SPEAKER_00: Okay, this holiday
season, I would like to talk
about how to make the holidays
magic, no matter what is
happening in your life.
And what we're gonna talk about
is actually kind of what magic
is and what how to make your
world more magical when it feels
like it's not.
Now, one of my favorite movies
is Harry Potter, all of them.
And I love it because I think it
reminds us to be magical.
And there's this phrase that I
use when I'm thinking like when
I'm stuck in a problem.
Like, have you ever been stuck
in a problem and you don't know
how to solve it?
And I call this muggle mindset.
It's like you think you have to
solve it all by yourself.
And this is your ego kind of
like running around in a loop,
and it's like, oh, I can't get
out of the problem.
I can't get out of the problem,
I can't get out of the problem.
And that's how most of us deal
with and tackle problems.
We're not looking at the end
result, we're only looking at
the problem inside of the
problem.
And to be honest, you can't
solve a problem in the same
consciousness that created it,
which is the construct of your
conscious mind.
So let's say there's a lot of
people probably who are going to
be single this Christmas.
And there's a lot of people who
might be experiencing their
first Christmas sharing custody
with their ex, uh, and they're
not gonna wake up with their
kids Christmas morning.
And there's a lot of people who
are probably newly single either
by losing someone they love or
by whatever reason or however
they came to it.
And this can be really hard,
especially if it's your first
year being alone on Christmas.
And I will say, as a seasoned
pro, I've got your back.
I got some advice for you.
And um, I want to tell you that
if this is your first year and
you're you're newly divorced and
your kids are going to be
splitting time, it gets better.
And I know that might not feel
true right now, if this is you,
uh, but it does get better.
And for those of you whose kids
are older and they can't come
home this Christmas, and it
feels like a big big pain, this
is also for you.
It gets better.
And, you know, I think with like
technology and stuff, it makes
it a little bit easier because
we can zoom, we can FaceTime, we
can do those types of things.
Um, but you know, it it's hard.
Like I'll just start by saying
it's it's hard.
Uh my first year after I got
divorced uh with the kids, they
when we when it was time for me
to give the kids to my ex on
Christmas morning, and you know,
they stayed the night over there
and I had to go pick them up at
like nine the next day or
whatever.
It was awful.
It was horrible.
I had to wake up and they
weren't there.
And you know, I think there's
this period of time when your
kids are tiny and and you think,
oh my god, I would give anything
to just wake up Christmas
morning with a cozy cup of
coffee, a blanket, and a good
book, and um just wake up on my
own terms.
And I promise you, it's not that
great.
I take the chaos over the cozy
blanket and coffee on my own
speed any day.
And uh it's one of the things
you might miss later.
So one of the gifts I would like
to give you is one how to create
the Christmas that you would
like to have, and also to be
present in the one that you get
to have.
Last year, I think my daughter
ran off with her ex three days
before Christmas.
I got a text message, very um
teenagery, you know, romantic.
Like, I'm no, you don't approve
of my boyfriend, but I'm running
off with him from the airport
message a couple days before
Christmas.
I I actually thought I might
kill her because I thought, how
dare you ruin Christmas for me?
And it was interesting because I
actually forgot that this
happened last year.
And I was trying to think about
last Christmas, and I was like,
I don't remember it.
And I'm like, no, I do.
I was trying to volunteer for a
homeless youth shelter, and uh
the shelter it it wasn't safe
anyways, that's a totally
different story.
But then I was like, and then I
ended up spending it with two
friends, and it was not with
anything that I had planned or
that I thought it that it would
end up being.
Where was my daughter?
I was like, because she lived at
home, and I really had to dig
into my memory bank because I'm
the type of person that rewrites
bad memories into zero memories
about the bad experience on the
fly.
So it's called being a seven on
the Enneagram.
So I had to like dig in the bank
and go, where was she last
Christmas?
And I was like, oh, I forgot.
Yeah, that's right.
She ran off with um someone.
I got a text message from the
airport saying, don't be mad.
And note to any young adults or
any human, don't start a
sentence like that.
That will immediately make me
mad.
Because now I'm like, no, now
I'm prepped for it.
Um and so what I'm trying to say
is that Christmas doesn't always
go how you want it to be.
