Midday motivation every time you press

Lunch with the Clydesdale.

Cowboy bring the heat.

Crossfit, boobies, music on repeat.

Half hour hustle, yeah,

we building that brand.

Grab a plate, tune in now,

you part of the fam.

It's lunch time.

What is going on, everybody?

Happy to see you all here.

We've already got Meredith in the chat.

We got Sean.

We got Joseph.

We got Trent in the... We got Frida.

What is going on?

We got stuff going on all over the

world.

We've got some stuff going on in

Australia.

We've got some stuff going on in Africa.

And apparently,

there's a hell of a lot of video

review being done here in the States.

So...

uh meredith i'm camping for the weekend

with four kids ages nine and below say

a prayer for my sanity that is savage

but like kelly clarkson says whatever

whatever doesn't kill you makes you

stronger yeah i uh those are not fun

days

so uh yeah joseph says good luck meredith

yeah we all prayers thoughts all the stuff

um so don't forget to like and subscribe

to the channel you know that helps us

out a ton and um yeah it's free

it's free all you have to do is

hit the button hit the button it's easy

Yeah, there you go.

I think Meg puts it exactly how I

would.

Yes,

it has been one of those weeks from

hell that didn't kill me yet and hopefully

will make me stronger.

So, yeah, I am.

God, I'm so glad this week is over.

Been running a UAT testing that has not

gone smoothly and just ready for the last

four hours of my day to be done

after I get to have fun with you

all.

So what do we want to talk about

first?

It's going to be a crazy weekend for

me.

Crazy weekend.

We got Torium Pro going on.

We got Rebel Renegade games going on.

I'm a big F one fan.

Now I,

you guys have probably heard me on the

show.

Talk about watching drive to survive.

I binge watched that whole thing.

Now I I'm into F one and they

are in Montreal this weekend.

Um, so I'm stoked to see that.

Um, in fact, I just,

I just completed a Lego set of every,

every F one car.

on the grid.

And I'll probably post some stuff on my

personal Instagram this weekend about it.

But yeah,

it's been a labor of love for the

last couple months, but yeah, pretty cool.

Sean asks, what's worse,

testing IT networks or Turkish get-ups?

I would rather do a Turkish get-up with...

an assault bike like Braun did than keep

testing IT networks.

However,

the testing the IT networks pays me,

but it's still close, still close.

I mean,

do you remember doing your first Turkish

get up in CrossFit?

Like it was the most unorthodox,

unorthodox movements ever.

Trying to get up while holding a weight

above you was so counterintuitive to me.

Now again, when I started CrossFit,

I was a very large human being.

I was over five hundred pounds.

Getting up off the floor was a chore.

Now you're asking me to do it with

a kettlebell in my hand?

Yeah,

it took a while to kind of get

that enough mobility in my hips,

in my knees,

in my torso to even complete a Turkish

getup.

It is... And now,

once you kind of get it, like, okay,

you get kind of the swing of it.

And if you're like Jody and you do

one every single week...

It never leaves you.

But to swing that leg like through and

under, if you don't have the mobility,

man, it is a no-go.

Sean says Turkish get-ups are probably my

least favorite CrossFit movement.

I wouldn't put it there.

I wouldn't put it there.

And mine has varied over time for sure.

I mean, the bigger I was,

burpees really were terrible.

Runs were terrible.

Then I got to a point where I

realized if I could just master those

movements...

then my workouts went so much better

mentally for me.

I still wasn't maybe the fastest burpier

or the fastest runner,

but like I understood the concept of like

just letting it be.

Just because you're, especially a run,

like going out on a run in the

middle of a workout can be like a

Zen moment that just kind of,

clears everything um so i i'm probably i'm

probably with leto wall walks may be the

worst movement in crossfit um

Seema's having major problems.

They had penetration testing this week.

They found a hole.

We tried to block it.

Now we're in an infinite loop and have

to reinstall.

That just sounds horrific.

She'd rather do a hundred Turkish getups

with a thirty-five than testing.

