Genecia Alluora: Hey gorgeous! Welcome to today's episode! In today's episode, I want to share with you how to gather your ultimate million dollar mastermind group. Remember, you are the average of the six people that you hang out with the most. Now, what these means is what they're thinking their energy, what they do, their outputs, all influences you. So who are you spending time with? Do you ever get the feeling that your friends are bringing you down? The energy is sucking away like a vampire away from you? When you get together with friends, do you feel like you can mention money because you think so differently to the people that you're hanging out with? Don't worry, we are going to talk about what to do when you know you have to create or upgrade your friendships.

Genecia Alluora: Now, I have shared the seven success habits that took me to be a millionaire status, so you can check out the earlier episodes. So who's your million dollar cheerleading crew? Now you know that the group of friends of mastermind buddies whom you know will always have your back. These are your right or die friends and mastermind buddies. They are the ones you call when everything's gone wrong in your business, on your life, and who you know will pick you up and tell you it's okay and kick you in the ass if you need them to as well. They are friends that you celebrate your successes, your ahas, your screw ups and stuff and more. So upgrading your friendships can feel really sad and difficult at times. It's true because if you are working hard on your money mindset, your business, and your money blocks, your fellow members are not doing the same thing energetically. All of you are at a different level and at a different frequency.

Genecia Alluora: Then chances are you will outgrow them pretty soon. And if you haven't already, you might happen to do that really soon. So what happens next is you need to upgrade. So if you're in my Soul Rich Woman Blueprint, then you'll know that we'll talk a lot about upgrades, because upgrading is one of the key techniques that you can get closer to living your F-word, being fabulous, having freedom, financial independence, and a happy family. That one that will make you feel abundant and like a money magnet. Now, how to make money mindset affects your friendship? How do you know money mindset affects friendship? First, check who you're hanging out with. Are there friends whom have all said they all want to start a business? They want to do this. They want to get things done. You have a bucket list and then just whine and complain about other people, the government and everybody else accept themselves or they can't quite decide what to do. And it's so difficult. I bet you've met a couple of them.

Genecia Alluora: Do things. Do they do things that they say they do or they just say they want to do and talk is cheap, and it takes months for them to get around it or about doing it? Maybe they are big on ideas to improve their lives, but they never actually do it and use every single excuse under the sun to explain why it's not done. And it's never their fault. It's always the somebody, the nobody, the whoever, buddy, but never them. Now, if you are on the fire with ideas and enthusiasm, then you're on the road and you're going, but your people around you like to sit there and wait, then you're not an energetic match. Your energy don't match. I know they can be your best friends from secondary school. They can be your friends from high school or whatever they may be. They could be a besties. But you know what? Sometimes they are most likely to bring you down. When that happens, you pay with this decreased business motivation energy levels that reflects your bottom line. And even if you're not in business, that kind of energy can stop your manifestation mojo in its tracks. So what can you do?

Genecia Alluora: It's always to check your energy, energy, energy, energy is the key, most important thing in anything that we do. When our energy is up and going, we get things done. Things are moving at a very fast and pacing that you are achieving your F-word life, fabulous freedom, financial independence and happy family. So the first thing to do when you suspect that might be a time to upgrade your cheerleading squad, is to check in with your own energy. When you think about the group now, you don't even have to meet up with the group in person to do this. You just think about them energetically, how you feel when you're face to face with them, how you feel when you sit down with them for lunch or for dinner. Now, if you feel any of the following, it might be because it's time to upgrade your mastermind people. Number one a drop in your energy. Number two, irritated at the thought of seeing them. Number three. Total rolling of eyeballs from left to right when everybody just keep whining, complaining about the last time you met. Number four, like you always love an excuse to skip the next session.

Genecia Alluora: Now these are telltale signs says time to think about an upgrade. Now, I'm not saying that I'm asking you to kick your friends away. You can still keep them around, but just not in the inner circle where it's going to affect your business, your direction, your goals, and your dreams. So you might say, Genecia, these are my friends. I can't get rid of them. And that's totally cool. I have felt that way before, but your mindset is the most important thing to success in your manifestation. And sometimes we do outgrow our friends in in our own lives because we are growing and we are moving to the next level and to the lives that we are consciously, intentionally manifesting for ourselves, our own F-word, fabulous freedom, financial independence and happy family. We are just an F-word away. So what's stopping us? So when you are in business, it's no different. You outgrow some of your mastermind buddies, some of your mastermind friends, and if you are unsure of how to find another group of people for your business, remember it's totally possible you'll definitely find another one once you open up yourself to it.

Genecia Alluora: In fact, when you let it go, there is space in your heart to receive more. So the key thing is always to let go, to welcome the new possibilities in your life. How do you upgrade your business mastermind group? If you really need to upgrade, here's a few ideas of how you can do it. Number one, give them a chance to come with you. Now. If you don't want to lose your current group, suggest that all of them study a mindset or manifestation course together or read up a book to lift your up. I remember when I was building my mastermind group, I asked everybody to attend T half Acres program, Tony Robbins program. And last but not least, we also went for Money and You, which is also a very good program that talks about money and the relationship. So you know what? You just remember that you can't make everyone take the journey with you. Give them a chance to get on the train with you. But if it takes a lot of your energy to keep everyone motivated and enthusiastic, it's not worth it.

Genecia Alluora: They are responsible for their own lives. You might have to face the fact that it's time to cut your ties with that group. So cut your ties. It can be as simple as saying that you can make up for your meetups anymore, or arranging other activities for yourself whenever the old group schedule something. Number two manifest a new mastermind. Hey, why can't you have new friends, right? This might sound really hard right now, but if you have a clear a space for it in your heart, your energy and your space and this space is ready for them, well, it's ready to grow. As well as getting really specific about what you want. It will happen very fast. So good luck to you, gorgeous.
