Living — Heaven on Earth is a gentle, grounded podcast of sacred practices for everyday life. Each episode invites listeners to embody spiritual truth through breath, presence, and simple rituals that turn ordinary moments into living prayer. Rooted in the Heaven on Earth book series, this show bridges inspiration and integration, guiding you to walk the path of unity, love, and remembrance — not as ideas to learn, but as a way of being to live.
Welcome. Wherever you are, feel the weight of your body, Feel the ground beneath you. Let your breath soften. Let your shoulders fall away from the day. Let this moment become a doorway.
Jeffrey Aylor:This is living, heaven on earth. Not a place to think about truth, but a place to walk it. Breathe it and become it. Let the earth hold you. Let the moment teach you.
Jeffrey Aylor:We begin here. Welcome to Living Heaven on Earth, a sacred space where spiritual practice becomes embodied life. Today we return to one of our oldest relationships, the earth beneath our feet. Not simply as the place where we live, but as a living expression of the divine. Today we explore sacred earth, environmental reverence, earth based rituals and blessings.
Jeffrey Aylor:Take a slow breath. Feel the quiet support beneath you. Whether your feet rest upon soil, stone, wood, or floor, the earth is holding you. There is a question that often rises within. Divine creator of all life.
Jeffrey Aylor:How can I honor the earth as sacred? What practices reconnect me to the living spirit of creation and restore balance to this holy ground beneath my feet? And the divine wisdom within responds. Beloved child of earth and sky, You were formed from the dust of stars and born upon the breath of Gaia. The earth is not your possession.
Jeffrey Aylor:She's your mother. She is your mirror. She is your body. Every tree holds the wisdom of stillness. Every river speaks the language of flow.
Jeffrey Aylor:Every mountain anchors the memory of eternity. To honor the earth is to remember who you are. To bless her is to bless yourself. To care for her is to care for me. Return to ritual.
Jeffrey Aylor:Return to reverence. Return to relationship. For the earth is not waiting to be saved. She is waiting to be loved. Environmental reverence is more than activism.
Jeffrey Aylor:It is loving devotion. It is gratitude whispered as you drink water. The prayer of bare feet upon the soil. The offering of your breath to the trees. The rhythm of reciprocity.
Jeffrey Aylor:Every simple act can become a sacred ritual. Step outside each morning and greet the earth. Bless the elements, earth, water, fire, and air. Celebrate the changing seasons. Walk without hurry.
Jeffrey Aylor:Listen before you speak. Give back to her a portion of what you receive. Plant. Restore. Compost.
Jeffrey Aylor:Clean. Protect. Not from obligation, but from love. Now let's enter a time of reflection. Do I experience the earth as sacred or as separate?
Jeffrey Aylor:What rituals might restore my relationship with the living world? How would my choices change if every purchase, every meal, every journey became an act of reverence. What message does the earth wish to share with me today? Now let's enter a meditation practice together. Sit in a comfortable position with your spine straight.
Jeffrey Aylor:Your chin parallel to the floor, and your hands resting comfortably on your thighs. Close your eyes and begin to breathe slowly and deeply. Let your breath guide you inward. With your eyes closed, gently raise your gaze upward to the area between your eyebrows. This is the location of the spiritual eye or third eye.
Jeffrey Aylor:We are now going to do a breathing practice where we will inhale through our nose, tensing the entire body and clenching our fists. Now inhale slowly and tense. Hold. And then exhale slowly and release all the tension in your body. We will repeat this three times.
Jeffrey Aylor:Let s begin. Now inhale slowly and tense. Hold. And then exhale slowly and release all the tension in your body. Now inhale slowly and tense.
Jeffrey Aylor:Hold. And then exhale slowly and release all the tension in your body. Now inhale slowly and tense. Hold. And then exhale slowly and release all the tension in your body.
Jeffrey Aylor:This time, inhale slowly without tension. Hold. And then exhale slowly and let go of any residual tension you feel in your body. Now return to your natural breathing as we now focus on the following visualization. Imagine yourself walking slowly through a quiet forest.
Jeffrey Aylor:Sunlight filters through the leaves. Birdsong fills the air. A gentle breeze touches your face. You come to an ancient tree. Place one hand upon its trunk.
Jeffrey Aylor:Feel its quiet strength. Its roots reach deeply into the earth. Its branches stretch joyfully toward heaven. Silently say, thank you. Thank you for your shade, for your breath, for your beauty, for reminding me that I belong to this living world.
Jeffrey Aylor:Now imagine the whole earth breathing with you. Every ocean. Every mountain, every forest, every creature. One breath, one life, one sacred home. Feel this truth settle deeply within you.
Jeffrey Aylor:In your heart, your mind, your soul. As we go deeper in silent meditation. Now. As you gently return, return with gratitude for the earth and the oneness you share with nature. Now let's enter an affirmation practice.
Jeffrey Aylor:Let the following affirmations land gently inside you. We will repeat each one three times. Please repeat after me. Let's begin. I walk in sacred relationship with the earth.
Jeffrey Aylor:I walk in sacred relationship with the earth. I walk in sacred relationship with the earth. I honor nature as a living expression of the divine. I honor nature as a living expression of the divine. I honor nature as a living expression of the divine.
Jeffrey Aylor:My care for the earth is my prayer to God. My care for the earth is my prayer to God. My care for the earth is my prayer to God. I returned to balance through ritual and reverence. I return to balance through ritual and reverence.
Jeffrey Aylor:I return to balance through ritual and reverence. I am a steward of beauty, harmony, and life. I am a steward of beauty, harmony, and life. I am a steward of beauty, harmony, and life. Now let's enter a time of communion with the divine.
Jeffrey Aylor:Please repeat after me. Beloved earth, sacred vessel of life, I bow to you. You have nourished me, held me and sustained me even when I forgot your holiness. I remember now. I return to love.
Jeffrey Aylor:I offer you my attention, my gratitude and my care. Let every step be a prayer. Every breath honor your trees. Every act of service become an offering of devotion. Bless my hands to heal.
Jeffrey Aylor:Bless my voice to speak for you. Bless my heart to carry your wisdom forward. I walk with you. In reverence, in restoration, in oneness, om, peace, amen. Now remember this.
Jeffrey Aylor:The earth has never ceased blessing you. Every sunrise has been an invitation. Every river, a song. Every tree, a teacher. Every stone, a witness.
Jeffrey Aylor:Walk gently. Love deeply. Bless often. For when you honor the living world, you remember that you have never been separate from it. The earth is not merely your home.
Jeffrey Aylor:She is family. She is sanctuary. She is sacred. Thank you for walking this sacred path. Until next time, walk gently, live gratefully, love the earth deeply, and keep living heaven on earth.
