[Amanda Black] (0:00 - 0:27)
What is up, friends? Welcome back to another episode of Let's Talk Football Sis, your favorite sister duo talking all things fantasy football. We are getting in the thick of the fantasy football season.

It's week 13. It is like make or break for the playoffs at this point. So we are playing to fucking win, ladies.

And we're going to talk all the strategy you need and dive into week 13, which we are super duper excited for. But before we kick off officially... Week 14.

[Angela Sims] (0:27 - 0:31)
You said 13. Shit, I did. Hold on.

Hold on.

[Amanda Black] (0:31 - 1:11)
I know, right? We're moving. I'm looking at like funny week 13 shit in my notes, too.

So I'm like, it's week 13. No, it's week 14, one week before the playoffs. Final week.

This is make or break. So we are playing to win. We are going all the way.

We're not playing scared. We're going to talk about that in the episode a lot. But before we dive in, I want to talk a little bit of a giveaway we're going to do for some reviews on Spotify and Apple Music.

So number one, it's the ho-ho holiday season, and just being festive as fuck. It has her little sweatshirt on. I could have matched her because we have matching sweatshirts.

But we're not 12 anymore, but that's OK. We'll find something we can match. Oh, no.

I have some good ass sweaters. Don't worry. I'll come in hot next week.

[Angela Sims] (1:12 - 1:16)
That's what I'm doing. I'm busting them out. I already wore one to work on Monday.

[Amanda Black] (1:16 - 1:17)
Love it.

[Angela Sims] (1:17 - 1:17)
It was great.

[Amanda Black] (1:18 - 2:41)
Love it. I love it. Well, in the holiday spirit, we are going to do a giveaway.

And to enter that giveaway, all you have to do is write us a review on Spotify or Apple Music. Obviously, whatever star review you feel. Five.

Five stars, you think. Whatever star review. Subliminal messaging.

Whatever review you think we deserve. Give us a review. Give us a shout out.

Write us some nice words. Five. I know.

And then we will announce that winner on next week's podcast. If you want extra entries to win, shout us out on social media. Make a TikTok about us.

Shout us out about women in fantasy football. Give us a shout on Instagram. You will get extra drawings for that as well.

And we'll announce the episode. We appreciate you guys a ton. And this will be a $50 gift card.

I don't even know if I mentioned that. So we thank you. We appreciate you.

We love you. And now we can officially get into some funny week 13 shit. Because there was a ton of good stuff, specifically with holiday games.

The montage of turkey moments after Thursday football wins. Or Thursday football wins are my favorite in the entire freaking world. And I think the one that took the cake for me is after the Dallas Cowboys win.

One of the linemen or defensive players, somebody, put the entire fucking turkey on his hand. Man took a bite of it. And then proceeded to keep it on his hand and pass it around to the different players.

And they all just, no questions. Yeah. No questions.

Just took a bite of it. Took a turkey. It was epic.

I loved it.

[Angela Sims] (2:42 - 3:08)
I think they worked so hard all that whole game. And they know I'm going to feast. And I'm going to feast hard.

And even those big guys, they are all in it. Now, there's some wide receivers or quarterbacks who are like, oh no, I won't eat any of it. Now, we saw more this year eating it than last year.

Because there was definitely, I think we talked about it when we were watching it, like Lamar and Derrick Henry were like, no, I'm good. But this year we saw guys go for it.

[Amanda Black] (3:08 - 3:19)
I think all of them. It was funny. I think the only guy, I don't know if Joe Burra actually ended up eating turkey.

He asked if he could eat the crab shell. And the announcer was like, uh, no, you can't eat the shell.

[Angela Sims] (3:20 - 3:27)
Or smelled it and then put it back. That just intensifies the oddness of Joe Burra that we keep talking about.

[Amanda Black] (3:27 - 3:46)
Weird dude. Weird dude. But that's all right.

And I will always go, I'll go to the mat. Nothing beats the 2024 year when the Lions did actually win, which they always lose on Thanksgiving and they kept tradition. But they won last year.

And all you see is Montgomery eating a carrot in the background. Because he's a vegan. He's like chomping on his carrot.

Nothing will beat that, in my opinion.

[Angela Sims] (3:46 - 4:01)
And we were like, why? Why was he eating the carrot, not the turkey? And then we investigated.

He's a vegan. It's all this whole thing. I just, and we rooted it because we got to watch a lot of the games together on Thursday.

So we were rooting for them to win simply so we could see that again.

[Amanda Black] (4:01 - 4:22)
Yeah, and womp, womp. It didn't happen. But holiday football is, it's one of my favorites.

And I think, obviously, one of the most epic moments, which we talked about on social media, was like first bite of Angie's Thanksgiving dinner, which we ate at like 1 p.m. So dinner, take that lightly. Amon-Ra hurt out. And she was like, oh.

[Angela Sims] (4:22 - 4:53)
I was like, guys, why is he down? And then at one point, I thought he came back. Well, not came back in the game, but was on the bench.

Was like, oh, there's hope. It's a Thanksgiving miracle. No, he never came back.

That really hurt my week hard. Yeah, hurt my week. Now, thankfully, I clinched my playoff.

So I'm fine. I'm in the playoffs. I'm all good.

But a goose egg from Amon Ra. And then seeing what Jameson Williams got just made me want to regurgitate my turkey Thanksgiving dinner. Yes, punch yourself in the face.

[Amanda Black] (4:53 - 4:54)
You're like, ordinary.

[Angela Sims] (4:54 - 4:58)
But instead, I just ate more pie to cover up my pain.

[Amanda Black] (4:58 - 5:02)
Yeah, sadness, food. And best day for it, right? Best day for it.

[Angela Sims] (5:02 - 5:04)
It was. It was totally allowed. It was allowed.

[Amanda Black] (5:04 - 5:23)
I love it. I love it. Well, there was a ton of other insane stuff.

Obviously, we watched poor Max Brosmar make his debut into the NFL and throw four interceptions. And just it was it was unfortunate. It was a hard watch.

Honestly, you kind of like wanted to just like, buddy, just like, move on. Get out of the game. Get this one wrapped up.

It was hard. That was a hard watch.

[Angela Sims] (5:23 - 5:49)
That's when you just wonder, like, how I don't want to knock up a elite player, but like, how do you make it there? And then you don't have, you know, the wherewithal to, like, get it going. Like, oh, I think you have guys.

It's not like you have a obscuro Tennessee Titans team that has these strange wide receivers that we're working with. We have these big guys and we still can't make it work.

[Amanda Black] (5:49 - 6:27)
So yeah, I think they were talking about it. Like, it's just like the lessons that you learn when you like, you just don't realize the talent and the gigantic men you're going up against until you do it for the first time live in game. And you're like, oh, shit, I could die today.

This could be it for me. Got it. How did I do this to myself?

I know. I know. Well, I will say the best, funniest thing for me.

We'll get to play weeks after this, but like the funniest thing in the world, and I don't know if you caught this. I not kidding. You laughed out loud during the Jacksonville game.

There was an announcer who literally said verbatim referring to Trevor Lawrence.

[Angela Sims] (6:27 - 6:33)
He did not hear this for the record. So when I read this in the notes, I laughed out loud because I did not hear this.

[Amanda Black] (6:33 - 6:43)
I literally screamed at my husband was upstairs doing a puzzle. And I'm like, what? He said verbatim referring to Trevor Lawrence.

He was protected like a baby kangaroo in his mom's pouch.

[Angela Sims] (6:45 - 6:53)
I mean, as a English teacher, that is love it. That made me think how protected that man was in the basket.

[Amanda Black] (6:53 - 7:08)
Well, the visualization is perfect. I was like, and like how off the cuff, like, you know, a lot of these guys like in game play like that. That's just like, they're just spitballing.

I'm like, where did this man pull that thought from? Was he like reading a book about kangaroos earlier in the week?

[Angela Sims] (7:08 - 7:12)
Kangaroos were on his brain. Because someone would say weird stuff like, oh, he's real slippery.

