jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: [00:01:00] Welcome to Interface. I'm your host, Jennifer Plummer, and I'm joined with co-host Maddie and Sierra. Um, typically this is where I would introduce the guest for today, but since we're kicking off season three, uh, we thought we'd kind of take it back to the beginning and just have a chat with the crew members and. See how things have changed over the past two seasons and what we wanna do and kind of give some updates on some things that we've been doing.

So I think I'm gonna go to Sierra, reintroduce yourself to our listeners and tell us what's been up.

Siara: Hello everyone. I'm Sierra, uh, one of your illustrious co-hosts here [00:02:00] on Interface. Um, let's see what's been going on.

I feel like not much has changed, but um, I think the entire team has grown tremendously in different ways. Um, we've talked to a lot of really cool, um. Guests over the past two seasons and I'm super excited.

Um, kicking off season three. I can't believe that we're here. Three seasons in

Jenni: never would've thought Never would've thought it when we started. Maddie, how you doing?

mattiecakes_1_11-10-2023_115701: I'm doing good. . Um, have blown my life up a lot in the last year or so. Um, I think when we first started I was in New Orleans, now I am in Seattle. So that's a, that's a big change. Um, and then, yeah, change roles at pros. I'm associate product manager now. Um, I think this podcast was [00:03:00] a big reason for that. And what else? Uh, to, yeah, to Echo Sierra sentiment. Team has grown a lot. I've really enjoyed kind of the progress that we've made, not only internally amongst ourselves, but like externally and, and by externally, like within our company.

And, and just like the strides that we've made and just the quality of the podcast and, and the things that we've learned, the people that we've talked to, um, it's been super exciting to be a part of this.

Jenni: Yeah, I

I like the, like that. Um, know, we're intersecting in our day jobs now, um, which is fun to see year

mattiecakes_1_11-10-2023_115701: Oh yeah,

Jenni: um,

Track 1: Yeah.

Jenni: um. And Sierra, like, yeah, you said, oh, I don't think much has changed,

but think a lot has changed. feel like we, we have, we don't realize it because, you know, we've, you know, it's like your kid, you don't realize how big they've grown until you kind of like look at pictures from two years ago. [00:04:00] Um, but yeah, I, I would say

Siara: I mean, I definitely would say We have gelled better. I think our relationship has gotten . Stronger, not just as co-host. As we're learning more and more about each other, it helps us to have, you know, better conversations. We can read each other a little bit better, um, which also helps the quality of the podcast.

Um, it's not nearly, not nearly as clunky, um, as we were in our humble

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: Yeah.

Track 1: Um, and we're continuing to, to improve and

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: Yeah.

And even the maturity of, um, like you said, our team has grown. Um, what we've realized over two years is it takes a team of people to, um, produce, schedule and do all the little things in between. It's not just. You know, showing up and recording and publishing. There's a lot of things in [00:05:00] there. So we've added Jasmine, our social media coordinator, um, and Sudan, our project manager, to keep us On task. 'cause I think,

um, you know, this is something that is not our, we always say our day job, this is not our day job. This is something we are doing for fun. Um, and, and just to kind of uplift and have community. Um, and so, you know, sometimes we need a little reminders to stay on schedule so that we get something out.

Um, but, uh, we hit the thousand downloads. Um, that was a big. Milestone, um, for any podcast, right, Maddie? That's the, uh, that's the measure of success. We're in the top 1%,

mattiecakes_1_11-10-2023_115701: uh, it's 21 episodes. We got 21 episodes. That gives us top 1%.

Also, want to shout out, uh, Shanae. Um, she's also, um, someone that we've recruited on our team. Uh, all the fancy graphics that we see. [00:06:00] Um, she's

Track 1: How could we

mattiecakes_1_11-10-2023_115701: she inspires me as a designer. Uh.

Track 1: Oh my goodness.

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: See that's one of the things, she was not there on day one, but she's been with us for a while, so I, yeah. Thinking about

from day one to today, yeah, she's been here for a while, but I don't think we've ever officially announced her contributions and, um, seeing her posts and,

Track 1: All of those beautiful graphics you see on social, that's all Shanae.