Shanna loves wall walks.

Yeah, I'm trying to think like

I might, I don't, yeah.

Box jumps are probably,

I have damaged my legs so many times

on box jumps.

It seems simple,

but like I just screw them up too

often.

Thrusters are worse for Frida.

Yeah.

Um,

burpee box jump overs are the worst as

trained.

Yeah.

I don't even the BR yeah.

Yeah.

No one loves it until something breaks.

True.

But I'm the guy that finds the break.

I'm the guy who breaks it, Joseph.

So Judy's a wall walk fan, man.

There's something wrong with you people.

Shannon also likes pistols and GHDs.

I used to love GHDs.

I probably don't today because I have not

done one in a while.

But I used to I used to love

them.

I felt so accomplished when I did one.

so anyway off off to the side on

that uh but the big thing the big

finish of my weekend is this is my

wedding anniversary weekend so sunday uh i

will be celebrating twenty nine years

married to the same woman pretty pretty

damn impressive in this day and age

And we dated for like four and a

half years before that.

So yeah,

thirty three and a half years with the

same woman.

So, yeah,

we are going out to a Creole restaurant

on Sunday for our anniversary and we're

I guess that's in honor of Corey hitting

up the Cajun food on Sunday.

We're going there for brunch for our

anniversary and whatever else kind of hits

us.

But yeah,

thank you everybody for the

congratulations.

Uh, twenty nine years.

What's the secret?

Open communication.

Sometimes it's loud, sometimes it's soft,

but it's always frequent.

And because of that,

we both know where each other stand on

just about everything.

And as we get older, it's less loud,

more quiet, and really just, gosh,

she's the person I want to be with

all the time.

So our friends used to make fun of

us for fighting all the time when we

were younger,

but at least I knew how she felt

about everything.

There's nothing wrong with fighting.

It's just how it's communication, man.

And how you look at it,

how you take it, how you listen,

all those things just kind of

And now we fight way less and we

just kind of hang out and there's nobody

I want to hang out with more than

her.

Did you set a reminder?

Did she tell you it was this weekend?

I knew it was this weekend.

I already have a gift and everything cows

and CrossFit.

So yeah.

And I made the dinner reservation or the

brunch reservations.

So yep.

All that is in the bag.

Didn't even need a reminder.

Jay Birch going for thirty-two.

Nice.

Yep, next one's a big one.

We gotta figure out something for that

thirtieth, but yeah.

So, alright.

What do we got going on?

So, I have a couple leaderboards up.

If you guys missed the overnight action at

Torian, here is the leaderboard.

They did the ruck run was event one.

They did the regional redo,

which was fifteen muscle-ups into a snatch

ladder for event two.

And big surprises on the female

leaderboard.

Ellie Turner is in first place.

She won the ruck run.

She took fifth in the muscle-up snatch

ladder.

And she is your overall leader.

by thirty two points already stephanie

collins is in second isabella viejo is in

third and maddie sturt is down in fifth

kyra milligan is in sixth and um gracie

walton had a there she is she's in

fourteenth place

She had a very bad thirty fourth place

finish on event one.

And she is going to have to hustle

to make up ground to get into that

top three.

Yeah, Ellie is crushing Torian.

I think that's a huge surprise.

We haven't seen her for a long time

because of the back injury.

She didn't perform at a level at

Wadapalooza that would make you put her up

into the top echelon.

But dang, she is crushing it right now.

And to crush a ruck run that is

not typically in her wheelhouse is pretty

amazing.

Can someone remind me,

didn't Ellie have a bad quarterfinals and

was like six hundred something?

How did she get to semifinals?

She did finish six hundred something.

I believe she got a special invite.

It may be why Justin is in Australia

by getting him there.

They let her in.

There's a lot of conversation about that.

But who knows?

So, yeah.

So that is on the women's side.

The men's side is much more predictable as

we have Ricky Garrard in first,

Jay Crouch in second,

Justin Medeiros in third,

and Bailey Martin in fourth.

All are starting off pretty well.

Ricky with a first and a third.