[Amanda Black] (7:13 - 7:32)
Oh, slippery or yeah, the conundrum or the bugaboo this year. And I'm like, where are we getting these phrases? And I know I would say some off the cuff shit because we say some off the cuff shit.

Yes. But like that was just so obscure and lovely. And I thought it was the best, best comment of the day.

Best comment of the day.

[Angela Sims] (7:32 - 7:33)
I love it.

[Amanda Black] (7:33 - 7:36)
Well, let's stop vlogging around. What was your play of the week, Inge?

[Angela Sims] (7:36 - 8:27)
My play of the week. I am not going to go one week without seeing a big man tutty and not calling it my play of the week. So Baker Mayfield threw a touchdown, you know, throat to not a obscure wide receiver named Tristan Worfs.

No, a full on freaking offensive tackle went in for the touchdown. Fooled everyone. I mean, I'm not like some pro like football analyzer of plays, but I frequently get caught like I'm like watching the guy.

Oh, no, where'd he go? That guy has it now. But it got me good.

I was not expecting the big man to get it sniped it from your starters. So if you were looking for, I don't know, like a Tez Johnson touchdown. Oops, you got it sniped from you.

Or I think he was looking at Kate Aughton and then sniped it from Kate Aughton. So you maybe were a little sad if you had him. But I love a big man, Teddy.

How about yours?

[Amanda Black] (8:27 - 9:02)
I love it. I love it. Well, Brock Bowers had an insane second touchdown.

He made an insane one handed catch that was honestly just like out of control. Like I was like, how on earth does someone have the reaction time to grab a football like that, but then actually hold on to it the entire time? It was absolutely insane.

My jaw was on the floor. I was like, how, what? Crazy.

So man is just he's back. They're calling plays more effectively to get him involved more. He's getting in the end zone.

He's relevant as hell again. So good for you. Brock Bowers way to make an insane freaking out of this mind catch.

All right. How about your vet of the week?

[Angela Sims] (9:02 - 9:30)
My vet of the week was Bajon Robinson. So it was a little bit, you know, maybe non-existent there. People might've got a little bit nervous.

And then we saw Tyler Algier kind of stepping in. Uh oh, what's going on? No, no, no, no, no people.

He said, hold my beer. Like we always say, he had 28 touches for 30.3 points. He rushed for 142 yards and had five receptions for 51 yards.

He's back. He's doing damn. Well, didn't love that.

I played against him, but good for him.

[Amanda Black] (9:30 - 9:36)
Good for him. Good for him. Yeah.

I think he'll just stop giving out as your goal line touches. That would make me the happiest.

[Angela Sims] (9:36 - 9:43)
She even sniped one of the touchdowns that Bajon should have had. So yeah, he's there. He's still not fully in there, but.

[Amanda Black] (9:44 - 10:31)
I hear you. I hear you. Well, my vet of the week is very different.

We're going to go Alex Singleton. He's a linebacker for the Denver Broncos. And this is honestly just a crazy story.

So he went in to get a drug test and random drug tests in the NFL. Obviously. Right.

Went in random drug tests. Man had no fear about it because he's not doing drugs. Well, his testosterone was high and he's all worried.

Like, oh, I'm not going to be able to play. Like I'm not doing drugs, but I'm not going to be able to play because of some weird drug tests. Found out his testosterone was high because he has had testicular cancer.

And like the only reason they found it was because of a random drug test, which is insane. I know. Mind you, this was in November last month.

He had surgery, removed the tumor, no chemo, no radiation required, came in. He played this week. Like out of this world.

Just like crazy. Good for him. Happy they found it early and caught it early.

[Angela Sims] (10:31 - 10:47)
Is one of those like happens for a reason moments when everything's supposed to go that way and good for him and awesome for that kind of push through and grit to keep playing too because you could just give up after that. You could just say, oh, I've been through it. I'm done.

[Amanda Black] (10:47 - 11:20)
No, I know the amount of crazy stories of like, you know, James Connor, cancer survivor still playing in the NFL. The amount of men who have like oddly been shot and are still playing in the NFL. Like it's just crazy of like what true work ethic and grit.

And when you really want something to go after it, that's why I love like sports in general is because you just see these stories like, you know, even Brock Purdy, right? Last pick in the NFL draft is successfully and like anything can happen if you put enough ass behind it and work for it. So I love it.

How about your rookie of the week?

[Angela Sims] (11:21 - 11:52)
My rookie of the week was Jaden Higgins. So he's really starting to emerge as a great wide receiver opposite of Nico Collins on that Houston Texans team. He caught all five of his targets for 65 yards showing great chemistry with CJ Stroud.

I think that's going to continue this year alone with through this through these, I guess 13 games. Now he had 32 receptions for 359 yards. That's that's great for a rookie.

So he's really kind of showing what his stuff is. Have a tough matchup this week, but we'll talk about that later. Someone you might want to think about.

[Amanda Black] (11:53 - 12:55)
How about your rookie of the week? Yeah. So I go RJ Harvey.

He's holding it down while JK is out. And it's funny. I played against RJ Harvey and I needed him to score approximately one point or less, essentially one point or an anvil needed to drop on RJ Harvey's head mid game.

He didn't have that didn't happen. He scored 21 points. He scored over 21 points.

He looked great and he really is taking control of that backfield, which when the starter goes out, this is the rookie's chance, right? A rookie's chance to make their way into the offense, prove to them that they deserve that spot moving forward. And RJ Harvey is definitely doing that right now.

So we are going to get into all of our week 14 matchups here. We do have some terrible week 14 buys, which RIP. I fear the CMC manager.

I'm sorry, but we have the 49ers, the Carolina Panthers, the New York Giants and the New England Patriots on by this week. If you're making a playoff push and you're on the fringe, that's unfortunate. If you have a big dude, you're losing, right?

Yeah, you're losing some big names. We're going to get into all of our matchups and I'm going to have and kick it off with Dallas versus Detroit. Okay.

[Angela Sims] (12:56 - 14:41)
All right. I'm going to kick it off with Dallas versus Detroit. This is the Thursday night game for the Dallas side of the ball.

You are starting pretty much everybody. You're big guys. This is a dominant offense.

You're starting Dak. You're starting CD. You're starting George Pickens.

You're starting Jake Ferguson. I almost forgot his first name. I almost said just Fergie because we call him that so often.

So really nothing too bad there. They're going to get some good plays. They face a defense that's going to allow them to do some things because they are a dominant offense.

And then you're going to sit the defensive, the Dallas defense this week. I just don't like them against a dominant Detroit offense. On the other side of the ball for Detroit.

Again, this is a pretty easy one. You're starting Jared Goff. This is a great matchup for Goff.

You're starting Jameer Gibbs. Another amazing matchup for the running back here against the Dallas defense. You're watching the Amon Ross St. Brown injury. I think we'll talk about this a little bit later, but everything I've read it. It's kind of day to day. If he's fine, he will play blah, blah, blah.

He's a true kind of grinded out guy who's going to try to get in there if he can. But if not, you are plugging in Jameson Williams for sure. We saw that greatness come out last week.

That's really the only guy to talk about there as another wide receiver. Now, another running back to think about would be David Montgomery. I think he's a great start this week because of the good matchup versus the Dallas offense.

They're not great against stopping the run. I would start David Montgomery over guys like Woody Marks, Kareem Hunt, and Kyle Monungai this week because they have tough matchups. And I'm going to sit the Cowboys defense because of no, yes, no, I'm going to sit the Detroit defense against a very dominant Dallas offense.

Man, that always gets me every week.

[Amanda Black] (14:41 - 17:20)
It wouldn't be an episode if I didn't fuck up the defense. Okay. It's all good.

All right. Seattle versus Atlanta. We'll start with Seattle here first.

Obviously, JSN is a must start. I know we let you down last week. It was just not a week where they needed a ton of passing yards.

So like it is what it is. The defense was really holding that matchups down and secure. Nonetheless, you're still going to start JSN and you're still going to start Kenneth Walker.

Those are both guys. You're going to lock into your lineup. Sam Darnold is a full set for me.