Shout out to you girl.

mattiecakes_1_11-10-2023_115701: I really think she elevated, um, the style of, of the podcast. I think, um, it's, it's funny, I found, I saw this meme once and it was, uh, it, you know, back when Barbie and Oppenheimer were out, there was like a bunch of memes and stuff. It, it, it showed, um, Oppenheimer, Albert Einstein and, uh, Ken, the, he was like dressed up in his Barbie stuff and it was like PM designer engineering manager altogether. And I feel like that kind of [00:07:00] Is very much the vibe of the group, and we just didn't have the designer bringing all the fanciness and um, just, just, the color to, to the external world and like what we are, are, are bringing to the table. And I think the elevated polish just really brings our podcast to another level.

So yeah, huge shout out to Shanae.

Um,

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: So is she the one that's wearing the fur coat with the fringes, or which one of us is wearing the kin

fur coat?

mattiecakes_1_11-10-2023_115701: It's definitely it. It would be Shenae for sure.

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: Um, well, we, there's a few things we wanted to, um, share with y'all, our listeners.

Um, first thing that we did when talking about the maturity and our collaboration, not only within the team, is, um, really getting our executives engaged in what the podcast is doing. So we, um, challenged them. We called it, um. The Empower Executive Networking Challenge.

We challenge them [00:08:00] to help us find guests for season three. And so we kind of define what our ideal guest is. Um, you know, as someone who is. Ha, you know, has some sort of software background or is had in a leadership role at a software company. Um, you know, it could be a software engineer, it could be ux, could be a product manager, could be, you know, you know, there's a variety of roles. And so we kinda said, Hey, go out and look in your network and just kind of start nominating candidates. And so we had a really good response. So stay tuned for season three because we're going to be highlighting some of those, um, Can, um, some of those nominations, um, we're gonna pick one from each and then we're gonna kind of have a little, uh, side contest to see which one gets the most listened.

So we'll definitely let you know who those are, um, when we get those published. So really the outcome of that was just really an a Good [00:09:00] way for our podcast to interact with the executive team. Um, we're getting really good ideas. Oh, another thing we didn't say is we have a new executive sponsor, uh, Ravi, um, who's really, um, been giving us some really great ideas on how to, um, promote and socialize and kind of expand our footprint of the, of the podcast. So we're really happy. Um, if this keeps going, um, We're gonna see lots of success. Um, and, you know, one of my goals from the podcast is, you know, that people are listening and inspiring and, and really our ability to highlight different black professionals in the technology community. And so this challenge is really gonna help with that because we have, you know, we're meeting new people and, um, engaging them in the podcast and you get to learn about them when we, when we interview them.

mattiecakes_1_11-10-2023_115701: I'd add on that what I really like about the challenge is, you know, we ask all of our guests, um, what [00:10:00] can companies do to increase black talent and participating in these kind of challenges. It's, you know, that that's exactly it. You know, you, you get a call to come to the table and, and participate in these kind of allyship, um, challenges. You know, What, whatever it is that allows us to bolster the voices of black technologists and, and hopefully inspire other people to kind of get involved. And I think, you know, the challenge of increasing black te. Talent and technology is like very broad and ambiguous. Like where do you start even? And it's really just taking steps forward and making sure that you know, when you get a chance to, to do something, to give back that you take it.

And I think, you know, executives are super busy and always having to get asked of them. And I think it's, it's these small things that, you know, when you, when you do show up and you do do these things, like for me, like that's, that's a huge thing, right? It, it allows me to, to feel [00:11:00] seen and heard and like, it, it just ultimately wants, allows me to want to give back more to the, the people and the, the company that are, are, are participating in these things and, and saying that this is important to them as well as me.

Track 1: I wanted to give a little backstory about how Ravi became our . Our executive sponsor for Empower. Um, I got the pleasure to present about the podcast and one of our quarterly qbr, and we presented to our senior leaders here at pros the challenge for the first time and kind of let them know, um, you know, what were we looking for, what the ask was for them, and.

Um, I was super nervous. I was focused. I mean, you're presenting to all of the senior leaders across the organization and, um, I've got my notes up or whatever, and I keep seeing like my team's messages going off and one of them was Ravi who [00:12:00] was sending over, you know, immediately contacts that he'd had and he wanted to be involved.