And and I had to, and you know,
I I didn't have to.
I woke up alone on Christmas
because of that.
And I was, I was mad about it
because I was like, I've spent,
you know, 19 years trying to
make Christmas magical for you.
And you just bailed on me and
you didn't even think about me.
And when I got into that spiral,
it felt horrible, like this
victim feeling in my chest that
felt disempowered and awful.
And what I did was I ended up
using the process that I'm about
to teach you to come up with a
solution to that problem.
And what I did was I stepped
into the end results of okay,
well, there's nothing you can do
about her choices about, you
know, running off.
And there's nothing that you can
do right now.
And I wasn't talking to my
family at the time, so I knew I
wasn't gonna be at their house
for Christmas.
And so this existential dread
took over.
Like, great, I'm gonna be alone
on Christmas because I'm single,
you know, and I don't have
people.
So, well, that's not true.
I have people, I wasn't seeing
them because I because I was in
a phase of healing and I had
eliminated a lot of the old
people from my life because to
be honest, a lot of them just
caused me a lot of pain because
we were still in those
narcissistic codependent abuse
cycles.
And once I removed those
triangulation relationships from
my life, I didn't have a lot of
people left.
So I'm I was intentionally being
alone, going through this phase
of healing and recovering from
narcissistic abuse.
And so here I am.
I'm like, okay, well, you're a
powerful creator, you can create
Christmas how you want.
And so I stepped into the end
result, and it was, what do you
really want?
And I want to um have
connection.
And so I'm gonna invite you to
do this right now.
So if Christmas isn't going your
way, or maybe this is your first
Christmas being alone, um, or
maybe the kids are adults now
and maybe they're not coming
home for Christmas, or maybe you
lost someone, or you went
through a divorce, try this out
because this is gonna help.
Um, because we have to create a
new experience of Christmas.
We can't create the old
experience that we had before.
And if you're not a Christmas
person and you're a um Hanukkah
person or um all of the other
holidays, I'm sorry, they're not
coming to my head right now.
Um, but if any of them will
work.
This will work for birthdays,
it'll work for to be honest,
anything.
So I want you to just put your
hand on your heart and just
acknowledge that things aren't
gonna be the way that you wanted
them to be this year.
And you can just kind of breathe
in.
And now I just want you to think
about the emotion of what you
would like to create.
So, right now we're just gonna
create a magical holiday
experience.
And that's gonna be our choice.
We're all gonna have a magical
holiday experience.
So just kind of like breathe
into.
I am choosing to have a magical
holiday experience.
No matter what my circumstances
are, I'm choosing to have that.
And when you breathe into that
feeling, and a lot of you are
gonna have some resistance
because I can sense it.
And, you know, you can choose to
hold on to the old story, you
can choose to hold on to how you
think it needs to be, or you can
simply choose something new.
And this is where intuition
comes in, because it's going to
lead you to a new magical
experience that's going to be
completely different than the
one that your ego thought it
should be or how it should be.
And this is where magic comes
in, my friends, because magic
comes in in the in between when
we just choose to have a new
experience instead of reliving
the old ones.
So put your hand on your heart,
our hand on your belly, and I
just want you to breathe for a
minute.
And if you could allow yourself
to imagine having a magical
Christmas, let's try this.
Step into a white room where you
have no past, and in front of
you is a door, and it just says
a magical holiday experience.
And just let go of the past for
a minute.
Just see it like the chains
dropping, and see all the old
stories and the old rules and
the old definitions of how it
needs to be.
And walk through this door that
says I'm choosing to have a
magical holiday experience.
And now I just walk in.
And what is the feeling that you
want?
Think about the feelings that my
guess is it's probably
connection, love, a feeling of
generosity, a feeling of
gratitude and appreciation.
I'm seeing sparkles, like just I
just want to feel sparkly and
joyful, and I want to feel
meaning and purpose and like
connection, and I want to have a
deep appreciation for life, all
of it.
And I want to feel good, is what
I want, and I want to feel the
appreciation, and I want to feel
gratitude.
So if you can make that feeling
really big and really bright,
and now you're in this new space
that says magical holidays,
what's around you?
What do you see?