I would take a shot on like Trevor Lawrence far before I took a shot on Sam Darnold. Even when Sam Darnold has had favorable matchups where you think he would end up playing well, he ends up shitting the bed and it's just not worth it. In my opinion, there's plenty of higher matchups this week that you can go with.

Same thing with like a Cooper cup. He's a full set for me. A.J. Barner. You have better options this week. Like Zach Ertz, Darren Waller, Herod Fannin Jr. Mark Andrews. All would come ahead of him.

Strange would even come ahead of A.J. Barner as well. The only guy that's like a fringe set start would be Zach Charbonnet. He's an option if you're desperate for a running back.

He's not going to be my first running back option. He's not coming ahead of RB1s like Travis Etienne. However, he could be started if you're in a pinch because you could always hope for the goal line touches.

He's going to fall in that same realm as like Blake Corom, Algier, Sharbs. You're just basically praying that you pick the right guy who ends up getting in the end zone, essentially. So you can start him.

You just hope he ends up sniping a titty from Kenneth Walker at that point. Over on the other side of the football for Atlanta, if Drake London plays, we're still waiting to know for sure about that. You play Drake London if he plays, obviously.

And you're playing B. Sean Robinson. No questions about it.

Kirk Cousins, in my opinion, you have better quarterback flex options ahead of Kirk Cousins. So he would be a full set for me. Mooney likely is a set.

He's a streaming start, I'll say. But for me, I would look to get him down on the bench this week. Not super excited about him.

I would start Mooney only ahead of guys like Quinton Johnson and Keenan Allen this week. It's a really shitty matchup for the Chargers. So I would start Mooney ahead of those guys.

But I would sit Mooney behind Vele this week of the New Orleans Saints, Mitchell and Mechie of the Jets. These are weird names that we haven't been talking about all year that have made their way into fantasy relevance. They would all come above Mooney this week.

Same thing. I just talked about Sharves. Same conversation with Algier.

Sure, you can start him if you're desperate and you have no RB1s left that are active. But just so you know, if Hampton plays, you're going to play Hampton ahead of any of these RB2s. Kyle Pitts.

It's a good matchup for him. You're probably just going to lock him in the lineup and play him. As much as I hate Petty Pitts himself.

[Angela Sims] (17:20 - 17:22)
I gotta trust Petty Pitts.

[Amanda Black] (17:22 - 17:36)
I know. He's been performing decent. He's just hot or cold.

But I'm starting him over like Jawan Johnson, Colston Loveland. I'm even starting him ahead of like a Gadsden this week as well. And I do think this...

Oh, I didn't mention the Seahawks defense. But I do think you should start the Seahawks defense.

[Angela Sims] (17:37 - 17:38)
Uh-oh, uh-oh.

[Amanda Black] (17:38 - 17:39)
She forgot it.

[Angela Sims] (17:39 - 17:40)
I know, I forgot him.

[Amanda Black] (17:40 - 17:48)
I also do think that the Atlanta defense potential streaming option to a turnover-prone Sam Darnold wouldn't be my first choice. But it's out there if you want to.

[Angela Sims] (17:49 - 21:25)
Okay. All right, cool. I head into my next game.

Tennessee versus Cleveland. This should be an interesting matchup here. On the Tennessee side, there is really no one that I can even think of that I would say confidently start this week.

Now, the Browns defense let us down last week. I know I was one of the victims to the poor Browns defensive play. I don't think that's going to continue.

Especially against this offense that has been struggling. Um, so really nobody is someone that I must start. I really don't even think there's anybody relevant to even talk about in this case as to even think about starting.

So like Tony Pollard, Tajay Spears. I'm going to start a guy like Chris Rodriguez with the Washington Commanders over him. And he has a tougher matchup this week.

I trust him more. As far as Elok Iyomanor or even Chimray Dike. And I don't know if he's healthy yet or if he's back for sure.

But I'm going to start Rashid Shahid who hasn't really done much at all. But could have a big boom play on Isaac Tesla. Especially with Amon-Ra St. Brown possibly being out. Giving that other option for Jared Goff over Iyomanor. And other wide receivers for the Tennessee Titans. Now, this might be a risk it for the biscuit, clench your butt cheeks moment.

But I could, if you were in a desperate need and you really want to roll the dice. You might pick up the Tennessee Titans as a streaming defense. Because of the Cleveland Browns offense.

If we see Shadur. I know he hasn't really been as awful as maybe game one when he came in for Dylan. He's kind of turning things around.

I don't think he's going to be throwing big, you know, tons of interceptions. He's not going to pull a Brosmer on everybody. But it's an unstable offense.

We don't see much, you know, great things happening. So something to think about. On the Cleveland side.

The only guys that I'm really going to say for sure starts. And this is a good matchup for Cleveland. But Cleveland doesn't always show great things, right?

Would be Quinton Judkins. And obviously you're going to start the defense this week. You got to trust them.

Even if they didn't really do great things for you last week. You're sitting Shadur Sanders. He shouldn't really even be thought about.

Unless you were in such a desperate need for a quarterback and a two quarterback league. I even though Jerry Judy has a good matchup this week in the Tennessee Titans. I'm sitting him.

I'm not thinking about him. I would rather start a Dontavian Wicks from Green Bay over him. Especially after seeing some good things from Wicks last week.

The Titans are easy against the wide receiver. I do not like Judy. I do not trust Judy.

I'm also going to sit a guy like Isaiah Bond. I don't really have a lot of trust in him this week. I think I would trust him maybe a tiny itty bitty bit more than Jerry Judy.

But I'm not going to start him this week either. I want to talk about Dylan Sampson. Another running back.

Now he did leave the game with an injury. He has been doing some kind of good things in this offense. Now he's not someone that you're replacing a big guy with.

Maybe if you're taking a shot on maybe an Algier or a Sampson and you say, yeah, what the hell? Let me put Sampson in and see what happens. They've been using him as a pass catching running back.

So he might have some relevance in this particular matchup. He might be more reliable than a Jerry Judy or an Isaiah Bond. And then I even though the matchup isn't great against the Titans defense.

I'm going to start Harold Fanon. I'm sitting David Njoku. I think we said last week he could be dropped if you have him and you need some other space to kind of make room for your playoff push.

But Harold Fanon is getting and acting more like a wide receiver. He's getting better throws and better options and targets. So I would start him this week.

I'd start him over a Juwan Johnson. And I wouldn't say I don't know why I put Kyle Pitts on there because Kyle Pitts, I'm going to play this week. But if you really want to, you know, if you have no other option, Harold Fanon could be used for you.

[Amanda Black] (21:26 - 24:25)
For sure. Next game up, I have Chicago versus Green Bay. They are at Green Bay this week as well.

So in my opinion right now, trusting a wide receiver from Chicago is incredibly hard because they're passing the ball around to a lot of different players. It's roulette. I'm really not trying to play any of the wide receivers from the Chicago Bears right now.

And Swift and Monunga are both in a 50-50 split. So to me, the conversation with the Bears goes, you play Swift, you can play Monunga, and that is it. Everyone else, in my opinion, becomes full sits.

And I would look at guys like Mechie, Mitchell, and Vele ahead of some of the Bears wide receivers. And if I had to take a shot on any of them, I'm probably going to put my faith in Roma Dunze. That's it.

And like, I don't even feel good about that because he's been performing so poorly. He'd just be the one guy that if I had to trust someone, he has the most upside in my opinion. But again, it doesn't feel safe.

And they're putting so much faith in the run game. They are just running the fucking football. That's why Monunga and Swift are both incredibly relevant.

And so both of them are good starts this week as well. And we did also, no, I was going to say something, but that's not actually accurate at all. So both Swift and Monunga can go ahead and be started.

So that's it. Like, I think you have better options ahead of Caleb Williams, guys like Jacoby, Bursette, Jordan Love, Trevor Lawrence. I would all start ahead of Caleb Williams this week.

I'm really not trying to get too involved in the passing game against the Green Bay Packers. So that ends it there. Same thing with the tight ends on Chicago, Colston, Loveland, Kemet.

Both sits, too much sharing of the football. Who knows who's going to get most of the targets? I don't trust either of it.

