absolutely love about this

inside my manifesting mastery
circle, Anna Marie and I were

having just the most
enlightening, interesting

conversation around negative
entities and what they are, how

they're connected to the ego,
how we can clear them from the

body. And it was just such a
powerful discussion that I knew

that I had to bring it here so
that we could open up even more.

So today, Anna Marie is joining
me on the podcast, and I'm so

excited to have you here before
we dive deep. Can you tell us a

little bit about who you are and
what you do? Of course, yes.

Thank you for having me so. Anna
Marie green, I am a licensed

therapist and a professional
intuitive so I call myself your

intuitive therapist. I bridge
energy healing and psychotherapy

so that happiness and reaching
your goals isn't so hard and

isn't so long, and I have been
doing this since 2020. I burst

this, the intuitive therapy
method through my own healing

journey and the steps I took
when I realized I had anxiety

and PTSD from my partner
passing. And I just love helping

people to get to their next
level, next up, leveled versions

of themselves. I love that. I
love stories that involve

personal purpose out of pain,
right? And like really finding

and unlocking your own growth
and your own destiny through the

things that that we experience,
yeah, and so I'm so happy to

have you here and to share here.
Yes, so excited to be here. So

for those who are newer to this
topic, myself, on some levels,

of course, there's always more
to know. But for that person who

is newer to this topic, how
would you explain what a

negative entity is? Yeah, so I
think a lot of people, whether

you're newer or you've been in
spirit, the spiritual, intuitive

world in general, this isn't
something that is is talked

about a lot. In my belief, it's
because there's still that fear

that if we talk about those
negative things, then like,

people will try to get rid of,
like, get manifested, or it'll

appear, yeah, like, almost like
it was attracted, gives it more

power. But I've actually done
the opposite. The more that we

talk about it, that we're aware
of it, the easier it is to

disconnect from these things.
But so what it is is

essentially, and there's
different levels and grades of

it. So if we just started the
very, I guess the bottom level,

I call these compassionate
beings beings. Sometimes it

sounds like

beans. This is just like an
energy that is floating around

in the in the ethers around.

Right, whatever. It's not
necessarily harmful. But what it

does is a lot of times it
attaches to us when we feel like

we need something from the
external that's not getting met.

A lot of times it attaches
during childhood, and then we go

on living our world, living our
life. And what happens is it

creates a block. It creates a
misalignment in our energy, in

our chakras. So it's harder for
us to tell what, what is off.