What are you experiencing in
this moment in the future where
you get to have this magical
holiday experience?
And anytime your brain wants to
go to the past, just say, No,
I'm actually gonna create
something from the future.
Just really allow yourself to
step into it.
And now take a few notes, write
down what is it that you really
want, and make sure that you're
connecting in with the emotions
of the experience that you want
to create.
And I want to ask you right now,
how does that feel in your body?
How does it feel?
How do you know you have it
without other people needing to
be involved?
So I like to put little beams of
golden light there because
sometimes we just want it to be
with a specific person, we want
it to be a specific way, but
that person is being stubborn
and they're not cooperating.
So we really want to put beams
of light instead of other
people, specific people.
This frees the universe up to
create something new and magical
for us.
And then I want you to come back
into the current reality, and
this is the second step.
What is it like now?
And just maybe jot down some
notes.
Like I immediately feel like a
tightness in my chest, this
anxiety of oh my gosh, I have so
much to do, and um, I don't know
where I'm gonna be yet, and my
daughter's not gonna be here,
and I'm sad about that, but my
son is, and I'm grateful about
that.
And then I feel this pressure of
did I get them the right
presence?
Do I need to, you know, get my
family presents because I am
going there this year?
Are things gonna be okay this
year when I go see them?
Um, is it gonna like all work
out?
Basically, that's what the
current reality is, and that's
anxiety.
Is it all going to work out?
That's that's basically anxiety,
is this fear that things aren't
gonna work out.
And so now I'm thinking about my
current reality, and my house is
a mess, and I feel backlogged at
work because I was sick for a
week and a half.
I'm stressed about the new year,
and I'm taking away the one
thing that I wanted the most,
which was to be present in my
life.
So that's my current reality.
Now, there's tension between
where I'm at now and where I
want to go.
So, and this is true for you
too.
So, hopefully, you wrote down a
few notes about what it's like
now.
And hopefully you wrote down a
vision of how you would like to
experience the holiday season.
Now, what I'm gonna have you do
is if you want, you can
experience a little mini recode
with me right here, right now.
And what that basically means is
we look at the tension between
here and now because all
creation happens with tension,
and that means on a scale of one
to ten, how impossible do you
think the vision of your holiday
is?
So let's say, you know, okay,
ladies, if you wrote Brad Pitt
down in your little like holiday
vision, we gotta remove him.
So I know he's been there for me
for a long time, but like at
some point we have to realize
that there's only one of him and
a million of us.
So somebody's gotta let him go.
I'm doing it.
So, anyway, so you can't put the
person there, but if you know
you want to have like maybe a
romantic experience, or um,
like, you know, I was in that
this funny side note, but I was
in the airport coming home from
Phoenix from my conference that
I was at, and this man is
walking behind me and he seems
confused, and he asked me for
help, and I'm like, Well, I'm
not from Phoenix, but I have a
feeling your kids that way, and
then he starts chatting me up
and he says, you know, those
great movies around Christmas
time where you have um the two
people meet, and it's like one
of those funny 90s rom-com
movies, and they were like
always destined to meet in the
airport.
And I'm like, of course I do.
I watch like the Hallmark
channel.
Hello, um, I'm a I'm a woman.
And uh he like and I started
talking, and I was like, oh, is
this one of those rom-com times?
And he was he was clearly
flirting with me.
Um, and I just smiled at him and
I said, I think your gates that
way.
Also make sure that you're um
that you conceal your
drunkenness a little bit because
the way you just threw your
phone across the airport floor
is probably gonna get you the
kind of attention that you don't
want before you step onto a
flight.
And um, it was fun to be flirted
with, anyways.
So you know what?
Yeah, that that can go in there
too.
So if you're single, maybe you
want to write in it, I would
like to be flirted with
somewhere.
Um, and that would be fun.
So step in the enter into the
energy of flirtiness and
playfulness and um however you
want it to be passion.
Maybe you want to have passion
or uh excitement, thrilling
stuff.
Okay, I'm just going back into
the end result.
So we're back in the end result,
and then you have your current
reality, and maybe you're alone
and um maybe you feel lonely,
maybe you feel left out, um,
maybe you feel unworthy, or like
everything has to be super
perfect.