Um. I was super impressed by that. And so when I finally came down off the nerves of presenting to senior leaders, um. I was like, you know, thanks so much. Um, we want to, you know, continue to be engaged with you. And so then those, that's kind of sparked conversations about getting him to meet with the broader, um, black ERG here at Pros called Empower.

And after a few conversations, um. We agreed to bring him on as our executive sponsor and he's kind of, you know, dotted line to the podcast as well. And it's been a joy having him a part of the team. He's given us already really good advice and insight and he's been super communicative and, you know, offering recommendations and things of that nature.

So kudos to Robbie.

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: Yes, he's definitely, um, [00:13:00] It's always kind of, oh, you know, how much can we really use this person as a resource? And I've, I literally had a late conversation with him on a Friday night about some stuff that we had been debating. Um, you know, the crew had been debating and, and, and I was like,

and I, and that's when, that's kind of when we synced up and I was like, you know, this could wait till next week.

And he's like, nah, no, I'm just driving. Gimme a call. You know, give me, you know, gimme a call. And yeah, he really is someone that, um. I think hands-on is the thing he said. He is like, he, he, he doesn't, you know, just kind of in an advisory role. Like he really wants to participate. So, um, really thankful to have him around.

Hot jobs. Hot jobs. I think of

the Mickey

Mouse song,

Hot dog

Track 1: is what you're thinking of. I've got the, I've got the resident toddler on the team.

Hot dog.

mattiecakes_1_11-10-2023_115701: put a, a YouTube link in our show [00:14:00] notes 'cause I have no idea what you're talking about. Um,

Track 1: Hey, hot dog is a bop.

Okay.

mattiecakes_1_11-10-2023_115701: how's it relate to the, the what's the shark one? You know that

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: oh,

Track 1: Oh, also that, that's a big one. Um,

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: that's more of

a song, but hot. Hot dog is like wherever in the show, I guess. When he solves the. the. challenge of the show, he is like, hot dog, hot dog,

Track 1: Yes.

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: So I don't know. That's just what

pops in my mind when I hear hot jobs.

mattiecakes_1_11-10-2023_115701: Weekend viewing,

uh, list. Definitely we'll take a look at that one. But yeah, hot jobs. Um, last season we, we kind of dabbled in promoting the, the jobs here at, at pros. You know, we talk about pros being a gem. Um, we're all very thankful that we're working for a company that, you know, allows us to put on a podcast talking about the black technologists and Yeah. What we want to do moving forward is we want to [00:15:00] kind of bring in jobs that we think are relevant to the community, that listens to this podcast. So, technology, jobs here at Pros. We wanna make sure that, you know, we're, we're showcasing what's available here. So, you know, you can come, join, join the team.

So definitely look forward to those. And, you know, check out, you know, pros.com/careers. We want you to be a part of the lovely team, the awesome culture here. Um, so just be, stay tuned for that.

Track 1: And if you do apply for a job, tell them interface sent you.

mattiecakes_1_11-10-2023_115701: Oh yeah, that one for sure.

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: Yeah. Yeah, we,

Track 1: That'd be really cool.

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: Um, and if you do come to work for pros and join Empower and, uh, uh, you know, join the community or, or other ERGs. 'cause there's a lot going on this, it seems like the past few weeks there's

so much going on

Track 1: on. It's getting back to, um, pre covid

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: pre,

pre covid level.

Track 1: which is really exciting.

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: Yeah. [00:16:00] Yeah.

Track 1: Yeah.

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: Um,

Track 1: Really cool.

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: so Sierra, can you share the, uh, uh, social media updates or the social updates?

Track 1: Yes.

So, um, we are kind of putting our stamp out there on social media, um, as always. Um, as our listeners, feel free to connect with, um, Maddie, Jennifer, and myself on LinkedIn. Uh, send us a message just to say hi, you know, give us feedback on the show. Um, even if you have, you know, if you know a brilliant black technologist that you'd like us to have a conversation with, drop us their name and we'd love to, uh, to try and connect with them and get them on the show.

And then also late, was it late last year or maybe over the summer? Um, we launched our very on own Instagram page. So, um, the podcast [00:17:00] Instagram handle is at pros interface podcast. Um, and we are sharing tons of different types of content. So, um, you will see . Obviously, uh, information about our episodes and the guests that we're spotlighting.