Jay Crouch with a third and a first.

No, third and eleventh.

And Justin Medeiros with a tenth and a

fourth.

Bailey Martin, a fifteenth and a second.

So they are doing,

it's the four we suspected to be at

the top.

I think this is going to be a

tight race all weekend long.

Special invite for Toriania, I believe so,

Lito.

So Jay Burch says,

so would six hundred qualify for semis?

So if you're in the top two thousand,

you qualified for semis.

Now,

whether you got the invite to the semi,

that was up to.

That was up to the actual event.

But I really enjoyed event two in Torian,

the muscle up snatch ladder.

It's a super quick under six minute event.

It's been around.

It's been used in regionals a couple times

before it went to semis.

It was used there a couple times,

and it's just a fun race.

It's easy to watch the story.

It's easy to follow,

and you get those exciting misses or makes

at the end of the snatch ladder.

It was really fun to watch today.

I watched that this morning when I woke

up and really, really enjoyed it.

Those kettlebell deadlifts in the final

workout could catch Ellie.

I thought that this event today,

the muscle-up snatch ladder with the kip

she needed for the muscle-up and the

snatch being heavy at the end would have

been a big test for her back,

but she seemed to pass that with flying

colors.

She went longer on the muscle-ups without

a break than most of the field other

than Kyra, I believe.

So she looked really good, really good.

if Torian for Torian,

you had to put in your quarterfinal scores

on competition corner to qualify.

So she clearly wouldn't have made it in

that way.

And then she got a special invite.

I don't love that.

I,

I don't like the inconsistency across all

the events, the way it is structured.

Now events can do what they want to

do.

And

Um, that just is ridiculous to me.

So then, um, overnight we also had, uh,

the rebel renegade games.

Um, that is here.

so this is a much harder to read

i'm going to try to blow it up

this is the women's leaderboard you have

var thurman ramo in first place you have

hannah black in second they are about six

points apart

And that is after three events.

Now this event has nine events.

So this is going to be a much

longer race.

The biggest surprise in this one is

Matilde Garnes is all the way down in

ninth.

She took a twenty seventh place on the

second workout.

I see Lito says Matilde looks like she's

out.

the only reason I give her a chance

is because it's nine events.

If this was a six event semifinal,

I don't think she makes it.

The other thing is,

I don't know if there's enough talent to

middle for her to make up enough ground,

even with the nine events,

it's going to be,

it's going to be a hard,

hard battle to get back up there.

Frida says,

I think she aggravated her neck during

event two.

It's a shame.

Cows and CrossFit.

Serious question, Lito.

Why don't you like it?

Is it because one through five ninety nine

should be able to do in person or

because she isn't good enough to be there?

Well,

I can tell you why I don't like

it.

Cows and CrossFit.

And that is because if you're judging a

person on this season,

their performance this season should be

what advances you to the next round.

Finishing six hundredth during this season

in the quarterfinals should not be good

enough to take you to a semifinal in

person.

It should not.

I think that these special invites and

inviting people based on last year is

contradictory to everything I have learned

about sport.

She is in first, though.

Sure, she's in first,

but it doesn't mean that the season

structure makes sense.

It's like when...

It would be like inviting all the

basketball teams to the NCAA tournament,

and because a couple of the lower seeds

make some upsets in the first couple

rounds, that justifies the call.

Anybody can win on any given day,

but to win the season,

to win the fittest on earth,

you need to be good throughout the season.

to finish six hundred is is not good

enough to go to an in-person semi,

in my opinion.

However,

it's the way it's set up this year.

She's not doing anything wrong or illegal.

And if she wins,

she gets to move on.

Just because I don't like it doesn't mean

that I think that she is wrong for

doing it.

She's entitled because that's what the

season allows.

Um,

but it doesn't mean I have to like

it.

So people need to give better effort on

every stage.

I agree with that.

Yes.

I think part of the definition of being

the fittest on earth is to be healthy

enough to make it through the season at

all levels and do what is needed.

So anyway, that is that.