Like you're like, oh, I just
can't relax on Christmas because
I'm so worried about making it
perfect for everyone else.
I'll talk about that on another
episode because I lived like
that for a very long time.
So just write down what you
think it needs to be, or what
what it is right now that you're
worried about.
And you'll notice that between
here and there, there's some
tension, right?
There's like this boulders that
are blocking you.
And this is what I call
resistance.
This is what we call resistance
in superconscious work.
So rate your resistance on a
scale of one to ten.
How much resistance do you think
there is to you having that
experience?
Now, just acknowledge that
that's the resistance that you
feel, and that resistance
signifies how powerless you feel
over creating life on your
terms.
So let's go with a
superconscious recode now.
So, all you have to do is in
your mind, you can give access
to me to make changes in your
field today.
And you know, you can do this
all of the time.
I don't, you don't have to have
someone else do it for you.
Um, the great part about working
with an intuitive is I can see
resistance that you can't
because our conscious mind
always blocks it from us, and
that's just how our conscious
minds were designed.
Not a bad thing, we're all like
that, but like just you know,
acknowledge the number.
So write down the number on a
scale of one to ten.
Um, mine, you know, is pretty
high, and so I just now gonna
invite you.
And so, how the superconscious
recode works is imagine that
you're walking down a path, and
you want to get into the land of
magical Christmas, and in the
way is a bunch of reindeer poop,
and you don't want to step in
the reindeer poop because that
would ruin your shoes.
And we'll we'll say all the
resistance, all your beliefs,
all of your history, it's all
rainbow poop on the path.
And from your consciousness
right now, you always manage to
step in the rainbow poop and
then turn around because who
wants to walk through a bunch of
reindeer poop?
Did I say rainbow poop?
It doesn't matter.
Reindeer poop.
And so there you are, you're
trying to get to the magical
Christmas wonderland, and
there's all this rainbow
reindeer, not rainbow, rainbows
don't poop, reindeer poop, and
you keep stepping in it, and
then you got to turn around and
change your shoes.
So, with your super conscious,
it's basically like the great
giant reindeer poop cleaner
upper.
So it can come in and just scoop
it all up so that you can get to
the magical wonderland with more
ease and flow in your life.
So that is my super conscious
Christmas metaphor.
Um, and that is how the super
conscious works.
So, with that said, you're okay,
so there's also parts and
aspects of your consciousness
that don't believe that there is
anything outside.
You that will help remove the
reindeer poop.
And those parts are like your
protector controller parts
because they know how to create
the old experiences, and they've
been doing it so long that they
get kind of mad that you're
asking them to create something
new because they're like, but I
know how to create the old one
where I get drunk and fight with
Aunt Barbara.
You know, that's that's what I
know how to create.
And if I don't do that, what's
my job?
So we're gonna invite all those
parts and aspects that don't
know the new job yet to come
online and to just work with the
superconscious so that they can
get new new instructions, new
contracts, so that you can have
more ease and joy and love and
sparkle in your holiday season.
So now I want you to just maybe
close your eyes if you want, or
if you're driving, this works
too.
Please don't close your eyes.
I don't need another motor
vehicle accident because of a
distracted driver.
So take a deep breath in.
And I want you to float into the
future.
And it's maybe a couple days
from now, and you know, it's the
holiday, and maybe it's
Christmas Eve or Christmas
morning, or the let's go to a
couple days after Christmas.
And I want you to just look back
at Christmas or whatever holiday
is that you're celebrating, and
you look back and you think that
was one of the best holidays of
my life.
I was really present.
I had experiences of deep
connection.
And I felt magic and joy in my
life.
Like I felt love, I felt
connection, I felt like it was
beautiful.
It'll go in my memory bank.
It's one of my favorite
experiences ever.
And now look back at the you
from a couple days outside of
the holidays and write down
maybe what did you do?
What was different about this
holiday season?
What was what was special?
Who were you being that allowed
the magic to unfold the way that
you wanted it to?
Who were you being?
Not everyone else, just you.
Maybe take a couple of notes and
breathe in.
And now just notice that that
person's kind of different from
who you are now or who you've
always been.