Um, you will see things like, you know, STEM boot camps or networking events, not just, um, local to where we are in Houston, Texas, but across the nation and other things that are very like STEM or tech related, um, that we think are . Our, um, community would be interested in, in knowing, so please follow us, um, at pros Interface Podcast on Instagram and find us on LinkedIn.

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: Yeah, we would love to get, um, nominations for guests. We're always looking for great guests. Um, so yeah, please reach out, let us know [00:18:00] that you're listening. Let us know, um, you know, if there's, you know, if you have any suggestions, like we just, yeah, we'd love to, to get some feedback. And there's some great content on there.

And I saw, um, the pros account reshared some of the stuff from my Instagram account, so I was

mattiecakes_1_11-10-2023_115701: Hmm.

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: excited to see that.

Track 1: Again, shout out to Jasmine, our social media coordinator, and Shanae on the graphics. Y'all are doing an awesome job, ladies.

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: Okay, so now, now we're gonna do two things. 'cause Jasmine made this suggestion in the chat 'cause she's already on top of things.

I'd like to go around the room and, and, um, let us know Your favorite moment from seasons one or two and or two, and what you're looking forward to in season three? I'm gonna go with Maddie first this time.

mattiecakes_1_11-10-2023_115701: Okay. But next time you, you have to go with yourself. Um, [00:19:00] first, uh,

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: See you. See I'm, see what I'm doing right now?

mattiecakes_1_11-10-2023_115701: um, I'll shout out. Um. Well guests from season one, um, CONANI Carter. Um, her episode really was so insightful for me. Um, and honestly it was, I talk about kind of oh, my journey into product management and all the people that inspired me. You know, Jenny, um, your definitely on that list for sure. Um, talking about technology, this podcast ani the episode with her, she talked about how Like she would, the way she would interact with some of her developers and, you know, she mentioned something along the lines of, um, you don't get it. Someone said, and, and she, she replied with like, of course I don't, because I don't have the same background as you, but like, help me understand. And that, that just was like a clique [00:20:00] for me of, of being like, oh, I don't need to have the exact same mindset.

I don't need to have the exact same background as, as people to work with them and understand their What they're going through. And, and just that level of empathy just really pushed me to think about, oh, what would a path in technology look like for me, um, outside of what I was doing on the training team.

And yeah, I, I just, I think that, you know, she's very articulate, extremely intelligent, and I, that episode was just, um, amazing for me. So if you haven't had a chance to listen to it, it's always the one I recommend people take a, take a look at.

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: Yeah, I, I, I, I also love her because she's a Meyerhoff. She's from UMBC, university of Maryland, Baltimore County. Um, so, you know, I just always like it when I can have my cohorts as guests on Interface Podcast

mattiecakes_1_11-10-2023_115701: Yeah, we'll have to go back and see how many episodes UMBC gets brought up. My guess would be at least 70% of them. So [00:21:00] I'm glad the theme is continuing. Uh, so.

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: Oh. Quick segue

though. Quick segue

mattiecakes_1_11-10-2023_115701: track of

that

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: the other recurring theme in these podcasts is that I use Google Podcasts, which is being sunset, and I am.

Track 1: Um,

Yeah. When is

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: I think it's supposed to be happening like in November, and I think, yeah, I have not switched off yet. I haven't figured out what I'm going to use. I am going, yeah, I'm being very stubborn and I'm still using Google Podcasts. I.

Track 1: For those of you who don't know, it's a running joke that Jennifer is the only one using Google Podcasts, and she has stood 10 toes down that she will never stop using it,

and now it's

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: I think I'm the only Android user

too.

Track 1: go to.

mattiecakes_1_11-10-2023_115701: Google realized they couldn't support an entire platform for you, Jenny, so they had to sunset it.

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: That doesn't make any [00:22:00] sense.

'cause obviously Google runs the world. Like, come on, come on. They just decided they didn't wanna be in that, you know, they wanted to focus on other things. It's fine.

Track 1: Oh,

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: okay.

So what are you looking forward?

Track 1: You know, whatever helps you sleep at night,

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: So what, what are you looking forward to for season three? Maddie?

mattiecakes_1_11-10-2023_115701: Oh, okay. Um,

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: It was a two part

questions.

mattiecakes_1_11-10-2023_115701: It was a two part question and that

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: Yeah. The first you, you answered the first part. The second part is season three.

mattiecakes_1_11-10-2023_115701: Second part. Okay. For season three, I'm looking forward to the fact that we have a bigger team. Um, I think in the first episode we did meet the crew. My thing has always been like Consistency and, you know, you do the things that you say you're gonna do.