We also have the men.

It looks like a two-horse race on the

men's side.

I didn't mean to close that down before

we shared it.

Got to find, there we go.

On the men's side,

we have Ben Fowler in first with two

firsts and a second.

Ruan Potgeiter is in second with a third,

a fifth, and a first.

It is a fifteen-point differential at this

point.

Again,

this is going to be another one of

those things in this field.

Are there going to be enough middlers for

Ruan to get past Ben Fowler?

That's going to be a tough question.

tough road for him.

But I hope it comes down to something

exciting.

So that's what we've had going on

overnight.

Again, touring picks up tonight again.

And we'll go overnight again.

If you want to follow that they are

on the tier YouTube channel.

And you can follow that there.

So one of the things that's happening this

weekend, if you have not been watching,

is the Grid League is back.

Grid League will be on YouTube this

weekend live.

If you haven't gotten enough CrossFit or

you don't want to do the nighttime

CrossFit during the day tomorrow,

you'll have Grid League options available

to you.

And I bring that up because...

We're sponsoring an athlete this year.

Clydesdale Media is sponsoring Lauren

Olson.

She's on the Houston Bandits.

She's been a listener for a very,

very long time and so stoked to see

her go, do her thing,

and can't wait to see Houston take the

floor, see our logo on her jersey.

It's going to be so much fun.

and um the the coolest thing about grid

is it starts and ends in a little

over an hour it's all done all done

and so if you want a quick jump

into something cross-fitty go check it out

so um

There's some big names competing in it

this year, former games athletes.

It's worth a watch.

The broadcast is usually really well done.

The broadcasters are funny.

They're good.

They're energetic.

It's definitely some fun watching for

sure.

Speaking of leaderboards,

they're absolutely hammering people in the

age group online semis.

Lito, quit looking at my notes.

Quit looking at my notes.

Jay Burch says,

do not try and understand the standards.

They are different.

Yes.

Yes, yes, yes.

The standards are completely different for

grid than they are for CrossFit.

So, yes, do not even try to understand.

And they have a challenge flag.

That's the only thing that gets a little

bit...

is there's a lot of challenges in grid

league and i wish they could speed up

that process i think it would make it

more watchable for sure uh clock yes grid

has standards are just different than ours

it's kind of like opinions everybody has

them it's okay that they're different

So anyway, that's going on this weekend.

So yeah, let's talk about the age group,

semifinal leaderboards getting dinged.

I didn't even know that they had made

changes to the leaderboard until I was

watching CJ and Claire this morning on WOD

prep.

And they were talking about how some of

CJ's athletes got dinged and their season

is over.

And then Lito is in the comments saying

it is a bloodbath on the leaderboard.

Regretfully,

I can't memorize what the leaderboard was

for all those divisions,

but I did go and I looked and

there is definitely,

definitely a lot of people moving up and

down the leaderboard throughout the

divisions.

It's not just the younger Masters athletes

or the teens.

It is all over.

all over the leaderboard and um from plus

down to to uh mark phillips says four

of the top ten forty five to forty

nine males are out of it wow amanda

it's me i'm some

I was wondering if you were the person

that CJ was referring to because the

person's name was Amanda.

But I honestly don't know who you're

coached by.

So I didn't want to speculate too far.

And I knew you were right on that.

Fifteenth place line.

Yeah, he was referring to me.

Um, Oh, the teens are getting it too.

Yes.

Um,

one of Jamie's athletes at her gym has

moved for like four times,

like four times.

Um, and he's,

he's actually moved up from the twenties

to fourteenth, uh, in the teen division.

So yeah, it's, it is all the divisions.

Abby, good to see you here.

It was terrifying.

Relieved to have survived.

Yeah.

I know a lot of my friends...

survived thank god um jamie got all five

of hers accepted um kate curry who's in

the chat a lot here got hers accepted

um and for that to happen that's that

is really good what i think is even

better is that crossfit is doing this last

year there was speculation that there was

very little video review

very little and cj mentioned that one of

the events and it might have been you

amanda had finished down towards the in

your event and that one was reviewed so

um shanna accepted all five awesome

awesome

Kate says, congratulations, Kate.

