Every engineering product that you have experienced and appreciated, every building that made you stop and look up, began not with steel and concrete, but with a decision. A decision by someone who said, "I want to build something that will change this world for the better." I'm Sandesh Joshi, founder and CEO of Indivance, an engineer as well as an entrepreneur at heart.
Over twenty years ago, I left a comfortable R&D job, looked at a gap in the engineering world, and decided to build something of my own. That something is Indivance today, a global team of hundreds of engineers serving clients across the United States and around the world. As I look back, the most important thing I have built isn't a company, it's the relationships with clients, with teammates, and with the next generation of leaders in this industry.
That's exactly why I have created this podcast, Blueprint for Excellence.