And it's a hard matchup for both of them. I don't want any part of the Chicago Bears defense either. Moving over to Green Bay.

If Josh Jacobs plays, you play Josh Jacob. He should play. He got kind of like hurt in the game, but he came back in.

So it wasn't anything super serious. I think someone just hit his knee the wrong way, the knee he's dealing with injuries with. Wilson, Emmanuel Wilson, full set if Jacobs plays.

If Jacobs doesn't play, Emmanuel Wilson becomes elevated. You can go ahead and give him the start then. Jordan Love, another good streaming week.

He was definitely a hot streaming quarterback for me last week. I suggested him to a lot of people. He has another good matchup this week.

And I'd start Jordan Love ahead of Sam Darnold, Bo Nix, and Justin Herbert, who has a very difficult matchup this week against the Eagles. So again, if you're trying to make a playoff push, you want to play your top guys, sure. You also want to look a little bit at matchups if you have a couple guys who could perform well together because you're trying to get into the playoffs, right?

Jordan Love's a good streaming option this week. If I had to start one wide receiver from the Packers, it would be Christian Watson. He's on the field 73% of the snap count.

He's getting targeted well. DeTavian Wicks had a good game. Keep in mind, he was only on the field for 49% of the snap count.

So he's not always going to be that hot-handed. Christian Watson would be my clear start. Romeo Doves would be second.

DeTavian Wicks would be my third start from the wide receiver room in Green Bay. It is a good matchup for all of them though. So like Ang said, if you're desperate for a wide receiver, any of those could be an option.

Musgraves is a sit. And the Green Bay defense is like a lower end streaming option. They're not nearly as productive as they were at the beginning of the season, but they do have upside.

They wouldn't be my first choice though.

[Angela Sims] (24:25 - 28:19)
Nine X matchup is Washington versus the Minnesota Vikings. So Minnesota's defense is pretty easy against the quarterback position, which makes Marcus Mariota a very streamable start if you're in need of a quarterback this week or in a second quarterback for those super flex formats. The tight end position is also a position that can be exploited here with the Minnesota defense.

So Zach Ertz becomes a very viable option. We saw him do some great things against Denver last week who are also weak at covering the tight end position. So I see that happening this week as well.

As far as other guys go, Terry McLaurin, Debo Samuel, this is a tough matchup for them against the Minnesota Vikings. They are good at the wide receiver or protecting the wide receiver position. If I'm going to pick between the two, I'm going to go with Terry McLaurin personally.

I know he's just coming back. I trusted my gut, put him in, did good things for me this week. I like him better.

I am going to sit him over guys like Troy Franklin or Jacoby Myers. Those guys are also going to be starts for me over Debo Samuel, in my opinion, with their matchups. At the quarterback position, Chris Rodriguez also kind of faces a little bit of a tougher defense here.

They're a little bit better at stopping the run, but I did mention it earlier. I mean, you're obviously starting him over guys like Tony Pollard and Tajay Spears, but there's other guys in that realm like a David Montgomery, who I'm going to start over Chris Rodriguez this week. Just more play, maybe more touchdown opportunities, a little bit better defense that he's facing.

And then I'm going to lean toward a sit for the Washington defense. They could be a possible streamer against a very weak Minnesota offense. So kind of something to think about if it's still happening with these four interceptions.

Yeah, that's great for a defense that Seahawks... Of course I played against the Seahawks manager too. Of course that week happened for me.

Anyways, we saw the Seahawks absolutely crush in the defensive point range, but something to think about depending on who's coming back that leads us into Minnesota. So this whole unit has taken a hit because of the quarterback play. I'm guessing this little experiment didn't work.

So JJ McCarthy will come back. I haven't heard anything else about anybody else or anything else happening. I think they put their whole ass into JJ McCarthy being their stud quarterback and that's what's happening.

Wompity, wompity, womp down the toilet. So that affects big guys like Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison, right? So if Brosmer's in, I don't think that's going to happen.

I think JJ will be back, but we had to kind of watch that concussion protocol. Then obviously you're going to take another chance with a guy like Jefferson. Take another chance with Addison if you need somebody, especially with buys.

Last week was a little different because you had the choice of anybody, right? You weren't relying on anybody else. So it made things a little bit easier for you.

So if JJ's back, Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison can be thrown into your lineup and you just clench your butt cheeks and hope for the best and maybe it all works out again. As far as Aaron Jones, he was also kind of taken out of the game with injury. I think it was a shoulder injury.

He's kind of a day-to-day kind of watch, be on the lookout. If he's healthy, you're going to put him in. This is a good start for him.

If he's out, you're going to plug in Jordan Mason. I think he can step right into that role like he did earlier in the year. And then this might be something to think about.

TJ Hawkinson, he was the receiving, the top receiver on the Minnesota team and we had kind of talked, kind of poo-poo about him for a while because he really wasn't doing much. He could be a viable start this week over someone like Schultz or Ingram. You can even toss him in over a Goddard this week if you're worried about that matchup for Goddard.

And then I am sitting the Minnesota defense.

[Amanda Black] (28:20 - 29:07)
Oh, great. It is again, like playoff season, right? So it's week 14.

I have a really hard time, like if JJ plays in particular, you're not going to sit Justin Jefferson because of the upside. If you're trying to make the playoffs, Justin Jefferson could give you a 30-point week on any given day. Very similar to like AJ Brown, right?

He could give you those upside weeks and like these other fringe guys, like, you know, Mechie and Adion Mitchell and Vele. They might have really good weeks, but they're probably not going to be consistent 20-point plus guys where JJ, it's weird, JJJJ, but Justin Jefferson on any given week could do that. So like, yeah.

But if Brosmer plays, that's fucking hard and I feel your pain on the Seahawks. So Seahawks defense and kicker outscored like most of my fucking wide receivers this week.

[Angela Sims] (29:07 - 29:26)
Oh yeah, the kicker too. I forgot about the kicker. And then the Cincinnati kicker got like 24 points or some dumb shit.

Who would you rather have as your quarterback? Brosmer or Browning? Oh my God.

If you were offering the poopiest team, who would be your starting quarterback?

[Amanda Black] (29:26 - 30:05)
Well, I'd probably say Browning over Brosmer. At least he like performed halfway decent sometimes, icky. All right, moving on.

Let's cleanse the palate of that. Let's move to Miami versus the New York Jets. So Miami is pretty simple.

HN and Waddle are both going to be locked into your lineup. I know Waddle has been very hit or miss and it's just going to be like that because the offense is kind of hit or miss, but I have a hard time saying that you should sit him with the fact that he is their wide receiver one right now. Two was a sit.

Like, I know he has a good playoff schedule and we've talked a little bit about that, but I don't like him. He's not consistent enough for me. I would play someone like a Tyrod fucking Taylor ahead of Dua Tonga-Baloa, okay?

[Angela Sims] (30:05 - 30:08)
Tyrod's been performing a little bit better. Yeah, that's good.

[Amanda Black] (30:09 - 30:47)
Because I just don't trust him enough to put him into my lineup confidently. There are no other wide receivers to worry about on the Miami side of the football that are consistent enough for you. Same thing with Ollie Gordon.

He's not getting enough work to worry about right now. Welcome back, Darren Waller, though he is. Darren Waller's great tight end, and for the next several weeks, he has really, really good matchups until about week 16, week 17, he does have a hard matchup.

However, if he keeps getting himself involved and performs well, he could be a tight end that you snagged off of waivers and play for several weeks if you're dealing with a wonky, streaming tight end room like me, okay? And take a look because he could have been dropped.

[Angela Sims] (30:47 - 30:57)
Oh, for sure. I had to drop him. There's no way he's going to be back and I don't have room, so take a look at your waivers and see if he's there.

So don't sleep on that.

[Amanda Black] (30:57 - 32:17)
Definitely starting Goddard too over like Loveland Goddard, Goddard, Waller over Loveland, Goddard, and Jawan Johnson. And I'm sitting in the Miami defense as well. So the Jets, Brees Hall, you're playing him.

