Welcome back to the bravery digest your Tuesday pulse check here on what do think he could do that podcast? I'm Sam Penny coach for the brave. And today we're going to find out exactly where you're leading from, whether it's courage or comfort. Now let's be honest, bravery isn't something you just have. And then you set the life. It's something you practice or even abandoned every single day.

You see, the trouble is most business owners don't even notice when comfort quietly starts running the show. You wake up, you're working hard, but before you know it, you're choosing easy over right, safe over bold. And the really dangerous thing, it's subtle. That's why I built this quick tool. It's called the bravery audit to five question self-check you can use right now, wherever you are. So

Grab a pen if you want, or just answer in your head, but answer honestly, because the only person you're cheating is yourself. So here it is the five question bravery audit. Are you ready? All right, let's do it. Okay, question one, the first one. When you're faced with a hard decision, do you prioritize what's easy or what's right? Easy equals comfort zone, right equals bravery.

Right, now the second question. Do you regularly choose short term comfort over long term growth? If the answer is yes, it's kind of a warning sign. Growth demands discomfort. There's no way around it.

Okay, you ready for the third question? When fear shows up, do you delay action or do you lean into it? You see, hesitation feeds fear, motion starves it.

Now question four, are you taking actions that feel risky but aligned or just playing it safe? If you never feel exposed, you're probably not growing.

And here we are, the fifth question.

At the end of most days, do you have at least one moment you're proud of because you chose bravery? If you can't think of one, it's probably time to raise the bar. All right. How did you score? If you got four or five brave answers, you're on fire. You're moving with real momentum. If you're in the two to three range, you're close. A few deliberate shifts and you'll be unstoppable. If you had a zero or one,

then comforts running the show. And it's not a judgment. It's a wake up call. And the good news is, bravery is a daily decision. You get another shot today. So here's your challenge. Pick the question that hit you the hardest. Make one bold move before the day ends and don't drift back into comfort. Lead yourself deliberately and bravely.

And if you want to let me know which question landed for you, drop a comment or send a DM. I want to hear what's really showing up for you right now.

before I wrap up this Thursday's guest is a perfect example of what happens when you raise your bar and live those brave answers. I'll be sitting down with Brianna Thompson, someone who's carrying on a family legacy of courage and taking it even further. Next Gen bravery.

And a reminder that it's not just the big names who push the limits, it's people just like you and me, choosing bold every day. I'm Sam Penny. This is your bravery digest. Choose courage over comfort, one decision at a time. I'll see you Thursday.