Superconscious, please begin to
create the perfect treatment
plan in the perfect way.
So that all parts and aspects of
the conscious mind and the
unconscious mind can align to
create magical holidays for
self, for others, for the world,
to be fully aligned with the
path of highest potential in the
higher self.
Anything in the way of that,
delete, uncreate, and destroy
across all time, dimension,
space, and realities.
Superconscious, do you see this
busyness?
The distractions, the
perfectionism.
Please create the perfect
treatment plan to dissolve the
need to be perfect.
Superconscious, there's a lack
of appreciation in the field in
general.
Please treat this across all
time, dimension, space, and
realities and install a deep
appreciation for the present
moment, for the experience at
hand.
Please treat all states of fear,
disempowerment, control.
Please treat all trauma
responses that keep recurring
during the holidays.
Please treat all family beliefs,
family relationships.
Please treat the masculine line
and the feminine line all the
way back to the ancestors who
created it all.
Please treat into a massive
change history, installing a
deep sense of purpose, presence,
appreciation, and love.
Superconscious, please identify
all fear-based definitions of
love that are creating a lie in
the conscious and unconscious
structures.
Please align with true
unconditional love for self,
others, and the world.
And please also install a deep
sense of safety and groundedness
in the present moment.
Anything in the way of that,
delete, uncreate, and destroy
across all time, dimension,
space, and realities.
Take a deep breath in.
And if you're driving, don't
worry about it.
Just leave your eyes open and
pay attention to the road.
And if you're out walking, just
notice the world around you.
What is one thing you could do
today to make your life more
magical?
Where you could be in more
appreciation, more bliss, more
joy?
If the thing you crave most is
to be appreciated, how can you
appreciate the world around you
today a little bit more?
Find one thing that you
appreciate about this moment
right now.
What do you appreciate about the
people around you?
What do you appreciate about the
world around you, the universe?
What is beautiful and joyful in
your life right now, in this
moment, right now?
There is something beautiful
around you.
It might be a twinkle light.
It might be the way a flower
petal falls to the ground.
It might be the way that the sun
glistens over the clouds in the
sky.
But right now there is something
beautiful that you can
appreciate.
Take a deep breath in.
And now let's go back out into
that future reality.
It's a few days after the
holidays, and you look back and
you see the beauty of it.
You know that this was magical
and the experience was exactly
how it should be.
Who did you have to let go of?
What experience did you have to
decide you were no longer going
to tolerate?
What did you do in the holidays
this year to make it magical?
To make it loving?
Fun?
What needed to be released?
Was it expectation?
Was it bitterness?
Superconscious, please identify
all unconscious emotions in the
somatic intelligence that are
creating the undesired reality.
Superconscious, please identify
all anger, resentment,
bitterness, grief, sadness,
loss.
Please identify the root cause
of loneliness and bitterness.
And treat the original event
where it exists in space and
time without needing to
re-traumatize the main
personality.
Simply treat the energetic
impression, the emotional
attachment, the mental cue.
Please treat the entire nervous
system.
Please treat all 12 body systems
identifying all trauma patterns
in the body.
The keep recreating unwanted
experiences.
Please treat this across all
time, dimension, space, and
realities.
Please treat the DNA.
Please treat all structures
energetic.
Please treat all of the chakras,
aligning them with the high
self, with the higher self.
Aligning them with the true
unconditional love that is
around them.
Please remove any unconscious
blocks or barriers, known or
unknown.
Please treat all fear patterns.
Please treat all feelings of
being unworthy.
Thank you.
Please treat this across all
time, dimension, space, and
realities.
Superconscious, do you see the
parts that are creating a lack
of belonging as a defense
strategy?
Yes, can I please talk to all of
those parts?
But you already belonged.
You already belong right here,
right now.
What would it take for you to
just let that story go and just
simply allow yourself to belong
now?
Anything in the way of that
delete, uncreate and destroy
across all time, dimension,
space, and realities.
How can you belong to yourself
even more?
How can you love yourself so
much that the love pours out of
you everywhere you go?
Anything in the way of that
delete, uncreate and destroy
across all time, dimension,
space, and realities.
Superconscious, please treat the
inner child that keeps popping
up and creating drama because it
wants attention, because it
wants to resolve its conflict.