That's a no, no questions asked. Throw him in your lineup. The rest of the team are questions to be asked, which it's incredibly risky, but Tyra Taylor is not a set.

Like you could start him as a quarterback. Specifically, you're looking at some matchups, right? Justin Herbert has a particularly difficult matchup this week.

A lot of quarterbacks are on by, right? Stafford, Stafford? No, Stafford plays this week.

Drake Mays on by. If you had Jackson Dart, he's on by, right? So like there are some people who you, you might need a quarterback this week.

I like the matchup this week for Tyra Taylor. They're playing a weak Miami defense. It's a clench your butt cheeks, grab the depends type of situation.

Like you're definitely worried, but it could be a very, very risky full send type of situation for you. Same thing with the wide receivers. Metchie and Mitchell are the two that I would talk the most about in my opinion.

If I'm looking at a wide receiver here, I would preference Mitchell ahead of Metchie. That's just me. Mitchell's a big body, deeper threat type of player.

You're going to get more points off of him, potentially, than Metchie, and more of that slot role. So I would play Adion. I really suck at saying his name.

So Adion, I think it's Adonni, Adonni.

[Angela Sims] (32:17 - 32:17)
I believe it is Adonni.

[Amanda Black] (32:17 - 32:38)
I'm so sorry, Mr. Mitchell. I would play Mitchell. We're just going to go Mitchell, okay?

I'd play Mitchell over Dontavian Wicks. I'd play him over Keenan Allen, DJ Moore, Darnell Mooney, Jordan Addison. All I'd play, I'd play him ahead of all of those guys.

Mason Taylor's a full set, just not a tight end I'm interested in. The Jets defense is a sit as well.

[Angela Sims] (32:38 - 33:22)
Next game for me, New Orleans versus Tampa Bay. On the New Orleans side, really only guy you're looking at here is starting Chris Alave. Tampa Bay's weak against the wide receiver, opening up more opportunities for him.

You're not thinking about Tyler Shuck. He's still there. He's not terrible, but I don't think you need him.

There's better options out there, like a Tyrod Taylor, if you need somebody for the week. Devon Bailey had a flash in the pot week, and you might think, oh God, well, where's Alave going? Is he, you know, taking over?

No, don't think that. He just was sniped by that play. So no one that you're out there, I mean, if you want to snag somebody for maybe big playability, maybe you see him as someone that can maybe make an impact as you head toward playoffs, sure.

[Amanda Black] (33:23 - 33:37)
Yeah, I think he's a low level, like he's a streaming option. Like you could stream him. If you are desperate for a wide receiver and you need to get someone off of waivers, Bailey's out there on waivers.

He might still be there on free agency, and he's a low level, risky streaming option.

[Angela Sims] (33:37 - 35:25)
Yeah, he's kind of in that, like, mechie level of maybe like you want to grab him and stream him. So someone to think about. At the running back position, I believe Alvin Kamara will still be out for week number 14.

So Devon Neal will take right into that spot again. I think he's a great start. He's a better start, in my opinion, this week over Woody Marks, Kyle Mnungai.

They have tougher matchups. Their matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers is a better matchup for the running back. And then Juwan Johnson is a sit.

I like guys like Ertz and Waller this week over Juwan Johnson, just because Tampa Bay is tougher against the tight end. And I'm sitting the New Orleans Saints defense. And then going into Tampa Bay, really the only guy I could talk about as a for sure start here would be Bucky Irving.

He came back in week 13. I think he's just going to be utilized more. He was only utilized 52% of snaps, but he should be getting more touches moving forward.

They don't wanna overwhelm him. They don't wanna hurt him again, right? He is their guy.

But we wanna give you a little bit of context on Rashad White and Sean Tucker, right? So at this point, they are just really good handcuffs to Bucky Irving. So if something were to happen again, you have those guys on your bench, great, stash them.

If I'm picking between the two as someone to maybe see as a more reliable option to plug in, it would be Rashad White for me. I think Sean Tucker's kind of gone to the wayside. Rashad White has more pass catching ability.

He was that original backup before. He's gonna take that role over again. But again, he's just essentially a handcuff at this point.

So kind of take that with a grain of salt. Don't think, oh, I got a starter here when Bucky's gonna start taking back most of those snaps.

[Amanda Black] (35:25 - 35:40)
Yeah, I think Sean Tucker at this point can be dropped off of your roster. We saw that week, clearly, Bucky took 50%. Rashad took the rest.

And Sean Tucker, every now and then, was a relief guy. It's probably not gonna change. No, exactly.

[Angela Sims] (35:40 - 37:00)
Quarterback Baker Mayfield is someone to talk about. This is, it made a little bit of a tougher matchup against the New Orleans defense for quarterbacks. They apply some good pressure.

And Baker's been a little bit shaky over the last couple of weeks. We haven't seen him maybe 100% Baker. Hopefully that changes this week.

Guys to think about over Baker this week would be Jordan Love. We talked about Jordan Love's matchup already. Trevor Lawrence, who's a little bit more consistent at this point, who has a better matchup.

And my man, the Donk. I'm always willing to put the Donk in. And I have the Donk on my bench to flip-flop with Baker.

And I did it last week, and I'm glad I did. And if you don't know who we're talking about, that is Jacoby Brissett. But where have you been if you don't know who the Donk is?

What are you doing? And then wide receivers. You're gonna start Emeka Egbuka.

I know he's kind of let you down over the last couple of weeks, but he's the reliable guy. Because of the return of Chris Godwin, Tez Johnson is a little bit irrelevant now. He could be dropped, in my opinion, because Godwin's taking over those snaps.

And with Godwin being back, he could be plugged in as a start as well. And then that kind of makes Cade Aughton a little bit less irrelevant as well. He was getting more of those targets because Godwin was out.

I'm also going to call the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense a streaming option this week against a weaker offense in the New England, or New England, New Orleans Saints. So something to think about there.

[Amanda Black] (37:01 - 37:18)
Yeah, and just keep an eye on Mike Evans. He might be making his way back. Who knows?

We don't have quite an update on that just yet. But just something to keep an eye on, specifically if you're targeting and you're already in the playoffs and you need to make a late run. You don't need a wide receiver this week.

Grabbing him off a free agency, picking him up, throwing him on a bench if you got room. It might be a solid option for you there too.

[Angela Sims] (37:19 - 37:23)
It's just crazy to think that some of these guys can come back from some of these injuries.

[Amanda Black] (37:23 - 38:33)
I know it. I know it. All right, we got Indianapolis Colts versus Jacksonville Jaguars.

So we'll start with the Indianapolis Colts side of the football. Must-starts, Jonathan Taylor. Great matchup for Tyler Warren.

And then Pittman and Alec Pierce. They're both like, we're going to call them like wide receiver two flex plays. Meaning like they're not going to give you a wide receiver one potential.

They might, but they're both possible starts. They're not full sits. They're that streaming wide receiver options.

Personally think Alec Pierce here has a little bit more of a good luck touch simply because he gets that deep threat ball with Daniel Jones. He has more potential to get into the end zone and score some more fantasy points for you. So I do like Alec Pierce a little bit more than Michael Pittman, but both can be started this week.

It just kind of depends on what else your roster has available for you. Like I would start both of these guys ahead of BTJ, right? That's just me.

I feel more comfortable with that. Moving on to Daniel Jones, always going to be a streaming quarterback. He's held his own two hard matchups against Kansas city and Houston.

He scored 16 points on both of those matchups. So he's been able to hold his own against tough defenses, which is good for him. He is dealing with like an active fibula fracture, which is fucking insane, but you know, he's still out there doing his thing.

[Angela Sims] (38:34 - 38:41)
Wasn't it like hidden and no one knew about this for weeks and Danny Dimes was just like, I'm fine. I'm fine.

[Amanda Black] (38:41 - 38:56)
I get it. Like I remember like back in my gymnastics days, I would have like an active fracture foot. My gymnastics days.

I would have an active, like active fracture foot. They wouldn't find it. And you're just like, God, my foot hurts.

Then you finally get an x-ray and they're like, oh, your foot's broken. And you've just been like doing vault on your foot.

