He forces the client to list all their assumptions, and then he ranks them by impact multiplied by uncertainty.
Roy:Let's underline that concept for you listening because it completely flips how most managers prioritize their Monday morning. Impact multiplied by uncertainty.
Penny:Right, because most business owners only look at impact.
Roy:Exactly. They ask what action will make us the most money or what failure will cost us the most. But Jubile forces you to multiply that impact by where your ignorance is highest.