And our mind, which translates
information from our physical

body and our raw energy, is then
creating narratives off of the

off of this attachment. So and
then when we talk about more of

like, what I consider like
negative, I also call them like

heavy or like the big the big
guys, they are essentially think

of it as like a parasite, like a
living parasite. And they really

take like they take from your
energy. A lot of times they feed

off of either like fear or they
feed off of chaos. So like,

different things that make our
bodies actually feel quite just

like misaligned or like, we
don't understand what's go

what's going on. And then, in
addition to that, again, your

mind is going to create
narratives based off the

information. And those guys, the
negative, the big guys, they

tend to create where I see a lot
of like, psychosis, or where we

might feel like we flip a switch
and we're all of a sudden this,

like, different person. Or, if
you've ever heard the term, like

they were dead behind the eyes.
That is, a lot of times where

that is coming from, is there
some type of big negative

attachment and it can cause soul
erosion. Oh, so interesting. So

what are some of the signs that
somebody might be able to know,

like, what are the telltale
signs that they're dealing with

a negative entity, attachment,
versus just some kind of

repeating emotional pattern?
Yeah, yeah. So there are

different signs for different
levels. So I'll start with,

like, the low we'll just call
the compassionate being low

level, level one. So this one is
where you'll see, like, you tend

to continue to fall back on
certain behaviors or patterns,

and you don't necessarily
understand why, and it doesn't

necessarily feel like, even when
you're doing it, you might

inside your brain think like,
why am I doing this? Like, I

can't seem to stop myself from
doing it, but I am. In addition

to whenever you get a little bit
of clarity on what you want. It

feels like you go backwards,
like away from it, and it's

really hard for you to take the
steps, even if someone were to

say, this is exactly how you get
the thing that you want, and you

just cannot seem to show up for
it. That is most likely that

there is a compassionate, a
compassionate being that is

blocking your body from being
able to connect with these other

parts of your soul. So that's
like the beginning level one,

the higher level two and three,
which are the parasitic big

guys,

the nasties, the nasties. Yes,
the nasties, exactly. So I would

say these are, this is where
you're going to see it a little

bit more severe. So you'll
notice that, like, maybe your

body is reacting like, all of a
sudden you're breaking into

rashes, where, when you
experience an emotion, it feels

very overwhelming, very extreme,
and you even can again have that

little nudge maybe, of like, why
am I behaving in this way? But

it's like, take it like, maybe
somebody spills a glass of milk

and you feel like you want to
scream and yell in their face,

that where it just feels like
you don't even know who you are

most of the time. That is one if
you constantly are very paranoid

and get and get like images of
like terrible things happening

all the time, where it feels
very the intrusive thoughts are

a big, big one for these ones is
the especially the intrusive

thoughts that you feel don't
make any sense. Where do you

think that it extends to dreams
as well, like intrusive

thoughts, like really
consistent, intrusive, negative

dreams. Would that be part of
that? Yeah, it can. It would

depend on the dream, because
sometimes our of well, our

dreams are really like a way for
us to try to work through

especially energetic stuff that
we don't want to face

consciously in our waking hours.
So sometimes dreams can just be

a little bit more dramatic in
the sense of like they just

Yeah, they really want to figure
all the stuff out. And a lot of

times, if we're closed off to
doing the energetic work, or

we're not doing it in the waking
hours, our guides and even our

higher self will use sleep as a
way to try to get our get us

energetically aligned in
everything. So then our brains

again are trying to interpret
how this healing is happening.

So there it just kind of
depends. But also yes, because

your mind is creating a
narrative, creating a storyline

based off of what it's picking
up from those entities. But

that's, yeah, that's a very
person to person thing, yeah.

Okay, so if we are experiencing
these, we'll call them symptoms,

yeah, not that they are, but
we'll just call them that for

the sake of this conversation.

So if somebody's experiencing
these symptoms and really

curious, your perspective on how
do we know the difference

between what might be a negative
entity, attachment versus our

own ego?

Okay, so our ego is going to,
it's still going to feel like

us, and it's going to feel very
like in the brain. So you're

gonna, you're gonna feel it in
the mind, an intrusive thought

that's coming from an entity. It
creates an entire bodily

response. So it's almost like,
if I, let's say, I had an

intrusive thought about, I don't
know, like my me living here,

like something where it was like
me living here on living in my

life, yeah, and if it stick, if
it's stuck up here, and where it

feels like all of the thoughts
and all of the storylines are up

here in my mind, but I feel very
disconnected from the rest of my

body. That's most likely an ego
thing, and the ego might be just

translating information from
like, let's say we had a trauma

that we experienced, and like,
the ego is just trying to keep

us safe from that trauma. If it
is an entity, most likely it is

going to feel like it is in a
different part of the body, and

it doesn't truly feel like us.
It almost feels like it's being

pushed on us. But a lot of
times, if you are feeling like,

oh, everyone hates me, everyone
whatever, like where you feel

like it's coming from other
people that's usually an entity

is like an entity attachment as
well. Just because it is not

necessarily, it doesn't feel
like it's coming from you. Most

of the clients that I've worked
with who feel this way, they do

their they feel like their
families, their friends, that

they don't love them, that they
don't care about them, and it

doesn't matter how much the like
other people say it, it is

something that they are like,
convinced about. I would also

say, if you tend to feel like
you need to physically like,

protect yourself and you don't
have any experience with trauma,

or like you don't have that
physical experience in this

lifetime, that is something else
that kind of tells, tells me,

because your body feels like it
needs to physically protect

itself, and that it's carrying
an entity as well.

It's, it's so complex, right?

So when it comes to this
feeling, this experience, my

mind takes me to your journey
and your path. I'm guessing when

you said this is where you
landed as a result of the

difficult situation that you
went through in your own trauma.

I'd love to hear if you're
willing to share a little bit

about Yeah, a little bit about
kind of what you went through

and how you not only discovered
the presence of these beings,

but how you developed, or I
Guess, woke up, to Yeah, your

own intuitive gifts in this way,
if you're willing to shower. So

it was definitely a process
where it was a little bit by

little bit. Because when I first
started learning how to read,

heal and clear energy, I was not
open to interacting with

entities. I knew I knew a little
bit. I knew the basic healing,

but I was like, No, I don't want
to be doing that, even though I

had experienced a really pivotal
healing while I was in this

certification course from my
fellow classmates. And there was

this huge entity that was like
taking up like half of my body,

and it really impacted my
epilepsy, as well as just my

ability to really like myself
and show up in relationships,

especially in regards to like
when I make a mistake, being

honest about that, instead of
avoiding it, instead of it, was

really one of the first major
steps to being able to share

what my honest truth was.