[Angela Sims] (38:57 - 39:00)
And we also come from a family that's like, eh, we're fine.

[Amanda Black] (39:00 - 39:01)
Eh, we're fine.

[Angela Sims] (39:02 - 39:07)
Oh, I'm not feeling good. Oh, maybe you should go to the doctor. Nah, I'm okay.

I'll be fine.

[Amanda Black] (39:07 - 39:26)
It's fine. Yeah. So he's playing through it.

Nonetheless, there are conversations here. Like he's not an auto start, right? Daniel Jones is someone you could flex people over him, but like the conversation I have written down is like, if you had to decide between Daniel Jones or Tyra Taylor, who would you play?

[Angela Sims] (39:27 - 39:33)
I would, I'd probably still stick with Daniel Jones in my opinion. I would still stick with him.

[Amanda Black] (39:33 - 39:40)
I would too. I think that would be so risky to go Tyra Taylor, but you're more than welcome to. I would potentially think about Tyra Taylor ahead of Justin Herbert though.

[Angela Sims] (39:40 - 39:44)
No, no, I would too. I would too. As a tough matchup, I agree.

[Amanda Black] (39:45 - 41:58)
Yeah. So just some context like Daniel Jones on auto start, but he can be started. It just depends on who else you have on your roster.

And if you have like a Drake May buy and Daniel Jones, then you're just going to throw Daniel Jones in and sit on it essentially. The defense of the Colts, maybe potentially a start. I would wait to see if Sauce Gardner is back or not.

He did exit that game. So I don't know his availability, but I would wait to see on that too. Over onto Jacksonville.

There's no like clear must start here for me other than Jacobi Myers. I think Jacobi Myers is a clear must start. He's taken clear targets.

He also connects better with Trevor Lawrence slot receiver, as opposed to BTJ, who's more of a deep threat. He connects better with the style that Trevor Lawrence is as a quarterback. So I think Jacobi Myers is a fine play.

Parker Washington did get hurt. So watch his injury update. I would start guys like Alec Pierce ahead of Washington.

Mitchell ahead of Washington as well. Obviously depends on his availability. BTJ is just a risky streaming option.

It feels better if Parker Washington doesn't play. There's less options for Trevor Lawrence. So I think at that point, yeah, you can go ahead and throw him in your lineup.

He does have potential upside. He just hasn't been performing. He's not connecting well.

So it's something that I'm not fully confident on. In my opinion, I'm playing ETN. I'm sitting by Shultz.

Like by Shultz getting 29% of the snap count. So he's not getting a ton of the snap count. However, they're going to play the guy who's hot.

So if like they are playing ETN and Tutin and Tutin's hot, they're going to let Tutin keep running it because that's just the offense that they are. ETN is the lead guy, but they will favor the player who's performing better immediately out of the gate. And if that's Tutin, they will send it on boot scooting Tutin all the way.

Right. I still think Tutin, hot, who has a hot hand, hot hand, hot, hot too. Whatever.

I'm not hot anything. Travis ETN though, to me, you, you, you, you play him. You got him.

You start him and you just freaking hope to all things. Holy. He gets in the end zone.

He's just a hard every week. Every week, baby. Brenton strange though.

Lock him down. Throw him in. You can start him.

He actually has a really good matchup from week 14 this week, all the way until week 17. So based on performance could be a guy you can rely on through the remainder of the season, which is always kind of feels better for me, in my opinion. So Brenton strange start defense for the Jacksonville Jaguars.

[Angela Sims] (41:58 - 42:07)
Okay. Very good. My next matchup is Pittsburgh Steelers versus Baltimore Ravens.

It should be an interesting one.

[Amanda Black] (42:07 - 42:16)
Oh, they're so hard. The Steelers are so terrible to watch. They suck.

They suck. And I hate watching their offense.

[Angela Sims] (42:16 - 45:30)
I don't know. Maybe if, if Aaron Rogers gets beat up some more and looks like a snarly old man on the sidelines is bleeding. Okay.

So Pittsburgh is, is tough because like we just said, it's very hard to watch them. The only guy I'm trusting here is Jalen Warren. He's the only guy that I'm excited to even watch on the Pittsburgh Steelers side.

And then I have to mention DK because he has a good matchup here in this Baltimore defense, but we've seen him have good matchups in the past and nothing has materialized from it. I think he only had one 20 plus point game and everything else was like four, six, seven, four, five, stupid. But we'll talk about that in a minute.

Aaron Rogers, Mason Rudolph, regardless of who plays and who comes in and blah, blah, blah. They're both sits because of the matchup. I'm going to say, go ahead and start DK.

And it's, again, it's one of those, it's hard that you don't start him, right? It's hard because now we have buys again this week. You might need to start him.

You might have guys out that aren't really other options. I'm going to start him over Adebo Samuel. I'm going to start him over Terry McLaurin because he has a better matchup here.

He could have a big playability, but we shall see. I'm just very hesitant on it. So temper your expectations.

Kenneth Gainwell has been doing really good things in this Pittsburgh offense. If you need someone to put in your flex position to get you some kind of good points, I don't think Kenneth Gainwell is someone that you should sleep on. He's being used alongside Warren.

Yes, Warren is still the clear back, but he has been getting some good snaps and some good touches, especially against this poor weaker run defense of the Baltimore Ravens. Gainwell is someone to think about. And there are so many freaking Pittsburgh tight ends.

We don't even talk about any of them. So they are all sits. I'm also sitting the defense on the Baltimore side of the ball.

Whoa. Usually I would say start, start, start, start. And I can't say it at all.

OK, I'm not thrilled about starting anyone from the Ravens, even against Pittsburgh. So we've seen Pittsburgh kind of go on this dumb ass roller coaster of, oh, we're good defense. Oh, we are poop defense.

Oh, we're good. I think it's going to be one of those bounce back weeks, especially with a divisional rival in the Baltimore Ravens. I think they're going to scrap back and be the author of the defense that we see.

Lamar Jackson. I'm sitting him. I don't like him this week.

I don't trust him. I just don't trust him. That's my personal opinion.

I would rather go Jordan Love, Daniel Jones. I would even go the donk over him this week. Do you know?

I don't. Yeah. I know.

Yeah, it's just hard. He's really crapped the bed the last couple of weeks. Something's not right.

He's not all the way there. He's not having the rushing that we're that you drafted him for. I think that something's going to come out at the end and say, hey, he was battling this injury.

He's going to go into surgery. And this is why we were seeing not great things from him. And that affects everybody else.

It affects Derek Henry. It affects, you know, wide receivers like say Flowers. Um, I don't really love Derek Henry in this matchup.

[Amanda Black] (45:30 - 45:35)
Um, really, we just watched James Cook have an all time rushing high in a game against the Steelers defense. Okay.

[Angela Sims] (45:36 - 45:44)
And I thought that I thought that, but here's my thought is now. Oh, we just got stomped on. Now we got to get our shit together.

[Amanda Black] (45:44 - 46:01)
We have, I think you're thinking about defense. So what are the defense? The defense is most scared of who Lamar Jackson and his just sketchy ability in the pocket, very similar to Josh Allen, where they try to stop Josh Allen and they just let it all up to James Cook.

I think that shit's going to happen. Yeah.

[Angela Sims] (46:01 - 46:06)
That same game script will, will most likely happen. So you're trusting Derek Henry.

[Amanda Black] (46:07 - 46:10)
She's the only guy that, yeah, that's the only guy in my opinion.

[Angela Sims] (46:10 - 46:47)
And I was very hesitant to put anybody in my must-start category. Derek Henry was on the teetering on both sides. So you're sitting Zay Flowers.

You're starting Christian Watson. Who's way more reliable, has a more reliable quarterback because Pittsburgh is very weak against the tight end position. Mark Andrews is coming out of my mouth.

Yeah, it should be a great start for him, but you're worried, but you are, you're worried that, Oh, it doesn't happen for him because that's just too. Mark Andrews is, is a good and then flop kind of guy. I'm going to say, start him.

If you have him take the shot on it because there's really a lot of upside there. And I'm sitting the Baltimore defense as well.

