Hey everyone, so while we were making cloud realities, we were struck that the real insight that we were trying to get at rarely came from something as straightforward as the technology or the release of a new technology or even the prodigious speed of the rate of innovation over the last few years. But it really came from when we tried to bring sometimes intentionally, often accidentally the worlds of people, culture and technology together. And somewhere in the nexus of those things, some magic happens both in terms of insight and learning, but also in terms of how it makes it real, like how something in your organization becomes better as a result of those things really being in harmony. Esmee what we all, you know, what we all moments of insight and what needed to come together for you to find something really new or fresh?

I think the remixing part, to see if you combine different industries with different capabilities and then just open up the floor for a conversation. That's where the magic happens. So I'm very excited that we keep on doing that and to see and explore how we can find new insights and new perspectives on tech, people and culture and also on us. as a team and as individuals and the talents that we have. exactly on that note, we have decided to try and evolve the show somewhat.

So Robert, evolving the show, what did that mean to us? What are we trying to figure out? Well, I think as we've been having the discussion, the discovery, exploration, et cetera, of what's going on, we started to unpick a lot on what is the actual impact on people, culture and society, et cetera. And I think that highlighted some surprising results through the conversations that we had, but also allows us to go a little bit deeper with this remix into what that actually means. So broadening it out, really trying to get what's really going on and under the hood and see what all this amazing technology that's arriving on the scene, what it's actually going to do for us, good and bad, from both perspectives.

As part of the evolution, we're going to take a little bit of a different approach to the show. We're still going to go out weekly on a Thursday on our familiar feed, so you'll find all the new episodes here.