And I since then, I've gone
through several where, because

there's different layers with
each layer that we're peeling

back, that we're healing, that
we're working through, that

we're allowing to be and showing
love and light to there's

sometimes some entities that are
deeper. And so I actually, just

a couple weeks ago, did a really
major one where it impacted some

like Soul erosion. And

it was just everything made
sense what I will say. So I done

it several times, and then, in
my experience, I really was able

to see why those things were
attaching to me as well. Is it

was a level of me giving away my
own power that that I believe

that I was kind of like a victim
to fate, or a victim to like,

you know, blaming God, blaming
other people for these things.

And that's when you give your
power away. You it just makes

you more susceptible to these
energetic attachments, and

mostly because they also live by
like the rule of frequency. So.

So there are a lot of times a
lower frequency. And if, at the

time throughout my healing
process, I existed at a lower

frequency just naturally, it
took a lot of work for me to try

to stay in the in the upper
frequencies. Because of that, I

would have these attachments. I
had to constantly clear while

now I do a clearing every day,
because I do this work

professionally, but I don't have
to worry about things attaching

to me as much because my
frequency is higher. I also

stand in my power knowing that
like, my light is too bright for

them to just like take from that
was a really, really big process

for me as well, and when I
after, I received that specific

healing, the first healing I got
my my internal dialog started to

change and shift where I wasn't
like, oh, I don't want to be

here anymore, like I'm a burden
to everyone else. And that's

where I really started to see
some of the first impact of

this, this kind of a healing

and when you say, I felt it in
my body right in the beginning,

what did that feel like? What
is, what does it feel like in

your body to have that presence,
and then, what does it feel like

to know that it's gone? Yeah? So
the first time, the first one

that I had, I was in the call
when they were doing the

healing, because we were all
practicing, and I was, I was the

volunteer for that week. You
were the guinea pig? Yes, I was

the guinea pig. And I remember
feeling a sensation of wanting

to cry and actually with the
entities that I have had removed

and that I've removed myself,
that sensation continues for for

me specifically, because the
reason that those are that I've

allowed those onto my energy is
because they are trying to help

me deal with a level of grief
and of feeling alone. And even

though they create kind of this
chaos, more chaos afterwards,

and misalignment and feeling
icky, there's a there's a fear

of not having that there to
block me from the emotions

underneath. So it felt a little
bit sad in the beginning, and

then afterwards, there what?
There is a rush of emotion of

like, all of a sudden, these
emotions that you weren't able

to access before flood to you.
They're coming up to be let go

of. And afterwards, you feel so
much lighter. Like I physically

in my body felt lighter like I
just, it's hard to put into

words, but just I wasn't as
achy. I felt like I was able to

move my body a lot easier, and
that I wanted to, but I also

felt much more connected to my
emotions in a way that I hadn't

before as well. Yeah, I find one
of the hardest things for people

to do, whether they notice or
not, most of the time they don't

right is to really, truly detach
from their darkness. Yeah, as

much as your job is your
identity, your the roles you

play become your identity, I
think our trauma and our

attachments start with a dark
side as well. In my experience

with my clients, I'm sure is the
same for you, that becomes just

as strong of an attachment
sometimes, and so it makes so

much sense that this would
interfere, yeah, with your

ability to live your life,
because it's just one of another

set of, like, really strong
attachments that forms your

identity? Yeah. And I have
found, personally, I don't know

about you going through, you
know, the things that you've

gone through, but it's sneaky
how hard it is to, like, leave

behind the struggle story, or
the the loss, because there's,

there's an attachment to grief
energetically, yeah, well, and I

Yeah, especially for for me,
what I found is that not only do

we actually like these things
being there a little bit because

they they feel comfy, they feel
good. Imagine like you're afraid

of the outside world, and you
have this blanket on you that

feels heavy. And like, yeah, you
want to be able to move. You

want to experience these other
things, but your body is just

not you've it's been with you
for so long. The longer it's

with you, the harder, not the
harder it is to let go of but

you're just going to feel it a
lot more. And I've met a lot of

people who are trying to
manifest things, or who are

trying to feel better,
especially mental health and

physical health wise, and they
have all these attachments, and

that is really what's blocking
you, because it's also kind of

like a wall between the world or
between yourself and everything

else, and you can't call things
in that you truly desire if

you're disconnected from
yourself absolutely and it's

such it's such important work
and such powerful work, because

I have found in my journey, My
coaching work, with my clients

and myself, that the more and
more I get into manifesting

bigger things, next levels, the
more I call in, the more people

I guide toward creating the
lives that they really want.