And I think the fact that we have a team of amazing individuals that just make us a more well-rounded team, um, I'm looking forward to just that [00:23:00] consistency and the scope of the, what we're gonna, what we're, what we'll be able to achieve with the people that we have. Um, so yeah, for season three, I'm just looking forward to just, yeah, uh, kicking butt and putting out a really good product. What about you, Sierra? What are you looking forward to and the favorite episode so far?

Track 1: You always steal my thunder when you go first because Sani is also at the very top of my list. I so enjoyed that conversation with her. You know how you have, we've talked to a lot of phenomenal people, but you, you just have those guests where you just lean in when they're talking. Um, and she was definitely one of those for me, but

I'm gonna say my second favorite conversation would have been with B Arin. She was a boss in every [00:24:00] sense of the word. Um, I love how innovative she was, her confidence, um, being the first to do something in Africa, bringing, you know, radio to, um, to, you know, her community. There and just kind of trying things out until, you know, she figured out how to make it work.

Um, being super innovative and creative. It was just a super inspiring conversation. Um, so I really enjoyed, she was another one where I just really kind of leaned in while she was. Talking. I was like, I don't want this to end. She's so cool. Um, we should be besties, . Um, so yeah, I really, really enjoyed that conversation with Cola.

And what am I looking forward to in season three? To be honest. Hanging with this team a little bit more. Um, we kind of have our off season where we're planning and kind of [00:25:00] working through, uh, lessons learned from our previous season, but now hanging out and talking to some more amazing people on the podcast and just kind of getting back into the groove of recording, um, with my favorite team.

So yeah, looking forward to hanging out with the crew a little bit more.

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: Yeah.

mattiecakes_1_11-10-2023_115701: Yeah, I like how you said the off season

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: The non rerecording

season. Yeah.

Yeah. My favorite

part of the whole process is doing the episodes and just kind of vibing with each other, uh, for the recording. Okay. So, for me, I think the highlight of Season two. Um, I really loved Kim Martin's episode. I really loved Charlotte Clark's episode. Um, but I think if I gotta pick one, I'm gonna go Kelsey, uh, Hightower, just because, [00:26:00] um, we, we have the other thing that we always talk about, how introverted we are, we all are, and, um, reaching out to him, um, you know, on, on, uh, On Twitter X, um, and saying, Hey, you know, just kind of so, so random. It's, I I think when, so most of the guests you reach out to on LinkedIn, if I don't know them personally, which is like a professional, like, you know, kind of said on, on Twitter, you're kind of like, it could be anything.

So, you know, is this guy really gonna listen to me for all I, for all he knows I'm trying to scam him for something. Um, so, you know, I just kind of gave my pitch and he was like, yeah, just lemme know when. And, um. That one got split into a two-parter because he had a lot to say. Um, and, um, uh, really enjoyed, um, kind of seeing how, I think his message was knowing your worth and knowing your value and, and, um, and, and leaning [00:27:00] into, you know, your skillset. Um, what am I looking at for, to, for season three? Um, as usual, speaking to the guests, meeting new people. Uh, but, uh, what we, we, some of the ideas that have come with, um, Sudan and Ravi and kind of talking through the content we already have is kind of going back and digesting it and coming up with content that's, that's taking that information that we're getting about. F you know, what should companies do to increase black talent? Um, kind of reviewing that and kind of seeing how we can maybe compile that information into some interesting content that maybe will present not only on the uh, podcast, but you know, maybe we'll try to find a ex, uh, a speaking engagement, um, to share that information with.

I think that's a good [00:28:00] challenge as well. So that is What I'm saying is going to be, um, it's, you know, it's, it'll be something different, um, for us to do, but I think it's a, it's a, it's a cool next step. Another goal that we have that we've discussed, which I'm not good at is keeping the episodes nice and concise. I am a rambler. My team knows it. I just don't know how to end things, I just, I just wanna keep talking. Um, so

Track 1: We just wanna keep talking, keep the vibes going. I get it.