[Amanda Black] (46:47 - 49:05)
All right. Denver versus Las Vegas. If we remember this game, it was week 10 and it was the shittiest game ever.

It was like 10 to seven. It was very hard to watch. So we hope that that doesn't pan out here.

We'll start with Denver. Most of their team are, you're just going to full trust. You're trusting the Denver defense, obviously throw them in your lineup.

You're trusting RJ Harvey alone in the backfield. He looks great. Throw him in the lineup.

You're going to play Courtland Sutton and you're probably going to play Troy Franklin as well. You feel a little bit nervous about Troy Franklin coming off of a not so great week when the matchup should have been there for him. Nonetheless, there's not much you can do about it.

It should be a favorable matchup. And if Bo Nix and Troy Franklin can connect on deep balls, you will be very, very happy. Troy Franklin just got covered very well in his past matchup.

So I still think he's a play this week. So that's really it there. Ingram, this is a really bad matchup for Evan Ingram.

They're the second hardest against the tight end position. So it's not my favorite tight end streaming option this week. There's guys like Ertz, Waller.

Even if I needed to be like desperate, I might go Jawan Johnson ahead of Evan Ingram just simply due to the matchup availability there. So that's that easy. Oh, I guess we should probably talk about Bo Nix.

He's a streaming quarterback option. Again, he's a little bit risky. He had 321 passing yards this past game, but he only threw one touchdown.

And since he's a pocket passer, he's not, well, he does sometimes have rushing ability. He's not getting in the end zone himself. It's depleting his points and he threw an interception.

So if he could have had 321 yards and two touchdowns, you'd be happy, no interceptions. So he's a streaming option. It's just going to be deciding between guys like Bo Nix and Daniel Jones.

Bo Nix technically has the better matchup ahead of Daniel Jones. So you're just trusting what quarterback do you trust and what offensive weapons do you trust more essentially is the question you have to ask yourself. And I trust the weapons Daniel Jones has over the weapons Bo Nix has and the consistency Daniel Jones presents over the consistency Bo Nix presents.

So that's the conversation there. Vegas must starts are Brock Bowers and Ashton Gentee. Both of those guys can get locked into your lineup.

Gina's a full set. I'm never going to trust Gino Smith period. And there's just a little bit too much like wide receiver roulette.

This is a very hard matchup against the Denver Broncos. You don't want to play Tucker, Besh, Lockett, none of them. So all of them are full sets for me this week.

And the Vegas defense is also a full set as well.

[Angela Sims] (49:06 - 50:37)
My next matchup Cincinnati versus Buffalo, man, we saw Joe Burrow come back and yay, he's back. So that means everybody else has helped out. Now Joe Flacco did his thing and helped everybody out too.

So Joe Burrow is a start this week. You're going to start Chase Brown. You're going to start Jamar Chase.

I always get those. I always want to say them opposite. Like why would you draft people with similar names anyways?

And then you're going to start T Higgins. He should be good to go for this week. Brown should have an exceptional week against a weak Buffalo rush defense.

So really want to look for him as a really good start this week. You're going to sit both of your tight ends here. Not a great matchup for tight ends.

So Gusecki and Fant aren't guys you're plugging in this week. There's better options out there. And then I'm going to sit the Cincinnati defense, obviously, even though they've kind of come alive just a teeny bit, tiny bit more.

On the Buffalo side, some automatic starts. You're starting Josh Allen. You're starting James Cook.

You're starting Dawn Kincaid if he is healthy and ready to start. Guys to talk about here would be Khalil Shakir. He just kind of been all over the place.

Don't love the production that I've seen from him. I would choose to sit him this week. I would play guys like Troy Franklin, Alec Pierce, Jacobi Myers, Courtland Sutton, all those guys over Khalil Shakir this week.

I just have more confidence in them than him, especially if Dalton Kincaid's back. I think that is who Josh Allen's going to target. Kind of look for those tight end, kind of like shorter passes than the Khalil Shakir like we've seen in the past.

And then I'm going to sit the Buffalo defense as well.

[Amanda Black] (50:37 - 53:11)
Yeah. Next up, I have LA Rams versus Arizona. So we'll start with the Rams first here.

Must-starts, basically everybody. Stafford, Kyron Williams, Puka Nikua, Adams. Devontae Adams, it's insane.

Basically, they're scoring multiple touchdowns every single week. And it almost sucks a little bit if you're the Kyron Williams manager because that was one yard scores are going to Adams. It's just those one yard passes that typically your running back would take.

They're like, no, it's so short. Why haven't, like, I know what's happening. Why don't every other defense out there know what's happening?

Why are we letting that? It's like, oh, they're going to do the short pass at Devontae. Oh, they got it again.

Oh, let's cover Kyron Williams. And then they're just throwing the ball to Adams every time. So like, why are we doing that?

Nonetheless, you're starting all of them. No other wide receivers, I would hang my hat on there. There are three active tight ends in the lineup.

Therefore, I trust none of them because there's too many of them. And I do think the Rams are a fantastic streaming defensive option this week as well. Over on Arizona, you have the conversation of Michael Wilson, Marv.

So Marv got hurt, comes back from appendix, hurts his heel. I'm going to assume that he misses week 14. We do not know that to be true yet.

If Marv misses, Michael Wilson is the awesome. And honestly, if you're the Michael Wilson manager, that's just better for you because you feel more confident. Do I think you can play both Marv and Michael Wilson?

Yes, they're going to share targets. So Marv feels much safer there than Michael Wilson. Trey McBride is an auto start.

Duh. He's like tight end one. He looks fantastic.

Jacoby Brissett continues to be a wonderful streaming quarterback option and would be another good quarterback streaming option this week. I would play him ahead of Herbert or Bo Nix and Daniel Jones at that point as well. So I would choose Jacoby Brissett ahead of them.

Running back wise, basically, if Trey Benson, you know, he got activated, he was back to practicing and then was kind of set to play week 13. And then it was like, never mind. If he does not get activated and play this week, he's not playing for the rest of the year.

So just know that you'll know this week if you can just drop Trey Benson altogether or not. Super unfortunate. To me, that kind of sends me some red flags that he probably got injured in practice or something got re-aggravated.

I don't know if we're going to see Trey Benson at all, which is sad. That does, however, elevate both Bam Knight and Michael Carter. They're splitting the backfield 50-50 with Amaru DiMarcato out still.

So either of those options are going to be low-level running back two options. Flex options as well. Bam Knight ahead of Michael.

Meh. They're really just 50-50. It's just who gets in the end zone, essentially, right?

Bam Knight had a good week last week. Arizona defense is a full set for me.

[Angela Sims] (53:12 - 55:07)
And then my last matchup here, Houston versus Kansas City. For Houston, really the only guy that is a must start is Nico Collins. He's the clear stud even against this tough Casey matchup.

You're going to sit CJ Stroud like Trevor Lawrence, or even take a long shot on Tyrod Taylor this week, is better for me than CJ Stroud against Kansas City. At other wide receivers, Jaden Higgins and Christian Kirk. I'm going to sit both of them.

This is a tough matchup. I don't really see them doing too much. If I had to pick between the two, I would go Jaden Higgins.

I think he has more upside. I think he has more explosiveness. He's going to be the guy to look for.

So if you're in a pinch, you can throw Jaden Higgins in and just kind of hope for the best. He might kind of do great things and show up like he's been. I'm going to sit both running backs here, sitting Woody Marks and sitting Nick Chubb this week because it is tough.

Kansas City's tough against the run. I would start at David Montgomery. I would start at Devin Neal over both of those guys this week.

And then the tight end, Dalton Schultz, I'm also going to sit this week. I don't like him in this matchup either. Go TJ Hawkinson.

Go Mark Andrews. Go Jawan Johnson all over Dalton Schultz. And I'm going to keep rolling with the Houston defense.

I think they're just too good to sit even against Kansas City. I know they had a little bit of a bum week. Kansas City, some obvious starts here would be, you know, your Mahomes, your Rasheed Rice, your Travis Kelsey.