Please treat this down to the
root cause and do a massive
change history and everything as
needed.
Thank you.
Now breathe in and breathe out,
and just know that not
everything has to be treated
today.
Superconscious, please continue
to treat all unprocessed
emotions and experiences.
Please continue to treat in
alignment with the higher self.
Please activate the higher self
so that it is fully aligned with
all levels of consciousness
guiding you on your path of
highest potential.
Superconscious, anywhere the
main personality does not trust
themselves, their higher self,
or the path laid before them.
Please treat this and do a
massive change history and
everything else.
You need thank you.
Please treat trust.
Please treat the sentence
structures, I don't trust
myself.
Don't trust my higher self.
I don't trust my intuition, I
don't trust anyone.
Please treat this across all
time, dimension, space, and
realities.
I would like to speak to all of
the parts who were betrayed and
who are holding on to this
inability to trust oneself.
Are you ready to let it go now?
Because you can let it go now.
Superconscious, anything in the
way of not delete, uncreate, and
destroy across all time,
dimension, space, and realities,
you can let it go now if you
choose.
You can trust yourself again.
Take a deep breath in.
And now I want you to think
about that future moment in
time.
And you're looking back at the
holidays and you think, wow,
that was truly magical, special.
I appreciate the experience that
I had.
Superconscious, please treat all
anxiety patterns, fear of the
future.
Please treat any unresolved
depression or mental health
disorders.
Please treat all field
structures, removing them and
removing all attachment points,
clearing the field, allowing
deep resonance with the higher
self, with universal
consciousness of love and light.
Anything in the way of that,
delete, uncreate, and destroy
across all time, dimension,
space, and realities.
Take a deep breath in.
Now imagine there's a light
above your head.
It's about 300 feet above you.
Pull that light down through the
top of your head, down your
spine, all the way down to your
feet, down into your fingers,
let it fill up your belly,
expand it about three feet
around you.
And now imagine that there's an
invisible bubble of golden light
around you.
And just see an auric shield of
protection as you walk through
your day, so that no negative
energy can come in.
And that all negative energy
from within can simply leave
now, if you choose.
And just allow your bubble to
fill up with love and light.
And as that light fills your
body, your mind, your emotions,
your energetic field, anything
that is not love or above is
commanded to leave now.
And just know that you can do
that anytime, anywhere, any
place.
Make sure your auric fuel is
tight, and that only love enters
here.
Only your love from your higher
self, from the universe,
whatever it is that you call it
and express it, it is yours.
And allow yourself to fill up
with even more love, more light,
more presence, more magic, more
love.
Make it brighter, make it
bigger.
Fill your bubble up with so much
sparkle and joy that all you
attract is magic.
All you attract is more love,
more experiences of connection,
more gratitude, more grace, more
of what makes life beautiful.
Superconscious, please ground
all memories we've touched
today, including memories one,
two, and three, and return them
to the matrix of the universe.
Now, my dear, from this place,
write down what action does your
future self have for you to do
today to make sure that you
align with the most magical
Christmas or holiday season that
you would like to create.
Take a moment, write it down, or
if you're driving, you can speak
it into your phone, or maybe
you'll just save it for later
and know.
But come back to this as often
as you need.
If you're really struggling this
holiday season and you feel like
you had a little bit of a shift,
but not a big one, you can come
listen to this as many times as
you need.
And this is a process I use all
of the time when I'm really
struggling with making a
decision, or when I know I want
something, but I don't quite
understand what it is that I
want yet.
I go into the emotion of it.
Like, how do I want to feel?
How do I want to experience
this?
How will I at the other side
feel good about the choices I
made?
And how can I get to know the
new identity of the person I'm
becoming even more?
How can I get to know them today
so that I'm less afraid of my
future self, the one that I'm
choosing to create?
And how can I bring and spread
more love and joy into the
world?
And it's funny because when you
go into the day with that,
suddenly you kind of transcend
this how can I get this from
other people, and you go into
the energy of how can I give
this to more people, and then
all of a sudden you also receive
in a larger state of abundance,
and that is universal law, my
friend.
So take a deep breath in.
And I hope you enjoyed this