One of the gals in my divisions mentioned

she's still waiting for two video reviews

while I've received all of mine.

Andrew said, is this the public review?

No,

they are actually physically changing the

leaderboard and emails are out with the

video review being done saying whether

Like Jamie has two different emails.

One says it's because public review got so

many positive votes,

this has been accepted.

Or, hey,

we've taken another look at this and now

we've accepted it.

And I think there's a third one that

says we've taken another look at this and

you have been dinged and this is why

you were dinged.

These are the timestamps of where we

dinged you.

Um, some are weird though.

Forty five to forty nine.

Michael McCaslin got dinged for not

clearly touching the tape line on rope

climbs on video.

Yet his two judges gave him the go.

He touched the far side away from the

camera.

Yeah.

Who knows?

Lito got all five of them accepted to

with actual video on the handstand push up

one today.

he got knocked out but is now back

in thankfully it was crazy stressful says

kate but i'm also glad they did a

thorough review this year yeah it seems it

seems like we're heading in a right

direction with this and to be honest with

the low turnout on some of the in-person

semis

If we're going back to an online semi,

I'm glad they're moving back in this

direction as well.

Understand, okay,

I've pretty much stopped doing video

review.

Hate doing it.

Yeah,

the public review closed from my

understanding.

I don't want to say because I'll probably

say it wrong.

But I thought it closed a little bit

ago.

And now they've actually been doing the

video stuff.

Abby says they're not playing this year.

They counted ninety nine double unders on

mine.

I got a penalty.

It's the right thing to do with only

ten going to the games.

Shana says, last Thursday, I think.

Yeah, I thought it was last Friday,

but I'll defer to you.

But I'm so not sure that I'm not

willing to fight on anything with that.

You know what I am willing to fight

for, though?

My thirdsy.

There's no better product to get me to

sleep at night,

to sleep so deep and to sleep so

fast as Thirdsy.

And you can get yours for fifteen percent

off using code Jazzy at checkout.

That is Thirdsy.com backslash Jazzy.

Get you fifteen percent off your order.

Thank you so much for supporting this and

them.

They are the best in the business,

the best recovery tool out there.

Alito is saying that not everybody got the

same strict judging and Lito.

The thing is,

is you're going to get multiple people

judging these and it's,

so you're going to get different

perspectives on all of it.

Just like you do at an in-person

competition,

just like you do at a tennis match

or an NFL game or whatever.

The different judges are going to make

different calls based on their perspective

and what they believe the rule to be.

As much as you try to make it

hard,

it is very open for interpretation in

many, many cases.

But she says, that's what I mean.

Not everybody's getting the same strict

judging.

At least two people sitting at the top

of my leaderboard did ninety six to ninety

eight double unders with no penalties yet.

So.

Using an obstacle like the rig arm to

block the view should be DQ'd.

I know that was penalized at Proven last

year when the rig obstructed the view of

the athletes.

So I know that that has been used

in the past, Mark.

Now,

whether it was a DQ or a penalty,

I don't remember.

I think it was just a penalty,

but that did happen last year in the

elite division.

shanna because she is so much a great

athlete always does extra double under so

she doesn't get busted andrew says no

penalties invalidation need to be harsh to

show you're serious

Mark says Shanna has too much fitness.

Yeah.

If we could all be as fit as

Shanna, the world would be a better place.

For sure.

But I find this like a really good

step in the right direction,

especially in the age groups.

Hopefully they're going to do the same for

the teams.

If you remember last year,

they did no video judging of the team

competition.

But we'll see what happens this year when

that approaches.

So with that,

I don't have a whole lot more.

I was going to share a couple of

funnies that I had saved up on the

Instagram.

I don't know if you've seen this meme

before, but this always cracks me up.

Being a former javelin thrower myself,

if you've not seen this,

Can you imagine a javelin coming that

close to you being chucked at ninety

meters, ninety five meters?