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: So I, I, I'm gonna ask Sierra to close us out just so I don't do that thing where I just keep saying things.

mattiecakes_1_11-10-2023_115701: Yeah. I wanted to

ask one more question.

Um, I think I asked this in the

first episode, which was what, [00:29:00] what two, two part, two questions actually. One was what are you looking forward to, like, uh, in the sense of like, what, what do you want out of the podcasts? Um, I would be curious to see if your answer has changed Sierra.

And the second part of that is what kind of Fears or challenges are you kind of worried about, uh, with the podcast?

Track 1: You

want me to go

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: I haven't, I haven't gone first yet. you want me to go first, if

mattiecakes_1_11-10-2023_115701: Oh yeah, go for it. Jenny. Put you on the spot.

Track 1: yeah, go for it.

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: I'll go first. I don't think my answer has changed. I think I said I, I, you know, I want To, you know, if you, if you can see it, you can be it. I just want to share all these talented people and I want those people to inspire other people to go into technology.

And I think for me, that's still number one. I want people, um, to meet people and, and, and use our community in that [00:30:00] way. The fear that, um. That I've seen especially recently is it does take a lot of time to do everything and, um, finding, carving out that time, um, to, to record and plan to the level of quality that we want is, is, you know, is my biggest fear.

So I'll be working on that. Sierra

Track 1: Um, uh, my answer's not gonna change either. Um, I do still, I'm looking forward to the growth of this show because I think it's amazing and I. 1000% believe in what we're doing and that it's a good thing for the tech community. And this is for someone who I will say technically sits outside of, um, tech adjacent.

We'll say that , um. But I want, I really want to [00:31:00] see this show become a part of the DNA of prose. Um, that the quality of the content that we're putting out is, is phenomenal. And that, not that we don't already have support for the organization, but that our podcast sort of becomes synonymous with the pros brand.

Right. Um. That is what I see for the future of this show. Um, and that's my fear is sort of the flip side to that coin of, I don't know if it's a fear, it's just I. Having the bandwidth to support that type of growth. Um, but my hope is that with the support of the organization and our leaders and you know, our advocates, that it will be supported.

And honestly, the fear of the growth kind of just running away from us in, [00:32:00] but in the best way possible

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: That's a good problem.

Track 1: I know

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: It's a good problem

Track 1: but I, it's a good problem to have. Right. Um, but yeah, and also us being able to keep the heart of, of what we're doing here from sort of our grass roots. But yeah.

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: I love it.

Track 1: Maddie.

mattiecakes_1_11-10-2023_115701: you both covered mine. I think s for success and what I'd want out out an outcome would be, you know that we, that not only us internally on the podcast team, but like our company can recognize the value that to the business that the podcast has. And, um, you know, we do this, it, it is an our day job and it is like an an extra thing.

And it is fun. And I think that, you know, sometimes people think that. They're mutually exclusive. And I think that you can have fun and also like, be serious and, and, and provide business value at the same time. And I [00:33:00] wanna make sure that like, we get to a point to Sierra's to what Sierra's talking point was like, we are in pro's, DNA and, and everyone around the company can recognize that the value that we can bring. And then, yeah, on the flip side of that is the, the time. Um, I think that It is, especially within the last year or so with the economy, you know, there's a lot of emphasis on making sure that we're doing the things that we need to do and we're focusing the way that we need to focus. And I could, you know, there's a lot of bandwidth issues and, and yeah, the, the quality that we want does take time and it does take commitment from everybody and, you know, just making sure that we Don't end up drowning trying to do this and or day job and life and you know, all the other things that are involved with that. And just making sure that we are cognizant of, of all those things

I. [00:34:00]

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: That's absolutely, so all that up. I think we, yeah, we all wanna keep doing it. We love the spirit of it. We're invested in it, but we're all kind of worried about, um, bandwidth and, and quality.

Track 1: You remember I mentioned how well we're gelling. We're all aligned on the same. On the same things, which is a good sign, right?

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: Yeah. Like I said, my favorite part of the week is being able to hang out with you guys.

Track 1: Now there's gonna be even more. Bring it on.

I'm ready.

jennifer_1_11-10-2023_115700: so Sierra, close

it out.

That's gonna be my thing now.

Track 1: Thank you all for listening. . Listening in.
