# De Lift
Lisa heeft een droom.
Lisa wil een speciale lift zien.
De lift heeft geen deuren.
De lift stopt niet.
De lift gaat altijd door.
Dit is een paternoster lift.

Lisa is thuis.
Zij zit aan de tafel.
Zij heeft een telefoon.
Zij kijkt op de telefoon.
"Waar is de paternoster lift?" zegt Lisa.
Lisa zoekt op de telefoon.

Lisa leest iets interessants.
In Amsterdam is een lift.
In Rotterdam is ook een lift.
Twee liften in Nederland!
Lisa is heel blij.
"Ik ga naar Amsterdam!" zegt Lisa.

Lisa belt haar vriend Tom.
"Tom, wil jij de lift zien?"
Tom zegt: "Welke lift?"
"Een lift zonder deuren!" zegt Lisa.
"Een lift die niet stopt!"
Tom is stil.
Tom denkt even na.
"Dat is een beetje eng," zegt Tom.
Lisa lacht.
"Ja, dat is het punt!"

De volgende dag gaan zij naar Amsterdam.
Het gebouw is groot en oud.
Het gebouw is heel mooi.
Lisa ziet de lift.
De lift beweegt.
De lift stopt niet.
De lift gaat omhoog.
De lift gaat omlaag.
"Wauw," zegt Lisa.
"Wauw," zegt Tom ook.

Tom kijkt naar de lift.
Tom kijkt naar Lisa.
"Hoe stap jij in?" vraagt Tom.
"Gewoon instappen!" zegt Lisa.
"Maar hij stopt niet!" zegt Tom.
Lisa lacht weer.
"Precies!"

Lisa stapt in de lift.
Tom staat beneden.
Tom kijkt omhoog.
Tom ziet Lisa niet meer.
Tom wacht.
Tom wacht nog meer.
Tom drinkt koffie.
Tom wacht.
---
Lisa komt terug!
"Het is fantastisch!" roept Lisa.
"Jij gaat nu ook!"
Tom kijkt naar de lift.
Tom kijkt naar zijn koffie.
Tom drinkt zijn koffie op.
Tom stapt in de lift.
---
Buiten is het koud.
Maar Tom en Lisa zijn warm.
Zij lachen samen.
"Dit is mijn beste dag!" zegt Lisa.
Tom knikt.
"De lift is... oké," zegt Tom.
Lisa lacht heel hard.
De lift gaat door.
Altijd door.