My goodness.

When I was in high school,

we had a kid literally get speared in

the ass with a javelin.

The women were throwing.

He was walking away down the sideline of

the javelin course and the javelin hit him

right in the right cheek.

Thank goodness it didn't penetrate too

far,

but stitches were involved the whole bit.

Andrew Sten asked,

do they do javelin in high school?

You got to remember, Andrew,

I went to school back when the cars

were self-powered,

the wheels were made of rocks, and yeah.

We threw javelin as a sport and then

went out and hunted buffalo with them.

Did he get a new nickname?

He did not.

He did not.

But he didn't sit down in class.

He was probably the first person to ever

use a standing desk.

Back then it was called the bison throw.

There you go.

Yes,

how many throw javelin and still pole

vault?

Yeah,

we had people miss the pit in pole

vault back then too.

But we were a stronger generation, Judy.

We were a stronger generation.

We could handle that stuff and get back

up and go again.

Joseph says he would have hit the

cameraman if he would have threw from the

actual line.

No shit.

That's a hell of a throw.

Hell of a throw.

Rub some dirt on it and do it

again.

There you go.

One of my best friends totally missed the

pit on a pole vault.

Got side wickered and kind of went at

a forty five degree angle and right over

the edge and off the side.

And I think he got back up and

pole vaulted again that day.

Wayne says that he saw Adler and his

wife broke one hour as a couple in

High Rocks race.

Caroline is sneaky fit.

When I first met them,

Caroline did waterpalooza on a team.

She is really, really, really fit.

Shannon says,

would hate to run with Adler too fast

for me.

Cousin wants to know, side wickered.

Oh my gosh,

please tell me that I'm not.

I mean, I am old.

I'm old.

That's what we say when you get off.

Instead of straight, you go side wickered.

It's side wickered.

Frida says pole vault has to be the

craziest sport.

Who was the first guy to say,

I need to get over this wall.

If I take a bendy stick...

And I run and I plant it.

Maybe I can vault myself over the wall.

And I believe Shanna tried pole vaulting.

When I interviewed her at the twenty

twenty four CrossFit Games,

she told me she was going to go

for the record in pole vaulting.

I don't know how far she got with

that.

But I did see video of her attempting

and learning.

So pole vaulting is so fun, says Shanna.

I imagine all these sports start with two

idiot men saying, I bet you can't do.

Mark, I think it probably started with,

hey, hold my beer.

First ever pole vault was either an

accident or on a dare.

It's like ski jumping.

Like who said let's launch off this ramp

down a mountainside and I'm sure the skis

will keep us afloat.

Shanna still does pole vaulting.

She's working on it.

A girl from our gym pole vaults at

Mississippi State.

She used to do some crazy stuff on

the rings.

Yeah.

So,

and then this is a sport I will

never, ever, ever, ever do.

And if I ever suggest doing it,

someone hit me with a baseball bat.

Have you seen running up?

Now this is like a ski jump hill

that these people jump and then slide

down.

Look how steep this thing gets, right?

Look how slow these runs get.

They have to put rope down so that

they don't slide down.

Look at that.

I bet your heart rate hits a million

running up that hill.

Well, one, I'll never find out, Sean.

Never find out because no way in hell

am I running up that hill.

Oh, yeah, this is fairly common.

Fairly common for who?

Insanity.

Insanity.

I walked up the Berman Talladega and I

was pretty scary.

I have heard that the incline is so

steep on that.

It is frightening.

Frightening.

Can you imagine the butt muscles you would

form going up that hill?

Frida has a few friends that have done

this type of run.

And you're still friends?

Now,

it would take sick fitness to be able

to do this, but holy cow.

Shanna says pole vaulting has helped her

CrossFit.

Usually you hear like CrossFit has helped

my pole vault.

And Shannon's like,

no pole vaulting has actually helped her

CrossFit.

How do they get back down?

That's a, that's a great question.

There's no video on that.

Uh, Jay Burch heard,

hears that Joseph has great glutes.

