games to watch.

Speaker 2:

One matchup we need to look out for is this duke versus Notre Dame. That's always a game to watch. So many great stars. You have to be on the lookout for that. This last weekend, the West Coast Cup delivered around 50 teams and a 110 games.

Speaker 2:

Great lacrosse, good food, and strong atmosphere. Congrats to all the brackets. Lots of quality play and ton of smiles around the fields. My team walked away u 11 tier one gold. It was a fun tournament with some great games.

I've been using ArmourMesh now for around one year. I've been using Arm Rush for a year now. I love everything about it. I love how when you're cradling with one arm, it goes down to the bottom of the pocket. And then when you're cradling with two arms, it goes up to two, the mid pocket, and it goes up to the high pocket when you're going to shoot.

That's what I love about it because it's not just one set pocket. It's every pocket. Alright. Next, we have a reminder that we are in the twenty twenty eight Olympics. It is the sixes format, and I've played sixes before, and it's very fun.

I think it'll be fun to watch. And if it's in California, so that's kind of far away from where I live. But it's gonna be cool to watch on TV.