You know, they're facing a tough defense, but they are in a position where they need to win and they are going to play like they need to win. Or they're going to be, you know, the laughingstock of the NFL. Oh, ha ha.

Look at you, golden boy. You're down. And Amanda's just going to be over there drinking her coffee.

Yeah, this is what I hoped for. But other players here, Xavier Worthy is a sit for me this week. I know he had a better matchup last week.

He did, you know, decent. Not anything great, but decent. But this week, tough matchup for wide receivers.

You know, got to take.

[Amanda Black] (55:10 - 55:12)
You should have seen my face. I just got my mic.

[Angela Sims] (55:12 - 56:19)
I wasn't even looking at you. I was reading the notes and then I saw you like fall down a little bit. OK, other wide receiver to talk about here would be Xavier Worthy.

You're going to sit him this week. He kind of showed some good things last week, but that was an easier matchup. This is a tougher matchup for him.

I would start at Dontavian Wicks. I would even go with a Jerry Judy this week over Xavier Worthy just because of the matchup. They're going to look for Rice a lot more in this game.

That's the reliable guy for Mahomes, Amanda's favorite. And then at the running back position, Pacheco and Hunt are both sits as well for me. Tough defense against the run.

Jordan Mason, David Montgomery, even Kenneth Gainwell are all choices over both of these guys for me this week because just not really great things. We should have seen great things last year with an easier Dallas defense and we didn't see that. And then as far as the Kansas City, I would start them.

I think they're a good option to be started if they're available. You can grab them there or if you have them because we've seen this offense make some mistakes before. So you can capitalize on that.

[Amanda Black] (56:19 - 1:01:01)
Absolutely. All right. Last matchup, Philadelphia Eagles versus the Chargers.

We're going to start Philadelphia. Philadelphia's offense is just terrible. It's terrible to watch.

Like they're doing fine, right? They're winning kind of sometimes, but like they're just like not a fun offense to watch right now. Unfortunately, you're probably starting all of your heavy hitters.

You're starting AJ Brown. You're starting Jalen Hurts. You're starting Saquon Barkley.

It would be very hard for me to think in any world that if you're in a playoff push, you would sit any of these guys because they all have potential to perform outstanding. Saquon Barkley's just been performing way under what we all assumed would happen, right? So essentially like he's averaging three to four yards per carry right now, which is just abysmal.

However, he's getting 93% of the work. So like potential's there. Who knows what the fuck will happen?

Chargers defense aren't like terrible. They're decent. So who knows?

But unfortunately, probably just throwing all these guys in your lineup and just like turning the game off and like just hoping it goes your way. Sometimes you're like, I don't want to watch it. I just want to hope it all goes well.

Like I left mid games yesterday to like go to Ollies because I was like, I just need to like leave my house and maybe good things will happen. And they did. So I was like, maybe that was the method of the madness.

I was like, I just need a little break from being pissed off at my television screen. Because I wanted to throw a water bottle through it. So yeah, you're probably starting all of those guys.

And then the Eagles defense, again, they're a streaming option. They're always going to be a streaming option. Are they the best defense in the world right now?

Hit or miss? Sometimes they perform outstanding. Sometimes they don't perform so well.

Do I think they'll have a potentially good bounce back week this week? Sure. Yes.

And also we're dealing with a very weak O-line on the Chargers. So more sacks, more points. You want to think, yes, takeaways, but also not just limiting the amount of points the Chargers score, but also can they sack Justin Herbert?

And he's a pretty sackable quarterback right now with their O-line. So I would start the Eagles defense. To me, Goddard would be a full set.

I would start Brenton Strange, Zach Ertz, and Darren Waller ahead of Goddard this week as well. For the Chargers, this is going to be the conversation if Hampton plays, Vidal, Vidal, Hampton, right? If Hampton does not play, Kamani Vidal is a fine start.

I think he'd be explosive. He's been performing really well. I love Vidal this week, specifically if Hampton's out.

If Hampton plays, I probably don't want to play any of them because I'm nervous. But in no world do I think you'd be able to sit Hampton because if you had Hampton and you're sitting on him, you've been praying for him to come back to be relevant again. Yes, right?

Like likely your running back room is like nut, bolt, scrapyard shit taped together. Yes. And you have to play guys like Chris Rodriguez and hope the freaking body stays relevant, right?

Or you're playing a backup like Kenneth Gainwell or Blake Corum or Algier consistently because you have nobody else. So like if you're dealing with that situation, yeah, you're going to play Hampton and just hope for the best. You hope it's a Bucky Irving situation and he comes out hot like Bucky Irving did, right?

I think Ladd is the only wide receiver I'm very confident in. I don't want any piece of Keelan Allen or Quentin Johnston this week. I would look to sit both of them.

We've talked about Justin Herbert a lot. I would probably look to stream someone ahead of him this week. Not a very good option for him.

His wide receivers will have a hard time. He will have a hard time. His O-line sucks.

So like everything's playing against him. I'd look to send him if you can. I'd look to sit Keelan Allen, QJ.

I'd also look to sit Gadsden. I don't love his matchup this week. And again, like strange irts, even maybe like a fan in would be a better flex ahead of Gadsden right now.

And we'd want to see a little bit more to Gadsden before I trust him again. And then the defense of the Chargers, in my opinion, would also be a set. I don't really want them against the Eagles offense either.

So that is all of our week 14 matchup, my friends. Go over just a quick little injury report here. We talked a little bit about it.

Like Parker Washington, he did sustain a hip injury. So watch his availability for week 14. Justin Herbert did fracture his left arm throwing hand.

So just like watch that as well. Amin Ra, obviously low ankle sprain. Watch his week.

They play on Thursdays. I doubt he's going to play, but like just watch it. Marvin Harrison, heel injury.

Watch his availability. Aaron Jones, shoulder day-to-day. Watch his availability.

And then Tyrone Tracy did hurt himself. They do have a bye. However, that enhances Devil Singletary.

If Tyrone Tracy misses time, that makes Singletary relevant as hell. So just something to keep in mind here as well, ladies. All right.

Well, let's wrap it all up with our sweet and spicy starts of the week. And go ahead and kick us off with the sweet start of the week.

[Angela Sims] (1:01:02 - 1:01:22)
My sweet start of the week is Trey McBride. Dominant top tier tight end. The number one top tier tight end.

That's a lot of T's there. With Marv possibly being limited with the heel injury or even out for week number 14, he's going to get even more targets. And he's also the Donk's main man.

So look for him to be a sweet start.

[Amanda Black] (1:01:23 - 1:01:42)
I love it. My sweet start is Jordan Love again. Love him this week.

A second time due to a favorable matchup, not just for Jordan Love, but also for his wide receiver. So it's kind of like that match made in heaven when both of them have favorable matchups. So I would definitely look at a streaming quarterback option of Jordan Love week 14.

How about your spicy?

[Angela Sims] (1:01:42 - 1:02:15)
My spicy pick of this week is Isaac Tesla. I love saying that name. I just want to I hope he drives a Tesla like that would just be my Tesla in the Tesla Tesla.

Right. But I don't see like we just talked about St. Brown being back in full play for Thursday with that short turnaround. So Williams is going to take obviously the brunt of the targets like we saw him on Thursday during those games.

But he's facing a Dallas defense who should give Tesla some great openings. So he should be the good wide receiver to hear in this offense.

[Amanda Black] (1:02:15 - 1:03:32)
I love it. All right. Well, my spicy start of the week, I actually fundamentally hate it.

And I don't recommend it. Right. But like it would be the riskiest shit you've ever done.

I say a bond baby. I freaking hate Jerry Judy. So I'm never going to recommend the juicer himself.

Okay. So like in no world are you going to see me my my spicy start be Jerry Judy this week. I hate him with a burning passion.

So like rookie on rookie should or and bond match up together. It's a favorable matchup for the wide receiver room. I hate the Browns offense and trusting them.

You'd probably feel better like with a fan in over a bond. But like, I'm going to go spicy as hell this week and say, I say a bond, baby. Let's see what the hell happens.

Shall we? Cool. Get going.

I love it. I love it. All right, guys.