The incline at Bristol Motor Speedway is

ridiculous.

That's even a shorter track than

Talladega.

So I'm wondering.

Everybody wants to pick on me about the

Bears.

How do you feel about the Bears moving

to Indiana?

I don't care.

I don't.

Where they're moving in Indiana,

you can see the skyline of Chicago.

If they move there or up or Arlington

Heights, either one of those locations,

I am fine with.

Whatever gives them the best deal to make

the most money to be able to invest

back in the team is where I want

them to go.

Frida answers our question.

There are stairs and elevators on the

backside.

There you go.

Seems like people are making a bigger deal

than what it is.

I am with you.

Yeah,

politicians are making a way bigger deal

of it than what it needs to be.

It just needs to get done.

They've been at this since twenty twenty

three.

Just make a damn decision and let's move

on.

And again, Meg,

for the second time this week,

has put an obstacle in the way of

our friendship.

So there she is.

The San Francisco Forty-Niners are in

Santa Clara.

Correct.

The New York Jets and the New York

Giants are in New Jersey.

The Kansas City Chiefs are moving to

Kansas out of Missouri.

It's just the way of the world.

Cows in CrossFit said they better take the

stairs.

To run up seems hypocritical to take the

elevator down.

Oh my gosh.

and he's here just someone say bears they

suck no i think if i look at

last year's standings the first place team

in the division jeremy was the bears the

washington redskins are in maryland have

you seen the artist's rendering of the new

redskins redskins

Now you got me saying Redskins,

the Washington commanders,

new team or new stadium.

It has like, it has the columns,

the colonnades,

like going around it to fit in with

the skyline of DC though.

It is the coolest looking stadium.

I've seen an artist rendering for of the

upcoming stadiums.

Jeremy's afraid of the Bears.

I know, Clark.

See, most Packer fans do this.

Let's look at the Super Bowl wins.

Well, let's look at the NFL championships.

The NFL has been around a lot longer

than the Super Bowl has been around.

If you want to count championships,

we can do that.

We would love to do that.

Don't narrow it down to just the Super

Bowl era.

Here we go.

Yep.

Those are facts.

Facts, Jeremy.

Bajan predicted Super Bowl in twenty

seven.

Yes.

Sean says should only count Super Bowls

from twenty seventeen until now.

Well, OK.

OK.

Go birds.

Okay.

Now I get it.

Now I get it.

Yeah, Meg, I thought we were friends too.

And then like twice this week,

you've said things that like,

I don't know how we can be friends.

There it is.

All right, guys, it's been a fun show.

Um,

Kate,

I'm very up to speed on the new

Commander Stadium design.

Not my firm,

but we're hoping to get engaged in some

of the additional development around it.

Yeah, you're in that area too.

Yeah.

Hope you get it.

That'd be awesome.

Again,

Joseph says there's no way they'll build

what the rendering was because of politics

and money,

but I hope so because it was gorgeous.

And I agree, Meg.

That is what makes us friends.

We can have differing opinions and still

hang out.

Yeah, I'm kind of with cows and CrossFit.

I don't run unless I'm being chased by

a big SOB or a small bear.

All right, guys.

Don't forget to like and subscribe to the

channel.

Again, it's super free.

All you have to do is hit the

button.

It's a piece of cake.

Easy peasy.

We will be with you for Sunday Night

CrossFit Talk right after I have my Creole

brunch with my lovely wife and our

anniversary.

And we'll check in on everything that's

going on in the Masters leaderboard,

Bloodbath and Torian and Rebel Renegades.

And we'll be previewing NorCal and

Syndicate,

which are both happening next weekend.

Have a great rest of your day.

We'll see you all soon.

Bye, guys.

You wouldn't wait to get to the editing

room to jazz me up.

I'm already jazzy.

Lunch with the Clydesdale Cowboy in the

saddle.

Lunch with the Clydesdale Cowboy in the

saddle.

Talking to reps,

real life strength in the battle.

From the gym to the screen, yeah,

we cover it all.

call.