Yeah, the more becomes so clear
to me that.

That the real, biggest challenge
and block always is letting go.

It's like the shedding of layer
after layer after layer that

actually is the portal to the
manifestation. It's not ever

what you're doing in the
practical sense. I mean, those

things are important. Action is
important, but yeah, really,

when I have risen to higher,
higher levels, it's always been

on the back of detachment from
an idea, a belief, a notion, an

emotional pattern, an energy of
some kind. And isn't it just so

fascinating that that's always
really where the true work lies.

Yeah, yeah, absolutely. And the
integration steps can, I mean,

the integration steps can be
anything, but I've really even

seen it where, you know, people
are afraid of the of themselves,

and so these this is a way to
stay disconnected from it,

whether you're manifesting
whether you're trying to just

live a happier life, it's really
hard to do that when you're

carrying all these things and it
and some for some of us, it's

actually passed down. I've seen
several clients, and these are

clients who put in, like, the
work, like we're self

development, they're they've
done therapy, they they done all

the different modalities, and
they just cannot seem to break

through this ceiling. Whatever
the ceiling is, maybe it's

financial, maybe it's, you know,
partnership, whatever, and it

comes from these attachments
that they essentially inherited

from mom, especially the ones
that mom's had been choosing in

utero. And so we have to do
these really deep level healings

of rewriting the cells, because
then your entire life has been

built off of this foundation of
whatever that attachment is

holding on within yourselves.

I know, I know, I see, I feel
that, and I think, I think that

one of our, I mean, I think
that's the primary work in this

lifetime, right, is to return to
as as much as you were of a

spiritual being as he can in
this, like human world, and it's

a process and a lifestyle, and
it takes a lot of time and a lot

of active intention, right?
Yeah, and it's fascinating,

because we're, we are always
manifesting, and I think that's

something that people don't
always realize, is like we are

always creating our
circumstances with our energy,

our thoughts, how we show up in
the world. Yeah. So I can see

why it's so critical to really
know this, to see it for

yourself. Ask yourself where
this might be occurring for you,

and do something about it. And
so I think that's a good segue

into some practical steps for
for the listener, because they

could come to you, which I will
link the your information, of

course, in the show notes. Show
notes for you guys. But aside

from doing a deep clearing and
going through kind of the full

healing experience and
detachment experience. What are

some ways that people can one,
prevent these entity

attachments, and two, what are
some ways that they can clear

them if they recognize that
they're carrying something that

really isn't theirs. Yeah. So
the first thing that you can do

in regards to preventing them is
it's a simple like, it's less

than a minute you just visualize
a bubble. Or if you struggle

with visualization, like, feel,
just feel it and just put it

around you. I always use an
actual hand, whether I'm just

doing it really tightly, like
this, I don't know if you'll be

able to see it, but just making
a little bubble and setting the

intention that it's around me,
but then set an intention

nothing can attach to me, no
matter where I go and and then

feel it lock in. So I always
tell my students, you should

feel every intention lock in. If
you're not feeling it, that

means that you're not truly
embodied, and the intention can

have little holes in them,
because intentions are

essentially filters for what
energies and what things can

interact with you. The second
thing that I would say is

energetically clean your home
like we would clean our homes in

with physical cleaning products.
I want you to just

push all an old energy out
through the out through the

window, like use your hands,
feel it again, feel it or see

it, and set that intention and
pour source light in. The reason

for this is that a lot of times
in our homes we there are

portals open, and those portals
can let different entities in,

especially if you know, there's
an area in the house where you

always go to cry, or an area of
the house where you and your

partner always fight, or an area
like there's specific areas in

the house where you feel heavier
emotions, where you are allowing

yourself to kind of spiral out.
A lot of people do it in the

shower, which is fine, because
water helps, turns it, but I

still want you to energetically
cleanse your shower, because

what happens is, the more that
we're putting a feeling into a

specific area in the ground,
you.

