Genecia Alluora: Hey gorgeous! Welcome to the last episode of the year as we move into the following year with a bang! And today I want to share with you the Millionaire Mindset lesson that there is always more money. So I'm Genecia Alluora, founder of Soul Rich Woman. I'm a podcast host, author and founder of Soul Rich Woman Blueprint. Also the co-founder of Alluora. As you might know, I teach money mindset and clearing your money blocks so you can live a soul rich woman life for women who love the F-word, being fabulous, having freedom, financial independence, and a happy family. Today I'm sharing with you one of my key millionaire mindset lessons. Now, becoming a millionaire doesn't really make you special or clever, but the truth is that my biggest secret for becoming one is focusing on very specific mindset upgrades.

Genecia Alluora: Now this is the first mindset lesson I want you to master, and that's there's always more money. Repeat after me. There's always more money. There's always more money. One of the cornerstones of Soul Rich Woman philosophy is that there's always more because as a soul rich woman, the soul is rich, is abundant, and is full. There's enough for everyone. And we live in a world of abundance. That's why we have soul and rich. You can be rich in health, wealth and happiness and full of it. Have you noticed there's always at least a more happen when you look for it, or color when you look for it? There's always another hair clip when you really want to find it. There's always one more coin in the bottom of your purse, or one more sweet at the bottom of your bag for your kid when your child asks for it. Now, of course, it doesn't always feel like that. Now, I'm not saying that income inequality isn't real and that there's no poverty in the world, but chances are you have every opportunity to change your circumstances.

Genecia Alluora: All wealthy women are great for the planet, especially soul rich woman. You are great to be human beings on planet Earth, and yet we hold ourselves back. One way we keep ourselves small is by thinking that the world is a zero game. If I win, somebody else is going to lose. If I'm successful, it's at somebody else's expense. I win, you lose. This is one of the key concepts that we learn in money in you that when somebody plays X, the other person will play the Y. Even though that may be true sometimes. And yet overall, that's not true as well. It's how you see the world, how you can make a change for yourself, and you can do amazing things with your wealth, with your rich. Okay. There is no limit to what you can dream, and there's no cap to your earning potential. If you are willing to do the work necessary in your business.

Genecia Alluora: Never has this been so apparent to me in such a funny way, literally because I was even freaking out when we are getting our new projects done. Well, it took years to manifest. And finally the day came. So when the adrenaline finally kick in, I realized what a massive manifestation we have pulled off. Before that, we didn't have the money. We didn't have the things to get our projects done. But still, a part of me didn't believe it. Although we did complete some of the projects and task on hand already, and we did the launch as per we did. And yet part of me didn't really believe in it and always prepare, ready to fail and actually felt sick. Have we done more than we actually could have handled? Who who did I think I was there? I really have the capacity to do such a business. Could we really afford such a project? All these thoughts are rolling around in my head, casting a dark cloud over my brain and making me think and doubt myself and is letting my light dim.

Genecia Alluora: You have a brilliance and diamond is within you and you deserve to shine. So this is very normal. By the way, I call this like a success hangover, which is when when something you want to do is big and then you have another part of you that's holding you back and kind of like opposite effect. It's supposed to feel good, but this has the opposite effect. And you feel very weirdly guilty or bad and lousy about yourself. So, this is the moment that you really need to look into it, okay? Really. That's never the lesson. The actual point is that the money is never the point. It's definitely us really working on our scarcity mindset at the doubt and the scarcity in our minds. Whenever something big is coming up for us, and we often create that mental block or the downfall for ourselves, and we go down the rabbit hole based on our inner belief system, our energy, and also the things that is holding us, which is the old money blocks. So the universe sometimes will manifest itself, the old money blocks, to stop you from moving forward to the bigger piece, which is the following year. Right?

Genecia Alluora: So now this is what you need to take note of. Remember, run through yourself. Ask yourself. There's always enough. Tell yourself there's always enough. There are always enough clients, always enough projects, always enough support and help around you knowing that that's abundantly, bountifully people and resources out there is going to help you to shift that momentum within you. I mean, how many, how many times do you need to tell yourself that you are lousy and you're not good enough? Seriously, we are already at the year end and you're still telling yourself you're not good? After one whole year of clearing money blocks with me listening to my podcast. Really? Okay. Always believe that there is enough. There's always enough. And there's a lot of potential customers looking for exactly what you can offer. And there's a lot more opportunities. So if you missed out on an important project or speaking gig, who cares? There's a million of other conferences you can go to more clients that will probably suit you better. So breathe in and out and let go of your fear of missing out. There are always more opportunities.

Genecia Alluora: There are always more ideas. So your practice business didn't pan out, so that doesn't mean you failed. I mean, you just simply means in your entrepreneur. I mean, just think about how Einstein actually did before he actually invented the light bulb, or how many virgin shoot offs are offshoots Mr. Richard Branson had tried out. Right? If Richard Branson understands anything is that ideas are abundant, if one doesn't work out, there's always another one around the corner and there's always more time. So many women feel an internal urgency to do all the things right now, together in this moment, in this time, in this current situation, in this right now. But I can tell you, for example, how many potential book ideas are rattling around in your head at the moment or podcast. Okay, for me, at least three, and they feel like they need to be birthed right now. And you can only be in one stage of pregnancy at one time. Sisters and gorgeous. So let it unfold in perfect divine timing. Well, I found out that when I take the attitude of abundant time, I get a lot more done. If I take the pressure of myself to do everything and naturally find myself being more productive. Maybe when you're not forcing yourself, you don't get bogged down in resistance and procrastination.

Genecia Alluora: Remember this lesson as we move into 2024, as we move into 2024. You know what? As we move into January, January the following year was so exciting. There's always more money. There's always enough money. And acquiring more of it won't deprive others of wealth. I want you to write this down somewhere where you can see it. There's always enough money, and acquiring more of it won't deprive others of wealth. I am a soul rich woman. I serve, I deserve. I deserve to be rich when I add value to people's lives.
