Sometimes you have to speak the living Word over yourself in order to push through, in order to make it to the next moment, in order to make it to the next day. That is what this is. So I wrote something for you, something for myself that we can listen to over and over and over and over again. And my hope is that you will begin to speak these over yourself, out of your own mouth. After you've listened to it, say it out of your own mouth. So here we go. You want to give up? But here's why you won't.

And you won't be the last. because there are people that you won't even get the chance to meet that will be impacted by your story. Because the father of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is also your heavenly father. Because your story has a happy ending. Because the same God that provides for the birds and the lilies also provides for you. Because your purpose is beyond what you could ever ask for, think of, or imagine. Because you've already made it through much, much worse. Because this single moment won't be the defining factor of your life. Because God brought the Israelites out of their bondage and wilderness. So he already has the blueprint for your victory. Because even in this darkest moment, God is sitting right next to you. Because the coffee might taste better tomorrow. Because your sister might make the most hilarious joke yet tomorrow. You want to give up, but you won't. Because even when you're knocked down seven times, you get up again.