It opens a portal for
attachments to get into your

home and impact your sleep and
your dreams and impact the way

that you feel when you get home.
A lot of times, you'll notice

this if you are listening and
you have kids, kids are very,

very sensitive to attachments in
the home. They'll feel unrest,

they won't be able to sleep in
their own beds. They'll have

nightmares. And you'll just
notice like they're just very

reactive and not calm at home.
So you really, really want to

clean out the energy of your
home. That's, yeah, I can see

that with my kids, yeah, percent
I'm like, thinking as you're

talking, okay, I need to go open
the windows, and then, like,

kids rose after this, and sage
and maybe do some palo santo 10.

Like I always like, touch the
walls of my home, and even if

it's just one wall, and I set
the intention that it shares it

with all the different walls of
like, what is my intention? What

is What do I want to call in for
this room? How do I want to

feel? And what am I keeping out?
Such great advice. Yeah, one of

the things that I love to do is
I'm getting a bathtub with the,

like, Dr TEALS, yeah, scrubs the
salt, and just soak and like,

imagine all of it going out of
my body. And then I'll, like,

certain areas. I'll just kind of
like, scrub it with the

with the actual salts, and then
let the water drain, and I just

imagine that everything is
draining off of me and out of me

and, like, imagine it going down
the drain. Yes, that's such a

good one, and it always. I don't
necessarily do that. I've never

done it specifically for this,

in this way, for entity removal
or, like, extraction or

clearing, yeah, but I've just
done it to kind of reset my

energy, and it's got my my
wheels spinning like, oh, okay,

I'm gonna, I'm gonna try that
ago. Yeah, that's a great,

that's a great practice to do.
Something else you can do is,

first, you want to kind of
locate where is in your body,

and then stretch that part of
your body out, like massage that

area that's going to help loosen
it so that doing a practice like

when you're in this tub and
you're visualizing it like just

completely being washed away, is
going to be more effective,

because you want to loosen it
up. At first you will feel you

will feel it a lot of times when
people start to remove entities,

they notice that they have,
like, looser bowels and like

there's your body has a reaction
to things. So what you can do to

identify it is, like, close your
eyes. If you're more visual,

awesome, you'll probably see but
if you just feel it almost feels

like a sticky tar in a specific
area of your body. When you're

if you can see things, it will
feel black. It will feel like,

damn, but it will still kind of
be moving, almost like when we

look under a microscope and see
the little microorganisms

moving. It's kind of like that.
And don't let yourself be afraid

of it if you see it like, that's
okay. And now you know, like,

Okay, we're gonna, we're gonna
stretch this part of my body

out. And we're also going to
have some type of, like, you can

use the element of water. Water
is great for washing things

away. You can sage or palo santo
yourself, but I would say,

because a lot of times it's in
our energy, I prefer using water

and and also like using like
food as like a way to help

push it out, kind of like what
we would do sites. Yeah, yeah.

So such good advice. Such good
advice for listeners. Let's say

somebody is listening right now
and they want to do a deeper

dive into how you could help
them bridge that, that world

between the intuitive and the
therapeutic, Yeah, where is the

best place for them to contact
you, anything you want to share

with them that they could
access, that might support them

the energetic, the top four

mental health illnesses. So I
think it's like PTSD, anxiety,

depression and ADHD, and that
just helps you start to get the

understanding of what's actually
at the root of these things,

instead of just like people are
sick or people, a lot of people

come to me and they're like, I
feel crazy because things aren't

working. And you're not crazy.
It's just that you are not

taught to look at things from an
energetic lens. And once we do

see that, if you're a
practitioner or a person

listening, it opens up the world
of what's truly possible, and

that you don't have to live this
way, you don't have to live

mentally sick, you don't have to
live physically sick, it just

changes everything. So you can
hop on and get those resources

or ask me any questions that
come up, awesome. And I love

that, because I think it's so
true and so important. I mean,

in my experience, the more that
we we look at alternative ways

of understanding ourselves in
the world that aren't so

restrictive, yeah, the ways that
we aren't taught, and the more

that we can embrace that, the
more we attract.

Are other people into our world
who you know share that, and who

we can who add just joy and
value and excitement to our

lives, so absolutely,
wholeheartedly, yeah, and if you

want to study it, I do have a
program that opens up in August,

and I teach all these things to
therapists, to whoever wants to

learn. And it is great. It's a
six month program, so I'll add
